Author's Note: SO SORRY for the very late delay in updating just lately I havn't had the motivation to write or update anything for that matter. So sorry guys, I'm winging this chapter so hopefully you like!
[Jessie's POV]
My baby blue red and puffy eyes widend with his sudden statement, as they say curiosity killed the cat but, satisfaction brought it back? Well something along those lines anyways.
While the raven vamp took a brief moment to probably figure out how he was going to explain things to me, I hope he's explaining himself, I took a first real second to look around and actually examine the room I was in and the bed I did a number on trying to get him away from me.
Everything was so beautiful from the creamy grey black hues of the wall to the red satin bedsheets halfway off the bed and wadded up into a bunch. I was in awe.
[Aro's POV]
My keen eyes crinkled ever so little in amusement, it was comforting to find that even in the briefest moment of time my mate had calmed enough to actually appreciate the beauty of my residence. It filled me with a foreign sense of feeling, was it pride, love? I honestly didn't know but, it was a relief to finally know that all these centuries of loneliness would finally be at and end, if only my mate would except the fact that we are in fact mates!
[Jessie's POV]
So distracted in my surroudnings despite what had occured to me and the stinging of my arm, he startled me when he cleared his throught. He had my whole attention now, nothing could stop me, I wanted my answers and I wanted them now.
[Aro's POV]
"Love the only thing you need to know, is that you are safe and WILL be cared for no matter the cirumstances. I swear to cherish and treat you like royalty for the rest of my endless days of eternity but, I'd imagine you have questions of your own yes?"
[Jessie's POV]
This ws my chance, I had all the answers at my very fingertips!
Suddenly my mind seemed to just draw blanks, I had focused all my time on actually escaping and trying to find things out, that now given the chance I had no ideal what to actually say. Guess I'll just start with the obvious then?
"What's your name?"
[Aro's POV]
"My name dear? I have many names love but, you may call me Aro."
[Jessie's POV]
The way he said his name, with such an exotic voice, sent unwelcomed tingles up my back.
One thing was defiantly positive though, I didn't like the way he was leering at me nor, the way his eyes glinted. Finally feeling a sudden spike of courage I asked the most daring question the most important.
"What is a mate?"
Ruby eyes seemed to melt mine with their cruel gleam of pyshcotic happiness to them. He gleefully laughed clapping his hands together in a child like matter, slowly he stocked forward till I fell spawled out on the bed. Aro loomed over me in a dominating postion, his chilled breath made my skin rise in goosebumps as he whispered in my ear.
[Aro POV]
"That my dear is what your going to find out"
