Everyone but Allura, Coran and Keith turned to Lance in surprise. Keith angled himself so that Lance could hide behind him if she wanted.
But Lance stood her ground despite not liking the attention on her for once. "Okay who isn't fully human here?" Hunk asked
"We can do a test if you like?" Coran asked
"No, thank you" Hunk turned to Lance "So, how long have you known you were Altean?"
"Few hours?" Lance answered confused
"Like, how Altean are you?" Hunk continued and Keith facepalmed at the familiar question. But he stuck to Lance as Hunk kept at it with questions "Like is it your mum, dad, grandparent what?"
"I don't know Hunk" Lance growled.
"She 100% Altean" Coran answered, "She has Altean ancestry right the way through"
"Then where's her markings?" Hunk asked
"And her pointed ears?" Pidge added crowding Lance
"I immediately regret this" Lance whined
"Alright, knock it off" Shiro ordered "Before Keith hurts someone" He added noticing the look of annoyance. Lance flicked her gaze to Keith and moved closer to sooth the fiery paladin. "This is just as new to Lance as it is to us, so just give her some space"
Lance gave Shiro a thankful look. Allura cleared her throat "As I was saying there are six of them still in their pods, another three are roaming around but we can narrow it down to a planet at the very least" Allura stated "Once we have found the ones that are in the pods we'll take care of them in the castle until we can find a planet they would be able to survive in peacefully. The other three we will train to fight along-side Voltron"
"How do we know if these others are old enough?" Keith pointed out
"As far as we know I'm the oldest" Lance added.
"Actually, Lance, we received the information on each of the pods, and aside from the six that are still infants, you are actually the youngest by two deco-phoebs" Coran answered.
"Me and Coran in the meantime will look for the last three Alteans" Allura ordered "The rest of you prepare your lions, we'll go in pairs, Me and Pidge, Shiro and Hunk and Keith and Lance, we'll go to a planet each for the children" Everyone nodded and headed off to their lions except for Lance and Keith looked to his girlfriend in worry.
"Go ahead I need to talk to Allura" Lance smiled, Keith nodded and followed the others to the hanger. Allura stepped away from the controls toward Lance.
"Everything okay, Lance?" Allura asked worried for her fellow Altean.
"I keep getting these thoughts fed into my head and it's off putting, I never learnt it, I've never seen it it's just like when the lions feed me instructions on something they want me to do. It's just there" Lance started.
"And what are they telling you to do now?" Allura soothed the nervous looking woman.
"Can… Can I borrow the controls?" Lance asked. Allura, a little sceptical stepped aside letting Lance have the controls. Lance lightly placed her hands on the pads and Allura was shocked yet amazed when the map of the universe appeared along with a few dots, names written Altean along with coordinates.
"Lance, this is, amazing" Allura gasped.
"I think these are all markers for any and all Alteans in the universe" Lance answered. "Don't quote me on that" she added.
"It must be, look, there is You, Me and Coran" Allura pointed out to the cluster of three dots and coordinates. "The other Three are not too far off from the planets, with this we should be able to find them without a worry" the Altean princess added.
Lance stepped away and with her went the map. Lance looked down at her hands "That was weird though, I didn't expect that to work" Lance stated, "I thought you were the only one who could…"
"We'll look into it when you are ready" Allura smiled.
Shiro's face appeared on the screen in front of them "Everyone is ready princess- Lance what are you still doing there"
"I needed to talk to Allura" Lance answered. Shiro nodded
"Pidge and I'm guessing Keith are waiting for you two in the hanger,"
"Thank you Shiro" Allura nodded. Turning to Lance she placed a hand on the younger Altean's shoulder "Go, Keith is waiting" Allura turned back to the screen "Each coordinate is being sent to your lions, I will worm hole each of you through and then the castle and pidge to our location, contact us when you have successfully retrieved the child"

Keith spotted Lance rushing to her lion and Keith quickly intercepted her. "Is everything okay?" Keith asked.
"Everything is fine, Keith, honestly, I just felt like I needed to do something and it's actually helped Allura a lot so I'm glad I did it" Lance smiled. Keith lent down Kissing her lovingly as he cupped her cheek.
"Just as long as you're okay" Keith whispered, "Let's go, we have a child to retrieve." Both Lance and Keith entered their lion.
Once they were out Allura opened the worm hole for Shiro and Hunk, before opening one for Keith and Lance, entering the wormhole they found themselves at a planet a lot like earth only a lot rockier.
Keith and Lance searched for the coordinates when they found it they landed to see the two tubes out in the open sealed with two children inside. The tubes were slightly buried under rock to the point they almost missed them.
Lance left first Keith followed soon after. "Look Keith, they are adorable" Lance cooed moving the rocks out of the way. Keith looked over her shoulder a little unsure on what to do with the children. Both froze however, when the should of the safety of the guns being turned off did Lance turned around to see they were surrounded by the natives, they looked almost Altean, only their markings glowed a vibrant green from under their clothes and they had huge bat like wings behind them.
"Step away from the children" One of them growled
