Ellie had put the skulls into her bag once she got Tracker to actually clean them. She wasn't going to be carrying around gross and bloody... trophies, as Tracker chose to call them. He seemed very proud of them, and she didn't want to try and say something against it, not wanting to offend him. He seemed like the kind of guy who could have his honor easily insulted and bruised and she'd rather not be the one to do that to him. She really did like him, he was really cool and really sweet.

Tracker had gone to talk to Berseker and Falconer- what about, she was unsure, he hadn't said anything to her, just that he needed to do something. Ellie just decided to mess with the hounds a bit, running around and letting them chase her, rolling onto the ground while they gently bounced around her, bumping their heads against her body, growling playfully as they nipped her, being careful of her soft flesh. They didn't want to make her bleed or have permanent damage.

Smog was the one that would growl and fend the other two off when they got a bit too rough with her, accidentally acting like they were on an actual hunt and not just messing around. Smog began barking at them loudly while he bit at them, they would yipe and quickly retreat, leaving Smog standing beside Ellie tall and strong, snarling at them.

She let out a soft giggle, letting Smog tow her around as if she was his pup. He treated her like his own anyway, so who was to say he didn't think that she was? He had grabbed her by the collar of her shirt and began dragging her when he saw that playtime was over, she just went limp and allowed it, knowing he wasn't going to do anything bad. She didn't know what he was doing exactly, but it was fun being hauled around like that, there wasn't any danger and there wasn't anything she'd get caught on that would hurt her so she was good with it. He set her down after laying down himself, his head resting on her stomach. He looked like he wanted to groom her, but resisted. She smiled, gently running her fingers across his muzzle. He grumbled, now resting his head on her chest, she squeaked, her body now being pinned down by the large creature.

"Smog... I can't breathe..." she whispered softly, causing him to quickly stand up and back away, head hanging low in an apologetic way. She sat up, taking in a deep breath, the pressure released from her. She looked at him, reaching her hand out, "Hey, sorry... you weigh a ton, and when you do that it puts pressure on me and my lungs and I can't get any oxygen inside of me. Which I need greatly." she explained, placing her hand gently on his head, patting him, "You aren't bad, just... you weigh a lot." she giggled.

Ellie's attention was grabbed by a sudden trilling. She whipped her head around to see Tracker staring at her from across the way. She looked at the ground, standing up quickly, brushing off all the dirt and grass that attached to her clothing. He slowly walked over, not taking long before he stood in-front of the short female. He brought up his hand, running it through her black and green hair. He really liked to do that, and she could guess why, his kind didn't have hair like it, so it was fun to mess with.

"Ellie... I have.. some place I wish... to show you. A waterfall." he rumbled, his deep voice resonating due to his mask. "You will like it... I found it.. awhile ago.." he added in, running his large hand down her shoulder and her arm, taking her hand lightly once he came to it. Ellie felt her face begin to heat up, causing her to shrink. Tracker let out another trill, this one seeming like he was amused. "and no... it's not.. the waterfall... next to camp, if you... were wondering." he grumbled as he began to tug at her hand once he began to walk. Ellie quickly followed, not wanting to trip over her feet thanks to his pulling. Smog and the other two began to follow, but Tracker growled at them. They whimpered and sat, knowing they had to stay.

Tracker was being nice and was actually going slow, letting Ellie set the pace in a way. He didn't wish to rush her, he wanted to take time. He had planned on getting to the waterfall at twilight, when the sky and the time was just perfect enough. He didn't figure he was going to win her over that much by giving her prized possessions, she didn't seem too happy to take the skulls, but she had accepted them so it made him glad to see she shared his feelings.

"Tracker, how far away is the waterfall?" Ellie asked, "I know we kind of just left camp, but... I don't want to be walking forever. I get tired easily due to the hot weather here..." she didn't want to sound like she was complaining, but it wasn't like she could help it. Though, she wasn't carrying her bag, so it wasn't too bad.

"Just little ways... Take time... I'm not... pushing you... But, I would... like to get... there before... dark." he muttered to her, holding her hand tight as he helped her over a large log that was in the way.

"Alright... Will you carry me if I get too tired?" she asked playfully, hoping he knew what sarcasm was. But was also kind of hoping he'd say yes.

He rumbled, puffing out his chest, "Of course... If get tired... just say so... I will carry you."

Oh, she didn't think that'd work. Tracker's kind must not be big on the whole sarcasm thing, being serious and not exactly the joking type. She shrugged the thought off, looking up at the sky. The day moved so slow. She halted for a moment, a thought crossing her mind; were the group that attempted to save her a few days back even still alive? If they were; where were they? It sent shivers up her spine to think about it. What if they saw him and her together and started to shoot? She wasn't sure how well Tracker reacted to bullets, though his tough skin seemed like it'd be able to shrug off a few of them... She shook her head, trying to get the thought away, she didn't want to think of that now.

They had been walking for what felt like hours. Ellie's legs were beginning to tire, and she was too shy to ask Tracker to carry her. She didn't want to seem weak. She stumbled over her feet, nearly falling. The Yautja quickly caught her, holding her to him. She stared up at his expressionless mask, and he stared down at her through it. He trilled, head cocking to the side. He released her, but she was back in his arms again once he picked her up bridal-style.

"At this pace... won't make it to waterfall in time." he rumbled, looking up at the sky. It had changed from the usual colouration to a brighter orange. It was going to be dark soon. Tracker shook his head before he bolted into a sprint, causing Ellie to wrap her arms around him, holding onto him as tight as she could. She trusted him not to drop her, but one couldn't ever be too sure. He ran so fast, she could feel some of his muscles contracting and retracting. He was such a big guy, intimidating, but quite the large teddy bear when he chose to be.

She shut her eyes, disliking how they kept drying out when she tried to look ahead of her. The collar around her neck began to nip and pinch her skin due to her shoulders being scrunched up beside her head. She relaxed, deeply exhaling.

He stopped suddenly, spooking Ellie. Her hearing was the first in coming back to her, the sound of loud, rushing water enveloping her. She opened her eyes, crystal blue eyes widening in surprise at the sight.

It was a beautiful waterfall, the large pond it was pouring into was calm, only around the area the water was crashing down over the side of a hill being wild and uncontrollable. Tracker set her down on her feet, letting her examine the sight much closer. He stayed put, arms crossing over his bulky chest. Ellie neared the ponds edge, looking down at the water. It was mostly the way the sky had reflected off of it that made it twice as gorgeous to look at. She couldn't tear her eyes away from it.

She got down on her knees, dipping her fingers into the water. It wasn't cold, it was more a luke-warm, feeling great against her tuckered out, hot body. She smiled widely, feeling a rush of excitement run through her body. She stood up, then looked at Tracker.

"This is pretty..." she spoke.

"I'm glad you like it..."

"The water looks deep enough... wanna come swim with me?" she asked.

Tracker shook his head, taking a step back, "... Water isn't really... something I enjoy."

"Oh.. come on..." she pouted, "No fun..."

Tracker waved a hand dismissively as he looked somewhere else, "Go on, swim if you wish... I will not stop you..."

"...Alright then..." Ellie sighed.

Tracker kept his gaze on the sky, but decided to check on Ellie to see if she was in the water yet. He cocked his head, watching as she removed her coverings until she was only in her undergarments. He let out a soft purr, taking a step towards her silently. She quickly jumped into the water without looking back at him, making Tracker's thoughts instantly go another direction than what they originally had been going. He huffed, sitting on the ground as he watched and listened to the young woman enjoying herself in the water.

She swam around, floating on her back. She was glad she was wearing black underwear instead of white, she wasn't sure how Tracker would respond to it. The water felt good against her skin, this was the closest thing she had to a bath that she could get. It was so nice. She looked over to Tracker who was keeping a keep eye on her. She slowly swam over to the edge and grinned.

"You just got in...Getting out already?" he asked, trilling.

She shook her head, quickly bringing up cupped hands to splash water onto the unsuspecting alien. He roared, quickly jumping back, growling as he brushed off the droplets that landed on him. Ellie laughed, quickly swimming back to the deeper part of the pond, watching him closely, her nose hanging just above the water like an alligator. She giggled, holding her head up.

"You're gonna pay for that, pet." Tracker growled out, walking closer to the pond, but not stepping in. Ellie stuck out her tongue playfully.

"Come and get me if you dare." she teased.

"Don't tempt me..." he trilled.

"What if I want to?" she asked, floating on her back, "I'm just playing around..." she pouted. She shut her eyes for a split second, the sound of splashing causing her eyes to widen. She looked over to Tracker who was now standing in the water up to his knees. She felt her heart race while she kept her distance from him, watching him once more. She didn't actually think he'd come in after her. "I thought you didn't like water..." she spoke.

"I don't... But... I have an idea I'd like to propose..." he cooed.

"Well... I'm all ears." Ellie giggled, even though she felt quite terrified and kind of nervous as to what Tracker was thinking about doing.
