AN: UPDATE! UPDATE! ...Meh... Another OC villain... Another wish-wash update~ Tnx for those who've read this story so far~ Guhehehe~ Tell me if any character is going OoC with the exception of the MC(Jaden).

The moonlight gave way to Jaden's dark and bushy path. With a heavily-bruised right wrist, It's a doubt that he'll move it for a while. "That Sho, I hope my intuition won't fail me tonight." He sighed worried and tired. Making Sho duel and leaving them there wasn't in his plan. He wanted to duel the soldier and ask him things concerning his ex-commander mentor. Like where he came from, why did he retire and ,finally, the last and most important question, what is he planning. All of these were supposed to be asked now, but due to unforeseen bullshit and circumstances, it will be asked later...if possible.

'If I remember it correctly...' Jaden looked left to right. Before he went for Sho's rescue, a thin wire ,which was nearly impossible to see in the dark, nearly separated his head from his body. If it weren't for the moonlight and knife, he wouldn't be breathing and Kenzan along with Johan would have been beheaded in an instant.

'...found it.' He bent is knee and crouched to the ground. On his hand was a wire you would usually see in pianos and guitars. 'This modus...so I was followed by THAT guy huh...' He scratched his head in irritation. From his pocket he pulled something that resembled a card.

"I thought you ignored me for a minute there," A man's down-reaching murmur elapsed throughout the darkness. "RED. No. Maybe I should call you Jaden since we're in your academy?" He was surely laughing as the vibrations of it rang in and out of Jaden's twitching ears.

'Great. Just great. I came here for a peaceful 3rd year. Can't they see that?!' Annoyed as he was, he can't just retaliate. He was injured. What's more, he was in a dark place with maybe a hundred traps. Perhaps 'trap' was a little vague. Bombs should be a better picture. "Tsk. You really can't move-on with things can you, Bomber?"

"It's all for revenge, RED. All for revenge." Bomber sounded like he can kill right on the spot. "After you humiliated me with that duel...!" The snarl in his throat made his grudge clear as day. "Because of you, my Underground career met its end. Because of you, my sponsors threw me out like garbage. Because of you, I looked like an easy prey to others!" In the dark, his emotions exploded.

"Don't be a sore loser." He clipped his hood with his left that was itching for a punch. "That was just the beginning." Now he was arrogantly smiling as the left hand reached for his gundisk.

Bomber saw this from a certain range a little far from Jaden. The haughty grin. The black gundisk. The provoking attitude. Everything he did was a lighter to the fuel.

"You little-" He brought out a remote with a red button of obvious purpose. "Know your place!" The button was pressed without a shred of thought.

In the middle of the forest, a large explosion gained its entrance. It was a powerful display of firepower. No one was hit. It was just for exhibition. To show what Bomber had prepared for his long awaited debut.

Bomber laughed. "How was that? Scary isn't it?" He was insane. "If you do something funny, I'll be sure to blow up your friends that went near the cliff."

He went overboard. "! You bas-" Jaden stood hastily with boiling blood rushing in his brain.

"Ops, stop right there. You don't want your buddies' body parts flying tonight, would you?"

"Kuh-" Jaden wanted to spit on Bomber's face. At the moment, his evil side just said that his friends were a total burden with a weight of an Infinite kilograms. Never the less, the Underground duelist's behavior was beyond his expectation. "Just what do you want with me?"

It was Bomber's turn to smirk. "This is rich." He was throwing the remote up and up. "I never thought I'd see THE RED care for something like 'friends'."

"..."

"Hmmm...Maybe I should blow them up after all?" Bomber was pondering the thought well and hard. "Yeah, maybe that'll be fun."

"I'm asking you just WHAT do you want with ME." There it is. The broad, deep and commanding voice. The golden lit eyes that penetrated the soul.

'He's looking this way?!' His muscle was only for show along with his white fury sleeveless jacket.

"White... So you stooped THAT low to get help from the likes of them." Jaden wasn't giving him a leeway. He glared at him even more as he looked at Bomber's all-white theme.

"Shut up! The Society of Light gave me a choice!" Bomber gave a hard grip on the controller. The forced smile and staggering body. "A new destiny!" He must have taken drugs to act this crazy.

"And that 'destiny' is?" Jaden pressed a foot forward. He took the chance that his foe was 'mentally' adjusting.

"Just like how you ended my life-" Any more power in that grip and he'll destroy the remote. "I'll end your's without a trace." His thumb was one inch far from the button. "Starting with your 'friends'."

"I don't care if he loses an arm, Malicious Edge."

Indeed he didn't. Just as the moon was clear in the dark sky, an arm holding a remote made itself visible. The wild was silent for a second before it reacted with a scream.

"AAAAAAAAAHHHGG! M-MY ARM! MY ARM!" Bomber was kneeling as he held his arm-less shoulder. Blood was staining the white uniform like it was to taint it with a color of war.

Jaden just walked towards him. He wasn't feeling anything. Not even an ounce of guilt that he severed an arm from a human. It was like his heart was already numb to the core. The instant Bomber was at arm's length, he pointed the gundisk exactly to the head. "Rest In Peace."

"Hmph, you really think I'll fall for this stupid sham?"

'!' Jaden icily stared at him. The tone of Bomber's voice was obviously not in panic. What's more he was smiling with an I-figured-it-out face.

Reality was beginning to crumble like a glass being hammered. 'The jig's up, I guess.' Lodged between his index and middle finger was a card. A trap card with a picture of a hexagram and symbol of the millennium eye in the center.

"Spellbinding Illusion, was it?" Bomber stood up. No. He was already standing right from the very beginning. "What a cheap trick."

Everything was a dream before the explosion even started. In reality, nothing exploded. No one's arm was cut. The only thing that changed was the distance between them and the amber gold eyes Jaden has.

A visible hostility powered Jaden's eyes. "Who are you?"

"You know precisely who I am." Other than Bomber's sadistic voice, a whitish aura made it clear that Jaden wasn't really talking to the man known as Bomber. Light. It was the last thing that he wanted to be associated with. Ever since he 'killed' the Light of Ruin within Sartorius, he has been haunted by it via dreams.

"You should be dead if that's the case."

"I'm not stupid to focus myself on just one vessel."

"...The D was annihilated by your very own victim."

"I wonder about that. That Edo child was never the type to kill villains. Even if the villain had the most brutal sins."

"So you're within The D after all."

"Hehe... Who knows... I may be nearer to you than you think."

"..."

"In any case, I have prepared a wonderful gift. In return for killing my other half."

"Wasn't killing an acquaintance already too much of a gift?" He was referring to a certain accident he couldn't forget. It carved in his soul the word 'power' and 'vengeance'.

It laughed. More insane than before. "Until you open it, I won't pester you for a while." Life was beginning to let lose for Bomber. "I hope you enjoy it~"

Like any of its successful victims, it sucked the life out of Bomber. It wasn't something Jaden could stop. This fact made it clear ever since his battle with the Shooting game Champion, Lorenzo. The punishment of signing a contract with a devil as they say it.

Jaden let the tension lose on his shoulders. His golden eyes hiding beneath the hood went back to brown-normal. The grip in his gundisk was as powerful as it could get. '...Gift my ass.' His resentment was at the top of his head. Fatigue and exhaust came afterwards.

Sho was in deep sleep. The infirmary's bed was designed especially for the likes of him.

"I thought Aniki said he'd come here? -saurus" The top rail of the chair held Kenzan's worried head. His sitting position was the opposite of the norm.

Johan slouched with his back on the wall. He touched his chin with the thought of where Jaden could have gone. "Ne, Ayukawa-sensei. Didn't Jaden come here?"

"No. He didn't." The head nurse confirmed. She nursed Sho with a manual pulse checking.

Johan sighed. He seems to find Jaden's unpredictable disappearances worrying.

"Ayukawa-sensei, do you have any pain kil-" Jaden stopped midway. After spotting Johan and Kenzan, he looked at Sho's tired-to-hell body.

"Jay!"

"Aniki!"

"What happened?" His tone was scary to the point that it sounded like a threat. He was evidentnly in a bad mood.

Nobody answered. They had a cold feet for a second. "When you left, O'Brien decided to discontinued the duel. Immediately after that..." Kenzan eyed at Sho's sorry state. If pity wasn't in his eyes, it wouldn't be anything else.

Johan jerked a jaw as he remembered the sudden events. "O'Brien was a bit tired as well."

The two watched Ayukawa bring out a stethoscope. She placed it at Sho's chest. No reaction from the nurse.

"How is he, sensei?" Jaden went near her.

"Everything's fine. A week of rest should do it but...are you sure they only dueled? If they did, then this shouldn't have happened."

The room was awfully quiet. They didn't understand the situation.

"Sensei, do you have some pain killers?"

"What for?"

"Err, for this." Jaden raised his right arm. The bio-band was visible and so was his bruise. It was the result of a certain gundisk hitting a certain flesh.

"Wha-?!" She grabbed the black-eyed wrist with the want to examine it up close.

"Ow ow ow ow. That hurts!"

Ayukawa locked his arm with her two hands. She was looking at it with careful thought. "Hmmm... Nothing to worry about. It's nothing serious." She seemed so hectic. After closely examining the bruise. She headed to a cabinet and pulled out a reagent bottle. Must be the pain killer.

She immediately gave it to him. "Here. Anoint it well."

"Thanks." Jaden curved a smile to the right.

She responded with a smile as well before she turned to Sho's case. "Okay, everyone. Return to your dorms. I'll take care of Sho-kun from here."

Kenzan jumped out of the chair. "We'll do so. -saurus"

"Sorry for the sudden intrusion." Johan bowed.

Jaden eyed on Sho. Exactly to the white bracelet he had. When they were dueling, he saw it flicker for just a moment. And when he used the 'Spellbinding Illusion' card, he felt a little out-of-blue. He can't point it out but he feels like he was on to something. "Take care of Sho, teach."

They left at the same time. The nurse was now alone. In her mind, she evaluated the events that transpired. 'To faint from just an ordinary duel. Something's not right.'

AN: I would like a kind review about my writing style. When I say 'kind' review I mean suggestions, mkay? For example: "Your writing sucks and you need to improve your grammar blah blah" I really need those right now coz i'm getting crappier by the chapters that pass by. Really big thanks for the support minna~
