Hey everyone, I have been gone for a long while yes, but I have been focusing more on my YouTube channel over the summer, so I had little time to focus on writing. But I decided to write a chapter for the Pokemon story "I'm Inside My Game." So here it is guys, hope you like.
"Here we are guys," I said as we walked through the gateway into the large central city of Kalos, "We've made it to Lumiose city."
We looked in awe as the city lit up with the dying lights of the day, as the sunset behind us. "It's so beautiful," Alex said smiling wide, "um guys, where are we going now?"
That was a good question, we were besides ourselves with excitement to get to Lumiose that none of us thought about where to go to find the professor, and to find a place to stay. We were in a tight spot. 'Come on Nick think, remember the route in the game,' I thought to myself looking down the large brick streets decorated with sleeping Skiddo, and large trees stretching out to our left, and our right, 'Except this isn't like the game, is it' I finished my thought looking to my right, and seeing a major difference between what was happening now, and from what happened in the game.
He wasn't there.
'You aren't there,' I thought to myself once again, 'the construction worker isn't standing there.'
"Excusez-moi , mon ami?" I heard Kian say to me as he placed his hand gently on my shoulder breaking me out of my reverie.
"Oh yes Kian, sorry I was lost in thought," I said turning towards him smiling lightly, "you had something to say?"
"Oui," He said to me the caring tone that I have come to hear in his voice replacing my worry, "I used to come here with my family, quite a lot actually, so I know a good hotel we can go stay at for the nigh," He said pointing towards the right, "if we head down that way a for a little while we will eventually reach a hotel, a nice hotel, come follow me," he said motioning for us to follow him.
We walked for nearly a half hour before we eventually found this large hotel called, "Hotel Richissime." I looked at it in awe seeing that it was a truly fabulous building, " Kian, are we going to be able to afford a stay here?" I asked him as we walked inside. Inside was far better than the outside, once inside we say marble floors surrounded by brick walls, with eight large columns spread evenly along the main floor holding up the ceiling. There was a long dark grey carpet leading towards the counters.
"Mon ami, do not fear I have this covered," He said laughing lightly as we all walked up to the counters. "Bonjour Monsieur," Kian said to the man sitting at the counter, "chambre pour trois s'il vous plaît."
His talking slowly started fading out as I got distracted turning towards the right side of the room seeing something shine, in one of the potted plants in the corner. "What is that?" I said to myself walking towards the corner slowly. Slowly I got to the plant, and saw an yellow coloured rock with a different coloured helix in the centre. The helix was mainly blue, with a strand of red in it.
"Hold onto that boy, it may come in handy," I heard a deep male voice coming from behind me.
I spun around on my heel turning to see who was behind me, but there was only people going about there daily business nothing out of the ordinary. "Nick, hurry up," Alex said walking with Kian to the elevator. I smiled shaking of the nervous feeling I had, and followed them to the elevator.
The next day
We exited the hotel, and saw the sun rise into the sky, illuminating the point of the large tower in the centre of the city. "Okay, that's where we'll go" I said turning towards an alley leading towards the spire now as Lumiose Tower.
"So what are we doing now?" Alex asked walking along side me, holding a still asleep Flabébé.
"Heading to the tower," I said stopping, "if we go to the tower, we have a chance of finding someone to guide us to the Pokemon lab," I said looking down an alley way to my left seeing the Pokemon centre. Smiling I turned towards the alley, and walked towards it. "Follow me lads, I know where to go now."
As I walked down the alley with Kian, and Alex close on my tail I saw a man walk past the alley. He had strangely styled dark purple hair, and was wearing a dark blue shirt, with black jeans. "Is that?" Alex said quickly standing beside me.
"Le professeur?" Kian interjected finishing Alex's sentence.
"Let's go come on," I said excitedly running towards the exit of the alley.
So that's the newest chapter, sorry if it isn't the best I wrote it very fast, at 3:00am. So if it's bad that's my excuse. Anyways guys I hope you enjoyed I'll see you when I write the next chapter, until then.
