"Somebody's got to tell him" Cole says following the two warily. Back in Arendelle things were going somewhat smoothly with Kai, Jay, and Hannah passing around blankets and tools to keep the citizens warm. Through the town a young Lloyd is seen stealing four pieces of wood from two merchants bickering about them.
"Papa look" Lloyd said passing the wood off to Garmadon, surprised his son even got a hold of such needed material.
"Does anyone need a cloak?" Hannah asked Misako who took a few for her family.
"Arendelle is indebted to you, your highness" she says before walking back over to the two.
"The castle is open. There is soup and hot glogg in the great hall" she announces "Here pass these out" she passes a group of blankets to one of the guards ready to take on another task.
"Princess Hannah!" she turned her head back to see Dareth and his two angry guards approaching the princess. "Are we expected to just sit here and freeze?" he yelled getting the attention of the other two princes. "while you give away all of Arendelle's tradable goods?" he asked pointing a finger in her direction. Kai and Jay slowly approached the princess ready to attack the merchant.
"Prince Cole has given his orders" she says calmly not stooping to his level.
"And that's another thing! Has it dawned on you that your prince may be conspiring with a wicked sorcerer to destroy us all?!" he shouted back getting the two's attention nicely.
"Zane's not a wicked sorcerer!" Jay shouted.
"Do not question the prince, he left us in charge and I will not hesitate to protect Arendelle from treason" Hannah says firmly.
"T-Treason" he stutters, before getting another word out the same white horse Cole rode out on burst through the entrance. Hannah ran over to the animal and placed a comforting hand on her snout.
"Woah Woah" she calmed the horse down
"That's Cole's horse" Kai shouted. Hannah looked up at the mountain with a worried expression.
"Prince Cole is in trouble, I need volunteers to go with me to find him" Hannah shouted. Jay and Kai were the first to volunteer worried about their brothers health.
"I need one of you here to look after the castle" Hannah said calmly.
"I'll stay" Kai said not fond of the cold.
"I volunteer two men, your highness" Dareth said calmly pushing his guards in front of him "Be prepared for anything, And should you encounter the king, you are to put an end to this winter" he whispers as the two guards jump on a nearby horse ready to attack.
"So, how exactly are you planning to stop this weather?" Nya asked as they walked along the spiked path.
"Oh. I am going to talk to my brother" he said accepting his answer.
"That's your plan? My ice business is riding on you talking to your brother?" he asked worryingly.
"Yep" he simply replies not seeing the problem when a nearby ice spike hits her in the nose surprising the girl. "So your not at all afraid of him?" she croaks out removing her nose from the ice.
"Why would I be?" he asks.
"Yeah, I bet he's the nicest, gentlest, warmest person ever" she says as the dragon slowly got stabbed by the ice spike while her legs kept moving. She looked down at her body and chuckled.
"Oh. Look at that. I've been impaled" she chuckled at the thought. They fixed the dragon and headed down the side of a cliff revealing a dead end.
"What now?" Cole asked. Nya headed over to the side of the cliff and frowned.
"It's to steep" she simply said. "I've only got one rope and you don't know how to climb mountains." she said again, but when she looked back she saw him trying to hoist his foot on a ledge
"Says who?" he smirked lifting his leg. Rocky nudged Nya making her glance at the prince
"What are you doing?" he asked
"I'm going to see my brother" he announced pulling himself up another ledge.
"Your going to kill yourself" she said in a monotone. He pulls up another ledge "I wouldn't put my foot there" his foot suddenly slipped making his left foot find another hold "Or there" she said making his foot slip once more
"How do you know Zane even wants to see you?" Nya asked.
"All right. I'm just blocking you out, cause I have to concentrate here" he mocked continuing to climb the side.
"You know, most people who disappear into the mountains want to be alone" she stated.
"Nobody wants to be alone" he shouted back gripping onto another rock ledge. "Except maybe you"
"I'm not alone. I have friends, remember?" she asked
"You mean the love experts?" he joked sending a chuckle.
"Yes the love experts" she replied crossing her arms.
"Please tell me I'm almost there" he asked in an uncomfortable leg stretching. Only to find out that he hadn't gotten 10 feet off the ground. "Does the air seem a bit thin to you up here?" he asked convinced he got far.
"Hang on" she sighed walking over to the beginning and pulling off the rope she hauled around.
"Hey Rocky" Shard called still calling Nya by her dragons name. "Not sure if this is goanna solve the problem, but I found a staircase that leads exactly where you want it to go" she said quickly at the entrance of the dark cave.
"Ha-ha! Thank goodness. Catch!" he launched himself off the cliff and onto the dragons back (I had to change it Nya can't catch Cole). The four went through the small cave to find themselves just a staircase away from Zane's castle. They slowly approached the structure made entirely of ice. Shard ran up the icy stairs while Nya and Cole stood in awe of the castle.
"Now that's ice" Nya smiled "I might cry" she croaked amazed at the ice sculpture.
"Go ahead. I won't judge" Cole said starting to climb up the glossy stairs. Rocky ran over to the staircase trying to climb up only to find that his scaly feet wouldn't let him continue up, his wings hadn't worked for centuries anyway.
"All right, take it easy boy. Come here, I got you" Nya helps the dragon regain his balance on solid ground "Okay, you stay here, buddy" she said rubbing the top of his skull. Cole slowly approached the large door with the snowflake carved into it. He lifts up his hand to knock but stops.
"Knock" Shard insists "Just knock" she says again getting impatient. "Why isn't he knocking?" she asks loosing all enthusiasm in her voice. "Do you think he knows how to knock?" he asks only to get him knocking twice on the ice door. But instead, they open.
