Video Game Survivor Redemption Island Episode 10 Unleash the dogs of war.
Last time on Survivor, after losing Farkas, James and Alyx tried to recover and convince Ishi and Grayson back on their side. In a close challenge Grayson won immunity and despite the Rebellion alliance targeting the increasingly arrogant Miranda Alyx was voted out 7-4. However Lucario had a plan for the next vote and after Mordin won immunity he switched the target from James to Jolteon and gave Jolteon the idol. Mordin was suspicious however Jolteon used the idol and Miranda was voted out 3-0 vote. 9 are left who will be voted out next?

Redemption Island Night 25
Miranda walks into Redemption Island as Farkas and Alyx looked shocked to see her.
"Do not say a word." Miranda said as Alyx was grinning "I got taken out by an idol."
Miranda's Confession: A stupid idol took me out. I still believe that my alliance has control and James, Jolteon, and Scyther are still next. Now I can focus on defeating Alyx and Farkas and getting back into the game. As a perfect human I believe that I can win this.
"Serves you right." Alyx said "However the idol used was your tribe's idol. Our idol was used by Astrid which means that someone in your alliance betrayed you."
Alyx's Confession: I am glad that Miranda got what was coming to her. I could not stand her arrogance and now we have a chance to eliminate her.
"Oh please. I am a perfect human. I can defeat you both." Miranda said
"Not likely. I am a werewolf and will use my powers." Farkas said
Farkas's Confession: I was hesitant to use my powers earlier but now that I am on redemption I will use them. My werewolf form is much stronger and more agile and although I have less control it will give me a bigger advantage.
Tribe Tribe Day 26
Mordin was walking over to Lucario a little upset.
Mordin's Confession: I was surprised last night. Shocked that I did not catch on as quickly. Lucario betrayed us indirectly. Switched target to Jolteon and gave Jolteon the idol. Eliminated Miranda.
"So why did you give Jolteon the idol?" Mordin asked sternly
"What?" Lucario asked trying to play dumb.
"The idol came from you. Good plan but it had its faults. Should have told Grayson and Ishi to vote Jolteon." Mordin explained
"Okay fine. I did give her the idol but I wanted a better chance to the final 3. Miranda did not deserve it and I waited until you had immunity." Lucario said
"True but Samara was in danger." Mordin said
"I made sure Miranda would go. I did not betray you or Samara or Revan but I know that I was fifth since Miranda was protecting Revan and I wanted a better chance to the final 3." Lucario explained
Lucario's Confession: I knew that Mordin would figure it out however I explained it and he is backed into a corner. He has to keep me in the alliance. However that move could have doomed the alliance sadly enough but I have back up plans.
Outside of camp Jolteon met with Scyther and James.
"What the *beep* was that move?" James asked still shocked
"Oh Lucario gave me an idol and had everyone vote for me." Jolteon said happily.
"I knew about the idol. We spoke with Grayson and Ishi. They were to vote for Jolteon." Scyther said
Jolteon's Confession: Lucario told me not to tell anyone but I went back on my word and told Scyther who told Grayson and Ishi to vote for me. Apparently they were going to vote with us but changed their mind for a better blindside.
"Just do not freak me out like that again." James said
James's Confession: I am getting very worried about this tribe. There are really no followers. Mordin and Samara call the shots. Lucario is off on his own making moves. Ishi and Grayson are making swing vote moves and I know Scyther has been making moves and the one tribe mate that I thought would be a follower made a move last night. This game just got a lot harder.
Lucario was off training as Scyther walked up to him.
"So I heard that you fought in the tournament and became a champion. However I never heard of what became of you after that." Scyther asked
"Well after winning the tournament I fought a few more times and came within the final 16. Stupid Psychic types. But after the game and what happened to me I got eliminated early twice and some of my fans and friends turned their backs on me." Lucario explained "I came back to rebuild my reputation. I guess the fans do not like me bullying weaker Pokemon."
"I see." Syther replied
"What about you?" Lucario asked "What have you done? I know that you are a bit older than me."
"I am old enough to be your grandfather" Scyther said "But I bounced around. Have a few trainers. Was traded. I did not participate in any tournaments but I was mostly kept as a reserve and for one year I was the first one out to one hit KO. It was not glorious but it was a good career. I mostly just hang around with other pokemon and once in a while I get chosen by my trainer to fight."
Scyther's Confession: I really wanted to get to know Lucario a bit. I mean I know everything with Jolteon but Lucario has not revealed much about his personal life. So why not get to know him a bit?
"So just so you know. I have your back if you have mine." Lucario said
"Same" Scyther replied
Lucario's Confession: I would really like a Pokemon final 3 mainly because in the past people have underestimated us and it almost happened but Eevee got injured and that is the part in which I realized that my arrogance and quest to win got in the way of being a role model to other Pokemon.
Revan was watching from a distance.
Revan's Confession: I think the Pokemon have a side alliance. With what happened last night Lucario has an alliance with Scyther and Jolteon. I need to keep watch and make a move soon. Scyther or Jolteon needs to go next. However without Miranda Mordin will not take me seriously.
Redemption Island Challenge Day 27
The tribe walked in to see the three exile island contestants waiting.
Grayson's Confession: I really do not give a *beep* on who wins. Except that I want that bitch Miranda to lose.
Mordin's Confession: Miranda has to win. If Miranda loses alliance could be in trouble. Need her to eliminate the others and not give them a chance to come back.
Farkas, Alyx, and Miranda were waiting.
Farkas's Confession: Time to go all out. I've been holding back since the first challenge and now to unleash the dogs of war.
"Welcome to the Redemption Island challenge. Today's challenge will have you guild a ball through a maze. However you have 3 balls and 3 holes to put them in. First two contestants to complete the challenge will stay alive. Loser goes home for good and also the winner of the challenge gets a special reward." Nighteye said
Alyx's Confession: I am really nervous about this. I have done well in challenges so far so hopefully I can concentrate and win.
Miranda's Confession: This is a challenge of skill and someone like Alyx might win but Farkas would be at a disadvantage since he is good for strength not skill.
All three contestants got ready as Farkas changed into Werewolf form surprising everyone.
"Did not expect that but survivors ready…go!" Nighteye yelled as all three placed their balls and started to move the maze around trying to guide the balls and to the tribes surprise Farkas was moving fast.
"Wow someone his werewolf form is doing well." Nighteye said as Farkas lands the first ball as Alyx and Miranda were struggling.
Farkas placed the second ball and moved quickly again as Alyx landed her first ball in as Miranda was right behind her. By the time they started with their second ball Farkas got his second in the second hole and started on his third. Alyx missed a turn giving Miranda the lead as Farkas got his third ball in.
"Farkas stays alive! Miranda and Alyx are left fighting for the final spot" Nighteye said as Miranda got her second ball in followed by Alyx. Both work on their third ball. Soon only one finished.
"Miranda stays alive! Alyx is eliminated!" Nighteye said as Miranda cheered. "So Alyx after 66 days you are finally eliminated."
"I know. I loved being here and even though I do not need the money. You know because humanity is still fighting the combine I still love being here and playing. It helps focus my mind." Alyx explained
"Sorry that you were eliminated. I usually tell people to burn your buff however you can keep it as a souvenir. Head to the jury house" Nighteye said as Alyx walks away.
"Now Farkas for your reward you have a whole pizza however you can choose 2 people to give a slice to." Nighteye said opening a box of pizza.
"That is easy. James and Jolteon. Sorry Scyther. They been on my tribe longer." Farkas said as James and Jolteon came down to eat.
Alyx's Final Words: I had a lot of fun again too bad that I did not last longer however I will not be bitter I was voted out by a good alliance and I hope that they have the upper hand to win.
Tribe Tribe Day27
The tribe came back to camp with mixed reactions.
"Miranda is still alive. That gives us some hope" Mordin said to Samara.
"Yes, but Farkas is biggest threat right now. I have severely underestimated him." Mordin replied
Mordin's Confession: Farkas won a skill challenge. Did not expect him to do well and Miranda could go next if we vote off the wrong person. Need to rethink my plan.
"Well we could vote off James. I mean he has to go and Miranda would probably lose soon anyways." Samara suggested
"But Miranda is important to us winning." Mordin said
"True but we have to adapt. I think we should include Revan in the final 3" Samara said
Samara's Confession: As much as we needed Miranda she needed to go anyways. Revan was my backup plan for getting further but I do not trust him. Lucario betrayed us and I trust him more because at least he admits it. Revan would betray us and we would never suspect him.
"As long as Grayson, Ishi, and Lucario stay loyal" said Mordin
In the forest Ishi meets with Scyther and Jolteon as they look for wood.
"Listen as much as I like you guys I can not commit to an alliance." Ishi said
"Aww but we kept you around." Jolteon said
"Plus James is running the show" Scyther added
"I know but I was always the outsider and so was Grayson. We need to have a chance too. But if possible I will try not to target you." Ishi said
Ishi's Confession: The pre merge was the hardest part for me. I was allied with someone who I did not like and if the merge did not happen I would be next so yeah I have a good reason not to go back. Even though Jolteon did treat me well I still cannot be 100% with them.
"Well just keep your options open with us. It will not take long for both sides to get wise and take you both out." Scyther said
Scyther's Confession: Ishi and Grayson are playing a dangerous game. They are playing both sides and flipping. While it is good for us in the short term but long term they will be a threat. So far I only have James to soak up votes and that if he is not immune.
"Well I know this is the best plan for me" Ishi said
By the fire Grayson was cooking while Revan and James sat nearby.
"This rice looks *beep*ing boring but it will be ready soon." Grayson said
James looked over to Revan who was sitting there silently.
James's Confession: Revan always made me nervous. He is usually quiet but I know that he is watching our every move. I've been meaning to talk to Grayson all day but Revan is sitting nearby like he is following him.
"Yo, Revan can me and Grayson have a one on one talk?" James asked as Revan shook his head no.
"Just ignore him." Grayson said
"Yeah but it is strategy." James replied
"He has to go some point" Grayson said
Revan's Confession: I need to keep James away from Grayson and by sitting nearby it will prevent the two from talking. I do not care what Mordin or Samara do. I just want to prevent James from doing anything.
Immunity Day 28
"Welcome to immunity! Today's challenge will have balancing on a stump while trying to balance a pot on your head. If you drop you pot you are out. Last one left wins immunity. Also there is a bottle with a twist in it. It will be revealed what the twist is at tribal council. Also if you feel safe you can choose to sit out and feast on hamburgers." Nighteye said revealing a table full of hamburgers, fries, and drinks.
"I will sit out" Grayson said
"Same here" Ishi said as well.
"Okay Grayson and Ishi you will sit out and everyone else let's get to balancing" Nighteye said
Everyone except Ishi and Grayson are balancing a pot on their heads. Ishi and Grayson start to eat.
"This challenge has begun" Nighteye said as Mordin gets distracted and drops his pot. "Mordin is out. 6 are left"
15 minutes into the challenge.
James was humming to himself and Revan appears to slip off his small platform and nudge James off.
"James and Revan are out! 4 are left. Jolteon, Scyther, Lucario, and Samara." Nighteye said
"Hey he knocked me off!" James yelled
"It's legal." Nighteye said "As long as it looked like an accident"
30 minutes into the challenge Jolteon was getting antsy and the pot fell off her head.
"Jolteon is out" Nighteye yelled
"Aww" Jolteon replied
"Only 3 left." Nighteye said
45 minutes into the challenge Samara slipped off the platform.
"Samara is out. Only Lucario and Scyther remain. The battle of the Poke…" before Nighteye could finish one survivor lost his concentration and lost his pot,
"Lucario is out! Scyther wins immunity!" Nighteye yelled
Jolteon and James cheered as Nighteye put the immunity necklace around Scyther. "Scyther you are safe and here is the bottle bring it to tribal council" Nighteye said "Unfortunately for the rest of you someone will be voted out tonight. You have the rest of the day to think about."
Tribe Tribe Day 28
The tribe came back to camp as Mordin and Samara pulled Ishi aside.
"We are targeting James." Mordin said
"Let me guess because he is the biggest threat?" Ishi asked
"Yes." Mordin replied
"Okay I will let Grayson know" Ishi said
Mordin's Confession: We are relying on Ishi and Grayson. Swings votes are dangerous but we cannot afford to lose them yet. We have to survive this tribal council and if we fail the entire alliance will be decimated.
"Nervous?" Samara asked
"Yes very. There are three targets tonight. Me for being the brains, you for being a strong member, and Lucario for his strength." Mordin said
Samara's Confession: My only hope is to hold my breath during the vote and hope that my name does not come up. Even though Mordin blames Lucario I believe that Ishi and Grayson would have voted Miranda anyways so I cannot blame Lucario for the move other than wasting the idol.
On the other side of camp Scyther meets up with Grayson.
"Where is James?" Grayson asked
"He is wandering the island. Revan is still following him." Scyther replied
"Ah I see. So who should go?" Grayson asked "Give me a name and I will consider it."
"No name. That name is up to you. Whoever you want out I will vote it. You have Jolteon and James's word" Scyther said
Scyther's Confession: So I need to get to the swing voter's heads about this. They have been looking for names and they would think about it. I do not want that risk. I want their opinion on who goes. And that would increase the chances of them voting with us.
"Well umm. I did not expect that. I know Mordin is the smartest one in the alliance." Grayson said
"Revan is smart to but he is sneaky" Scyther added
"Lucario is strong but is swayed a lot but Samara is loyal. Tough choice" Grayson said
Grayson's Confession: Me and Ishi split up to see whose names come up and of course Scyther dropped a surprise on me. I get to choose. I know that he is playing us but hell we get some power here. This is great but we will still consider our options. Just because I choose does not mean I will go with it.
At the beach Jolteon and Lucario are sitting together.
"I have no idea who is going. Both alliances are selecting targets for the swing votes." Lucario said
"Well I wonder if we can work together in the long run?" Jolteon asked.
"What do you mean?" asked Lucario
"Well it's 3 vs. 4 vs. 2. The alliances will fall and I want to have your back." Jolteon said
"Well is this an alliance?" Lucario asked
"Yes, no pacts just an alliance between you, me, and Scyther. Officially" Jolteon said
Jolteon's Confession: We had a pact to stick together but I wanted more. I wanted an alliance. These tribal alliances are crumbling and I do not want to stick around a sinking Lapras. Sorry hehe. I want to survive.
"You have a deal" Lucario said shaking her paw. Passing by was James and Revan.
"I swear this guy is a leech!" James yelled
James's Confession: Revan has been following me around to make sure that I do not do damage but I have the Pokemon to rely on. He will get his. Arg! This is so frustrating! Do you have to follow me to my confession?
Revan in the same Confession: Yes
Tribal Council #11
"Welcome to Tribal Council. I will bring in the first jury member…Alyx" Nighteye said as Alyx comes in wearing a jacket, vest, and jeans and had the buff around her head. "So Mordin you were a bit surprised last night with the idol right?"
"Yes" Mordin replied "The idol came from Lucario. It was a foolish move to take someone out in your alliance. Plus we lost the idol. Could have been useful."
"Lucario any regrets?" Nighteye asked
"Lots. It was an impulsive move but the jury respects big moves and it took out an annoying player and that move could move me to the final 3" Lucario explained
"But you could lose votes in the end. Moves like that could take votes away." Mordin said
"James during the challenge you were pushed off your platform" Nighteye said
"Yes, I know that they are targeting me. I mean Revan has been making sure that I talk to no one with him following me. Plus him pushing me off the platform which I think if completely childish and dishonorable made me think that I am getting votes." James explained
"Revan is that true?" Nighteye asked
"Of course." Revan said "He figured it out so why lie about it."
"Lucario in every challenge you have come close to immunity but have yet to win it. Does it discourage you a little?" Nighteye asked
"Yes, kind of. I am competitive but it shows that I am not the immunity beast people thought I would be so it takes a target off my head." Lucario explained
"Scyther how much did you need immunity tonight?" Nighteye asked
"Probably not as much as I thought. I know James was a target but targets change so I am glad to have it." Scyther said
"Ishi, being a swing vote, would it come back to bite you?" Nighteye asked
"Not for now. Me and Grayson will stick to an alliance soon but we are outsides to whoever we join." Ishi said
"So how long until you join? When we are at the final 4?" Samara asked
"It will be soon" Ishi responded
"It is time to vote. James you are up." Nighteye said as James goes and votes followed by Scyther, Ishi, Jolteon, and Lucario. Grayson goes up and takes a moment to think before voting then Mordin votes.

"Good competitor. Wrong tribe." Mordin said as Revan and Samara votes.
"I will read the votes." Nighteye said getting the urn. "First vote…"

Mordin sighed and brought up his torch.
"Mordin the tribe has spoken." Nighteye snuffed Mordin's torch "But you will have a chance to get back into the game. Head to Redemption Island." Mordin walked out of camp. "Now Scyther you can open the bottle."
Scyther opens the bottle and reads the note.
"You will participate in another immunity challenge and it will follow with another vote." Scyther said
"Yes, another double boot. The challenge is a trivia challenge. I will ask 6 questions on the people who were voted out in the pre merge. Person with the most questions correct wins immunity" Nighteye said taking back immunity from Scyther. "First question. What is Ulric's position in his universe?" Everyone wrote down their answers.

"Which means James wins immunity! And with that let's get to the vote. James you are up first." James nods at Scyther and goes up to vote followed by Scyther, Ishi, Jolteon, and Lucario. Grayson goes up and writes down a name which was hidden. After he goes back Revan writes a name and then Samara.
"I will read the votes." Nighteye said as he grabs the urn. "First vote…"

"Revan please bring your torch." Nighteye said as Revan curses and comes up.
"Revan the tribe has spoken" Revan's torch was snuffed "But you will have a chance to get back into the game. Head to Redemption Island." Nighteye said as Revan walks away.
"It seems that the tides have shifted into another alliance's favor but with 3 alliances it is still anyone's game. Head back to camp." Nighteye said

Mordin and Revan were walking to Redemption Island
Mordin's Confession: Disappointed in the results. Only Samara and Lucario are left. Hopefully I can win Redemption and get back in. But unless it is puzzle I might have my hands full.
They get to Redemption with Miranda surprised.
"Damn it! They got you both?" Miranda asked
"Yes, double boot. I figured so I waited for Revan." Mordin said
Revan's Confession: I hated that twist. I could have snaked my way back into the game but now I am in Redemption Island. Time to show them the full fury of a sith!

Notes on the booted: I originally had Alyx in All-Stars however G-Man was slightly more popular so I switched them out. However I needed an excuse to bring Alyx in and even though she left early I still enjoy writing for her.
