"WHAT?! WHAT IS THIS!? I KEEP READING AND IT KEEPS GETTING WORSE!"
"Erica, you have to keep reading past this part, she explains everything..."
"NO. I'M GOING DOWNSTAIRS." She yanked the journal out of Jack's hand.
...
"WHAT?!" Erica shoved the diary into her mother's face, while the rest of the room watched her do so in a half puzzled, half deer-in-the-headlights look.
Monica took the diary and began scanning the pages.
"Honey, what is this? Why are you so..." She gulped.
"Chandler, can you come here," she said quietly.
Monica led Erica and Chandler into the living room.
"Erica, what is going on?" Chandler asked.
"OH I THINK YOU KNOW, MISTER HALF-A-MEDALLION." Erica exclaimed.
"What are you...Oh." Chandler sighed as his eyes caught Monica's.
"I think we should sit down."
"ALRIGHT. EXPLAIN YOURSELVES. EXPLAIN HOW OUR BIRTH WAS A BUY-ONE-GET-ONE-FREE SALE AND I'M JUST AN EXTRA... BIKE...OR SOMETHING. OKAY, I'M THE EXTRA FREE THING THAT YOU DIDN'T REALLY WANT, BUT IT WAS FREE SO YOU MIGHT AS WELL TAKE IT ANYWAYS."
"Honey, please calm..."
"DON'T EVER TELL A TEENAGE GIRL TO CALM DOWN!"
"Sweetie, you know, and we know how much we love you. I was just writing what I was feeling in that moment. Now, I'm not going to get into where you found that diary, although I would really like to hear that... But can you please go get your brother."
"How would I know where Jack is?"
"You always drag your brother into your mischievous plots. I know he's upstairs." Chandler said.
"Ugh fine. I'll go get him."
A few minutes later
"Erica, we know how much this must have upset you. We never wanted you to ever think that you weren't wanted. We are so unbelievably glad that you two in our lives, and we love you both so much. I know that what happened was completely bizarre, but, you know, sometime the best things in life are the ones that come unexpectedly. Or, really, really, unexpectedly."
"Dad, stop!" Erica laughed and wiped away a tear.
"That. Was. Beautiful!" Jack exclaimed. Everyone laughed and the four Bings pulled each other into a hug.
"Okay Jack, let's show them that we OWN THIS GAME!"
