As Pretty as a Flour – Tony Stark

Flour puffed in my face as I tried to open the packet, eventually popping it open and receiving a face full of white powder for my trouble of doing so. I huffed and wiped my sleeves across my face, not bothering to clean off properly; it was my day off after all. That was my excuse to get as messy as possible, SHIELD had regulations that I always had to be presentable as an Agent.

"Presentable my arse." I muttered, mixing the ingredients for pancakes in a large bowl. The doorbell rang and I sighed, deciding not to go and answer it. I was not going into work today, Fury gave me a rare day off and he can't say anything about it now.

"Darcy?"

"Door's open Stark!" I called back as the familiar voice floated to my ears through the front door. I heard it open and close again before hearing him walk into the kitchen behind me. "What are you doing here?" I asked, looking back at him and catching the smile that graced his lips.

"Well, don't you look pretty as a flour." He remarked, making me roll my eyes towards the man. "Get it? I said flour instead of flower."

"Yeah, I got it Tony."

"Aww, don't sound so excited to see me Darc." He came over and hugged me from behind. "Why are you making pancakes at two in the afternoon?"

"Because I want to!" I said childishly, smacking flour onto the side of his face and making him jump backwards in shock. "That makes you so much more attractive." I commented, smiling as he tried wiping it off. "Men that cook are the biggest turn on." I winked at him before going back to what I was doing before.

The bowl was suddenly snatched away from me and I spun around to see Stark with it in his arms, taking over from what I was doing before he decided to steal it. I arched an eyebrow and he looked down at me.

"Am I turning you on yet?" He raised his eyebrows suggestively at me and I laughed.

"That's for me to know and you to possibly find out."

He flashed me a grin before I bumped him out the way with my hip and took the bowl back. His hands found my hips and his chin rested on my shoulder as he watched me cook. I guess my attempt at flirting worked after all.
