I'm ready.
Luka, Rin and Len all turned and stared at the door waiting for something to happen.
Now GO!
Without another word all the lights were on and the voices were back all talking but moving around down the stairs and they were all together, that didn't seem like his style.
Now scatter.
The voices faded and the door opened,
"Luka, what's going on?" Rin asked,
"I'm not sure but I don't know if I want to find out." Luka answered,
"Come one let's go already!" Len said standing up "This is ridiculous, what's the worst that could happen, besides it's all people we know so there isn't anything bad that can happen and the lights are all on. So we can clearly see everything besides if all the people die and burn into dust piles even that creepy voice in the ceiling is going to run out of people to freak us out with." Len said walking towards the door, Rin and Luka staring in amazement, did Len really just give them a motivational speech?
"Len..." Luka was lost for words with his actions,
"LEN THAT'S CRAZY!" Rin yelled but as per usual Len wasn't listening to her, she knew this but continued anyway, "WE CAN'T KILL OFF OUR FRIENDS!" Rin said to him,
"Rin's right but like Len said... It may be our only choice." and with this Luka went towards the opened door and walked down the staircase.
"Luka hold up!" Len ran after her but stood at the top of the stairs and couldn't see her, "LUKA!"
He ran after her in despair, "Rin why are you just standing there? Come on we need to find her! Rin?" she continued to stand there but there was a thud from downstairs and there was nothing to stop him now at the thought that Luka was hurt, him loving her and all, "Fine stay there but I'm going after her!" Len said running down after her, he searched and searched, all the rooms,
The living room,
The kitchen,
The bathroom,
The dining room,
The other bathroom,
The halls,
The conservatory,
Still there was no sign of her.
The ground was hard, it felt like concrete, there wasn't concrete in Rin's house was there? No of course there wasn't, that seemed ridiculous, there was no way, it was all wooden flooring and/or carpet with a rug or something so that you didn't fall because Len would manage that somehow, Len... Where is Len... I remember hearing his voice calling on me when I went down the stairs but I don't remember anything but darkness after that, what's going on? I can still move, so that's a good thing but where in master's name am I? It's impossible to see in this place, let's not stand up because I'll fall or there will be some sort of danger that I'll manage to run into. I moved slowly because I felt heavy, like there was something pushing down on my back keeping me to the ground, maybe it was that mysterious voice, had it captured me? Oh come come now Luka that's insane, a voice can't capture someone, only a person could do that, well the voice must belong to a person, so technically it could, I'll call out and see what happens.
"Hello! Is anyone there? Len!" that's sore, my voice is dry and strained, it most likely wasn't even that loud... It can't be-
Luka.
"So much for working in the lights tough guy." I'm going to try acting tough and smart to out-whit him,
I thought that trick would lead that arrogant boy down here but instead I get you, this day couldn't get better.
"What's with using our friends as bait?" Luka was getting answers after all she was trapped in a dark whole like cave, so it's worth a shot.
Oh, that? That's just to keep the other two occupied, maybe I should get them to fight each other a little to tire them out, it would make things less boring for us down here wouldn't it?
"What do you mean 'less boring'?"
Let's just say... I watch everything that goes on in that house up there.
"Up there? So we are underground? Are we under their house?" My voice is still sore, what's he done to me...
Yes we are, it's better than that though because down here, no matter how loud you scream or yell or moan or complain, they can't hear a thing you say.
"That's sick." This guy really is a creep.
Do you want to see me?
WHAT? This is insane, he just comes out with that like it's nothing of effort and hassle and yet after all the other two are going through up there, I get this sort of treatment and I get to see him by choice! What's going on with this guy?
You can see me if you really want, but I get one thing from you if you see me, I think that seems fair. Don't you Luka?
"What do you want from me?" I have to see him, this could help solve everything out and there couldn't be any other way, I just need to go along with what he has in mind and let him have him have his own way for now, I'll outsmart him later with my mind and mouth and words and actions and get him to confess and stop what he is doing to Rin and Len.
You have to kiss me.
That's it? That's really all there is too it? Just a kiss? That's all this guy wants from me? I'll let him, what's the worst that can happen?

"I'll do it."
"Luka! Where are you?" Len was screaming at the top of his voice and he still couldn't see or hear her, or any of the other people that was supposedly in the house as well but he couldn't see any of them, he run up the stairs to read that note and see if he missed out any important details that could help him.
"That's another one down and there is still some left,
This is troublesome indeed is it not?
There can't be much you can do,
For I am very unlike you,
I am strong and amazing and good as disguise,
I can easily hide in the lights,
The dark isn't my home,
I prefer the light to be honest with you,
Come find me if you can,
I'll even turn the lights on for you."
"That's what it says, that's it! Rin I figured it out! I think..." Len wasn't smart at most things... Anything... Besides hitting on people and getting people to hook up with other people and basically all the stuff he shouldn't be doing at his age but he seemed to be getting along with this just fine, that's different.
"Rin?" Len couldn't see her in the room, where did she go to, "Rin!" he turned to go through the door and look for her but there she stood, "Rin I got it... He's captured Luka and made a different one out of his own body to look and act just like her, to confuse us and trick us, that's why he said he was good at disguise, to help us out a little bit and he turned the lights on to prove that he wasn't lying about managing to work in the dark, meaning everything he said so far has been true, I just wonder why he would make the people down the stairs be heard but not seen... Maybe to distract us while he took her! That's got to be it. Come on man. We figured it out." Len was proud of him self now but he heard Rin get closer to him, she was walking almost as if fatigue, that was unlike her, like a puppet on strings too thin to carry it and keep it's own head up. She wasn't though but she threw a punch at him that he managed to dodge.
"Rin it's me! It's Len, friend not foe, friend not foe!" Len was walking backward because she was continuing to throw punches at him and it was just as well they were weak punches because Len couldn't find it in himself to hurt his own sister, not even if it was a duplicate, her hurt face would haunt him forever.
There wasn't any way around this, he was going to have to fight her, he couldn't, he couldn't raise a hand to her, his own blood sister, okay there was debate but I mean before all that, there was no doubt that they were and they were always the closest out of the whole family and they never left each others side, he couldn't hurt her.
If you don't hit that duplicate, I'll hit the real one.
Len gasped and looked at the duplicate Rin, same eyes and hair and even the same smell if that was not creepy at all, okay it was but even so, they were more identical that Rin and Len and they were twins so that guy really did deserve a reward!
"I'm doing it for the real one." Len said before raising his fists and fighting back.
It was more than the fights you used to get as kids in the bedroom over who played with what toy and who's colour of bed sheets were who's and that sort of stuff but this was proper fist to face fighting going on right here, they really did need to intend to take one of them down, it was Rin or Len.

Okay, this really is getting out of hand I know but I mean, seriously, I am going to end up freaking myself out before the house layout is the same as my own and every time I'm in alone I need to stay in one room because I'm scared that Gumi and weird voices come to eat me!
It's not fair, it's not that scary I know but it is in your own house and the doors are open with dark rooms with no lights on and there are pieces of paper everywhere and there isn't any other way to go anywhere but through a dark room.
