Hello my fellow readers, writers, and people who have been enjoying this story and my others so far, I'm back with yet another new chapter. In this chapter we're going to be going over the events of the episode Be-knighted and as in the last chapter since none of the main characters are in the opening part I'm not going to be putting in the opening part.
As I said in the last chapter Natsu will have a pretty big part in this chapter because of the fact that they are literally battling a dragon. If I spoiled the episode by saying that for you sorry but everyone should know this by now since this show had started up a little over 8 years ago so again sorry but you should have known.
Okay I've got nothing else to add at this moment so without further ado let's get this show on the road.

Natsu's P.O.V
We were at the local highschool Gym so we could get stronger physically since in this weird universe using powers would freak a lot of people out of we used them for no reason. I was currently holding a punching bag while Ben was punching it and he said "I mean it's great having the Omnitrix and everything but there might come a time when it's not enough I need to expand my repertoire."
I said "yeah I mean I learned hand to hand combat from igneel even though he was bigger then me but he taught me hand to hand combat in case I ever ran out of magic energy." When he was about to some boxing moves Lucy came up and just pushed the punching bag so that it hit him in the head. When he got up he said "good idea head butt" only to be stopped by Lucy and she said "not that way the other way."
I said "what other way" and she said "why did I think that you would know the way I'm talking about" and just then Kevin came in and said "okay fun's over I've set up a meeting for Ben." He said "with who" and he said "it's important come on" and Gwen said "with who Kevin" and he hesitated slightly and said "the forever knights" and Gwen said "no way" and Ben said "Are you crazy."
Kevin said "hold it hold it they're in trouble they need help" and Gwen said "so it's not like their friends of ours" and Kevin said "yeah and that's why they wouldn't be reaching out unless they had a good reason. Aren't you curious to find out what" and Gwen said "wait they paid you to come here and bring Ben to them didn't they."
Kevin put on a fake hurt voice and said "I'm hurt don't you think I ever do anything out of the goodness of my heart" and Lucy said "how much" and he broke the act and said "I cut them a deal I traded them for some alien tech." Gwen said "uh Kevin" and Ben said "he's got a point though if the knights are desperate enough to ask me for help we should at least hear what they've got to say."
We all got into the car and of course I was forced to be in the middle between Ben and Lucy but after driving to the castle which apparently these guys had lots of castles the moat thing lowered and someone stepped out to meet us. He went on telling us a story about this knight and this dragon which I wasn't really interesting in until the dragon part."
Ben said "that the most ridiculous story I've ever heard" and the guy said "it's all true Ben everyone things dragons and creature are myths, legends but they're real at least one was and is" and I said "did this dragon have either red, white, or grey scales" and the guy said "I don't know I didn't get a good look at it before it got away."
Ben said "wait did you say is" and the guy turned to what looks like tapestries and he said "a thousand years ago a handful of knights battled a giant fire breathing beast they were the king's greatest warriors but even they couldn't finish it off. All the could do was trap it and build a stone fortress around it years went by and thousands of far fetched dragon legends came up.
But all the while the real knights were passing custody of the beast down from father to son to grandson unfortunately the dragon was invulnerable to every new weapon we tried on it." I said "why would you use a weapon against a dragon I mean the evil ones I get but the ones that are good if this one is Igneel, metalicana, or grandidina I will personally kick all your guys forever butts no matter how long it takes."
The guy said "I don't think you could stand up to all of the forever knights but sure anyway the latest weapon we tried was an alien quantum disassembler cannon. We had high hopes for it and still do but the dragon escaped Ben we need your help and your teams help" and Ben said "you want me to become a part of this become a knight."
The guy said "yes we want you to join us in our most noble of causes" and Ben said "do I get some of that cool armor" and Lucy said "could we talk about this for a moment in private" and the guy said "sure thing" and we walked a bit away from him. I said "how could you be considering this these guys are hunting down creatures like Igneel who taught me my magic."
Gwen said "that aside there's still a lot we don't know" and Ben said "Like" and Kevin said "like if there even is a dragon all they have for proof are these things." He tried to just tug lightly on the tapestry to make his point but it tore down the middle and I saw looking at us and Kevin must have seen that as well because he said "uh sorry."
A knight in the full armor came out of the shadows and said "there most assuredly is a dragon you have my word" and the guy said "Ben, Gwen, Kevin, Natsu, Lucy, Happy meet Connor the greatest of all the forever knights." Ben said "at your service or whatever you guys say" and Connor said "what I say is forever knights don't have doubts so if you or your friends have them you do not belong with us."
Ben snarked back "you're the guys asking for help" and Connor said "you insolent the dragon will fall by my hand and my hand alone" and then he turned to the guy leading us and said "you dare dirty the purity of our order by bring in this" and Ben said "this what." The guy got in-between them and while looking at Connor said "my lord it's the only way."
Then all of a sudden, an alarm went off and they ran to what looked like a computer and the guy leading us sat down and started typing frantically on the keyboard. He said "we've been monitoring the military frequencies" and a picture appeared on the screen and a voice said "target at 3 o'clock visual contact in a moment or two.
Then a dragon appeared in front of the jet and they guy pulled up on a stick and just dodged the dragon and said "it's some kind of monster target locked missiles away." When the smoke cleared the dragon shot a beam of energy at the jet destroying it but leaving the people inside unharmed mostly. Then a second jet appeared and shot red energy blasts at it only to loop around again and shoot it's wing.
The dragon fell but as it was it destroyed the second jet and just managed to right itself in the air so that it could fly away and the screen went to static. Ben then turned to Connor and said "you sure you don't want my help" and we all got into our own vehicles and drove off to what looked like a truck stop. The dragon landed right in front of us and the guy who I learned was a squire said "remember all you have to do is stop it Connor will take care of the rest."
Ben said "right" and Gwen said "so whose it going to be this time Humungosaur" and Ben said "no humungo's too close to what I'll be fighting got to figure that thing's had more experience being a dragon then I have." Gwen said "thinking it through huh" and he activated the Omnitrix and transformed into Chromastone and started charging at the dragon.
I ran up to the dragon and I heard something because while it was still a dragon of this universe I could still understand it but before I could warn them I saw Ben shooting rainbow beams at the dragon. That just got it angrier and he knocked Ben back with his wing and followed up with a breath attack. I said "I know that was more in self-defense but I won't let anyone hurt my friends "Fire dragon's roar" and I shot my own breath attack at the dragon.
He however countered with his own breath attack and they canceled each other out and he knocked me back with a swipe of its paws (I think that's the correct term). I heard the sound of a weapon powering up and the squire say "Ben's too close to the dragon" and Connor retort "Pity." I said "Ben hit the deck" and he threw himself against the ground.
Connor then said "the forever knights exist for one reason and one reason alone and you know what it is so are you or are you not a knight." I looked back and saw Gwen preparing a mana orb and she shot it at the cannon thing which caused it to go off course and hit the truck that was at the truck stop and sent the driver flying.
The dragon got up after the strong blast and flew off and Ben transformed back and walked over to the now downed Connor and said "we need to have a little talk. You used me" and Connor got up and said "it wasn't personal but if you or your friends get in my way again it will become so." I charged at him and pinned him up against the vehicle they used to get here along with us and I said "you know where the dragon's going don't you."
Connor laughed and said "if you trying to scare us it's going to take more then violent action against us right" and the squire said "absolutely we've taken a sacred oath." I ignited my fist on fire and punched a hole through their truck right by the squire's head. He then spat out 6200 prospect boulevard where the 12 and 408 freeways meet" and I said "what" and he said "it's where the dragon's going.
Connor shouted angrily "Squire" and the squire said "the knights found a large relic at the same time as they captured the dragon. They didn't know what it was or what it did so the hid it away and sent it to our labs to see if it had any technology we could use against the dragon. When it flew over the Atlantic we figured the dragon was connected to the relic somehow and that's all I know I swear." I released my grip on them and said "that's good enough really" and we drove off and Ben said "I'm telling you when it roared there was a pattern."
I said "so you picked up on that too huh" and Ben added "and something else that wasn't fire coming out of it's mouth it was more like a laser." Kevin said "so you're saying the dragon was trying to talk to you" and I said "that's exactly what was going on." Everyone looked at me and Gwen said "how did you know that" and I said "Because of the fact that I'm a dragon slayer I learned to actually speak the language of the dragons."
Kevin said "okay even if it was talking what was it saying I'm going to chew you like bubble gum" and I said "no it was begging us to leave it alone. That fighting it was doing it was self-defense because we charged in and attacked first." Ben said "I've got a theory pull over" and Kevin did so and Ben opened up the trunk and pulled out a device.
He said "I knew I've seen one of these before what is it" and Kevin said "Galvan universal translator converts any language into any other in real time pretty common alien tech." Ben said "it had one of these near it's throat but it looked busted" and Gwen said "so we just have to replace the broken translator with this one easy."
We got where the squire told us and we all got out of the car and Ben transformed into spidermonkey and I said "remember don't attack it I think I can convince it to let us change the translator." Ben jumped on it's back and jumped around till he was near the translator and started trying to pull it off however the dragon grabbed him which in the process took the translator off and threw him at the hole in the wall.
Ben thinking quickly shot a web and caught himself I started talking to the dragon and after a few moments I convinced him that we weren't going to hurt him. He agreed to let Ben place the new translator near his throat only for Kevin to hit it in the face with a broken wooden beam. That knocked it down and Ben took the chance to put the translator near the throat" and the dragon looked at me and said in English "what happened to no attacking" and I said "Kevin didn't get the memo" and Kevin said "sorry 'bout that."
Ben said "so I was right you can talk" and I said "I've been telling you this since we left the knights" and the dragon said "of course I can talk why wouldn't I be able to talk." Ben said "well I thought you were a" and the dragon said "yeah" and Ben said "a monster" and he dragon snarked back "yeah well I thought you were a monkey."
Ben said "oh I don't normally look like this" and transformed back and said "see I'm really just a human" and the dragon said "sorry all mammals look alike to me." Kevin said "it's not just you Ben does sort of favor a monkey and smells like one too" and Lucy smacked him on the back of his head and Ben said "enough of that what do you want."
The dragon said "I want my ship back my tracking signal says it's here" and Ben said "a ship that must be the relic the knights have been talking about" and the dragon said "the knights are any of you knights." Ben said "no but we were asked to help catch you back when we thought you were a monster" and the dragon said "the knights are the monsters they attacked me for no reason right after I landed, broke my translator box, and locked me up in the dungeon."
The dragon then leaned in close to Ben and said "are you sure you're not one of the knights" and Ben said "me no way I wouldn't be caught dead in that stupid armor." The dragon said "okay then" and then he turned to me and said "it's rare that a human can speak the language of dragons" and I said "it's because in my universe a dragon named Igneel taught me a magic called dragon slayer magic right before he disappeared.
Which that reminds me do you know what happened to him" and the dragon said "no the last time I had any contact with him or metalicana, or grandidina since that vortex appeared in the sky and they sacrificed themselves to keep the rest of us safe." Gwen said "so you're an alien right what were you doing here" and the dragon said "I was making an interstellar map why else would anyone come to this insignificant rock."
Be said "you're a map maker" and the dragon said "and a darn good one too now if you'll excuse me I've got business" and Gwen said "finding your ship and going home right." The dragon said "oh I'll be going home alright as soon as there's not a single one of those forever knight's left alive." Ben said "wait if you think about this it's all a big misunderstanding" and the dragon shouted "misunderstanding" and Ben said "okay maybe misunderstanding a little too weak."
The dragon said "a thousand years those forever knights stole from me a thousand years" and Ben said "okay how long is that in dragon years" and the dragon said "it's a long time to be away from your home, your family baby's probably already flying by now" and then an explosion from behind us caught our attention.
It was Connor running up holding the weapon and a bunch of truck with forever knights piling out of it" and I said "you guys go out there and try to talk them out of this I'll help the mapmaker." They all ran out and me the dragon went further into the warehouse and the dragon pulled a tarp off of something and it was revealed to be his ship.
He then placed a paw on it and turned it and the door opened and then went over to where the map he was making was and pushed a few buttons and it slid back revealing weapons. I said "why would you need weapons when you have that breath attack" and the dragon said "I always keep them on the ship just in case a planet isn't that hospitable and try killing me right off the bat."
I said "you don't have to do this" and he said "I know I want to and you would too" and I said "you're probably right especially if it were Igneel they locked up for no reason. But I'm not going to let you do this" and the dragon said "you a human would stand in my way" and I said "since I learn my magic from a dragon doesn't that kind of make us related" and the dragon said "we only have the same sort of powers nothing else so do yourself a favor and stay out my way."
I said "so I take it I can't convince you huh" and the dragon said "I've been waiting a thousand years for this so no you can't convince me." I then blocked his way and he said "what are you doing" and I said "stopping you" and he started laughing. I said "don't laugh I could use all the attack of my dragon slayer magic but I'm not going to" ad the dragon said "good that just makes it easier for me" and he reeled up his arm preparing to backhand me out of his way.
I said "you not a monster you're a mapmaker and even beyond that you're a husband and father in fact your kid has probably only seen you a handful of times. Before Igneel took me in I didn't even know my mother and father so do you really want to make it so your kid has to grow up without a father" and he got a solemn look on his face.
The dragon turned his ship on and I ran out behind it as the ship was blasting off and Connor tried shooting the ship with that large gun but the force field prevented the ship from being hit. The ship knocked him down and he got up and started shooting into the sky after the ship and I shouted out "stop" and hit him with an ignited fist without any of the actually dragon slayer moves."
Okay that's the end of this chapter in the next chapter we're going to be going over the events of the episode Plumber's helpers which I have a few plans for that but I'm not going to reveal them at all until the next chapter.
