Luigi/Daisy

It was the day of Smash's annual carnival festival, and the night sky being filled with fireworks really set the mood for Luigi and Daisy, who already knew how they would be spending it: Together.

It was a nice breath of fresh air. As they were usually put against each other in matches, much to Luigi's dismay. Daisy, on the hand, had been more eager to battle her boyfriend, but would much prefer just to spend some less brutal time with him at this festival.

When they finally met up, Daisy eyes lit up (not just from the fireworks) and quickly held The Green Thunder's hand. She was very much excited and went on about what rides and games she'd like to try out, some making luigi very nervous, but he would follow his princess anywhere if it meant spending quality time with her.

First, they went through a ghost mansion. You could guess Luigi wasn't stoked about the idea of going through it, but Daisy dragged the poor guy along.

Inside, there were numerous boos who tried to frighten them. One popped out of no where and succeeded in terrifying Luigi, who latched on to the Flower Princess's dress, but not so much Daisy herself.

Daisy got out her frying pan and held a scary facial expression. The ghost didn't like that too much, so he disappeared in an instant. Most of the other ghosts must've seen the event, as the two didn't face many others when going through the mansion.

When they got through the mansion, next would be the bumper carts.

Let's say Luigi got nauseous quickly from being bumped around too much by Daisy and some others. They stayed their for a few minutes before getting off and going somewhere else, much to Daisy's disappointment.

They notice a crane machine when walking by, filled with plushies of all the Smashers, and decide to check it out.

Daisy spends multiple dollars trying to get a single one, but comes out empty.

"This thing is rigged!" She huffs, kicking the thing on its side. Luigi slightly jumps when she does.

Luigi gives it a try, and what do you know, he succeeds at getting one on his first try. It's a Sonic plushie.

"Definitely rigged..." Daisy mutters, as she looks down at the plushie, "It's cute, but I bet that cute lil' squid girl would prefer it. She seems to be obsessed with the guy."

Hand in hand again, they walk until Daisy points her free hand at the Ferris Wheel, indicating their next stop.

They wait in line for a bit, until they're finally seated and their pod start moving. They both stare out the window in awe as they catch a glimpse of the whole area. Many stores, contraptions, and events could be seen from above, being beautifully illuminated thanks to the fireworks. Smashers and attendees on the ground turned into ants, making it seem like the world now only belonged to them.

As they got to the top, the Ferris Wheel came to a stop (rhyme not intended), leaving the two alone and above the world.

"Aw yeah! Luigi, baby, this is so cool!" The tomboy princess squeals, who had her hands and face pressed against the pod's window pane. Luigi nods, a bit shakily, as he wasn't a fan of heights like this.

Daisy turns around to look down into Luigi's eyes, smiling when he looks back up into hers. She rests a her hand on his, making the bashful boy blush.

Luigi tries to say something, but stumbles all over his sentence, causing the Flower Princess to laugh. She knows what he means and replies.

"I love you, too."
