Cameron and Cera were walking around the lush forest outside of Bakugan City and Cameron and Cera were looking for something or someone.
"Okay, will you tell me why we are out here?" Cameron asked
"We are out here looking for Shun, I figure if he is not battling, then he must be out here somewhere."
"And how would you know about that?" Cameron asked
"I have my sources, anyway look up there." they saw a shuriken throwing star impaled in a tree. "We must be getting close."
"Well what are we waiting for?!" and Cameron began running.
"Hold it you fool!" Cera exclaimed but Cameron tripped over a wire and he fell over and a bunch of throwing knives were speeding towards him. He miraculously ducked down before they impaled him several times. "That definitely looks like the work of Shun. C'mon we have to find him, and please try not to trip over anything." she said glaring at him and Cameron just laughed awkwardly.
"Sorry." they then walked through some more trees and bushes while all the while watching out for any traps and they got to the end of the forest and they saw Shun meditating on a tree stump and one of his eyes opened and he glared at the two going to him and when he saw them Cameron then decided to hide behind Cera.
"You're part of that other team, what do you want?" Shun asked
"We came to ask you why you guys are battling again?" Cera replied
"Well that is simple." he got up. "It was because Dan asked us to and he would leave us along if we didn't say yes. That is why."
"So what, you are officially back in the saddle?"
"Not exactly this will be our last time battling before we retire."
"So you're only battling just to do Dan a solid?" Cera asked
"Not exactly, sure Dan and the others may want to win this tournament but, I feel that there are much more important things to dwell on besides Bakugan battling, anyway that couldn't possibly be the only reason you came all the way out here."
"Yeah, actually I wanted to ask about Code Eve?" Cameron asked
"Actually we kinda know about the story of Code Eve." Cera started.
"But I don..." Cameron couldn't finish as she covered his mouth.
"In particular we wanted to know about a Bakugan named Draconoid." Cera said.
"I've brawling for as long as I can remember and I haven't even heard that Bakugan before."
"Well it says that I need to beat a Bakugan with traces of Code Eve's power." Cameron said.
Shun smirked. "So I see, it looks like you'll have to beat Dan and Drago if you want to find out about this Draconoid."
"Okay, so do you think I have a shot?" Cameron excitedly asked. Cera performed a facepalm.
"I am going to be perfectly honest with you. Your rank is only in the seventies and considering that Drago is at a higher Dragonoid evolution stage. I can easily say that you at your current skill have no chance as even coming close to beating Dan." he said as he got up.
"What!" he exclaimed. "Don't you think that is a little harsh?"
"He's right... you may be famous for having a Dragonoid around the stadiums and all, but the truth is compared to the rest of us you just have no skill."
"What! But then how was I able to tie in the battle against you?" he asked
Lunaris jumped out of Cera's pocket and rolled onto her shoulder and opened. "Blazeon has been carrying you the whole way. That Dragonoid you posses has far greater strengths and capabilities that your battling skills can allow, in the hands of a proper battler Blazeon would have unlocked his battle gear by now!" she exclaimed.
"So what I'm not good enough to be part of the team!" Cameron exclaimed.
"I'm not saying that, but with how you battle, the opponent can easily read you. I have seen all your battles and I know for a fact that every time you start a battle you open with the same ability. Sure Combustion Dragon may be the go to ability for most situations, but starting with it everytime is making you predictable. Even if you do raise your rank, your skills will still be as inferior as they are now!"
"What!" Cameron chuckled. "Surely you can't believe all of this, Blazeon."
"Well..." he started. "I mean they have battled for longer than you have, I mean they can't be wrong, right?"
"Ugh! Not you two!" he exclaimed. "But why I thought we were bros."
"Maybe, but battling powerful opponents is what I desire most of all and I may not become stronger with you at my side." he said.
"Fine! You wanna get stronger!?" then he took him and he began walking away, he turned around and he threw Blazeon to Cera. "If I'm such a horrible battler, then you be his brawling partner!" he ran off trying not to cry but some of the tears, he wasn't able to hold back.
"So Shun, what happens now?"
"Hard to say, but I can't say that saying he wasn't good enough probably wasn't the best approach." said Shun.
"The way I see it. It would have been better this way, it's definitely a lot less painful than going through loss after loss of battles until he realized it. Don't worry he'll thank me soon enough." she looked behind her and Shun was gone. "Huh, oh well. Since I am a Darkus Battler and with my fame and everything. I can't possibly find a new partner for you. So I'll have to get someone else to do it for me." she began walking out of the forest.
Meanwhile is was now evening and leaving the stadium was Aisha and Jayden as they noticed the rest of the team hasn't returned. "Aww! I really wanted that autograph..." Aisha pouted. "Oh well, there is always next time."
"Well we better start getting some wins, apparently the rules have changed, the minimum requirement to go through is that we need three wins not two. So even the Brawlers have some work to do, our second qualification match is tomorrow, and we can't afford to lose any more battles."
"You don't have to worry, Bearth and I will not lose another battle, you can guarantee that!" she yelled
"That's great, we don't have to worry about Akira or Cera, so the only problem would be Cameron."
"Oh well what about him?"
"For starters, he has very limited knowledge on Bakugan and he is a complete amateur."
"So what? He may be low ranked, but that doesn't mean that he is any less powerful than any of us."
"You may have a point but it's no secret that Blazeon is the one who carried him this far."
"You're kidding me, but maybe we can give him another chance?"
"Maybe, but will he be able to step up to the plate. He's not going to be in friendly battles anymore, if he wants to win then he is going to have to come up with some strength of his own."
"I don't know, maybe you guys are being a little to hard on the guy, I mean sure his skills are not on par with ours but still he can improve."
"I'm not even sure if Pyrus attribute matches him well, actually it matches him quite well but still how come him and Blazeon haven't reached a level necessary to compete with us."
"Well I don't know about you but I'm going home, get a good night sleep and prepare for tomorrow."
"Okay then." and Jayden turned around.
"Uh, hello?" she yelled
"What do you need?"
"You would just let a girl walk back to her home at night all by herself!?"
Then Velocirex jumped onto his shoulder and opened. "She has a point there y'know."
"The things I do..." he muttered to himself. "Okay where do you live?" he asked sounding defeated.
In the middle of a park. Cameron was sitting in the on a bench under a street lamp and he looked like he was falling asleep but he did his best to stay awake. He took a look at his empty right hand and saw that it was true that Blazeon was gone.
"I guess I really wasn't good enough..." he said to himself as he was about to fall asleep. "Well it was sure nice of them to tell me so late." he sarcastically.
Suddenly he saw a person who was in his thirties and he looked a little shady but he was dressed like he did a lot of business. "Hello there kid." he said in a marketing like voice. "You look like you're in need of a Bakugan, am I right?"
"Yeah... whatever..." he said not completely not interested in Bakugan anymore, or what this man dressed in a suit was trying to offer him.
"That is great, now I know what you need, you need a one of a kind Darkus Fear Ripper! Huh? Huh?" suddenly he was hit from the back and the strike the hit his neck caused him to fall to the ground Akira was behind the man
"Kono yōna baka" she muttered to herself in Japanese. "Cameron, what are you doing out here?" she asked
"Maybe he's just taking a little siesta." Radion said
"You better hope that is the case. Cameron, c'mon I'll take you home." she said and she grabbed his hand and lifted him to his feet. The two began walking to his house but for the whole trip Cameron was unusually silent. Once they got to his house. Akira then decided to press the issue. "Okay, spill it, what wrong with you?"
"What are you talking about? Nothing is wrong." he said while trying a fake smile.
"Nice try, now tell me, what's bothering you?"
"Yeah!" Radion yelled. "And where is Blazeon huh?"
"Well, he's gone."
Akira lifted one of her eyebrows in confusion. "What do you mean by gone?"
"I'll explain everything in the house, sound fine?" Akira nodded and she followed him inside.
"Hold on, didn't you say you had a mother?"
"Oh well she's probably asleep by now, but she thinks I'm home right now." he said. They both entered his room and Akira closed the door behind him and Cameron sat on his bed. "Well where do I start?" he then sighed. "As you know my Brawling skills aren't well, good enough. Look the point is I gave Blazeon to Cera because clearly I'm not good enough."
"Not good enough? Who told you that?!"
"Cera did."
"That spoiled brat!? Listen you can't let her tell you that you aren't good enough for a Bakugan, besides who is she to say that! I mean you drew with her in your last battle."
"Only because Blazeon carried me the whole way. Look you should just forget about me, there are many more powerful Pyrus battlers out there that are more powerful than I am."
"Many of those Pyrus battlers will never have what you have. You have heart, Pyrus Bakugan draw their power from the flames that surrounds them, I can tell that you have the spark."
"The spark?"
"Inside you, there is a compressed firestorm that is just waiting to be released and Blazeon wants to draw from that power... Look what I'm trying to say is that you're not giving yourself enough credit." she said while putting her arm around his shoulder. "The rest of us have been battling for a while and you only started recently. I believe you can prove everyone wrong."
"That's all well and good, but Blazeon is already gone, and even he wants to be with someone else."
"You don't have to worry, all you have to do is show up tomorrow." she said. Cameron nodded. "Hey keep your chin up, my sister once told me that one person's belief can carry someone very far, so... I believe in you." she said.
"Akira..." Cameron began blushing, and finally a smile creped on his face. "Thank you."
"No problem." and she opened his window and jumped out of it.
"I have no idea what she is planning, but none of it matters, right now."
It was late afternoon the next day in the Team Generation meeting area the rest of the team were waiting but the only ones who were missing were Hikari and Garfield
"Where are those two, they should be here by now." Kaleb said.
"It is not like my sister to be late for anything." Hayato said to himself.
"Maybe she and Garfield are out on a date." Luna said and then Hayato gasped. "Hehe, I was only kidding." she said while sitting on the couch, they all heard voices from outside and Hayato and Kaleb walked outside the room and they saw Garfield and Hikari walking towards them.
"...So the giant frog was like 'How dare you kill my brother!' and then he managed to keep the nuclear reactor core from exploding." and as Garfield finished his story Hikari giggled again.
"Nice of you two to show up!" Kaleb exclaimed angrily.
"Hey, you two. How's it going?" he asked in his regular tone.
"Uh we have a battle in less that five minutes and here you two are goofing off!"
"Please do not blame my sister for this, she was influenced by him!" Hayato said pointing at him.
"Influenced... now you listen here!" Garfield began as he walked up to his face. "Hikari wanted to hang out with me! You have a problem? Then live with it!"
"Listen we have four teams to face and we need three wins from those battles and if we don't make it to the Tower of Power, I can guarantee that you will be off this team!" Kaleb said. Hayato smirked when he heard this. "Now we are about to battle now so lets head out already." and Kaleb walked alone down the hall and Hayato then sliced his finger across his neck as and directed the threat to Garfield and he walked back into the room Hikari came to his side.
"I am, so sorry! This is all my fault. It is because I wanted to be your friend. If you don't want us to hang out anymore, it is okay."
"No! I mean. I like hanging out with you, even if taking threats from your brother and the our 'fearless' leader... The truth is I love..." he then quickly covered his mouth and his whole face turned red. "...love hanging out with you, yeah that sounds about right, I'm not going to let them push me around, and are you?" Garfield asked
"Okay..." she said. He then ran after Kaleb. "Wait!" she yelled and he turned around. "Good luck." she said, Garfield pulled a thumbs up and he ran down the hall.
Both Kaleb and Garfield got to the battlefield and they saw two other battlers, they were a boy and a girl. Both had light skin, had very dark gray eyes and the boy had a green circle in the iris and the girl had a yellow circle surrounding the iris. They both wore black jump suits, the boy's had green accents and the girl's had yellow accents. Both of their hair was white, of course the girl's hair was longer than the boy's
"Are these guys supposed to be from the future or something?" Garfield said.
"Whatever the case, we must win no matter what." said Kaleb.
"Well I'd love to see how you can take them on, especially since you never brawled before."
"You watch your mouth." he said sternly
The announcer began talking. "We have another double battle treat for you! These two mysterious battlers who have yet to revealed their names have been destroying opponents to get to this point. Team Generation who now need three wins from four to have a chance to proceed to the tower of power.
Aisha was watching in the crowd along with Jayden. "Y'know. I've seen those eyes before, I just can't remember where." she said
"Y'know what I do, when I can't remember something?" Jayden asked
"I don't know, what?"
"I just ignore that feeling until it goes away. You should do the same, but I will admit there is something fishy about those two battlers, but if they beat Team Generation it will make our job a lot easier." he said
"Hey, where are the others?"
"Who knows, if they don't show up. It looks like I'll be the one to battle today." he said. "Until then, I'm going to enjoy watching this."
Back on the battlefield Kaleb took out his Subterra gauntlet which was mainly gold and silver accents and it was sparkling as well. Garfield took out his gauntlet which was mainly blue with white accents.
"Okay you posers are you ready to get beaten?!" Kaleb asked
"It's a shame we will be taking you Bakugan today." the boy said
"On Earth, they are not getting the respect they deserve." the girl replied. "And you may address us as Orion and Milvus." the girl named Orion said
"This is going to be good." said Kaleb.
"The battle will begin now, Bakugan field open!" the announcer yelled and then the battle environment changed to what was now a rocky terrain.
"You two are way out of your league, and I shall show you right now! Gate card set!" and he threw down a card and it made a light brown shockwave that spread around the stadium. "Rocky terrain, think this is the perfect area for my partner, Bakugan Brawl! Terrila Stand!" and rising from the ground was a buff looking bipedal gorilla that was light brown in colour and chest was grey in colour and he had red eyes.
"The time has come, for liberation. Bakugan Brawl! Ventus Riser stand!" and a bipedal human like Bakugan that was mostly green in colour had a head with no eyes, a pair of wings that were triangular shaped with curving rectangular protrusions coming out of them, they acted as his arms and he had small fingers sticking out from them.
"What kind of Bakugan is that!?" Kaleb said.

"Oh look at that my G's are higher than yours. As it should be, you will pay for starting with a weak Bakugan! Ability Activate! Sand Ripple!" Terrila hand glowed and he punched the ground and pillars of sand were heading to Riser.

"Who knew taking Bakugan would be this easy." Riser suddenly swivered from the sand pillars and floated in the air.
"You dare underestimate a higher being, that will be your last mistake! Ability Activate! Wind Slash!" and the Bakugan was flying in the air and it twirls with its wings outstretched and it then flung light green rings that were heading to Terrilla and they hit.

"You evened our power levels! Not for long! Ability Activate Trailing Punch!"

His arms then glowed and Terrila jumped into the air and the orange energy was trailing as he flew towards Riser, but he missed and hit the ground. "Impossible! How could he miss."
"You should know that matching Ventus Riser's speed is a very futile effort so if I were you I would just give up already. Oh and an interesting fact for you manage to drop your opponents power level to zero and the attack scores a crucial hit. You should know that the Bakugan will no longer exist."
"Exist? What do you mean?" Garfield asked
"Must we spell it out for you swine?" Orion asked retorically. "When a Bakugan's power level reaches zero, not only does it instantly go to the opponent but if the Bakugan wanted to it could end the other Bakugan's life. Just something we thought you would like to know, that's all."
"Really thanks for the tip!" said Kaleb as he smirked.
"Now that you know, what will you do?"
"The obvious of course! Ability Activate! Juggernaut Boomerang!" and the two sharp protrusions coming out of Terrilla's shoulders were grabbed by the former and they were taken out and they were both thrown to Riser. "This will subtract 500 G's from your Riser, which means I win and your Bakugan is toast for good!"
"Oh really, then I guess you aren't a friend to the Bakugan after all." he said as he raised his gauntlet. "Ability Activate!" Eerie Evasion!" and Riser glowed light green and avoided the attack and looked in the direction of Terrilla.
"That would have hurt, although Eerie Evasion will evade any type of physical based attack. And one more it rises my power level by 400 while brings the opponent back to Riser's base level.
"So that means."

"Orion come forth and assist me." he said.
"Very well, Bakugan Brawl! Haos Spark Stand!" and coming out of the ball form was a humanoid shaped mechanical Bakugan that had four short legs, each with thrusters on them. Its right arm housed an arm with nothing but eight spikes on them and its left arm was nothing but a shield. Its top half oh its face was black but had glowing red symbols across the side of his face which acted as eyes. "A Mechanical Bakugan in all its glory."

"You really think some tin can will scare me!? Ability Activate Massive Bulk!" and the muscles of Terrilla expanded and became bigger. "Now all his physical attacks will become stronger."
"But at the sacrifice of your speed, that is pretty foolish." said Milvus.
"Meeting us in battle was pretty foolish!" said Kaleb
"You really have no business challenging us for we don't want to battle you anymore. Ability Activate! Spiteful Cannon!" and out of the shoulders of Spark came two guns and they fired yellow beams right at Terrilla and he was getting his as he couldn't escape the scanners.

"Now taking your Bakugan from the likes of you will be very great indeed."
"Hold on! You aren't taking anything if I have anything to say about it!" Garfield yelled. "Bakugan Brawl!" he threw out his Aquos Bakugan. "Aquafibian stand!" and a Bipedal Bakugan that was blue and had light orange accents and a yellow belly. He had webbed feet and its arms consisted on three fins that had small feathers on the end of them, had three fins protruding from the back of his upper neck it also had a cape like back that was split into three and had the same design as his winged arms. It had a long face and had red eyes on one side of his face.

"What are you waiting for you little brat! Do something!" Kaleb yelled. "If we don't make we lose this match, then you are off the team!"
"Keep your pants on! I know what I'm doing." and he put a card in his gauntlet. Ability Card set. "Ability Activate! Power Spritz!" and water swirled around him for a second and he got a huge power and speed bost from the ability. "How do you like that? Power Spritz increases Aquafibian's power by 400G's, not only that but it also drastically increases his speed as well."

"Interesting development, it would seem that he is more capable that the Subterra battler." Orion said.
"Very well, then let us test him! Ability Activate!" he yelled. "Soul Splitter!" and Riser then split into four copies.

"That looks bad." Garfield said.
"Oh you think! Ability Activate! Crashing Roar!" and Terrilla then let out a massive roar that was crimson red shockwaves and they hit both Riser and Spark

"Still not enough! Hey Terrilla, you're killing me out here!"
"I will handle the flying zombie!" said Garfield. "Aquafibian!" and he ran very quickly to Riser.
"Take this, vermin! Ability Activate, Poison Stream!" and all four of them surrounded him and they made four holes in their chests and from them a mixture of black and green smoke came out and it engulfed Aquafibian and his power level began to drop

"Hey, leader! You wanna help out!?" Garfield yelled
"As if, I have my own troubles here, Ability Activate Sand Ripple!"

Pillars of sand were heading towards Spark. "You are going to love this human! Ability Activate, Discharge Cocoon!" and Spark jabbed his spiked arm into the ground and then an electric barrier surrounded him and the Sand Engulfed the shield but didn't do any damage to Spark. "Best part is that it will bring you pathetic Bakugan to your base level and restore Spark's original level.

"I'm not losing Aquafibian you hear me! Go Bakugan trap! Tripod Longfang!" and a pyramid shaped trap was thrown in the air by Garfield and he landed on the ground and he looked like a big seal with long fangs like a sabertooth tiger. He was mostly blue in colour, had a necklace that had three orbs on them one of them was blue and had the Aquos symbol, the other was light yellow and had the Haos symbol and the last one was Purple and had the Darkus symbol and he had a red orb on his forehead.

"Whatever, Ability Activate! Sparkstorm!" Orion yelled Spark began surrounded in a yellow glow and his bladed arm was glowing and sparking yellow electricity and he used his boosters to speed towards Aquafibian and Longfang. While he was speeding towards the enemy, there was smoke coming from his shoulder regions and from the back.
"Ability Activate! Impaling Wing!" and all the wings on the Risers became sharp and they flew towards both Terrilla and Aquafibian.

"Oh no! It's over!" Kaleb yelled.
In the crowd Hikari covered her eyes as she couldn't bare to see her only friend's Bakugan get taken.
"Not quite! Ability Activate! Final Savior!" the centre of the ability card glowed light yellow and Longfang's orb glowed light yellow and it let loose a huge light gold light that engulfed the whole field and suddenly the Abilities had stopped and even all the separate Risers had faded away and there was only one left. "Just in time! Final Savior is one of Longfang's special abilities, when activated it shuts down all abilities activated by the opponents and brings their power back to their base level.

"Now you're all mine, Gate card open! Character!" and the gate card opened and Terrilla felt a huge power spike

"You really bore us, hiding behind your Character card is just wrong, Ability Activate. Virus Spread!" and Spark stuck his spiked arm into the gate card and there were red geometric flows coming from the arm and the Gate card was deactivated.
"But that means!"

"Now Ability Activate! Impaling Wing!" and Riser's wings sharpened and his power increased to 1'100G's and he flew very fast to Terrilla and after slicing right through his he glowed orange and shrunk to his ball form and bounced at his feet.
"Impossible, I never lose..." he said to himself as his life gauge hit zero percent.
"Great it looks like I'm on my own! Ability Activate! Winged Mirage!" Garfield yelled and the wing like fins on Aquafibian extended and he ran very fast towards Riser and the wings slashed him and he fell back to the ground

"Time to end your pitiful resistance! Ability Activate Spiteful Cannon!" and Spark then fired two lasers from his shoulder cannons but thanks to his speed he and Longfang were able to avoid the attacks.

"Now is the time, Ability Activate, Amazon Spritz!" and he was then covered in droplets of water and then he sped and jumped towards Riser and hit him to the ground.

"This madness ends now! Ability Activate! Sparkstorm!" and the spiked arm glowed and had yellow sparks surrounding it.

"Come and get me! Ability Activate! Hydro Cover!" both Aquafibian and Longfang disappeared.

"You cannot hide from Spark's sensors!" and Spark was running towards Aquafibian even if he was cloaked.
"Right! Ability Activate! Spinning Fury!" Aquafibian then showed himself and then sprinted towards Spark at a fast speed and he horrizontally spun very fast and then charged into Spark and Sparkstorm and the Haos mechanical Bakugan fell to the ground.

"You will not win you inferior species! Ability Activate, Wind Slash!" and Riser outstretched his wings and began spinning like a top and sent green glowing rings towards Aquafibian and he was hit by that attack.

"Aquafibian, Longfang. We have to end this! Ability Activate!" and then Longfang appeared after being affected by Hydro Cover, and the blue pearl of the necklase glowed blue and so did the orb on his forehead and he roared and made a shockwave that resonated around the battlefield. "This ability will increase the power of any Aquos attributed Bakugan by 500G's!"
Meanwhile Hikari was watching the battle intently. "Amazing." she thought. "Even during battle he tries his best to be calm, despite his overall personality, he battles way different from one would expect." Luna who was sitting next to her then saw her looking at him.
"Yeah, I was surprised too, when I first saw him battle too. When on the battlefield he maintains his cheerful persona, but he also applies a lot of thought and concentration into his battle plans while on the battlefield. The reason why Kaleb is so tough on him, is because he wants him to be the one who can replace Marucho of the Battle Brawlers." Hikari just had a surprised look on his face. "Don't let his cheerful nature fool you, he can really pull one over on opponents, but what keeps this team from it's full potential. Is that Hayato and Kaleb can't accept the fact that Garfield is a very skilled battler, perhaps even more than them." Hikari smiled and looked towards the battlefield. "I wonder how our fearless leader and your overprotective brother will deal with this... no offense." Hikari just smiled at her as if to say that comment was alright. "You've been doing a lot of smiling recently, if I didn't know better I'd say you are in love with him." her cheeks became red from embarrassment. "Although it is a theory..."
"So you really think you won against us?" Orion asked as the battle was still going on.
"Your mechanical beast won't last any longer because if I'm right, Spark's power level can't go above 1'500G's because that is where it reaches it's operating limits once that power level is surpassed Spark will either shut down or explode, but I intend to test that for myself on a later day. Ability Activate! Water Gaia!" Aquafibian then ran around both Spark and Riser continuously.
Riser: 100 Spark: 500
Aquafibian/Longfang: 1'450
Suddenly the area in which Aquafibian ran around exploded with water and both Bakugan were thrown in the air and they glowed their respective attribute colours and they sped to Garfield's hand and he caught them. Longfang and Aquafibian glowed light blue and they sped back to his left hand and caught them.
"Wow we really overdid it this time Aquafibian." Garfield said to his Bakugan but he simply nodded in his ball form acknowledging him. "Right, you can't talk." He walked over to the two defeated battlers. "Hey, you should take you Bakugan back, I'm more of an Aquos battler, plus I wouldn't know what to do with them, and I'm no thief, so you can have them."
"Well... thank you. We shall take our leave." Orion said and her battling partner followed her.
"And with that amazing win from Garfield Quinn. Team Generation keep themselves in the running to compete in the Tower of Power.
"No this isn't happening! I'm the leader of Team Generation and I'm being upstaged by a snot nosed kid?"
Suddenly he came up to him. "So am I still on the team?" he asked and Kaleb slowly nodded. "Great well I'll be seeing you!" and he ran down the halls.
Meanwhile in the crowd Hayato who was away from his team mates was clenching his fists. "How! How does he become that skilled."
Akira walked into her team's meeting area and she saw that everyone else made it with the acception of Cameron.
"So I made on time." she said to herself.
"Hey, Akira please tell me that Cameron didn't quit! Cera and Blazeon just told us but I refuse to believe them." Aisha said walking up to her.
"He will come today, but first I have a talk to Cera and Blazeon." she replied and Cera then began glaring at her.
"So we're supposed to leave you two alone in her just so you can kill yourselves?" Jayden asked showing a faint smile.
"Don't worry, we'll leave you three alone." said Aisha and she dragged him out of the room.
"Hey!" Jayden said. "For a fan girl you sure have some strength." as they both left the room and the automatic door closed behind them.
"So what do you want to talk to me about?" Cera asked
"I'm sure you already know, what are you doing with Blazeon?" Akira asked sternly
"What does it matter to you?" she asked cruelly.
"I'm asking because he belonged to Cameron right? And last time I checked you weren't a Pyrus battler."
"Cameron didn't deserve Blazeon and he accepted it like a mature person would."
"Do you have any idea how much it hurt him? He wanted to quit Bakugan because of what you did!" she yelled showing her anger at Cera
"So why should I care? He wasn't the right partner for Blazeon, so I intervened. He needed to learn the cold hard truth from someone."
"Why don't you just tear his soul in half while you're at it. So you are highly ranked up there, who cares you are still an arrogant little brat! The funny thing is, Cameron was the only one who really wanted you to be part of our team, and you just throw his kindness right back in his face, where I come from, that is not how we do things."
"So where do you come from? The dumpster, because that is what your appearance tells me."
"HEY! You don't talk to Akira like that!" Radion yelled.
"You stay out of this you Impulsive wild child!" Lunaris spat.
"OH THAT IS IT! LETS GO RIGHT NOW!"
"Fighting you would be a waste of time, Cera and I would easily beat you, and one more thing Akira, if you really are a Ninja why don't you just disappear into the shadows like you are supposed to."
"You're nothing but pure darkness so I wouldn't talk!" Radion exclaimed.
"Tough talk coming from an airhead!"
"This argument is getting us nowhere!" Akira yelled. She then pointed to Blazeon. "And you, you have to be even worse than she is! How could you just abandon Cameron like that?!"
"He made the right choice!" Cera yelled
"Besides if he doesn't want to be with that loose cannon, then it is his choice. But since there is no other Pyrus battler out there at the moment I'll let the immature baby have his Bakugan back." she then threw Blazeon to Akira. "I'm heading back home. Honestly you really put me off."
Glared angrily at the Darkus battler as she walked away. "Blazeon, I know that you like to battle, but Cameron is not all bad." she then sighed. "Look, he needs you right now. You shared a special bond and I am positive you will get stronger with him."
"Akira, I have to ask? Why do you care so much about him?" he asked
"It's just he reminds me of myself before my sister disappeared any way I just want to see him happy like he usually is."
"I see, maybe I was thinking a little hastily, If Cameron is willing to battle with me again, I'll give him another chance." he said.
Suddenly Cameron walked into room along with Aisha and Jayden. "Well I made it." he said.
"And you're just in time." said Akira and she threw Blazeon to his palm. "You really got him back? Wow Akira, how can I ever thank you?"
"You don't need to, just battle the best you can."
"Hold on? I'm going out there?"
"Yep, though this match will be a single match so you're on your own, but don't worry the three of us will be there to cheer you on..." she then glared to Jayden and Akira. "Right?"
"We're buddies, Cameron of course I'll cheer you on!" Aisha said cheerfully.
"Uh... I don't know I mean I have a project to do and..." both girls then glared at him with fire in their eyes. "Okay...I'll do it you, she demons. By the way, Cameron you have to win this or we can't compete in the Tower of Power so... no pressure." Jayden said winking to him
"Hehe, right."
"You'll do fine. I know you will." Akira said.
A few moments later Cameron was on the battlefield and he was facing a female Darkus battler. "Akira told me that I should be careful with this girl, something about her inner anger being released or something like that?"
"Alright Battle Fans, another battle is about to take place, and the loser of this battle will be out of contention for the Tower of Power, and two battlers are, the girl with a cheery personality but with anger to dish out, Chris!" She walked out and she was waving to the fans and she did a slight giggle. "And she will be facing off against Cameron!" and he walked on to the battlefield.
"Alright, Because my ranking is so low, she may underestimate me. So I have to come up with a quick way to surprise her." Cameron thought.
"Now as you know both battlers need a victory to keep them in the running for the Tower of Power."
"Yeah, yeah, yeah! I know all of that. So lets start this already!" and she put on her black and purple accented gauntlet.
"I can't lose this..." Cameron then put on his white and red accented gauntlet.
"Bakugan field open!" and the field activated. "For this battle we will be having it be fought on the terrain of Gundalia!" and the field then looked like green skies mixed with gray, the ground was gray as well with several pillars coming out of the ground.
"Gate Card Set!" she threw a Darkus gate card that spread around the entire battlefield. "Here I come! Bakugan Brawl!" Chris yelled and she threw in her Darkus Bakugan. "Scorpedo Stand!" and coming out of the ball form and a black humanoid figure with four legs that looked like spider's legs, it's torso was thin and had a arched back and had small arms that ended in long scorpion like claws, he had scythe like blades on his back and the blades were purple along with the claws, it's face was purple with yellow bug like eyes and had a bug like mouth.
"Alright, now it's my turn. Hopefully I wont disappoint the others... again."
"Hey! Now is not the time to be down right now! We have to win, remember?!"
"Uh yeah." he grabbed Blazeon. "Bakugan Brawl! Blazeon Stand!" and he coming out of a tornado of orange and red fire was the dragonoid and he glared at Scorpedo.
Scorpedo: 800 Blazeon: 700
"Lets get this over with!" Chris yelled and he held out her left arm that was holding her gauntlet and she split her two pointing fingers and she winked. "Ability Activate! Thunder Claw." and his claws were now surrounded in purple energy and he then threw a slash towards Blazeon.
Scorpedo: 1'000 Blazeon: 500
"Excatly five hundred points apart! Well I can't afford to lose just yet! Ability Activate Blaze Shield!" and his wings were engulfed in blue flames and he then made them block the physical attack which still did damage to Blazeon
Scorpedo: 1'000 Blazeon: 800
"Nice try, but my team need this victory, and I'm not letting Soon down! Ability Activate! Glow Blast!" the blades on his back then glowed dark purple and they fired dark beams at Blazeon.
Scorpedo: 1'300 Blazeon: 500
"Sorry but if I have to take your Bakugan to win, then so be it!" Chris said.
"Hang on buddy, Ability Activate, Neo Hummer!" and Blazeon then was surrounded by a red aura and outline and he disappeared from both Chris and Scorpedo's sight.
"What how could I miss!"
Scorpedo: 1'300 Blazeon: 600
"Hey eyes up here!" Blazeon yelled.
"Now to bring this battle back in my favour, Ability Activate. Combustion Tornado!" and Blazeon surrounded himself in spinning orange flames while his power increased to 900 G's and because of his increased speed, Chris and Scorpedo eyes couldn't keep up with where he was. Suddenly he hit them in the side and Scorpedo slid back to Chris' side and Blazeon materialised out of the tornado and he glared at Scorpedo.
"Ha I still have the advantage twerp!"
"Not for long! Ability Activate Nova Wing!" and Blazeon's wings caught fire and he flew into the air and he flapped his wings and the flames flew from his wings as huge fire disks and they hit Scorpedo and he slid back yet again.
Scorpedo: 1'100 Blazeon: 1'300
"Now to finish this, Ability Activate, Combustion Dragon!"
"Good Call!" Blazeon yelled and his maw then filled with blue flames and he then arched his neck backwards, then forced it forwards and shot the burning blue fireball that was flying towards Scorpedo.
Scorpedo: 900 Blazeon: 1'500
"OH NO LOOK OUT!" Chris yelled as she jumped into the air continuously and Scorpedo was hit and there were huge flames that were surrounding Scorpedo but they soon faded when Scorpedo's outer exterior was now in a steel like coating and it faded away and Chris was holding up her left arm in which the gauntlet showed she used an ability.
"Ability, Steel Block!" she said now with her purple eyes looking shrunken. "That will be the last time you mess with me you little punk!"
Scorpedo: 1'700 Blazeon: 1'500
"Gate Card open! Pyrus Spotting Out!" and the card glowed and Blazeon fell to his knees as he was losing power.
"Blazeon What's wrong?"
"Pyrus Spotting Out is a command card that decreases the power of any Pyrus Attributed Bakugan by 500 G's!" she smirked.
Scorpedo: 1'700 Blazeon: 1'000
"Oh oh..." Cameron started.
"Well don't just stand there do something!" Blazeon yelled.
"Oh... right! Double Ability Activate! Nova Wing Plus Blazing Rush!" and his wings this time were engulfed in blue flames and he then flew fast towards Scorpedo.
Scorpedo: 1'400 Blazeon: 1'500
Blazeon was speeding towards Scorpedo in order to deliver quick attacks to him and his wings were still radiating blue fire.
"You won't get near! Ability Activate, Web Trap!" and he opened his mouth and then spit a stick silk like substance at Blazeon and he was wrapped around it and he couldn't move and he fell to the ground. "Oh did I forget to mention, Web Trap prevents you from activating any abilities!" and Cameron's eyes widened.
Scorpedo: 1'400 Blazeon: 1'100
"Scorpedo, finish off that giant lizard!" Chris commanded. Scorpedo then did a loud hiss and he swiped his claw right through Blazeon and he glowed light red and he shrunk to his ball form and landed on the ground next to Cameron and his life meter decreased to 15%. "Heh, nice try amateur!" Chris mocked
"I can't believe I lost that battle..."
"Oh well I can. Because of you now we lost one battle!" Blazeon yelled.
"I'm doing the best I can!" he yelled at his partner.
"Yeah, well clearly your best isn't good enough! Maybe after this battle is done, I will find a new Pyrus battler!"
Cameron then fell to his knees.
"Sooo are you giving up?" Chris asked
Back on the stands Jayden was getting up from his seat. "Where are you going?" Akira asked
"Face it, we are doomed... with the state he is in now, he can't win."
"Maybe we just gotta face facts, Akira." Aisha started. "Maybe it wasn't meant to be his own Bakugan doesn't believe he can win."
"If no one believes he can win, then how do we expect him to?" Akira said. "I don't care what you two do from here on out, but I can never leave a teammate behind, not when he needs us the most. My sister would never that, and I'm not about to."
"Whatever." Jayden shrugged and he walked away. "Aisha, you coming?"
"Sorry, Akira but I can't bear to see our hopes dashed." and she walked and followed.
"And just like that, the team is already falling apart." Akira said to herself. "Radion, aren't you going to head out with them?"
"Are you kidding me? Wherever you go, I go. That is what we agreed upon right?"
"Yeah I guess so..."
"Hey, why don't you cheer him on!?" Radion said.
"What!?"
"You are now the human who is ready to stand up for him, if you don't do anything to lift his spirits up then how will he know that you are rooting for him."
Akira sighed. "This will be the last time I raise my voice for something like this." she growled to her partner. "CAMERON!" she yelled
The latter who heard her voice then looked to the crowd and he saw the girl screaming his name and for some reason he could hear her over the voice of the fans. "Aki...ra..." he said
"Cameron, you can't give up! No matter what the odds, you still have a chance!" she yelled. "FORGET ABOUT EVERYTHING AND JUST BE YOURSELF! BATTLE HOW YOU THINK YOU SHOULD! BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! I BELIEVE IN YOU!" She yelled and the people around her just stared at her. "What!?" she asked sternly and they all looked away.
Cameron got up and he looked down the battlefield. "Sorry Blazeon, but I. Dont. Care. About what you have to say about me. The fact is you're stuck with me for this battle." he said gloomily. "So if you want to leave me then fine. But after this battle!" he then glared at Chris. "Chris I'm not giving up, and trust me. I'm mad too!" and he took out a gate card and he threw it and it spread across the battlefield. "Bakugan Brawl! Blazeon Stand!" and he stood and half his ball form spun rapidly and he flew in a tornado of fire.
"So you're coming back for more huh! Bakugan Brawl! Scorpedo Stand!" and he stood and he then stood on the battlefield.
Scorpedo: 800 Blazeon: 700
Blazeon then began rapidly punching and kicking Scorpedo and blue flames were following his limbs as he kept punching him. "WHAT! Scorpedo, what's going on!" she yelled
Scorpedo: 700 Blazeon: 800
"Ability, Blazing Rush. I activated it the second Scorpedo stood. I'm going to win! Ability Activate! Combustion Tornado!" and his wings caught fire and he was then cloaked in orange flames and he then flew towards Scorpedo.
Scorpedo: 700 Blazeon: 1'100
"Okay! Ability Activate Steel Block!" and then he then rammed right into Scorpedo but then he hit but Scorpedo was covered in a metal shade and then Blazeon bounced back off and back into the air.
Scorpedo: 1'500 Blazeon: 1'100
Blazeon then looked at Cameron and he didn't recognize him as similar to Chris his eyes shrunk and his face was fixed in rage state. "He looks different...He must really be upset about this... I guess this must be what he's like when he is back against the wall and has everything to lose." he thought.
"Gate Card Open! Ventus Battle Audience!" and then the gate card glowed and then Blazeon's attribute changed to Ventus and his Pyrus colours shifted to those of Ventus
Scorpedo: 1'000 Blazeon: 1'100
"This gate card allows me to change the attribute of my Bakugan and those that don't have the attribute I called out will have their power lowered by 500 G's!" he said still with a face of anger. "I'm ending this! Ability Activate! Blazing Rush!" and then Blazeon was then flying towards him and then he was followed by blue flames and he uppercutted Scorpedo and he flew up and fell on his back.
"That's it! Double Ability Activate! Web Trap!" and he then spit a huge web at Blazeon.
Scorpedo: 1'000 Blazeon: 700
"Not this time! Ability Activate! Neo Hummer!" and was then covered in a green aura because of his attribute change and he flew up into the air.
Scorpedo: 1'000 Blazeon: 800
"Ability Activate! Rock Launcher!" and the rocks on his claws launched and then they followed Blazeon and he was flying around the battlefield avoiding the rocks thanks to Neo Hummer.
Scorpedo: 1'400 Blazeon: 800
"Bakugan Trap! Flameingo Stand!" he yelled and then Flameingo then stood and then the circle shaped Bakugan glowed and materialised and fell down on his feet gracefully.
Scorpedo: 1'400 Blazeon: 1'100
"Ability Activate! Shooting Blitz!" and then he blasted numerous fireballs from his mouth that destroyed the rocks that was following Blazeon
Scorpedo: 1'400 Blazeon/Flamingo: 1'700
"Ability Activate! Combustion Dragon!" and then he blasted a huge white fireball at Scorpedo.
Scorpedo: 1'200 Blazeon/Flamingo: 1'900
"Oh no! Ability Activate! Glow Blast!" and then Scorpedo then blasted purple beams from his scythe like claws on his back and it hit the white fireball but nothing happened after it hit.
Scorepedo: 1'500 Blazeon/Flamingo: 1'600
The fireball hit and the explosion caused Scorpedo to shrink to his ball form and bounced to Chris and he life gauge fell to 40%
Cameron caught his Bakugan and Blazeon saw that his partner was still mad. "Cameron calm down, you don't have to be alone any more." Blazeon said. Cameron looked to him. "I now understand how much our partnership meant to you and I was wrong with all the things I said. Cameron we are a team, if we are going to win. We do this together."
Cameron's anger melted away and he smiled at his Bakugan. "Thank you, Blazeon. That really means a lot."
"Then we should end this quickly, Akira is waiting for you." he then looked to her and she waved to him and Cameron blushed.
"Okay, lets do this partner!" and suddenly there was a card in his pocket and it was glowing. "Is this a new ability card?"
"Only one way to find out!"
"You are going down! Gate Card Set!" Chris yelled and she threw a Darkus Gate Card. "Bakugan Brawl! Scorpedo Stand!" and then he stood.
"Bakugan Brawl! Blazeon Stand!" and the Dragonoid materialized out of the flame. "We only have two abilities left, are you up for this?"
"Lets do it!"
Scorpedo: 800 Blazeon: 700
"Double Ability Activate! Violet Grind! Plus Thunder Claw!" and his claws glowed purple and were surrounded purple electricity.
Scorpedo: 1'500 Blazeon: 700
"Do or die, Cameron!" Blazeon yelled.
"Here we go!" he puts the card into the gauntlet. "Ability Activate, Fire Spirit!" and there were some geometric patterns that glowed orange on Blazeon and it created a circular field in front of him and Scorpedo's double ability was blocked.
"I feel... my power building. The extra firepower is coursing through my veins!"
"...compressed firestorm inside you that is waiting to be released" Cameron remembered coming from Akira. "Was this what she meant?"
"What's this!?" Chris yelled.
"Cameron, lets end this!" Blazeon yelled.
"You got it Ability Activate Nova Wing!" and his wings were covered in huge orange flames and this made a huge wing span and the flames came together to make a huge fireball right in front of Blazeon and the Dragonoid fired the huge fireball at Scorpedo and there was a huge explosion when it his and the battlefield began crashing and it went back to it's regular form.
Scorpedo: 1'100 Blazeon: 1'500
Scorpedo then glowed purple and then flew back to Chris and her life gauge hit zero. She hung her head and she sighed.
"Well look at that, Cameron and Blazeon are the winners and keeps his teams hopes alive for reaching the Tower of Power!"
Cameron looked around and Blazeon was on his shoulder. "They are cheering for you."
"No. They are cheering for us." he said and he waved to the crowd.
It was close to evening and he exited the Bakugan Stadium and he saw Akira standing close to the entrance and she had a smile on her face. "I knew you could do it." she said as she gave him a playful punch.
"Wow, thanks. But thanks for believing in me..." he then began to blush.
"So where is the rest of the team..."
"Don't you worry, they are about to get a shock of their lives." she said as she smirked.
"Hey, Akira... You... I-I Don't know... can I walk... you... well...t-to your house...?" he shyly asked
"Normally I would decline, but why not?"
"Can we hold hands?" he asked hopefully
"Don't push it!" she said sternly before she giggled and then it turned into a laugh which both of them shared.
Blazeon appeared on Cameron's shoulder. "Radion will we ever understand these humans?"
"Probably not!" she cheerfully.

When Akira told us that Cameron and Blazeon won! I was so shocked but then I felt bad for abandoning him in his time of need. So I decided to battle to get things off my mind, but you'll never guess who I ran into! Julie Makimoto. The greatest Brawler like ever, and when she agrees to battle with me! I couldn't contain myself! I've done almost everything to be like her and now I get to battle her! This is a dream come true! Will I be able to beat her? Not likely there is no way someone like me can take a master like Julie, you're just going to have to find out next time!
