Oh god I am so sorry! Because it is school holiday, I forgot that today was a Saturday! So it is a few hours late! Sorry!
To say Kurt was in a bad mood was an under exaggeration. He had had to return to Lima unexpectedly to go a funeral of some distant relative he had only met one when he was three months old. This meant he was taken out of NYADA for the day of the funeral, Thursday, and then Friday also because there was no way he could get back to New York in time for the start of lessons. This had caused him to miss all of his favourite lessons. He was going to be behind on dance, which he really didn't need right now. He had missed the auditions for his drama class play, probably causing him to land a minor role. He also missed his chance to perform the song that he had been practising every day for a month, because he was missing the music lesson. Life sucked. Well there was going to be one good thing about this trip, Kurt had made up his mind. He was walking down McKinley's corridors, with a purposeful walk, heading towards the auditorium. He was doing this. Every time he had kissed Adam, it just reminded him of…HIM. He had convinced himself that it was just because Adam's lips were something he wasn't used to, he was more used to Blaine's. That was why being with Adam felt weird. That was all; it would take time to adjust. That was all. Anyway he still hadn't been laid since that weekend with Blaine, the most he and Adam had done was kiss. That was the reason he was back here. The only reason. But if that was true, why did his stomach flip when he heard the sound of Blaine's voice coming from the auditorium
"And if you have a minute why don't we go, talk about it somewhere only we know"
Kurt pushed open the door in a trance, his body automatically following his favourite sound in the world. He walked through the door and found himself at the back of the auditorium. He stood there watching Blaine pouring his heart and soul into the song, leaning against the back of last row of seats. He wasn't thinking, of course he wasn't, if he was he wouldn't be letting every single note to penetrate his heart and give him a warm feeling inside.
"This could be the end of everything, so why don't we go som- Kurt!"
Kurt woke up from his trance abruptly, his brain switched on and he panicked at the fact he was caught out. His natural reaction to this made him defensive and mean. Scared at how much it had been affected, he threw up huge walls around his heart, making it cold and bitter once more.
"What are you doing here?" Kurt noticed how Blaine didn't stutter or falter like he had expected him to. He studied Blaine more closely; he was shocked to see a confident Blaine glaring back at him. Nevertheless, Kurt was not put off and continued trying to get what he came for. He walked down the stairs and climbed up onto the stage before he spoke again.
"I decided to come for a visit," Kurt decided to skip the funeral part as it wouldn't help him flirt. "I was wondering if you wanted to come back to mine, we need to….catch up." He skipped straight to the point. And Blaine wanted to hit him. But instead he remembered Sebastian and Jeff's advice and kept his cool.
"And why would I want to do that Kurt?" Blaine's voice was cold, hard and determined. It took a chip out of Kurt's frozen heart; he'd never heard Blaine talk to him with so much hatred before. It automatically made the heartless side of him want to hate back.
"Oh I don't know maybe for a cup of tea?" Kurt's voice was dripping with sarcasm.
"I don't want to have sex with you Kurt."
"Oh really, because that's not what you thought last time."
"I've come to my senses. I don't want to ever have sex with you again. You can leave now."
"There's no need to be rude, I was just being nice." Blaine, who had started to walk away, spun around obvious fury blazing in his eyes.
"Nice, nice?! You think your being nice! How the hell are you being nice?!" Blaine's voice rose in anger.
"Well if it was your way, you would have me all the time! I'm giving you me for a night! It's what you want! You want me and I'm giving you to me for one night!"
"I don't want you like this!" Blaine spat.
"Oh please, you're lucky to get me at all!"
"I'm not lucky! Did you give any thought to how much all this hurts me? How much it breaks me when you just clear off again! Every time I think that it might mean something, every time I manage to convince myself that you love me again!" Blaine's voice broke as the first tear rolled down his cheek. "But every time you acted like nothing happened. Do you have any idea what that did to me?! It broke me."
"Oh please, if you wanted to feel really broken, try being cheated on! Being stabbed in the back by someone that you loved and trusted!"
"You can't turn this around on me Kurt. At least I realised what I did was wrong and evil! At least I didn't go and repeat it over and over again! When are you going to realise that you're the bad guy here?!" Blaine couldn't stand anymore, so with that he turned and ran out the room, leaving a crying Kurt standing there wandering what the hell just happened. He had always had the comfort that Blaine still loved him and it was only himself keeping them apart. Now he knew that Blaine hated him, he felt desperately alone.
There you go! :) Hopefully this fight will help Kurt come to his senses *hint* *hint* :D
