Hey. Guess who's alive. Sherman.

Oh my gosh. How long have I been gone?!

Sh*t. 9 months? Guys, I'm so sorry. That's like, unacceptable. I'm a horrible person. I've had the beginning of Chapter 10 typed THAT LONG. #EXTREME PROCRASTINATION.

Anyway, I'm sorry. All the people that followed this story probably don't remember anything about it, but enjoy this chapter. I'll try not to spend 9 months staring at a blank page this time around.

:)

Sherman: N-no! Don't cry! I'm just having procrastination problems!

Twins: No kidding.

Kyoya: Our profits/views have suffered dramatically from this hiatus. Imbecile.

Sherman: *silence*

Sherman: Anyway! Who wants to do the disclaimer?!

Haruhi: I'll do it.

Sherman: Yay! Go Haruhi! *goes for high-five*

Haruhi: *rejects Sherman's high-five*

Sherman: *weeps*

Haruhi: ShermanTheWorm doesn't have any rights to the characters or setting of Ouran High School Host Club. All rights go to Bisco Hatori.

Chapter 10

~No POV~

"I can't believe we lost. This sucks." Hikaru huffed, leaning back on the picnic blanket and scowling at the world. Tamaki scrunched his eyebrows together and crossed his arms.

"Well we might have won if you hadn't wanted to-"

"-go exploring! Yeah, maybe that's why." Hikaru interrupted him, wanting to keep their little prank a secret. Hikaru glared at Tamaki, giving him a clear message to be quiet. Everyone else looked at them curiously, but they all rolled their eyes.

"So do Haru-chan and Takashi get a prize or something?" Honey asked as he stuffed his face with cake. Tamaki frowned and shrugged.

"I hadn't really thought about that…" he confessed. Then he smiled, leaning towards Haruhi. "But how about the winner gets a big hug from Daddy?" he suggested, now chasing Haruhi around the picnic blanket while she ran from him.

"No, senpai! I don't want a hug!" she yelled, clearly annoyed and worn out from a day of walking through the woods. "Mori-senpai, help me out here!"

Mori stood up and grabbed Haruhi by the waist, lifting her effortlessly into the air. Tamaki pouted at this. "C'mon my little daughter! Give Daddy a hug!" he pouted, reaching up as if to grab her.

"Give it a rest Boss." Hikaru rolled his eyes. Tamaki huffed at them but finally gave up, slumping back to his spot next to Hikaru and sitting down with his arms crossed.

Haruhi, who was rather flushed as Mori held her, told Mori he could let go of her now. He grunted in agreement and set her down on the ground again. "T-Thanks Mori-senpai…" Haruhi muttered. Mori only gave a quiet "Aa." in return.

"Hey, when are Miyu-chan and Kao-chan gonna be back? It's getting a bit dark!" Honey pointed out worriedly, scanning the woods around them. He quickly scrambled up onto Mori's shoulders and looked around from a higher viewpoint, but frowned when all he saw were trees.

Hikaru sighed and smirked as he lied down with his arms crossed behind his head on the picnic blanket. "Maybe Kaoru's trying to hog Miyuki all to himself."

Tamaki blanched at the suggestion. "…Daddy would never allow that." He whimpered. He tugged at Haruhi's sleeve. "Haruhi, promise Daddy you won't fall for the little devil's tricks like your sister has!" he whined, pouting and giving her the puppy dog eyes. Haruhi shut her eyes tightly and rubbed her temples in annoyance.

"Fine, whatever senpai."

"Oh! There they are! MIYU-CHAAAAAAN!" Honey rushed up to the shorter of the two figures coming out of the dense trees and wrapped his tiny arms around her waist. Miyuki, mildly startled, looked down at Honey as he snuggled his blond head against her stomach. Then she released the breath she had held.

"Oh, H-honey-senpai. Were you guys waiting long? We…we had a bit of trouble, you know, finding the campsite again…" Miyuki bit her lip. She heard a snicker in her ear.

"Yeah….uh huh." Hikaru snickered mockingly. She flushed a bright red and whirled around to face him, but he retreated quickly. Kaoru playfully punched Hikaru in the arm.

"What did you say?" he questioned. Hikaru shrugged nonchalantly.

"Nothin' much."

"Okay, everyone! Time for the second game Daddy has planned for the night… charades!" Tamaki exclaimed excitedly. Both of the twins rolled their eyes at him.

"Boss, that sounds stupid. Let's play…seven minutes in heaven instead!" they suggested evilly, their twin Cheshire grins widening. Tamaki's eyes widened.

"No way! My poor daughters are not going to be defiled by you shady twins! I refuse!" He said, crossing his arms in defiance.

"How about truth or dare?" Miyuki quietly suggested, playing with the ends of her hair and trying her best to drown out the bantering between Tamaki and the twins.

"I'd be okay with that too." Haruhi complied, relieved. The boys all settled down despondently and sat down on the picnic blanket once more.

Only Kyoya didn't sit down. "KYOOOOYAAAA! You have to come play too!" Tamaki whined at the man typing away on his laptop, which mysteriously had internet service in the middle of nowhere. Kyoya didn't look up from the screen and sighed.

"No. I have work to do." He stated firmly before walking off to one of the boy's tents. Tamaki pouted.

"I'll go first." Hikaru drawled, acting rather bored already. "Haruhi, truth or dare?"

Haruhi thought for a moment, but decided getting a dare from one of the evil twins was not a great idea.

"Truth." She responded.

Hikaru smirked. "Do you have a crush on any of us in the host club?" he questioned. Haruhi's face remained passive.

"Well…I don't really know. Maybe?" she concluded, shrugging her shoulders slightly. Hikaru huffed at this.

"Well who then?" he asked insistently.

"Only one question per turn, Hikaru. Miyuki, truth or dare?" Miyuki straightened at the mention of her name, then bit her lip, thinking.

"Truth…?"

Haruhi nodded. "Um…what is something we don't know you do that you're good at?"

Miyuki thought for a moment as all the boys around them rolled their eyes at the seemingly stupid question.

"Singing…I guess." Miyuki confessed, blushing lightly.

"Ooooh, Miyu-chan! You can sing?" Honey's eyes shined in awe. Miyuki blushed. "I wanna hear!"

"Yeah, Miyuki, we wanna hear your voice!" the twins said in tandem. Miyuki looked increasingly uncomfortable.

"Ah-" she began to speak, but Mori cut her off.

"Your turn." He said simply, but firmly. Miyuki looked at him, surprised, but then smiled thankfully.

"O-okay. Hmmm…Honey-senpai. T-truth or dare?" Honey's face lit up.

"Dare!"

"Okay. T-then…survive the rest of the day without cake." She declared. Honey tensed up, as did the rest of the group.

"I-I don't know if that's a smart idea…" Kaoru warned.

"No, it's okay! I can do it for Miyu-chan!" Honey smiled. Everyone's eyes widened at this. Honey NEVER gave up his cakes for no reason. Never.

"Tama-chan! Truth or dare!"

Tamaki confidently said, "Dare."

Honey smiled. "Okay! Then Ask Haru-chan for a hug again!"

Tamaki blushed immensely as he looked over at Haruhi, who wasn't really paying attention. Tamaki steeled himself, then got up and went over to Haruhi. He got down on one knee in front of her and sparkles seemed to emanate from him. Haruhi looked at him exasperatedly.

"Princess, may I have the privilege of hugging you-"

"No." Haruhi cut him off, her face blank and emotionless. Everyone burst out laughing and Tamaki ended up in his emo corner.

Hikaru began the game again.

"Alright, I wanna start. Kaoru, truth or dare?"

"Dare." Kaoru answered. Hikaru smirked evilly.

"I dare you to kiss one of the girls." He stated. Kaoru looked shocked for a moment and bit his lip. He looked towards Miyuki, but quickly looked away. There was no way he could kiss her… Kaoru sighed, confused at these weird feelings, but got up and went towards the two girls, who were sitting next to each other. Miyuki looked at him nervously while Haruhi remained passive. Kaoru took a deep breath and quickly leaned towards Haruhi, giving her a peck on the cheek and then quickly returning to his seat. Everyone looked on in shock. Hikaru, clearly annoyed, slapped his forehead. He was trying to get his brother to kiss Miyuki, but his plan backfired.

After all of the commotion that followed, which included Tamaki ranting on and on about how Kaoru was evil and such, everyone decided they should get to sleep. The girls said goodnight to the boys and headed to their tent and the boys headed to theirs.

"Hey, we should sneak into the girl's tent!" Hikaru suggested, winking at Kaoru.

"NO." all of the other boys yelled at him. He slumped his shoulders and mumbled under his breath.

~In the Girl's Tent~

Haruhi and Miyuki both changed and settled down, setting up their sleeping bags next to each other.

Once they had lied down, Miyuki turned to Haruhi.

"H-hey, Haruhi. Do you, uh…do you like Kaoru?" Miyuki asked bluntly. Haruhi jolted, surprised. Then she lifted her eyebrow.

"I'm not sure I get what you mean."

"You know, do you like him…in a romantic way…?" Miyuki rephrased.

Haruhi stared at Miyuki for a long moment. Then she sighed.

"Why would you ask that anyway? Because he kissed my cheek?"

"W-well, I was just um…yeah." Miyuki stuttered. She felt a weird, throbbing feeling in her chest. It confused her and alarmed her at the same time. When she thought back to the moment Kaoru kissed Haruhi, it got more painful.

"No." Haruhi stated bluntly. Miyuki lifted her head, eyeing Haruhi's blank expression. Then she smiled to herself, the throbbing feeling slowly going away, but her cheeks still painted a deep scarlet.

Haruhi tilted her head, staring at Miyuki's relieved expression. Then she burst out laughing, clutching her sides as the laughs shook her small frame. She even started rolling around the floor a bit. Miyuki, completely flabbergasted at Haruhi's random laughing fit, looked on in confusion, but soon began to laugh herself. They both laughed so hard that tears came to their eyes and they doubled over.

"W-what is s-so funny a-a-anyway?!" Miyuki gasped between her twinkly laughs. Haruhi merely smiled at Miyuki, shaking her head in exasperation.

"You're just so adorable sometimes, Miyuki." she said. Haruhi knew how Miyuki was beginning to feel about Kaoru. She just hoped Miyuki would be able to do something about those feelings.

~In the Boy's Tent~

As the boys argued in their tent about who put the fake snakes in Tamaki's sleeping bag, (mostly the twins and him), they suddenly heard hysterical laughing coming from the girl's tent. They all perked up at the sound, and looked at each other confusedly.

"Boss, can we go see what's going on in there?" PLEASE?" the twins said simultaneously. Tamaki, as curious as they were, was about to agree, until Kyoya smacked all three of them on the head.

"No one is allowed to go into the girl's tent under any circumstances." He stated.

And after much whining, and threats from Kyoya of bringing his family's troops to force them out of the country (they were stationed around the campsite, apparently), all the boys were in their sleeping bags, cowering away from the Shadow King.

~The Next Morning~

"I'm sorry Miyu-chan! I ate some cake last night! I j-just could help m-myself…" Honey began weeping. Mori patted him on the head. Miyuki merely smiled at him and said it was alright.

"R-really?" Honey sniffled.

"Of course!" Miyuki confirmed. Honey wiped his eyes and ran to Miyuki, nearly knocking her over as his arms wrapped around her waist. Miyuki thankfully regained her balance, but only thanks to Kaoru, who clutched her shoulders before she fell. Thankfully, he had been right behind her. Miyuki saw him and her face flushed slightly. She thanked him shyly and he let go quickly, stating it was no big deal. His cheeks were pink as well. Haruhi and Hikaru, who had been watching the whole thing, both had smug looks on their faces.

They all flew home on a helicopter Kyoya supplied for them, and landing at Ouran. They all sighed, realizing they had school the next morning.

Once everyone got off, they all said their goodbyes. Miyuki hailed a cab for Haruhi and herself, and they all got home.

Once Miyuki was finally home, she went straight to her bed, flopping down on it. While she had a good night's sleep, she still felt exhausted. She hoped she wasn't getting sick.

"What a weekend…" she whispered to herself, placing her arm over her eyes to block the bright sunlight from her window. Then she fell asleep.

D'awww. Miyukiiii! So...what will happen next? Stay tuned! :) Review too! I love feedback!
