Chapter 10

Jiraiya and Naruto had finally made it to the kage tower inside Konoha, however, things were not as well as the sanin would have hoped.

"Jiraiya-sama, you're here! Lady Tsunade just took off again!" said Shizune, her assistant.

"I'll go get her" said Naruto with a sigh before he disappeared.

"Well, let's follow him. If Tsunade acts…well….like Tsunade, then we'll have a problem" said Jiraiya before he took off out the window, Shizune right behind him.

"How strange, a kage running from their own post" said Naruto, appearing in front of Tsunade who was nearly half away across the village, a bottle of sake in her hands.

"Look kid, it's not my thing. I just waited for Jiraiya to get back and he can take my place" said Tsunade. She was testing the waters, this kid got to her pretty quick so he was either strong or just really fast.

"Please return to your office, Hokage-sama" said Naruto in a neutral tone.

"Don't you dare call me that!" shouted Tsunde, flaring her chakra. Naruto sighed, he could feel Jiraiya approaching but it seemed he wouldn't make it in time. Naruto flared his own, keeping level with hers as she jumped again.

"Please stop, we are in the middle of a street" said Naruto before Tsunade actually tried to fully show her chakra in a sudden burst but Naruto wasn't having any of it. He had enough of playing match up, this time he would show her just how outclasses she was when it came to matching chakra. He slipped one ring off his right hand then his chakra instantly dwarfed hers.

"That's enough of this foolishness, there are children here" said Naruto, motioning to the kids taking refuge behind a few brave civilian adults that were shielding them.

"It's enough games for me then!" shouted Tsunade before she swung and her blow connected, kicking up dust and debris. The sanin smirked but that fell the instant the dust cloud cleared and she saw Naruto unharmed, stopping her fist with nothing but his open palm. The street behind him was a mess, the power output had nowhere but backwards to go, after all, Naruto wasn't going anywhere.

"It seems the message wasn't clear enough and you seemed to find it right to start a fight with this many children around. I'm through playing games with you" said Naruto before he tilted his head up slightly and his eyes glowed an eerie bright red.

"Kneel" was all he spoke before the strongest female ninja in the elemental nations fell to her knees, unable to fight back, no matter how hard she tried. This was the scene Jiraiya and Shizune arrived to, a scared crowed, torn street and Tsunade on her knees in front of Naruto. That was when Jiraiya flexed his own chakra, coating his body and shaking the buildings.

"As your adviser I would like it if you put that ring back on Naruto" said Jiraiya, confusing Shizune as to why he didn't address Tsunade. Naruto kept quiet, returning the ring to its place and watched Tsunade shake a little. She could feel the sage's power, it was light years greater than before it used to be. It reminded her of his sage mode, something she wished to never see him use again. The destruction he could cause was on another level, and the power he put out was so close to that stage it scared her to death. Naruto let his charka die down and Jiraiya did the same before walking around Tsunade to face her as she slowly stood, with Shizune's help.

"I expected more from you hime" said Jiraiya, glaring at Tsunade who flinched slightly.

"I never wanted this fools job, you threatened me back then so I chose to take it just because I knew you would drag me back and seal me up in that room if I didn't."

"There is nothing wrong with being in charge of a village, many of these villagers look up to you. With you being the best medic I'm sure the hospital is thriving and being such a strong woman in general many young girls must look up to you. Your presence alone sparks determination and hope in the hearts of those who have little to none of it. Do you wish to break than into pieces just after their oldest kage died and they finally have someone else to look up to?" asked Naruto, putting it into perspective for her. Tsunade seemed to hesitate, not fully realizing what she was to everyone. The sanin looked around, seeing the fear in the children's eyes, the hostility of the villagers as they shifted to block the children once more.

Tsunade sighed "Fine, but lower the paperwork. It's ridiculous how much I get that doesn't need my approval."

Shizune sighed "Yes ma'am, I'll get to work on it."

"Is there anything else you want to talk about?" asked Tsunade, standing at full height to Naruto.

"An agreement, Konoha and Uzushio are now allies for war. Nothing more as we have no village or towns to trade with" said Naruto, holding his hand out.

Tsunade shook his hand "Agreed, but you better visit from time to time. Get me out of that hell box when you can."

Naruto nodded his head "Of course, now I believe we have a much tenser meeting to go to" said Naruto.

"Where at?" asked the blonde sanin.

"Kumo to meet the Raikage, I can already feel a fight coming on" said Naruto, rubbing his temples.

Jiraiya chuckled and the two turned "I doubt it, but you never know with that guy. We'll see you later hime."

Tsunade sighed "You can stay out there for all I care. Let's go Shizune, I've apparently got more paperwork to do."

"Yes ma'am."

With Naruko

"Can't we just fight them head on?" asked Naruko.

"No, now keep quiet. He's approaching" said Sasori as a blue cloaked figure neared him.

"It's been some time, master Sasori" said Kabuto, removing his hood.

"We're you followed?" asked Sasori and the man shook his head.

"Not that I know of, do you have what I want?" asked Kabuto before he noticed Sasori flick out his tail. As soon as he did he jumped forward and spun, skidding to a stop next to the hunched over puppet.

"I wouldn't have expected you of all people to betray Orochimaru" said Sasuke, pulling out his sword and activating his sharingan.

"Well, things can change" said Kabuto, before he lopped off Sasori's head and jumped to Sasuke's side.

"I can see that" said Sasuke, watching a red haired man step out and sigh.

"How predicable" said the missing nin as his puppet fell apart.

"It already shattered, you just kept it together with chakra strings. I wonder what pushed you so far?" said Kabuto, genuinely curious as to what harmed his famous puppet. Just as he said that Sasuke pushed Kabuto back and jumped back himself, avoiding a large pike of dark purple energy that stabbed the bridge. It suddenly dissipated and the two men watched someone's head pop out of the whole before getting up and standing next to Sasori.

"How convenient, just the boy I needed to talk to" said Naruko with a smirk.

"Why's that, Naruko?" asked Sasuke, remembering her always being next to Naruto.

"Itachi wanted to talk to you, I need to take you too him" said Naruko before she held her tri pronged kunai up, stopping Sasuke's sword while a smirk formed on her lips.

"You've got a long way to go, your speed is absolutely terrible" said the blonde before the Uchiha went flying backwards into the forest.

"You're much quicker than when we fought" said Sasori, almost sounding sad.

"Some things are better left hidden until you need them. Can you take care of that pesky silver haired one?" asked Naruko, knowing how nimble and quick he was. All assassins were told to not fight him, he was scary good a medical ninjutsu in battle and his skills were not something to be scoffed at.

"With ease" said the former Akatsuki member before he summoned a few puppets and charged the man.

"I'm sorry master" said Naruko before her smirk twisted into a full blown grin "I know I'm not supposed to play with my food but he's just begging for it!" Naruko parried a strike of his before sending out a pulse of dark spear's energy, causing the Uchiha to stop his movements. Within that split second Naruko had all the time in the world, she danced around him then delivered a near bone shattering kick to his back. The blow once more sent him into the forest on the other side but Naruko was not finished just yet. Sasuke sensed Naruko near him and flew through hand signs, he made only two when she appeared atop him, her heel jamming into his stomach and slamming him into the ground. Naruko noticed his slow breathing and sighed, the curse mark around her body fading away as it did.

"I can't believe this, having to use the mark to link to Hitome's chakra just to outmaneuver his hand speed. I need to practice, I'm pitiful" said Naruko before she tied up Sasuke and tossed him over her shoulder only to struggle and tilt.

"Y-you're so fat!" said Naruko before she noticed the weight was gone, looking up she noticed Itachi holding Sasuke.

"Didn't expect to see you here" said Naruko with a smile and Itachi smiled back.

"I was unsure if Orochimaru would show, and if he did things could have turned south. I'm sure Naruto would be displeased if I was in the area and left you unattended" said Itachi, Keyomi smiling from beside him.

"That's little Sasu-chan? He's adorable" said the woman, poking at his face.

"You cheated in the fight" said Itachi and Naruko twitched.

"I didn't not."

"Did to, I felt it" said Sasori, appearing from the tree line.

"Where's Kabuto?" asked Naruko.

"He fled" said Sasori.

"Pff, you couldn't stop him?" said Naruko teasingly, Keyomi giggling right next to her.

"I let him go!" said Sasori, losing his cool.

"Let him go, he says" said Keyomi, this time Naruko giggling.

"Stop bickering, we have things to do" said Itachi.

"Like what, take over a nation? The four of us could do it too" said Naruko.

"No, Orochimaru has a base near here. I'll be discussing things with Sasuke for the moment. Find his base and get any information you can, we need to help as many as we can that he's captured" said Itachi. His brother was priority but the others could handle themselves for a few hours while he talked to Sasuke. It was time to spill the secrets, this hate thing was getting too out of hand. Turning to Orochimaru was Itachi's last straw, he was going to end this foolish decision of his now.

"It's just by the mountain range, I know a secret entrance" said Sasori. Kabuto may not have remembered, but he did give him a lot of information on Orochimaru and his hundreds of hideouts. I'll take you all there, I assume you'll be fine on your own Itachi?"

The eldest Uchiha nodded his head "I'll join you briefly."

"Good, let's go" said Naruko, taking off with Sasori and Keyomi right behind her. Itachi set Sasuke down and sent a pulse of chakra through him, jolting him awake.

"You-" Sasuke growled out but was cut off when Itachi sent him into the world of the moon goddess.

"My my, you three have caused such a ruckus" said Orochimaru as he faced off against Naruko and her friend Keyomi.

"What can I say? It's what I do best" said Naruko, shrugging.

'As long as Sasori isn't here I should be fine, I wouldn't say it out loud but he is a formidable opponent' thought Orochimaru before he noticed Naruko and Keyomi's eye's shift.

"One with the same eyes as Itachi and another with the eyes of the other Uzumaki child, how interesting" said Orochimaru, regurgitating his sword.

"Always disgusting me, Orochimaru" said Naruko, summoning two hiraishin kunai.

"I missed those visits of yours, Keyomi. How come you never come by?"

"I've since been released from Danzo's servitude."

"Oh my, and who was that daring to cross the old war hawk?"

"I am" said a voice Orochimaru knew too well. Somehow, a figure larger than Keyomi seemed to appear from her shadow.

'Now I wish Sasori was here, he's an easier opponent than him' thought Orochimaru.

"I finally found my brother, thanks to you sending him off after Kabuto" said Itachi, Sasuke teleporting next to Naruko.

"You hit way to hard" said Sasuke, rubbing the back of his neck.

"Good" said Naruko with a smile, Sasuke returning it with a small smirk. Just as Orochimaru thought it couldn't get worse Kabuto fell through the ceiling and landed next to him as Sasori landed next to the others.

"Your right hand man still isn't quite an S-rank" said Sasori, his arm reverting from a sword to his hand.

'They've got the main route blocked and firepower in spades, however, I have one way out. I just hope Kabuto and I survive what happens afterwards.' Itachi only noticed a short burst of chakra from the sanin as he grabbed Kabuto and disappeared in a cloud of smoke.

"A reverse summon? From what?" asked Naruko out loud.

"His summons, he must have set one up but if he went there then they'll take care of him. He has a terrible relationship with them" said Itachi.

"Now what?" asked Keyomi.

"There's a guy here I want to get, the son of Mangetsu" said Sasuke, walking off as the others followed.

"Ah, Suigetsu. What's he important for?" asked Keyomi.

"He's been here for years, I think it's right I let him go. He can't get out himself" said Sasuke, opening up a door to a large lab. Sasuke pulled his sword out from behind his back and cut a large glass cylinder holding tank in half. Slowly, water seeped out before forming the man known as Suigetsu in front of everyone. Before he could even speak a pair of clothes were thrown at him which he quickly got dressed in.

"I didn't need to see that" said Keyomi, Naruko silently agreeing with her.

"What's up dude? Why'd you bust me out? Orochimaru wouldn't be too happy about this" said the man.

"He's long gone, as I'm sure you can already tell with the people I have with me" said Sasuke causing the man to notice the red cloud cloaks.

"I guess so, so what else did you need? An army?" asked Suigetsu, ending with a laugh.

"Possibly" said Naruko and the man stopped laughing.

"Wait, you're not kidding?"

"Can we pick up someone from the large base in Suna? He's probably been there longer than anyone involved with Orochimaru" said Sasuke.

"I heard they may have an Uzumaki there, It'd be better if we checked it out" said Naruko.

"I see no harm" said Sasori, Itachi keeping silent but agreeing with his former Akatsuki member.

"I have a hiraishin tag near the walls of the main village, I'll take us there and Sasuke can lead the way" said Naruko before placing a hand on Keyomi's shoulder and Sasuke's. As she did Sasori put a hand on Sasuke's Suigetu's on Sasori's and Itachi's on Keyomi's.

"It'll be a rough landing but don't let go" said Naruko before they disappeared.

With Naruto

"Nibi and Hachibi grow restless, I can sense their fear from here" said Keyomi from the mental link.

"Why would the fear you? We are being escorted to the Raikage" responded Naruto.

"They fear the eldest. They fear what I can do, what we can do together. Other bijuu can sense the connection between a host and they can feel the power flowing freely between us so being the strongest only adds worry. Stay on guard, Nibi follows you and Hachibi awaits your arrival with the kage."

"Thank you, Hitome" said Naruto.

"You can let me out later as thanks" said Hitome before the link went silent. Throughout the conversation Naruto kept his neutral façade, he already knew the woman was following him. He could feel her apprehension, the slightly hesitation to move forward in her tailing. However, it mattered little at the moment. He was here to speak to the Raikage, no one else unless the situation needed him to. However, the signature he sensed barreling at them would change that. Before whoever was after them even landed Jiraiya was in front of him, a kunai drawn and prepared to battle. Once Jiraiya was prepared someone slammed into the ground, kicking up some dust and surprising the guard who now had his own kunai drawn.

"What's a sanin doing in my village?" asked a bulky dark skinned man, a shorter version of him appearing moments later.(Bee won't rap in this, I'm terrible at it.)

"I am the bodyguard of the new kage of Uzushio, we're here to speak with you" said Jiraiya, moving out of the way to show Naruto who was currently brushing the dust off his jacket.

"Looks too weak for a kage" said A before he suddenly attacked Naruto. Moving faster than expected, his fist barreled down, destroying the ground where it impacted.

"I had hoped we could avoid a fight" said Naruto from behind A, everyone who was what happened was connected dots. Blond hair, calculating eyes and moves faster than anyone they've ever see.

"Naruto Uzumaki, son of the fourth hokage" said Yugito, appearing next to Bee.

"Yes ma'am, Yugito Nii and Bee of Kumo. Pleasure to meet more people with a similar situation as mine" said Naruto, glancing to the two.

"I'm not sure why you took up that long dead island for a home but you can't have a kage title unless you prove it to me" said A, cracking his knuckles.

"You hold no authority or rights to such things, Raikage-dono" said Naruto, still not facing the kage.

"I can do whatever I please!" shouted A, his assistant appearing next to him.

"He's recognized in Suna, Konoha and Mizu Raikage-sama! If you killed him we'd have war on our hands" said Mabui.

"I don't care! He's too young to hold that title!" A shouted at her. However, Jiraiya grew worried for A threatened Naruto's life and from past experience the boy didn't like to be looked down on for his age.

"Kill me? What gives you the idea you can?" said Naruto, pulling off a single ring on his right pointer and letting his power flow. The Raikage just twitched his leg to move forward when Naruto took the ring off his right hand ring finger and another burst of power stopped his movement.

"May we have a civil conversation?...or" asked Naruto, his red eyes glowing eerily as he turned his head to just have his left eye looking at the other kage.

"…will we have a problem?" The Raikage thought for a second, it was a heavily populated area. The sanin alone could handle both jinchuuriki with his seals and take on more men while this boy still seemed to be withholding power. If they fought here, things would get really ugly.

"We can talk" said the Raikage and Naruto let his power die down and returned the seals.

'I've already taken them off twice today, I need to be more strict with that, these aren't toys' thought Naruto before he let the Raikage lead the way, Jiraiya following behind with the jinchuuriki and the Raikage's assistant behind him.

The door shut behind Jiraiya as the large kage sat down, flanked by his two jinchuurki. He could tell the kage was upset, he didn't like this situation one bit.

"What business do you have here?" asked A.

"A neutrality pact, we both stay out of one another's affairs unless the other asks for assistance. I want to make sure every country knows I'm not reforming the army of Uzushio, I only have a small group of people that reside there but the power some hold entail I needed to become a kage. I couldn't just let my people stay as it was, the assassins do reside with us as well." That certainly got the other kage's attention at the mention of the assassins.

"Well then, you might as well just be a war village with those guys involved. We've heard rumors of who's there, ex-Akatsuki members, a Sanin, Hatake and now the assassins."

"We have no reason to be a war state, there is nothing at the moment to go to war over. I have only created a home for those who follow me, those who now share the blood of long past beings. We just want to make sure the incident in the third war doesn't happen again." A knew about that all too well, he wasn't at the battle but others were. The village was small but tore apart Mizu, Kumo and Iwa like a hot knife through butter. The three villages did eventually win but at a heavy cost, Mito's seals alone tore ships apart and the summons that guarded the place aided them. 'It was for the better of us all' said the third to him. Better, as in, kill a threat that was far more advanced than us, stronger than us, more resourceful than us. Kill those who oppose us and those who have the ability to become greater than us all.

"That won't be something this village partakes in while I reign. That was a useless and foolish battle tactic, something I wished wasn't on our hands. I agree to what you are asking, is there anything else? You wouldn't come down here just for a small treaty talk."

"I wished to see your jinchuuriki, see how well synced they were together. It appears their bijuu do fear me though." A looked to Yugito, waiting for an explanation.

"He's just as connected to his jinchuuriki as we are but he holds the nine tails, his power dwarfs ours by a large margin" said the woman.

"Bee, is this correct?"

"Yeah, Eight said even a single tail difference is too much to overcome for bijuu" said Bee.

"If you've got the kind of connection with your bijuu then that alone is enough to put you up with other kage."

"Is there anything else you need to ask?"

"No" responded A.

"Then we will be leaving, I must see the kage of Iwa as well" said Naruto, turning on heel but stopped when A spoke.

"You have a genin team, right?'

"Yes" responded Naruto before he handed him a mission scroll.

"There's some strange rumors of brutal murders within a few small islands between here and Mizu. I'm sending a team down there tomorrow if you want to send your own as well. We don't know what to expect, the mission request didn't give to many details."

"I will have a team meet there, we have heard of it but I only just got the news before I arrived" said Naruto before they left. As the two began to walk towards the village exit the scroll in Naruto's hands disappeared in a cloud of smoke.

"The children, Seira and Kakashi should be plenty" said Naruto.

"Why both of them?" asked Jiraiya.

"I think they like each other" said Naruto bluntly.

Jiraiya grinned "You don't' say?"

"Don't bother those two, Seira would kill you" said Naruto and Jiraiya laughed.

"I could see that if she could find me" said the sanin causing Naruto to sigh.

With Kakashi

The former Konoha jonin rubbed his eye as he sat up when he felt something drop on his chest. The man noticed the scroll and sat up from the couch and opened it, skimming the contents then noticed a message writing with chakra at the end.

'Take the children and Seira with you here, they need experience as an official team and I don't know what to expect over there.' –Naruto

Kakashi sighed "Well, guess we've got something to do after all."

"Did you get a mission?" asked Seira, on a chair across from him.

"Yeah, we've gotta take the kids to a set of islands between here and Mizu for a joint mission with Kumo. Apparently, they got news of those mass murders too so now we're getting involved" said Kakashi.

"I'll let the children know" said Seira, leaving the lounge room and going to get the children.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

"I'm sure you three can take care of things here" said Kakashi to Kisame, Zabuza and Ameyuri.

"Course, now we can train in peace!" said Ameyuri, already drawing her swords.

"The Lord should be back within the week, I don't know about Naruko and the others. Stay safe" said Kakashi, the three nodded their heads.

"You too, send a signal if you need back up. I'll get there pretty quick" said Kisame in one of his rare moments of somewhat compassion.

"Will do" said the silver haired man with a wave as the five left, the large castle walls closing and the seal activating again.

"Think fast!" shouted Ameyrui, shooting lightning bolts off at the two from her swords.

With Naruko

"I don't like her" said Suigetsu, referring to Karin. She was the watchman of the inmates and an Uzumaki to boot, the red hair and chakra sensing was a dead giveaway. Itachi had told them about the chakra sensing, apparently Kushina was nearly a master and Mito was far past anyone alive.

"Go fuck yourself" said Karin before she went right back to smiling at Sasuke who found it extremely uncomfortable.

"She's got that temper too" said Keyomi to Itachi. However, Karin heard that one loud and clear and turned to her only to swing her head back around when Itachi looked at her. Yeah, he was defiantly scarier than Sasuke.

"Where are we going?" asked Naruko, walking next to Sasuke.

"To find the man Orochimaru used to begin his curse mark" responded the youngest Uchiha before he stopped at a door.

"Here it is, I'll get it" said Sasuke.

With Juugo

"I'll kill the next guy that opens the door" said the man with short orange hair, a large metal ball cuffed to his leg.

Then he heard footsteps "No, a woman."

Then voices "Scratch that, a man.'

The door lock moved and the large metal door moved slightly "No no no, a woman for sure." Just after he said those words the door opened all the way and Naruko faced the deranged man.

"Bingo!" shouted Juugo, his arm already transforming into an axe as he charged the woman, the ball weight seemingly useless. The next moment went in slow motion for Juugo, he moved as fast as he could to get to his prey. However, as tenths of a second ticked by a small but hard fist slowly impacted his cheek, pushed harder and harder, lifting him off the ground and sending him flying into the wall. The six inches of thick metal bent like tin foil when he hit it, indenting him in a good inch and keeping him from moving.

"You should have told me he was fucking crazy, you ass!" shouted Naruko and Sasuke who walked in.

"That's why I wanted to go first" responded Sasuke.

"Either way, you should have said 'Hey, watch out cause he'll try to kill you' or something!" retorted Naruko. Sasuke chose to ignore her outburst and walked up to Juugo who was letting his arm revert back to its original shape and color.

"He's no longer in charge Juugo, do you wish to come with us?" asked Sasuke. He knew then man needed little words, behind that sociopath mind was a genius.

"Of course, you can control me after all so I should be safe" said Juugo before Naruko popped up from behind him.

"Yeah, and me since I smashed you into that wall you're in" said Naruko.

"Who are you?"

"That's rude" said Naruko.

"I was asking your name. How's that rude?" asked Juugo, getting out of the wall.

"You give your name first, then ask someone" said Naruko, at her words Juugo seemed to be enlightened and smiled before holding his hand out.

"I'm Juugo, you are?"

Naruko shook his hand and smiled "Naruko Uzumaki!"

"She's a bitch too" said Karin from beside Sasuke.

"I'll gut you" threatened Naruko, her soul weapon leaking energy causing Karin to hide behind Sasuke.

"Now now, let's place nice and get going" said Keyomi from the door.

"Where to? I thought we were done" said Naruko, walking out as the others followed suit.

"Just to grab supplies from Gaara, we'll need more since the kids keep running though all of it. Besides, I've been in this stupid anbu gear forever now and I want something different!" said Keyomi.

"Fine fine, let's get going. Sasuke, keep that thing on a leash once we get through the village walls" said Naruko, Karin flipping her the bird as she did.

With Naruto

"I expected a reaction but not this" said Naruto, nearly a dozen ROCK ninja facing him and Jiraiya near the outskirts of the village.

"State your business sanin" said one ninja.

"I am the bodyguard of the new Uzukage here to seek an audience with the tsuchikage" said Jiraiya, his blood red eyes glancing around the group.

"He doesn't need to speak to you filth!" shouted another, clearly a female.

"Is that for you to decide?" asked a newcomer, walking past the ROCK and holding a hand up for them to relax.

"I'll take you to my old man, he'll like to see the new kage that's been going around the nation. I'm Kurotsuchi, his granddaughter" said the woman that now faced them.

"Please lead the way" said Jiraiya, still in front of Naruto. The woman smiled again and spun on her heel before walk through the crowd of ROCK, Jiraiya closely behind with Naruto behind him. The three made it past every checkpoint in the village until they arrived at the kage room.

"He's in here doing paperwork, don't bother knocking" said the girl before she kicked the door wide open.

"Jiji you have visitors!" shouted the woman, shocking the old man and causing paperwork to fly everywhere.

"Dammit!" shouted a short man before he began to float in the air. As soon as he saw who was behind his granddaughter his expression turned serious.

"What is a sanin doing all the way over here?"

"A meeting, I'm the Uzukage's bodyguard" said Jiraiya, shifting to the side to Naruto.

"Ah the boy I've heard so much about. I assume you came to make some kind of pact?" asked the older man.

"Yes, a neutrality pact. Will we discuss this here?" asked Naruto and the kage smiled.

"No, we'll discuss this in a cell" said the man before a squad of ROCK appeared, surrounding them all.

"Grandfather!" shouted Kurotsuchi but he wasn't listening to her.

"What kind of fool do you take me for? I have seen two great wars and fought with Madara himself. Do you think a child playing kage has any say in my village or its politics? Get them out of my sight" said Onoki.

"Why…." Whispered Naruto.

"What? Speak up boy" said a ROCK member.

"Why do people continually look down on me because of my age?" said Naruto raising his head to show his glowing red eyes, his doujutus activated.

"I've had it!" shouted Naruto, his power bursting free from its cage and exploding outward. The power alone ripped apart the walls of the tower, leaving only the floor they stood on. No one moved, everyone was surprised by the power and anger this boy was showing.

"You have no right to do such things and I'll show you why!" said Naruto, placing a hand on his earring seal. However, before he could break it Jiraiya had his hand around Naruto's own.

"Enough, my lord. That's taking things to far, we don't want to wipe this place off the map" said Jiraiya. Naruto seemed to contemplate those words before sighing and letting go of the earring.

"Is that enough show of force?" asked Jiraiya, standing next to Naruto.

The tsuchikage floated to the boy "You show quite some promise but you have no village you rule over. What use is it making a pact?" He did know about the large castle now on the island but what was the need to make relations with other kage.

"The people I hold inside are very capable men and woman, our small force is enough to topple a country if need be. I want to make sure every country knows we are a neutral party, the assassins are their own network however they are under our protection. If you need a team of genin to assist you from our village we can help but that is all we can offer. We have no other resources to trade besides a support team" said Naruto. The kage floated around him as he talked then dismissed his guards and sat back down on his chair, the only remaining piece of furniture.

"Very well, I will respect your wishes. However, as you know, war may changes alliances so be prepared for whatever anyone throws around. From one man to another, best of luck and I can't wait to see what you can come up with" said Onoki.

Jiraiya bowed "Thank you, we will be on our way. The payment for the room is in this scroll." The sanin handed a scroll to Kurotsuchi before Naruto spoke.

"There is one last piece of information. I assume you know of the Akatsuki?" asked Naruto and Onoki nodded his head.

"They hunt the bijuu, yes."

"They will start with the lowest and rise from there, A has already agreed to keep his jinchuuriki under lockdown in the village until the threat is neutralized. Your jinchuuriki will be targeted next for their ease of access. I will warn you now, these men are not to be trifled with unless you battle them. They are kage level, their leader is beyond even that."

"I've already recalled them from exile. They will stay under watch here but Takigakure has little to no protection throughout the village. You may want to go by there, I don't even know if their jinchuuriki can use its bijuu power."

"I didn't know of that, thank you. We will stop by there and send word if we find any information regarding your village" said Naruto before he took off towards the village exit, Jiraiya right besides him.

"Can you lead me to Taki? I have no clue where it's at" said Naruto.

"Of course, I've been by there for a few contact meet ups. Their jinchuuriki is kept in exile and hated pretty bad. If we can get in and out, it would be easy to get her to come with us" said Jiraiya.

"We'll see when we get there" said Naruto.

With Naruko

"Why am I holding a man who went crazy in the middle of my village?" asked Gaara, sand encasing Jugo who tried to break free.

"It wasn't my fault Sasuke got lazy" said Naruko, pushing all the blame on him.

"Sasuke isn't lazy you whore!" shouted Karin.

"I'll gut you" threatened Naruko with an crazed grin causing Karin to hide behind Sasuke.

"Get off me" said the Uchiha, pushing Karin back and Naruko's smile grew.

"No one to stop me" said the woman but she did when she felt the sand shift around her feet. She knew better than to continue, this was Gaara's field in all it's entirety. Taking him on here would be a death wish, playing or not.

"He's already calm" said Sasuke, causing Gaara to notice the strange skin tone he had returned to normal and Gaara let him go.

"Keep better watch or you'll be removed. I don't want to do that, especially to you all" said Gaara.

"It's fine, I'll do better at it. We won't be here too much longer anyway, got to get back home" said Naruko.

Gaara sighed "Very well, send Naruto my condolences about this issue he will have to take care of."

Chapter 10 complete! It's not much but I actually split this 3/4ths of the way, it was nearly 20 pages and now it's 14. I wanted to cut off here cause the next chapters going to have quite a lot of new information so I needed to keep it separate. Drop a review and have a great day!

Ps-I will be rewriting the older chapters once I finish with The Next Legend. I am doing an entire rewrite, chapter by chapter to fix grammar and plot holes. Expect this one done by next year, The Next Legend's going to take some time.
