Days later, the Autobots were doing some repairs to the base. There was a lot of equipment that needed to be fixed, so Pulse had to assist them. Berserk and Soundblaster were off on an energy-collecting trip, which left the twin birds on their own. Laserbeak and Buzzsaw were sleeping with their heads under their wings, when Teletraan-1's alarm began ringing. "Teletraan-1, report" said Optimus. "Decepticons approaching from southwest quadrant" said Teletraan-1. "Autobots, transform and roll out!" commanded Optimus as the Autobots followed his lead.
While the Autobots were fighting the Decepticons, Megatron and Starscream coated themselves in invisibility spray and entered the base. The two high-ranking Decepticons entered the base, and they approached the Autobots' recharging berths. "Give me the personality destabilizer," said Megatron as Starscream handed the chip to the warlord. "Chirp chirp zzzzzzz chirp chirp zzzzzz" said Laserbeak as she was sleepwalking (well, she was sleep-flying) into the main center of the ship. "What the?" said Megatron as he held the chip as Laserbeak approached him. She stopped before him, plucked the chip out of his servo, and ate it.
Megatron gaped at the little bird, before she landed on the floor, and began sleepwalking. "Huh. I'm surprised that little bird could sleep-fly," said Starscream. "She ate my chip!" shouted Megatron as Laserbeak continued to sleepwalk. She walked until she came to a wall, then she began walking up it. Both Megatron and Starscream watched the little bird walk up the wall, and then she began walking on the ceiling.
"AAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH! I HATE THAT BIRD!" was heard coming from the base. The Autobots and Decepticons looked at each other, then rushed for the Ark. When they got inside, they saw Starscream and Megatron staring at a sleepwalking Laserbeak on the ceiling. "There goes my plan to brainwash the Autobots!" shouted Megatron. Optimus stared at Megatron, and then said, "You think that you've got problems? If Soundblaster and Berserk come back and see their sparkling get hurt under our super-vision, it'll be our heads!" That sentence was uttered when a Predator drone and a Nighthawk entered the base and transformed into Soundblaster and Berserk.
Soundblaster saw the Autobots and Decepticons staring at the ceiling, then looked up to find Laserbeak sleepwalking on the ceiling. He sighed, and then said, "How come Laserbeak gets some of your weird traits, Berserk? You'd better get Powdered Sugar to get her down." Berserk nodded, then zipped to get Powdered Sugar. She came back a few seconds later with a yellow unicorn, then extended her tentacle with the unicorn to Laserbeak. "Hello, I'm Powdered Sugar. Let's play together," said Berserk in a high, cute, and girly voice. "Zzzzzzzz chirp zzzzzzzzz chirp" said Laserbeak, and then hugged the unicorn with her wings. Berserk lowered her tentacle, and then carried Laserbeak off to bed.
When she was gone, Soundblaster turned to the group and said in a stern voice "And whose idea was it to let my sparkling sleepwalk on the ceiling?" Megatron stared at Soundblaster for a second, then said "Decepticons, retreat!" That's when the Decepticons ran from the Autobot base as fast as they could, leaving the Autobots behind to face Soundblaster.
While Soundblaster was giving the Autobots a piece of his processor, there was a discovery happening in South America. A group of archeologists had found something huge within a large dirt hill. "I don't know how to say this, but it looks like some sort of spacecraft," said the lady archeologists. What the group had discovered was the long forgotten Nemesis; buried within the earth for the past four million years.
The next day, Soundblaster was flipping through the channels on the Ark as he tried to find something to watch. He was bored, and there was very little activity going on at the base. All of the Autobots have decided to keep their distance away from Soundblaster for a while, and the satellite decided to find something to occupy him that didn't involve going on a mission with the Autobots.

"A team of archeologists believes that the strange object may be part of which crash-landed on Earth four million years ago," said the newscaster. This news report had finally caught Soundblaster's attention as he watched the special on TV. Dinobot, it's been too long thought Soundblaster as he listened to the report.
Once the news report was over, Soundblaster headed out of the base. "And where are you going?" asked Brawn as he saw the satellite leave. "Just going out for some fresh air. Tell Berserk that I won't be back until evening" said Soundblaster as he left. "Well, I'm glad that he's gone. After what he did to us yesterday, I'd wish that we'd never met him in the first place" said Ironhide. "You're not the only one," said Brawn. Since Soundblaster found his daughter sleepwalking yesterday without Autobot supervision, he caused severe damage to their systems, causing Wheeljack, Ratchet, and Preceptor to work overtime to repair all of the Autobots.
When he was outside the base, Soundblaster transformed into his Nighthawk mode and flew off to South America. It took him forty-five minutes to reach the Nemesis when he transformed and landed. "There's no radiation, let's open it" said the female archeologist. "Actually, I'll be taking the ship now" said Soundblaster from behind them. The archeologists turned around to see the Star Warrior standing behind them. "Who are you?" asked a male archeologist. "A warrior from another time and place," said Soundblaster as he took a step forward.
He shot out a warning blast from his tentacles, frightening the archeologists and causing them to retreat. Soundblaster walked up to the ship and patted its side. "Four million years…four million years" said Soundblaster "Sorry to disturb your burial ground, Dinobot, but I need the ship. I'll give you a proper burial next to the ark."
Transforming, Soundblaster levitated himself until he was above the spaceship, and then shot out a dark energy blast from his body. The dirt surrounding the starship disintegrated, leaving only the ship behind. Expelling dark matter from his body, Soundblaster lifted up the ship and then began flying back to the Autobot base.
Hours after Soundblaster left, the Decepticons arrived at the archeological site. "Soundwave, where is the ship?" asked Megatron angrily to his third in command. "Megatron, it was right here," said Soundwave. Starscream snickered, and then said, "It looks like your loyal spy needs his programming upgraded." Soundwave glared at the seeker, then said "Nemesis disappearing on its own: illogical."
Ravage was sniffing the ground, then looked up at Soundwave and said "Soundwave, Soundblaster was here! I can smell his scent." "How can you tell that it's Soundblaster?" asked Rumble. "It's because I smell a mech that has the scent of a femme," said Ravage. "That explains a lot, especially since he looks like a femme," said Rumble before he laughed.
Megatron thought about what the two cassettes said, and then he began thinking. He then said, "Let's head for the Autobot base. I want to have a word with the satellite." "Are you going to ask for that femme Ravage's servo in bonding again?" asked Rumble. Megatron stared at Rumble, and then said "No, not this time. Since he has the Nemesis, he also has the Heart of Cybertron. I want to ask him for it back." All of the Decepticons stared at Megatron like he was crazy.
It was evening at the base, when all of a sudden, there was a loud thump coming from outside the Ark. All of the Autobots looked at each other, then headed outside the base for a look. They all saw the Nemesis parked next to the mountain, and some of the Autobots screamed. "How did that ship get here?" shouted Brawn. "I moved it here" said Soundblaster as he landed. "What makes you think that it was ok for you to bring it here?" shouted Brawn. Soundblaster folded his arms and said "Listen, when I first came to this dimension, my family got separated from me. Ravage now hates me because she thinks that I abandoned her. If my family travels in a spaceship, I won't have that problem anymore." "How long will you be repairing it?" asked Windcharger. "I have no idea. Several months, I guess," said Soundblaster. "And would you be working on it everyday?" asked Brawn. "Yes, and you won't see me much during that time" said Soundblaster. All of the Autobots looked at each other, then they looked at Optimus. Optimus saw the Autobots staring at him, as he sighed and said, "The Autobots seem to approve of your new hobby, Soundblaster. Just try to avoid any explosions. And while you're at it, can you disarm the Nemesis?" "No problem. I have to update the weapon systems anyway," said Soundblaster. I didn't like the way that he said that thought Optimus.
Later, inside the Nemesis, Soundblaster was exploring the ship. He came to the engine room, and saw a mysterious green crystal. Curious at what it was, Soundblaster scanned it, and shook his head. The crystal was unstable, so Soundblaster removed it and carried it outside.
When he was outside, Soundblaster tossed up the crystal and shot a dark energy blast at it. There was a loud explosion that caused the sky to shake and the ground to rumble. Soundblaster just stared at the spot where the crystal exploded, then turned around and headed back to the ship. Inside the Ark, Optimus had a servo at his helm and attempted to massage it. He had a massive processor ache, and the cause of it was Soundblaster.
It was dark when Megatron and the other Decepticons reached the Autobot base. They saw the Nemesis right next to it, as Soundblaster came out and stretched his arms. Megatron narrowed his optics, and watched the satellite fly up to the volcano's side facing the moon. "Now, let's get the Heart of Cybertron" said Megatron as the Decepticons followed him to the Nemesis.
When they got there, Megatron and the Decepticons began tearing apart the Nemesis' engines to get to the power source. "At last, the Heart of Cybertron" said Megatron as he reached the last metal wall and tore it down. He just stared at where the Heart of Cybertron once was, and then he screamed as loud as he could. "AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH! WHERE IS IT?! IT WAS RIGHT THERE!" screamed Megatron. All of this screaming woke up the Autobots inside the Ark, as they looked startled at what woke them up.
Soundblaster was sleeping on the moonlit side of the volcano when Megatron's screaming woke him up. He groaned, and then pushed himself up as he flew to where the screaming was coming from. The satellite landed next to the screaming warlord, and with a sickening slap, Soundblaster hit Megatron with his palm. "What is with all the screaming? There are mechs trying to sleep," grumbled Soundblaster. "Where is the Heart of Cybertron?" shouted Megatron to the satellite. "The what?" asked Soundblaster. "A green energy gem. It was right there!" shouted Megatron as he pointed to where the Heart of Cybertron once was. "Oh, the unstable crystal. I destroyed it" yawned Soundblaster.
Megatron was not expecting this, as he said "You what?" "I destroyed it. The crystal was unstable, so I destroyed it. No matter how long I stay in this dimension, I'll never understand the Autobots or the Decepticons that exist here. Now, if you will excuse me, I'm heading back into recharge" yawned Soundblaster as he transformed and flew back to the moonlit side of the volcano.
The warlord screamed again, and this time, all the Autobots ran out of the Ark. "Megatron, do you have any idea what time it is?" shouted Ratchet. Megatron just glared at the Autobot medic, before Gears shouted "At first, we thought that it was Optimus screaming about his purple dinosaur dream again, but it took us several minutes to realize that it was a lousy, no-good, annoying decepticon screaming." Optimus turned his heat to Gears as he blushed, before the little cranky Autobot continued. "Optimus wakes us up six times a week with his screaming, and that wakes up those two little birdy brats. Before we know it, the whole base is up to calm down the three of them. Surprisingly, the two little birds are the easiest to calm down since they have their family here. But noooo, Optimus is the hardest to calm down. He always whines that there's a little purple flying dinosaur that's out there trying to kill him. He's so messed up that one time, the little birds were watching this show called 'Barney the Dinosaur' and Optimus walked by the screen. He took one look at the dinosaur, and he began screaming like a glitched-up maniac. Ratchet had to sedate Optimus to get him to stop screaming. And this one time, Sunstreaker and Sideswipe painted Grimlock purple just so they can prank Optimus. Optimus saw Grimlock, and that's when he just lost it. He began screaming and he…" "Gears! Just shut up!" shouted Optimus to the little Autobot.
"Ok, what's going on?" shouted Soundblaster as he flew down to the Autobots and Decepticons. He glared at both fractions, then snarled "Well?" "I was just telling Megatron that he woke us up. I don't know which screaming is worse; Megatron screaming or Optimus screaming about his stupid purple dinosaur dream" said Gears as Soundblaster said "First of all, Optimus dreaming about the purple dinosaur was no dream. A small metallic purple flying dinosaur nearly killed Optimus four million years ago." "I, I…what?" said Optimus. Soundblaster looked at Optimus and said "There was a small purple dinosaur, and he almost killed you four million years ago." Optimus' optics widened, and there was a loud thump as the Autobot leader passed out.
Soundblaster then looked at all of them and said "Now will all of you follow his example and go to sleep? I have to get up in the morning to resume repairs on the Nemesis. Goodnight" as he transformed and flew back to the volcano. After a moment of silence, the Autobots and Decepticons grumbled before they returned to their bases. "Seriously Megatron, you have to got to listen to me more often if I think that an idea is stupid" said Starscream as Megatron said "Oh, shut up."
Twenty minutes later, Soundblaster woke up to somebody stroking him. He transformed into his robot mode to find Berserk next to him. "Berserk?" he asked "What are you doing up?" "I got lonely" she said as she snuggled up next to him. She rested her head and arms on Soundblaster's chassis as she nuzzled him. Soundblaster smirked, then wrapped his arms around his sparkmate as he fell into stasis.
It was a very long night for the Autobots, and the next day proved to be no better. The mechs in the base were about their own business when Teletraan-1 alerted Optimus of a strange signal. "What is it, Teletraan-1?" asked Optimus. "Unexplained changes in oil tanker shipping patterns" said the computer. "Hmm, all those tankers are converging on a spot near the Decepticon undersea headquarters" said Optimus. "They carry a vast energy supply, Optimus Prime" said Teletraan-1. "My olfactory sensors detect a rat named Megatron" said Optimus. Soundblaster was passing him, then said "Actually, I consider him a slimy reptile than a rat" as he thought Now Rattrap, that was a rat.
"Incoming message from Quantum Labs. Emergency Frequency" said Teletraan-1 as a human popped up on screen. "Optimus Prime. Thank heavens that I've reached you" said a scientist on the screen. "What's wrong, doctor Gates?" asked Optimus. "Our supercomputer Torq 3. Someone altered his programming. Torq seems to have taken control of all of the machines within the compound" said the scientist. "Hang on, Paul. We won't let you down" said Optimus. Soundblaster went off to find Berserk. He knew that this was a job suited for her.
"And that's what they said" said Soundblaster to his sparkmate. Berserk nodded, then transformed and flew off. He watched her fly off, then went back to repairing the Nemesis. He still had tons of work to do.
Soundblaster was busy fixing the air ducts when there was this loud rumble that shook the ship. Part of the air ducts rattled, then fell apart on top of him as the ship shook. Soundblaster groaned, then pushed all of the metal off of him. He dragged himself to Ratchet's medical bay. He really needed some repairs.
"Ok, you're good to go" said Ratchet as he finished fixing Soundblaster. Soundblaster flexed his digits, then got up. As he was walking back to the Nemesis, he saw the Autobots coming back in a state of shock. "Query: What happened?" asked Soundblaster. Optimus looked at Soundblaster, then said "We found out how powerful Berserk is. She destroyed Quantum Labs. Just what is she?" Soundblaster shrugged, then said "She's just a reprogrammed drone," and then walked off.
Soundblaster was repairing the Nemesis once again when Pulse came running in. "Grandpa!" she explained as Soundblaster jolted up, only to bonk his helm against the computer counsel that he was fixing. "Ow!" he moaned, then began rubbing his head as he asked "Pulse, what is it? What's the matter?" "There's something weird going on with the Autobots. It's on all the channels" she told Soundblaster.
The two of them hurried to Teletraan-1, and they watched the full show with Berserk, Buzzsaw, and Laserbeak. After it was over, they all stared at the screen in shock, before Pulse spoke up and said "That had to be the worst acting that I've ever seen." "When did Optimus laugh like that?" asked Berserk. "I'd rather listen to Jack play his stupid harmonica than watch that #X^ %)+*X& ever again" said Soundblaster. Berserk turned her helm slowly to Soundblaster, then slapped him hard with a tentacle. "Ow, what did I do?" snarled Soundblaster. "I told you to never use those words in front of the sparklings" said Berserk in a low whisper.
When the Autobots returned to base, Sunstreaker was stating "I knew that the humans would turn on us someday. They're such undependable creatures. Inferior life forms." "Now you see why us Decepticons don't trust humans too much. We've been trying to exterminate them for a long time" said Soundblaster in an emotionless voice. "I'm not so sure, Sunstreaker and Soundblaster" said Bumblebee "Some of my best friends are humans." "Thanks, Bumblebee" said Spike.
"We've got to expose this Decepticon hoax" said Optimus "But how?" "Allow me and Berserk to destroy the Decepticons from your world" said Soundblaster. "No, that would arouse suspicion that the Decepticons were right all along" said Optimus. He paced around a bit, then looked at Berserk and asked "By the way, how did you destroy Torq 3?" "Oh, I unleashed an Electro-Magnetic Pulse. I'm very good at that" said Berserk.
Suddenly, Teletraan-1 went off as Chip said "Teletraan's warning signal." "External barrier breached" said Wheeljack. "Get a visual, Wheeljack" said Optimus. "Autobots. This is Shawn Berger" said a tank on the screen "Surrender at once." All of the Autobots came out of the base, along with Soundblaster and the neutrals. "Disarm and surrender" said Berger. "Great Cybertron" said Bumblebee as Sparkplug said "I've never thought that it would come to this." "If you can't join 'em, beat 'em" said Cliffjumper as Ironhide said "Let's crash tanks." "Negative" said Optimus Prime "We must not stoop to their level. Megatron isn't going to defeat us this easily." He stepped up as a helicopter came down as he announced "We will only surrender to a legitimate law enforcer, Berger." "Optimus Prime, this is the mayor speaking. You're all under arrest. I repeat, all Autobots are under arrest" said the mayor in the helicopter.
"I repeat, all Autobots are under arrest. Surrender peacefully" said the mayor as tanks surrounded the Autobots. "Just say the word and I'll…" said Ironhide as Optimus said "The word, Ironhide, is surrender. Autobots offer no resistance. Transform and start your engines." "I'd like to believe you, Autobots, but the truth must be revealed through due process of the law" said the mayor as the Autobots transformed and were herded by the tanks. Soundblaster and his family reluctantly transformed and followed the Autobots into town, where the trial began.
The Decepticons showed up as Megatron said "I trust that you will forgive this interruption, your honor. Please proceed with the trial." Soundblaster listened to the trial, and watched the judge state that all Autobots were guilty and had to leave Earth forever. Taking this as his queue, Soundblaster stepped forward and said "As much as I believe that this trial is illogical, I will respect the wishes of Earth and the Decepticons for the Autobots to leave Earth. I, and my family, am by no means Autobots ourselves, but we shall leave Earth on our terms. Once the starship is completed at the base, I shall take leave with my family and leave this dimension forever. Until then, I will not interfere with Earth or the Decepticons as long as they my family and I out of their affairs. My family and I will remain at the Autobot base until the repairs are complete. We will not offer any assistance to anybody that asks for help."
It wasn't long until the Autobots left the Earth, and Soundblaster resumed his repairs on the Nemesis. Chip had asked Soundblaster once for help when the Decepticons conquered the Earth, but the satellite looked down at the little human and said "I'm sorry Chip, but I did say that I won't offer any help to anybody who asks for my assistance." Chip was later taken by Dirge who came back to collect the human slave.
The repairs went on for a few more years, until the Nemesis was complete with a new Energon processing engine to power up the ship, advanced warp speeds, improved battle armor, improved weaponry, and it was modified by Soundblaster's dark matter to look and feel more like the Nemesis from his own dimension. There was one last thing that needed to be done before Soundblaster could leave Earth. In the cockpit of the Nemesis was Dinobot's offlined body. Soundblaster wanted to give the little warrior an honorable burial before he left.
Soundblaster was staring at Dinobot's grave for a long time. "So, I guess that this is goodbye" said Soundblaster to Dinobot. He took a deep breath, sighed, and then continued "Well, the Autobots lost the war to the Decepticons, thanks to a stupid trial. Why did everybody believe the tapes? Things were easier when you guys were on this planet. I know that it's giving up, but my family and I have to retreat to another dimension. Hopefully, home. It's just, just so sad that the Autobots lost the war this way. It's pathetic. Why did you have to save those humans so long ago?" He looked up at the sky, then said "If I were to leave this world and head into an alternate dimension, does this mean that the Beast Wars would never have existed? Does this mean that you won't exist?" He continued to stare at the sky for a bit longer, then said "You're right, Dinobot. You wouldn't want Earth to be like this. I have to set things right. It looks as if it is time for the Decepticons to face oblivion." With that, he transformed and flew off into the sky.
Back on Cybertron, the Autobots were continuing their lives. All of them were disappointed in Optimus for what he did. Elita-1, Alpha Trion, and the rest of the femmes were disappointed in their leader. The other Autobots refused to talk to him. Optimus was busy getting drunk on the high-grade stuff, with the goal of forgetting what happened on Earth. The Dinobots were busy hunting for fish, Alpha Trion was busy doing his work, the femmes and other Autobots were fighting against the Decepticons, and Elita-1 was looking for a new mate.
Optimus was looking at his gun in one hand while he had a cube of high-grade energon in the other. He was contemplating his role in life. The Autobots lost respect for him since he had the flying purple dinosaur dreams, but the final straw was when he ordered them to follow Earth's rule of having them banished forever. He took another swig of energon. Ah, why delay the inevitable? He was going to offline sooner or later, might as well do it now. But…he wanted to be sure that if it didn't work, no one would find him and try to repair him. He could find Shockwave and ask him to transport him to another planet far away, one where there were no Autobots or Decepticons.
Optimus paused for a moment. If he was really going to go through with this, he might as well hand over the Matrix of Leadership to somebody, somebody who could lead the Autobots. He reclined in the chair. Megatron did want the Matrix of Leadership, but he was a Decepticon. So, that left the question of which Autobot to lead them. Ultra Magnus seemed a likely candidate, but he wasn't on Cybertron. And the Autobots did need a leader that was already on the planet. Oh well, might as well leave the Matrix here. One of the Autobots was bound to find it, and the Matrix did find the true leader sooner or later. So it was decided then, leave the Matrix of Leadership on Cybertron, find Shockwave, and have the mech transport him to a desolate planet.
No, that wasn't it. Soundblaster knew about the purple dinosaur dreams, so he knew what happened in the end. I must know why I'm having these dreams. He knows that they're memories. But, what happened in the end? Why am I still alive instead of dead? Who was that purple dinosaur? Thought Optimus. He sighed, then stood up. He had to travel to Earth to find Soundblaster. He wanted his questions answered.
"…and that's why I came to you" said Optimus to Shockwave. Shockwave stared at the Prime, then asked "How can I trust you that you won't get the humans to revolt? You Autobots are all the same." "I guarantee that I won't" said Optimus "The Autobots don't respect me, they're leaderless…well, Alpha Trion and Elita are the real leaders now, it's the mechs that don't have a true leader. Plus, Elita-1 is looking for a new mate. I'm worthless to them. The Matrix of Leadership picked wrong. I failed them. I failed Cybertron. I'm just scrap metal that's waiting to be smelted." Shockwave stared at the Prime for a long time, then said "Ok, I'll send you to Earth. Sunstorm and Slipstream will accompany you to Earth" as an orange-yellow seeker and a seeker femme approached Optimus. "Move, Autobot-scum" snarled Slipstream as they forced the former Autobot leader into the Space Bridge. With a few buttons, Shockwave sent them to Earth.
"Calling Shockwave! Calling Shockwave!" screamed Megatron over the computer console. "Yes, what is it, Lord Megatron?" asked Shockwave. "Tell Prime to get to Earth" shouted Megatron. "I've already sent him" said Shockwave. "What?" said Megatron. "I sent him to Earth. He just wants to talk to the one known as Soundblaster. He had some questions bothering him, so he wanted to ask Soundblaster" said Shockwave. "Where on Earth did you send him?" asked Megatron. "To the closest Space Bridge near the Autobot base" said Shockwave. "That's too far" said Megatron "Tell the Autobots that I'm sorry for what I did. I never should have sent them away from Earth." "What is going on, Megatron?" asked Shockwave. "I…" said Megatron before the line went dead. "Megatron? Megatron? Come in, Megatron. Can you hear me?" asked Shockwave.
Optimus and the two seekers emerged from the Space Bridge. The sky was black, and it was too dark to see. Optimus looked down in shame, then transformed and illuminated the road in front of him. The two seekers transformed, and Optimus led the way.
In the Ark, Optimus transformed and looked around. There were a lot of pieces missing. The former leader sighed, then walked over to Teletraan-1. "Teletraan-1, I want you to find Soundblaster" said Optimus. The computer blitzed a bit, then nothing. "Teletraan-1, I need you to find Soundblaster. Teletraan-1, can you hear me?" asked Optimus. "Chirp?" heard Optimus as he looked up. He saw Laserbeak, but she looked a little bit older. "Chirp?" she asked again as she landed on Optimus. "Laserbeak, there you are. Do you know where your sire is?" Laserbeak shook her head no. "Then, do you know where your creator is?" asked Optimus. She nodded her head, then flew up and out of the Ark. Optimus followed.
Optimus, Laserbeak, and the seekers were onboard the Nemesis, but it looked very different. It looked very futuristic, and more advanced than their machinery. "Chirp" said Laserbeak as she flew off into the ship. Optimus followed, and saw a computer that Laserbeak was in front of. "Let's hope that I can find him" said Optimus as he typed on the computer. "Soundblaster, can you hear me? I want to ask you a few things. I'm…I'm going to die soon, but I want you to answer a few of my questions. I want to know, why am I alive? You said that the dreams that I had of the purple dinosaur were no dreams, but memories. What happened?" asked Optimus. At first, nothing, then "I read you, Optimus. I'll be back in an hour. I have so much to tell you."
Optimus was waiting outside the Nemesis, when the sky began to clear up. Soundblaster was flying high in the sky, and he began descending. He transformed as he landed, then stared into Optimus' optics. "Come, I have much to tell and show you on what happened while you and the others were sleeping in the Ark four million years ago" said Soundblaster.
Elsewhere, Megatron and the Decepticons were scrap metal. Their parts were scattered all over the land and sea. None of them realized on how strong Soundblaster was. Ravage was left alone, but he trembled after seeing Soundblaster's optics. Just why did he leave me? Why me? Thought Ravage.
Will Optimus ever return to being the leader of the Autobots? Will the Autobots ever return to Earth? Will Ravage ever come back to Soundblaster? Some of these questions will be answered in the next chapter.
