Hey there! I know it's been way too long since I last updated but what can I say life has been a rollercoaster for me past years and still hasn't ended but I finally found inspiration again for my stories and hope to update the frequently again, thanks to those that stayed by my side and again I'm sorry for the extreme long wait, but here it is Chapter ten! Chapter 10: Uncontrolled emotions

Unknown's Pov

He walked out of the shadows looking over his pack with his beta next to him.

"Yes it worked, one out" he said evilly laughing.

"Sir I just got informed he got in" his beta said.

"Great, soon enough we can strike, only a few to go" he said as he walked back into the shadows disappearing.

Humphrey's Pov

We were walking around the packs territory, with me explaining everything about the pack and answering all the questions Sparks had as we arrived to our destination.

"Oh, Humphrey where do I sleep"

"You sleep at my den with me and Kate" I said happily.

"Great! Couldn't have been any better" Sparks said sarcastically chuckling.

"Ha-ha" I sarcastically said giving him a gentle fist bump against his shoulder chuckling.

"And Humphrey" Sparks said looking at me with a smile.

"Yea" I said turning my head to look at him.

"Tell me a bit about the pack" he said smiling sitting down in front of my den.

I sat down next to him putting a paw on my muzzle thinking.

"Well where should I start, there's so much to tell" I looked at him and he started thinking.

"Tell me the things that happened that are important to you" he said sitting down also.

"Hmmm…that's the problem, everything is. Everything that happened affected my life in a way or another" I said thinking back all the way to when I was a pup.

"Okay I get it but you know I prefer to be in bed today, not in ten years" Sparks said laughing.

"Ha-ha, I'll do my best…looooooooong ago when my grandparents-" I said but got interrupted

"Nooo, please spare me I will be dead by age way before your story ends" Sparks said laughing.

"But now for real" I said chuckling.

"Well what to say, everything so far, from start to finish has affected my life from the day I was born, brought into this pack and Winston being like a second dad to me. I never knew my real parents but I know that they brought me here because they knew I'd be safe here. My trip with Kate is what really changed my life for good…I know every wolf here and I know everybody is threated the same way I got threated and that's what I love about this pack, this family they will accept you no matter what"

I stopped and looked up to the sky with sparks doing the same. What I just said made me realize something I've been denying all this time…they don't matter how different you are, they will accept you, if I come clean about being in love with Garth I will have huge consequences because of my marriage but what's the worst that can happen? Get banished? Winston would never do that to me
but Eve will probably kill me…but it can't be that I'm the only one of this pack that feels attracted towards other males there had to be others and I have to find them so they can help me with my problem.

"Um, Humphrey get back to earth mate" Sparks said tapping my shoulder.

"Ow, didn't realize I was that deep into my thoughts".

"I can see that" he said laughing.

"And what about your pack Sparks" I asked before thinking it through forgetting it was hard for him to say something about his pack before.

He looked down tapping the ground with his paw before getting up and pacing around and sitting back down next to me.

"If it's too hard to tell me I understand Sparks, you don't have to" I said putting a paw on his shoulder looking into his eyes smiling.

"My pack is okay I guess, nothing special" he said looking down at the ground.

After he said that there was an uneasy silence, I was thinking about something to say so it didn't get more awkward.

"So Sparks you must be hungry" I asked which made him look up and wag his tail

"Yes!"

"Well follow me" I said chuckling to his reaction.

After walking for a few minutes we arrived at the feeding grounds where we walked up to where Kate and Hutch were with Eve, Winston and Lilly, we sat down and started eating, as you've noticed normally omegas have to wait but since I'm together with Kate I'm part of the family. We all finished eating and started walking to our dens getting ready to sleep.

"Man nothing is better than having a full belly" Sparks said licking his lips

"Totally agree with you on that" Kate said nodding.

"Oh yes tell me about it, you don't want to be near her when she is hungry, believe me" I said eyeing Kate with a playful smile.

"Oh really?" she said crouching down and pouncing on me playfully.

"I never said my belly was full yet" she said licking her lips.

"Help!" I yelled playfully wagging my tail.

"I still got room for a delicious grey wolf and some special meat" she said winking at me

I panted with my tongue hanging out of my muzzle, as I was about to say something I heard Sparks.

"Ehem!" we both looked back to see Sparks rolling his eyes making us laugh.

"I'd go to your den by myself if I knew where it was so you two could do your thing here in the open but I'm sure I won't be the only one rolling my eyes then" He said chuckling.

We both got up from the ground and continued heading to our den me walking next to Kate with our pelts touching each other as sparks walked next to me looking ahead of him.

"Well we're here finally" I said happily yawning walking into my den.

"Oh my wolf…yea…oof that 5 minute walk was tiring" Sparks said sarcastically. Kate burst out laughing and Sparks shortly after.

"Ha ha-" I started but got cutoff when we heard somebody at the den entrance.

"Kate you dad told me to call you urgently" Hutch said as he walked in to which Kate gave a quick nod and Hutch took off waving back at us.

"Bummer" Kate said as she walked next to me and sitting down facing me.

"I'm sure you'll be back fast, probably a little issue at the borders, Alpha's mistaking a squirrel for an intruder" I said jokingly.

"Oh shush silly" Kate said laughing.

Kate gave me a passionate kiss and I happily kissed back but we didn't realize how long we were into it until we heard sparks cough on purpose.

"Alright love birds I'd like to not get traumatized yet" he said chuckling making me and Kate laugh.

"I'll see you guys later!" Kate said walking out with me and Sparks waving.

"So Sparks, tell me did you find your special lady yet" I asked winking.

"Oh yes…I mean no…um you know I have chicks left and right but uh not looking currently no" He said starting to get nervous.

"Well did you have an eye on a special someone" I asked wondering why he was becoming nervous waiting for his reply.

Spark's Pov

"Well did you have an eye on a special someone" Humphrey asked me.

I thought back to when I had an eye on one wolf certain in my pack, that wolf always made my day better, at first I was nervous but as time passed we started talking more and more often and spend more time together, life was great and one day we confessed being in love with each other and it only got better for there, that was until my dad found out…I…I don't even know how to explain it but losing that one wolf I cared about so much in my life and being banished from my pack by my own dad…I just…

"Sparks? You okay?" I heard Humphrey say as I snapped out of my thoughts

"Um…I need some time" I said getting up wiping away my tears and walking to the back of the den.

I went to the back and lied down as saw Humphrey followed me and lied down some distance away resting his head on his paws and not saying anything, he's such a great guy and every time I see him together with Kate it reminds me back of that special wolf I had in my life. I started to tear up as I started thinking back to those old times again, I couldn't keep it in anymore.

Humphrey's Pov

I heard Sparks sobbing softly for a while now and I couldn't stand to hear it any longer, lying here without trying to comfort him so I stood up and walked up to him and sat down next to him.

"Sparks I know you need some time alone right now but know that I'm here for you if you need a shoulder to cry on" I said softly.

He stood up and embraced me crying on my shoulder, I softly tapped my paw on his back telling him to let everything out, after some time of him crying on my shoulder we both lied down, he put his head below mine and lied down against me still sobbing softly until it stopped after some time and he fell asleep, I wanted to stay up until Kate came back who has been gone for quite some time now, I yawned and drifted off to sleep.

Unknown's Pov

"Soon, very soon we'll meet again Winston but first two more have to fall" He said to himself laughing evilly
