Evelyn stood there, as naked as the day she was born, in front of a guy she barely knew. To say that this situation was awkward was an understatement.
She almost fell to her knees from the anger she felt from her wolf as it raged inside of her, 'You have officially lost it! Revealing yourself to a human is disobeying your father's Law!'
Evelyn closed her eyes 'My father is not alpha.' she argued
'Not yet he's but even Vasile would agree that showing a human is a danger to our race!'
Evelyn opened her eyes again and stared at Grayson, something was telling her that there was more to him that he was letting off. "How did you keep up with me?" she asked "Even though I am not a regular wolf like the ones you keep in your sanctuary, I can run twice as fast as them."
Her question brought him from his thoughts, how exactly did he keep up with her? He was in good shape, but to be able to keep pace with a werewolf? He knew that wild wolves could clock round 37 miles per hour, "Well.. Maybe your not as fast as you think" he snapped
Eve blinked feeling her wolf look through her eyes at the human that stood up to her, "Is that so?" her wolf replied, grinning wolfishly with sharped canines, making him pale from her glowing eyes and guttural voice "You think of us weak? That's funny coming from a human that is feeble as a pup compared to us"
Grayson took a deep breath as he looked into the bright emerald eyes that stared him down and the more he stared the more he felt an invisible force push him to drop his gaze and submit 'Wait.. Submit? Where the hell did that come from? I'm not a animal.. At least I know I'm not like her..' finally he changed the direction of his gaze and looked over her shoulder, "If you were so strong why didn't you just break out the first day you were there?"
'This guy is asking for it Evelyn..'
Eve closed her eyes and grunted under her breath as she tried to leash her wolf back in, 'Back off, let me handle it.' she felt her wolf pull back and ran her tongue over her canines to find them back to their normal length. She opened her eyes again to find him staring back at her 'Guess that means my eyes are back to normal too.' she thought to herself. "Listen, I know that this is a big surprise and everything but is it okay if we head back to your house because..." she gestured to her still naked self
Gray nodded not even breaking her gaze because yes he is still a gentleman even if said naked girl was a werewolf. He turned and started making his way back to his place not even flinching when a brown wolf started walking beside him.
