Ciecie (aka Rinny): …*tries to sneak in*
Ikuto: *Catches by the collar* And where have you been?
Ciecie: Sorry! I've been adulting since high school!
Ikuto: And? You can find time to write.
Ciecie: I know, I know. I'll do better.
Amu: You say that every time. People are going to stop believing you.
Ciecie: I know, I'm so sorry. I don't expect any of you to believe me at this point.
Ikuto: Get to writing and you may get their forgiveness.
Amu: Ciecie does not own Shugo Chara! Or any of the characters... If she did, the show would go down the drain because she would never update.
~Third POV~
~Amu & Ikuto~
Ikuto knocked on the door, he was nervous and excited to be going on a date with Amu. She sparked promise in him, one that had never truly been there before; she owned his heard and there was nothing anyone could do about it. Midori opened the door, "Amu will be down in a few minutes. You can sit down here and wait for her if you'd like."
He smiled at her and nodded, "Thank you Midori-san."
Amu stepped down each stair, gracefully in Ikuto's eyes. He walked over to her, handing her a bouquet of red roses, her face brightened a deep red. "I-Ikuto, you really didn't have to do this."
"And why do you think that? It is, after-all, our first date." He smiled genuinely.
"Y-You really consider this our first date?"
Ikuto looked at her, "of course. Don't you?" His face showed signs of hurt.
"Yes, yes I do." She smiled at him.
~Nagihiko & Rima~
Rima paced around, "he's not here yet. Maybe it was a joke, it wasn't very funny." She curled into a ball, "could he really do that? Maybe he's changed a lot."
Nagihiko rang the doorbell, "calm down Nagihiko everything will be fine."
She ran down the stairs, almost tripping and answered the door quickly composing herself. "You're late."
"I-I'm sorry, I was getting you these. I remembered you said Orange Lilies were your favorite." He handed her the flowers.
A blush appeared across her face, "N-Nagihiko these are beautiful."
"I hoped you would like them Rima-Chan."
"L-Let's get going." She set them inside a vase with water.
~All~
They all arrived at an exquisite restaurant called "The Italian Clove", getting seated with menus.
Nagihiko spoke up, "Rima-Chan. Meet Amu and Ikuto. Amu, Ikuto meet Rima-Chan."
"Rima. You can call me just Rima." She spoke him.
"Nice to meet you, Rima." Amu smiled and Ikuto just nodded.
Rima then looked at Amu then to Nagihiko, "How do you two know each other?"
"We were friends in America, we were the only ones who were from Japan and knew fluent Japanese so we become fast friends." Nagihiko cleared things up.
"Did you two ever have feelings for the other?" She looked at them, Ikuto then perked up.
Amu laughed, "no. My heart belongs to someone e-else." She said blushing.
Ikuto smirked, "Amu do tell us. Who has your heart?"
"Shut up…" She blushed more, looking away.
Nagihiko laughed avoiding the topic of feelings.
"You never answered the question Nagihiko." Rima looked at him.
Nagihiko opened his mouth to speak but the waitress came, "Hello I'm Aiko and I will be your server tonight. Are you all ready to order or do you need another minute?"
All of them in unison, "We're ready."
Aiko looks at Ikuto recognizing him from school, blushing a bit. "Wh-What would you like tonight sir?"
Amu glared as Ikuto ordered, she then looked at Amu and rolled her eyes while taking her order, then taking Nagihiko's and Rima's orders. Amu spoke up as Aiko walked away, "she has a thing for you."
Ikuto looked at Amu, "who cares? I'm not interested in her. Somebody's already captivated my attention."
She blushes deeply. 'Have I really captivated his attention?' ran through her mind, almost immediately after she thought that Ikuto piped up, "Yes, you have."
"Wh-What do you mean?"
He laughed, "Amu you're not that hard to read. It's all over your face."
Nagihiko and Rima both laughed. Nagihiko spoke up, "he is right, y'know?"
Amu glared at Nagihiko, "Shut it Nagi."
They bickered back and forth for a few minutes, Rima looked at them. 'He has feelings for her.' Rima looked down. Nagihiko looked at Rima, "Are you alright?"
"U-Um, I'll be back in a few minutes." She hurried to the Ladies Room. "He has feelings for her. He wants to be with her."
Amu looked worried, "Maybe I should go talk to her."
Ikuto and Nagihiko nodded as Amu walked to the Ladies Room. She walked in, "I'm sorry if this is an intrusion but are you okay?"
"I'm fine." Rima said, coldly.
Amu looked down then back up at the shorter girl, "it's clear that something is wrong. Is it Nagi?"
Rima tensed up, "that and the fact he has feelings for you."
"He doesn't have feelings for me, in America he told me all about you. He really missed you and wants to be with you."
"It doesn't look that way to me. The way he looks at you, the way he acts with you… He's barely spoken to me." Rima looked down.
Amu looked at her, "he's probably nervous. I'm nervous as hell being around Ikuto but my character hides that nervousness well. Normally Nagi's does as well but it's probably because it's you. I assure you, there is nothing going on between Nagi and I."
Rima nodded, "okay. I believe you."
"Good, let's go back to our dates. Make sure they aren't getting themselves into trouble. Okay, make sure Ikuto's not getting into trouble." She laughs.
Rima laughs as well, as they walk back to food on their table. "Looks delicious."
Nagihiko smiled at Rima standing up to sit her back down, as Ikuto did the same.
"So, anything interesting happen while we were away?" Rima spoke.
"Ikuto was just telling me about Seiyo High School."
Rima looked at Ikuto, "You go to S- Now, I know who you are." She glared.
Ikuto looked at her with confusion, then realized why she was glaring. "You shouldn't believe everything you hear."
"What's going on?" Nagihiko spoke up.
"Heartbreaker."
"Those are just rumors." Ikuto looked at her, glaring.
"Are they really just rumors?" She glared at him.
"I'm sure they are just rumors Rima." Nagihiko looked at her smiling.
Rima got up from the table, "I'm finished. May we go now Nagihiko?"
Nagihiko hesitated for a moment, "a-are you sure Rima?"
"I'm sure."
Nagihiko nodded, "I'll see you back home Amu. Goodbye Ikuto." He accompanied Rima out of the building, opening the passenger door for her. "What happened?"
"Tsukiyomi Ikuto is not a good guy, he's known for breaking hearts. Every girl who gets close to him ends up broken. My best friend was broken so badly that she moved and I haven't heard from her since."
Nagihiko looked back at the restaurant, "I should warn Amu."
"Yes, you should. She shouldn't trust him." Rima looked at him.
Nagihiko parked the car in front of her house and opened the passenger door. "I had fun tonight but next time, I'm taking you on a real date. Just you and I."
Rima blushed, "I would love that."
Nagihiko looked at her, "I missed you Rima." He kisses her cheek.
"I missed you, too." She blushed harder.
Nagihiko walks her to the door.
Amu looked at Ikuto, "what happened between you two?"
"I have no idea. I go to school with her and a lot of people spread rumors about me and anyone who is remotely well-known in school."
She nods, finishing her food. "I understand rumors but that seemed more than anger from rumors."
Ikuto nodded, "I don't know but I'm sure I can find out. Are you ready to leave?"
Amu nods, "let's go."
They both stand up and leave, he opens the door for Amu and then drives back to his house.
"Amu, I had fun with you tonight." He looks down at her.
She blushes, staring at him. He leans down and kisses her softly, she kisses him back. After a few minutes, they break the kiss.
"I-Ikuto…"
He smiles, "let me walk you home."
Amu walks into her house, Nagihiko grabs her hand. "Amu, we need to talk."
"What is it Nagi?"
"I don't think you should date Ikuto anymore."
Ciecie: I wanted to apologize so I made this chapter extra long. I hope you guys like it, I worked really hard on it.
