Chapter 9
When Rayden, Happy, and Tig pulled into the parking lot, Rayden hopped off of Happy's bike and waited as he and her father parked their bikes. The three of them headed into the clubhouse where the rest of the club was waiting. Jax sat at the bar with Kozic, while the rest of the members sat at various tables around the club. Rayden walked up to Jax and gave him a quick hug before glaring at Kozic and going to sit down at the table Chibs and Juice were sitting at.
"Morning, RayRay!" Rayden smiled at Juice as she sat down across from him.
"Hey, Juicy. How's the head this morning?" She greeted.
"Not too bad. So, exactly how much did I lose last night?"
"All of it." Jucie grabbed his wallet out of his back pocket and opened. He groaned and banged his head down onto the table causing Chibs and Rayden to start cracking up.
"Cheer up, Juicy. At least you didn't lose as much as Quinn. Between Hap and Rayden, he lost about 400." Chibs said after he managed to stop laughing at Juice's expense. Juice lifted his head off the table and glared at Chibs before banging his head back onto the table. "So, love, what are your plans for today?"
"Shopping with Aunt Gemma. Get to spend some of my winnings from last night. After that I'm not too sure." Rayden replied before laughing again as Juice let out another groan from losing his money. "Come on, Juice, you're acting like it's the end of the world. What? Were you going to take that pretty little blonde you were with last night to dinner or something?"
Juice didn't say anything. He just raised his hand and flipped both Rayden and Chibs off before getting up and walking over to the bar to grab a beer. Happy sat down in the seat Juice had just vacated and looked at Rayden and Chibs with a raised brow.
"What have you two done to the goofball?" Before either one could answer him, Clay had called the guys to church. Rayden got up and walked over to the bar where Half-Sack was wiping down the counter.
"So, Kip, what is on the agenda for my favorite prospect today?" She asked as she sat on the stool at the end of the bar.
"Shopping with you and Gemma. Pretty sure I will be unclogging the toilets at some point." Rayden scrunched her face up in disgust at the toilet comment.
"How does one toilet get clogged so much? I mean seriously, does someone stuff something in it or something? I feel sorry for ya, Kip. I really do." Rayden and Half-Sack talked for a few more minuets before the guys walked out of church. Happy walked over and sat down next to Rayden. Rayden leaned her head on Happy's shoulder as he grabbed a beer that Half-Sack had handed him as he sat down. The two sat in silence until noon came around and they went out to Happy's bike.
'Stay out of trouble, baby. I'll be back as soon as I can." Happy said as he sat on his bike and wrapped his arms around Rayden's waist, pulling her closer to him.
"I know and I don't cause trouble. If anything I prevent it." Rayden said as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
"I'll believe that when I see it, kid. I gotta go now. I'll call when I can." Happy stood back up with Rayden still pulled against him and kissed her on the top of her head before letting her go and getting on his bike to start it. Rayden walked back to the club and stood next to her father as she watched Happy pull out of the parking lot.
"Holding up ok, kid?" Rayden looked up at her father and smiled before nodding and giving him a quick hug before being pulled away by Gemma to go shopping.
AN: Hey everyone. Thank you so much for the reviews. I'm sorry it has taken me so long to update and that it is a short chapter. I've been struggling to write this chapter for awhile cause I wasn't sure how I wanted to end it. The next chapter should start getting into more of the season 1 episodes but please bear with me cause its been awhile since I watched season 1 and plan on rewatching it while im writing the chapters so I can try to stay as close to the storyline as I possibly can. Thanks again to everyone who reviewed. It means a lot.
