Ah! I'm so sorry, I had exams to study for and had to stop writing for a while. Once again I'm back though and I apologise for the short chapter.

Thank you all for favouriting, following, reviewing and reading it means a lot to me.

"When he opened the door he was surprised to see the host club standing there..."

His surprise turned into immediate confusion. Surely even they could not forget that Haruhi was at Shigure's already... could they? Ranka couldn't bring himself to put it past them.

Kyouya cleared his throat and smiled his fake smile "Hello Ranka-san, may we please go inside?", he asked politely.

"Ehm", the elder man stuttered at the door "Of course you can! Any friend of Haruhi's is a friend of mine ...", he rambled as he lead them inside the cramped apartment.

The boys sat around the table hugging their knees as usual. He quickly ran into the kitchen and made them some tea, when he was finished he placed the cups on a tray and set it down in front of them. Various versions of thank you echoed around the room.

"My pleasure for such handsome young boys!", Ranka beamed in response, stopping to glare at Tamaki, who shrunk back to avoid him.

Each member eyed each other, looking for someone to initiate the all important conversation they were meant to have. The other members looked at Tamaki expectantly, Kyouya sighed. That idiot would most likely make a mess of this, he would have to do it himself. "Ranka?", Kyouya spoke up, to the instant relief of Tamaki.

Ranka turned his attention towards the younger boy. "Yes dear?", he asked expectantly. He was slightly unnerved at his guests' quietness.

For once in his life Kyouya found himself frozen, speech wouldn't come to him. How was he supposed to ask this question? He really didn't know, it wasn't as easy as he initially thought it would be.

Hikaru clenched his fist, he felt odd. Why did he feel so betrayed by Haruhi? Was it right for him to care this much? The thoughts danced around his head and he felt his anger rise, almost as though he was going to combust. On a whim he slammed his cup down on the table, making the others jump "Is she a Sohma or isn't she!?", he shouted louder than he had thought.

Ranka who had been about to swallow a mouthful of tea, spat it out and instantly paled. "W-why would you say that dear?".

Haruhi's Saturday was surprisingly relaxing, she had spent the morning having a nice breakfast with her cousins, brother and Tohru of course, helped said girl clean the house, ignored Kyo and Yuki's bickering and was now sitting on the front porch.

'This would probably the be the first Host Club free day I have had in while', she thought. It was strange to say the least, she would normally have been dragged into something insane by now. Haruhi was surprised to find that she actually missed the chaos.

Footsteps sounded behind her, but she didn't look behind to see who it was. It could only be her brother, the others had gone to the shop. It was amusing that one wouldn't leave Tohru alone with the other. He sat himself down beside her.

"Why aren't you out with the others?", he asked her. Shrugging her shoulders she looked over to acknowledge him "I just wanted to think for a while that's all, besides it doesn't take four people to get the groceries, it shouldn't even take three".

"Have you met Yuki and Kyo?", he asked in disbelief. She rolled her eyes at him, "You're one to talk". He sat down beside her and leaned his back against the wood "Touché". The moments passed in comfortable silence.

"I missed you".

"Yeah, I missed you too".

Suddenly Shigure's phone began beeping, startling the both of them. He answered hastily and placed it near his ear. Haruhi could hear the frantic muffled sounds of a man's voice on the other line. Her brother's face paled.

"Haruhi, I think we may have a big problem".
