Chapter 10: Cake Of Rice & Yogurt Mousse

"Here's your order!" Bubbles sat two plates with a couple of beef pieces, white rice and veggies. She smiled at the two girls "It delicious!" one of the girls said "Yeah! oh, and sorry for being mean to you before" Bubbles shook her head while still smiling "Don't worry about it~! here's your drink!" Bubbles sat down a couple of glasses then left for the kitchen. Both girls smiled then kept eating while Bubbles tended to the other customers.

"Butch! Brick! help out would you?" Bubbles pouted as she sat down the dirty dishes. Both boys waved her off "Too much work " they said in unison. Bubbles frowned then sighed and continued on with her job. Just as Bubbles was leaving a customer, the bell rang and in walked 4 familiar faces. "Welcome~!" exclaimed Bubbles the the four walked in. Robin smiled while Buttercup smirked then two girls made their way over. "I'm glad you guys are here!" Bubbles said as she handed both girls a menu. "Sit where ever you like! I'll be with you in a bit~!" The girls nodded their heads then left to find a good seat. Behind them, Blaze and a reluctant Boomer stepped forward. "Hey guys!" Bubbles said. Blaze smiled "You're working hard" he said, Bubbles just giggled. "Its unusual for you two to come together" She stated while showing them to a table. "He dragged me here!" muttered Boomer. Bubbles giggled again. "Well you don't have to stay" Blaze smirked"You can just leave~ I'll be fine here with Bubbles~" He finished while Boomer cursed him silently, Bubbles watched in amusement.

Unknown to them, the trio was being watched by another trio of girls. Mandy and Ruby glared while Blossom fumed and turned to walk away. "What is this?!" Mandy said as the three walked away, "She got everyone fooled" muttered Ruby.

They walked past the window of the the diner where Blaze saw them and smiled. "Hey Blossom, why don't you eat with us?" He looked at her expectantly but she only glared "Me? why would would I want to eat a liars food!" She turned and walked away with Ruby and Mandy following after her. 'I knew it' Thought Bubbles 'Blossom still hates me...'

"Look! its Blossom! "

"Do you think she'll shake my hand?"

"Oooh isn't she beautiful!"

"We better get going, they'll stop serving lunch at the four leafed diner soon!"

The group of girls walked away, leaving Blossom and her 'friends' behind. "Hey Blossom, how about we have lunch on the terrace?" Ruby said with a smile. Blossom only frowned in response "I'm on a diet! I'm not eating." She stated as she walked away. The two girls watched her leave with worried glances."

Bubbles was finishing up her report when Boomer slipped a flyer in front of her. "All you can eat?" She muttered, then looked up at Boomer , who was grinning expectantly. "The place I go to is having an event, eat 50 plates and you don't have to pay. Wanna go?" Bubbles smiled then nodded her head. "Of course! I'll go! I'll go!" Boomer chuckled " Alright,, this sunday okay?" Bubbles nodded her head. "Oh! and in return I'll make you something!" she stated as an after thought. Boomer looked at her in puzzlement " Thank me? for what?" Bubbles giggles. "For helping me out at the contest! I would've been gone if you hadn't helped me" She smiled, making Boomer blush in response. "I h-had to! you're such a klutz otherwise!" Bubbles only smiled wider. "But it really helped!" Boomer then turned away and started walking out of the classroom. "A-anyways, this Sunday! Don't forget!" Bubbles giggled then nodded her head. "Okay~!"

Sunday

Boomer and Bubbles were in the middle of the meal. Boomer looked so full, he might explode, while Bubbles happily finished another plate. She stacked it with the others, a tower of over 50 plates sat next to her. "More beef with rice please!" She shouted. The worked all looked at her in fear while the cooks looked at the brink of tears. "There's no more rice" One Stated with tears in his eyes. The owner asked the two to leave, almost sobbing, the two left without a care. Boomer struggled to walk as Bubbles almost skipped. "That was so yummy~!" she stated with a wide smile. "Now lets go to an all you can eat dessert place!" She said happily. Boomer glared at her "Are you trying to kill me!?" He shouted as Bubbles giggled.

"But..." Boomer stared as he looked at her, "You look like your old self again, " Bubbles turned to look at him. "You haven't been yourself, with all thats happening with Blossom and all" Bubbles smiled sadly and nodded her head. "Yeah,... she ignores me at school,...But! I'm fine! There are people who said my food was great!" Boomer smiled "Well you do cook great, for a monkey that is." Bubbles pouted. "I'm not a monkey" She said

The two kept walking they stopped at a light then continued on towards the park. They stopped when the saw a huge crowed. "This is?" Muttered Bubbles as she held her bag, hoping the continents wouldn't fall. "Its a photoshoot" Muttered Boomer as he looked forward.

"Beautiful Blossom!" They heard, Bubbles looked up. She saw Blossom take on many different Poses, Each more more beautiful than the last. "Pretty! She so amazing!" shouted Bubbles. Boomer chuckled. "Yeah, I remember how she used to talk about being top model when we were little, now she's so close-"

"Blossom!" The two turned their heads, Blossom was being held up by her manager. "I'm sorry, just felt a bit dizzy" Blossom said with a small smile. Her manager frowned "That's because you haven't eaten anything all day!" She helped her up "I told you not to go into any extreme diet." She led Blossom to her trailer while Bubbles and Boomer watched from a far. "A diet?" Muttered Bubbles, she looked down at the bag she was holding then looked up at Boomer who was still looking at Blossoms trailer. Bubbles sighed then smiled and handed him the bag. "Here, give it to her for me" Boomer looked at her then took the bag. The two excused them selves then went their separate ways. Bubbles when back to the school while Boomer headed to the trailer. He was let in quite easily.

"Boomer! you came!" Exclaimed Blossom as Boomer smirked. He lets the bag down on the small coffee table then took out a medium sized box "You haven't eaten right? Its not good to go on an extreme diet. " He got a knife and cute two pieces. Then handed one to Blossom. Blossom took it hesitantly while Boomer bit into his own piece. "Go on, Its good"

"Is this a rice cake?" She said while looking it over. Boomer nodded his head. Blossom then smiled and took a bite. "Its delicious!" she said while she took another piece into her mouth. The two finished it together. Blossom then continued with the photoshoot while Boomer went back to school.

"Blossom? you're eating?" Stated Mandy

"But your diet" stated Ruby.

Blossom smiled. "Its not good to go into an extreme diet~" She said then added "Boomie with worry~"

The two girls looked at her in confusion but Blossom didn't notice she finished her meal then stood up. She threw her trash away then looked around for Boomer. She stopped in her tracks when she heard his voice. "It was delicious" He said. Blossoms heart skyrocketed. "Blossom liked it too"

"Really? I'm so glad! I was going to add it to the menu~!" Blossoms heart stopped. She listen to their conversation. "That cake... wasn't..." She frowned then walked forwards, shocking both Bubbles and Boomer. "Blos-?" Bubbles Said but her voice was cut off when Blossom slapped her

"Don't take him away!" She shouted "Don't take Boomer away!" She said then ran off, leaving a stunned Bubbles and a shocked Boomer.

Blossom made her way to the girls bathroom and kneeled besides the tub."Spit it out!" She told herself as she stuck her finger down her throat. "Spit it out! I don't to become fat!" She stopped when she noticed it wasn't working then started sobbing "Why her... I'm prettier, more talented...cuter...skinnier..." Blossom looked up, glaring at the wall in front of her.

"I'll never forgive her!"

"Blossom? Aren't you going to eat dear?" Blossom sat at her desk, looking at an old picture of her Boomer and Blaze. She was in the center, holding onto both boys. Boomer looked like he'd rather be elsewhere while Blaze just smiled at the camera. "I'm not hungry," She told her mother.

"But you haven't eaten anything at all lately, Blossom?" She didn't reply.

Meanwhile, Bubbles was just walking out of her classroom. Thoughts swirled through her head. 'Don't take Boomer away!' she recalled Blossom say. 'she looked like she was about to cry,... I guess she really loves- ' Bubbles thoughts were interrupted by a small hit on the head. She looked up at Boomer who was peering at her curiously. "what's wrong? you were spacing out again" Bubbles shook her head "Its just,... Blossom-she-"

"Don't worry about what she said," He said, interrupting her "We've been together since we were little, she thinks its always going to be like that" Boomer opened the door to their classroom and walked outside, Bubbles followed closely after.

"That's amazing Blossom!" Called a and Bubbles looked over at Blossom who was sitting on the teachers desk. "I know right? Its just an ice cream commercial though, nothing big. I guess the producer saw me in a magazine and like me or something" She smirked knowingly then noticed Boomer and walked over " Boomie~! did yah hear? I'm gonna be in on Tv~! We're having a party after school to celebrate! you can come right?" She looked over at Bubbles and frowned. "What are you doing? Eavesdropping? I'll never invite so can you go away? No, wait, Why am I asking" She said almost in thought. Blossom glared at Bubbles "Go .Away" She said.

"Hey Blossom!" Boomer said, almost mad." You don't have to-"

"There's no more space" Blossom said, interrupting Boomer.

Bubbles only smiled in response. "I-it's fine Boomer, I can't go anyways" She smiled then made her way to her seat, just in time for the teacher to arrive and start class.

After classes, Bubbles made her way to her dorm, to put her things away when the dorm keep came up to her with a styrofoam box "Bubbles, this came for you from VioTown" She said. Bubbles smiled and took the box with a thank you then walked into her dorm. She sat down the box and opened it. There was a letter inside along with a box of Potatoes, corn, yogurt and many other things. Bubbles opened the letter and read

Dear Bubbles,

I'm sending you your favorite foods!

I'm sure you miss them by now,

Bubbles smiled at the letter then looked through the box. "Oooh! I can cook so many things now!" She took the box and headed down to the four leafed diner

"You're amazing Blossom!" Stated Ruby

"But of course, this is nothing right? You're getting famous everyday!" stated another girl

"Your mom was a magazine model right? She became a supermodel after the paris collection!"

"I'd be great if you could be like your mother Blossom!"

Blossom looked down at her lap, she forced a smile and said "Yeah, I know" Blossom looked around the room "Boomer's not here yet?" she asked herself. Ruby then cut out a piece of strawberry cake and handed it to Blossom. "Here Bloss! You haven't eaten right?" Blossom nodded her head and took the cake, she bit into it only to feel disgusted and quickly ran out of the room, bumping into Blaze on the way. "Hey Blos-" He started but Blossom was already gone.

Bubbles was in the middle of taking her box down to the diner but stopped to take a breather. "I think I brought too much" she stated as she rested beside the huge box. "What are you doing?" Stated Boomer as he saw Bubbles try and heave a rather big looking box away. The Blonde blushed "B-boomer" she said "I thought you were at Blossom's party?" Boomer shook his head. "Blaze is gonna be there, along with a bunch of girls" Bubbles looked up at him worried. "But Blossom's gon-"

"Blossom! are you okay?" they heard Blaze say. They walked over, seeing Blossom and Blaze. Blossom was leaning over the water fountain while Blaze patted her back. "I'm fine" she stated while wiping her mouth. "What happened?" Aske Bubbles as they walked forward. Blaze looked at them while answering "We don't know, she just got sick all of a sudden"

"It's nothing" Stated Blossom. She didn't turn to meet their gazes "I'm on a diet, I've got that commercial soon so i.."

"Blossom you really shouldn't die-"

"SHUT UP!" Blossom shouted, interrupting Bubbles "I need to be skinnier, I swore that I'd become a supermodel! Everyone's expecting it! Mom, Dad! You wouldn't understand! " She turned around, glaring at Bubbles.

"YOU DON'T HAVE PARENTS! YOU WOULDN'T UNDERSTAND HOW I FEEL!"

"Blossom!" Boomer shouted

"JUST LEAVE ME ALONE! " Shouted Blossom then she turned and walked away from the group. Bubbles watched her leave. 'I don't.. but I understand how hard it is... no one is alone' she said to herself. Boomer and Blaze looked back at Bubbles, but didn't mutter a single word.

"These are all.. from Viotown?" Bubbles nodded her head."Yeah, they thought I'd miss my home tastes" She smiled as the two boys looked through the box. "They're really worried about you, enough to send you this" muttered Boomer. "Our parents never send us anything, no matter how far or long they are." Boomer sat down as Blaze nodded his head. "I hope Blossom realizes that people worry about her too." Bubbles nodded her head, then smiled. "Then lets let her know!" She said

"How ?" muttered Boomer as he played with a potato. Bubbles pulled out some yogurt and a clean bowl. "With this!" The two boys smiled then helped Bubbles with the cooking

"Excuse me!" Called out Bubbles "We brought Snacks!"

"Snacks?" Called out a boy as the rest of the photo shoot crew took a cup "Oh Yogurt mousse"

"Its refreshing"

"Mnn Its delicious"

"Who are those kids?"

"I dunno, friends of the manager?"

The three left with the words "Good luck!" As the crew finished their snack and went on preparing for the photo shoot.

"This Summer, a new encounter. Sweet Princess" Blossom sat in the center of the stage, her hands held a small cup of ice cream, decorated with almonds and a lone strawberry.

"Cut!" called out the director

"She doing it," Stated Boomer "She's okay"

"You were great Bloss!" The director walked over and congratulated her while Blossom Smiled. 'Of course' she smirked 'I dieted for this day'

The director clapped his hands "Alright! Now for the tasting scene!" Blossom was walked back onto the stage with the ice cream. "Alright, Action!" Blossom smiled and was about to lean into the ice cream, but she couldn't. She tried and tried but she couldn't."Isn't she going to eat?" Muttered Boomer. Bubbles frown "I don't think she's doing it on purpose"she said "Blossom can't eat."

"CUT!" Called the director. "What's wrong with her?" her asked her manager. "Is she so unhealthy that she can't even eat ice cream?" Said the cameraman. "Can't she do something so simple?" muttered the director. Her manager apologized, but the director only sighed. "We'll try again tomorrow. Blossom, meanwhile, was panicking. "Why can't I-?" She stood up and ran off to her dressing room. Once she was dressed, she sat with her hands holding up her head. "Why can't I do it..? Why?"

Bubbles stood outside the door with a small cup of Yogurt Mousee, she knocked and walked into Blossoms dressing room. "Blossom?" She called. Blossom sat up and looked over. "What are you doing here!?" she said as she walked over and tried closing the door. "Blossom please! Eat this" She said, holding up the small cup "I think you have an eating disorder"

"w-what?"

"This is easy to eat and digest, I know you wont eat anything I make but-"

"I don't need this!?" She said while pushing Bubbles out of the room. "Blosso-"

"You came to laugh at me didn't you!?"

"No! Blossom you need to eat or you'll faint!"

"LEAVE ME ALONE!"

"Blossom.."

The door was shut, the yogurt was thrown onto the floor, seeing into the carpet. Blossom kneeled down holding onto her head. She removed her hand only for a batch of her own hair to come down with it. "w-what is this?" she stated. "n-no! what's... whats happening to me?" She said. Blossom crossed her legs and cried. "What do I do? What am I suppose to do!?"

Bubbles sat outside her door with a frown. "Blossom..."

I broke my promise again huh? -sighs-

College is jus being a bi-I mean a bore~ plus I've been busy with reports and stuff for my classes.

This is a double chapter~ since I didn't feel like writing two separate chapters, (Like last time) I just wrote them into one
