Father verses daughter

The air between Rais and Nagi is unbearable for the clan. They face each other, studying each other for a moment of weakness. The members of the clan, old and young watch both of them from a safe distance. Their match is outside in a large field where the grass touches their ankles. Inas stands at the side of Rais and Nagi, acting as witness for the upcoming match. Hasna only shakes her head at both of them.

Nagi held her twin chakrams in her hands, she have to abandoned her miniature chakrams against her father. Rais held his curved sword in his right hand with ease. Nagi felt small compared to her father who has more years of experience in swordplay. She wants to hide from her father's cold glare but she has stood her ground. Both of them change their clothing more suitable to fighting. Nagi changes her knee-length skirt for brown pants. Her hair is tied to a braid.

Inas looks both with them then spoke up, "I shall stand as referee and judge. This battle will between our leader Rais and his daughter, Nagi. Let these people witness this and record this in our history books. If the person faints or unable to battle shall lose." She raises her left hand up. Rais and Nagi position themselves for battle. Everyone looks on, holding in their breaths as a second past by. As Inas chop the air between them, Nagi and Rais jump back from each other to give each other space.

They stood still, waiting for each other to attack first. Rais decide to break the tension by lunging forward quickly to strike down his blade. Nagi's eyes widen as she barely jumps back from the blade's distance. His curved sword left a small horizontal crater when the blade landed. Nagi jumps forward to let her chakrams slash downward to Rais. Rais easily block his daughter's chakrams with his blade. He gave a small frown as their blades create sparks from their strength.

"I thought you would be better than that Nagi…It seems that I'm wrong." Rais sighs. Nagi glares at him as her feet touch the ground. They exchange blows with each other, sparks fly around as their blades meet each other. Nagi redirect his sword to the side with her chakram to land a roundhouse kick to Rais' head. Rais fell forward from her redirection; he receives the kick as he stands on his feet. He rubs his left cheek where the kick hit, "Not bad…but not good enough!"

His left hand formed a fist to return the hit. Nagi almost receives his strength but ducks out of the way. She saw a leg before receiving a strong kick under her chin. Nagi stands on her feet, stumbling from her father's monstrous strength. She glares at him before they let their blades do the talking. Their blades cry out as they clash against each other. Nagi lunge her left chakram to Rais, he sidesteps to avoid the blade. She took advantage of this moment of distraction to drop down swiftly to let her right left shot up to kick under his chin. Rais glare down at his daughter as he stumbles a little from his daughter's strength.

"It seems our daughter is not fooling around…" Hasna spoke up beside Inas. She seems a bit surprised of her daughter's strength in battle but doesn't show it. In her eyes, Hasna saw Nagi to be close to Rais' strength. Inas looks at Hasna then turns back to the battle, "Nagi is seems in equal strength to her father…"

'Impossible…Rais have more experience in battle than her.' Hasna thought.

Nagi block Rais's curved sword by his strength overwhelms the young woman. She risks it by moving to the right side. Her head felt lighter as she felt her hair loose. Rais saw as Nagi's strands of hair fly with the air. Nagi's eyes widen to see her braid cut off from Rais' sword. She ignores her chopped hair to give multiple slashes to Rais' way. He blocks the attacks with his sword. Both of them exchange a strong slash until they saw their weapons cracked in different areas. They glare at each other then exchange more blows with their weapons. Nagi swing upwards towards Rais' sword to loosen his grip on it. Another blow to his sword renders him weaponless as his sword lands a distance away from them. Rais' left knee swiftly hit Nagi's stomach. She gasps as she lost a moment to breathe. Rais took the moment sweep Nagi's feet off the down to bend his right elbow to strike downward towards Nagi's stomach. Nagi coughs violently, struggling to breath.

'He…he is too strong.' Nagi thought. 'I cannot give up…' She stands up to ready herself. Her hands form into fists then eases itself as she charges forward to give multiple kicks to Rais' stomach or chest. Rais dodges her attempts to land a kick to give punches to her. They block or dodge out of the way.

"Give up, Nagi. You're embarrassing yourself in front of your clan." Rais said as he blocks Nagi's punch to his stomach.

"I will not! This is nothing compare to what I go through!" Nagi shouts, remembering her battles and training with Masrur. In a second, she moves her head to the right narrowly miss her father's left strong punch. She jumps forward to land a roundhouse kick to his head. His eyes widen as he land a couple foot away from Nagi. Nagi breath out heavily as Rais stands on his feet, slowly. Rais wipe the blood at the corner of his right mouth as he glares at her.

"Stubborn girl." Rais mumbles out. She eases her breathing to normal level. Their body is covered in sweat and small drops of blood. They stood still to ease their breathing. Nagi ease her fists for a second then tighten them again. Rais narrow his eyes at his daughter, "Let's end this."

"Agreed." Nagi responds. They run towards each other to land oncoming punches and kicks. Now they are out for blood, endurance and survival matters now. Nagi gave swift punches to his stomach or sides. Weak attacks don't matter for them; they only worry about strong attacks. A punch to the jaw, Nagi spits out the taste of copper from her mouth to continue on.

Punch and kick…a kick to the stomach, it didn't matter for Nagi. She wants to prove to everyone that she is strong. Nagi won't back down without a fight even if her opponent is her father, she cannot run in fear. 'I will not lose! My friends need me!' Nagi thought with determination. They punch each other in the cheek as they fell to their bottoms to the ground.

Breathing heavily, they stand on their feet to exchange blows again. Everyone in the clan look on in horror as they saw blood spill on the ground.

"They won't stop fighting…" One male teen said out loud. The Asad members want them to stop but they couldn't until one of them is unable to fight. Inas sighs, "They are pushing themselves over the limit."

"Get up!" Rais shouts at his eleven year old girl as she stumbles to stand up. Nagi wipe the blood from the corner of her left mouth. She readies herself as she charge forward to land a punch to Rais. Rais knocks her back to the ground easily. "Again!" Rais yells. Nagi's eyes tears up as she held on her tears.

After her many attempts, she couldn't stand up. She wanted to make her father proud but this is too much for her body. Rais glares down at Nagi, "You must be strong to protect yourself! You couldn't depend on no one to save you! Fight to live!"

Nagi's head lay to the side of the ground as her fists tighten on the ground, dirt in her hands. Shaken with resolve, Nagi stands up on her feet with eyes burning. With a shout, they charge to each other.

"This is over!" Father and daughter shouts out loud with burning resolve. With the last of their strength, they exchange punches. Rais head butt his daughter. Nagi stumbles then shakes it off to swiftly grab his head and knee Rais' face. Both of them receive the other punch to the jaw. The strength of their punches makes them fly back a couple feet from each other. Blood fly from their mouths to the ground. They struggle to sit up as they glare at each other. Everyone watch in suspense as both of them fall on their back to the ground, unable to fight anymore.

"It's a tie…" Inas said.

A/N: Jesus on a motorcycle! I'm back! This battle between Nagi and her father was tough for me. I was conflicted with her battle and trying to find ways to make it good...(I'm horrible with fighting scenes). I'm glad there are people who are reading this...since I'm a terrible writer but you readers push me on and gave me your support! I will finish this towards the end...*mumbles* dang...

Nevertheless, thank you all for the support. I'll upload more chapters in the future! (I need to be reminded hahaha...)
