Hey Guys I'm finally back! I know most of you guys probably have forgotten the story of fic. So, here's a brief recap:- (Sorry for not updating for so long)

RECAP :-

Just a things were starting to get back to normal, our Heroine Ayano started having visions which was a power passed down by her mother and our heroes meet the ' The Dark Apprentices '. The Dark Apprentices who are the apprentices of Belial, mastered in the five elements (fire, water, air, earth and dark) are the reason why Ayano's mother had to sacrifice her life to save them all and stop the resurrection of Lord Belial. Now, Berhnharth and The Dark Apprentices are working together.

As Kazuma and Ayano start to get closer, Ren starts to remember his inability to save Ayumi and his confused feelings on Kanon. Ren defeats and purifies Terre of Earth but Ayano and Kazuma see Lapis quitely watching the battle and not helping Terre. Ren notices that Terre disappeared in a very off way.

As our Heroes think why Lapis didn't help Terre we see that this is all Berhnharth's plan. What evil lies ahead? what will happen to Ayano now forced to protect her friends from Inun the Water Apprentice who has a huge advantage over her?

"Enraiha Come Forth! Inun you messed with the wrong Kannagi!" I pointed the sword at him ready to protect my friends. He smirked,"Bring it on Brat!" I yelled as I charged towards him. "Take this" To my surprise he just shifted to the side to dodge my attack. "What!" I exclaimed. I turned back to see him standing there without breaking a sweat," That's lame! If that's all you got then this battle is not going last long." He smirked at me. "Ugh!"

Kazuma's Pov:-

I was just minding my own business, spending some cash when I felt a certain chill down my spine. Which does not occur often. I felt like the time when... Tsui Ling was murdered by Berhnhart. I wonder what Ayano's up to. I think she'll be coming home from school now with her friends. Maybe I should pay her a visit. Wouldn't hurt checking on her and Ren once.

Just then my phone buzzed. I wonder who it is. The caller's ID flashed 'Ayano's Blond friend'. I think her name is Yukari. If Ayano ever saw how I feeded her friend's number as, she would try to blast me with her Enraiha for the 1000th time. Let me see. I lifted it and answered," Yeah what is it?" I heard fear and Worry in Yukari's voice when she utter just one word," Help!" What! I paid for my drink and was already in the air," What is it? Is Ayano alright?" "Kazuma, The Park come to the... " and then nothing. I heard a crash and heard nothing.
Oh no this means trouble.

Ayano's Pov:-

I yelled as I striked a blow at Inun which he dodged by turning into water and forming behind me. I quickly somersaulted away from him and panting heavily while pointing Enraiha at him. ' Oh no I'm losing strength. If this keeps on I will lose... No I can't lose.' Enraiha fire grew listening and feeling my pain and dwindling hope.

I shouted out loud while attacking him," This is not over yet!" He smiled," I guess you are strong but the question are you strong enough!" He sidestepped me and said," You have your mother's spirit that's for sure but you are no where near strong as your parents." I gritted my teeth as I yelled," Stop comparing me! You have no right to talk about my parents or me!"

My enraiha pierced through Inun's shoulder. He recoiled due to the force while shouting," You B*tch!" My moment of rejoice was crushed before it even started as he burned with anger and started attacking me full force with his water. " Now you will beg for mercy Kannagi!" I barely kept him at bay and soon Enraiha was knocked out of my hand. I gasped as he hit me with a wave full force. I fell on my front and Enraiha a few feet away from me. I whispered as I tried to reach for my sword," Enraiha..." I closed my eyes as I felt the pain of his foot crushing my hand and planting it on the road. I groaned as he laughed like a maniac.

I then heard someone call my name," AYANO!" I took a deep breath " Kazuma..."

Kazuma's Pov:-

I searched for Ayano while flying and finally found her fighting the Dark Water Apprentice Inun. As I landed I watched Ayano mercilessly fall in front of Inun. I landed as I yelled for her. I was about to attack Inun but then someone came in front of me and blocked me. I stepped back a bit while growling her name out," Lapis!" She looks at me with her emotionless eyes using the voice and face of the one I loved and said," My master does not want you to interfere. You shall not pass." I growled and threw a wind wave at her.

Lapis materialised her blue crystal sword and cut my wind through. As I battled I shouted to Ayano," Come on Ayano get up! You're much stronger than that! It doesn't matter whether you are as strong as your mother or father. All that matters is that you have all of us by your side and that ENRAIHA CHOSE YOU!"

Ayano's Pov:-

I gasped as I heard what Kazuma said. He's right it was me who Enraiha chose. It doesn't matter if my powers match my parents because they and my friends accept me for who I am. Okay I understand now. I closed my eyes as I talked," You know there is something I should tell you. It doesn't matter if I'm not as strong as my parents because I'm me and I will always have my friends and family's support. You're the weak one with no one's help or support. No one to be sad because of your death." I opened my eyes with fire burning with passion and I heated my hand and evaporated his foot.

He exclaimed while reforming it," What!" I flipped back and materialised Enraiha," I'm Ayano Kannagi, the Weilder of Enraiha, The Divine Sword. Enraiha and I are one and with Enraiha by my side There is no way you will defeat me!" I shouted and watched as Enraiha's orange flame turned ruby red. I gasped," The Crimson Flame". I actually feel it. The power of the crimson flame comes within me. My feeling, my strength. I pointed my sword and smirked," Any last words."

Inun gritted his teeth,"Tch!" and he made a huge wave and I jumped high dodging it while exclaiming," It's nothing! Your powers are a joke." I quickly dodged all his waves as he grew frantic. I then did a high jump while yelling" Take This!" and I pierced Enraiha through his heart! He screamed his dying breath and turned into vapour.

I let Enraiha dematerialise for now while taking a deep breath finally understanding my connection with Enraiha and then I looked towards Kazuma as he gazed towards me and then I looked at Lapis behind him and while he turned back towards her, she whispered something and vanished.

Kazuma's Pov:- (After Kazuma shouts Enraiha chose you)

I continued my battle with Lapis while making sure Ayano was okay. I could see her spirit rising up and the power concentrating in her. She materialises Enraiha and calls upon the Crimson Flame! I knew she could do it. She can handle it now. I can finally concentrate on finishing up Lapis! I turned my full attention towards her and finally cornered her and was about to finish her off but then she whispred," Kazuma..." I gasped as I stopped, her eyes were now shining like emeralds instead of the cold and emotionless violet shade of Lapis ," You promised to protect me forever. You sweared to watch over me no matter what happens and... now your going to kill me again with your own hands Kazuma."

My eyes widened as I gazed at the woman in front of me," Tsui Ling..." I then heard Ayano yelling " Take this" it snapped me out of my thoughts and I turned to look at her as she pierced Inun's heart. The girl who was nothing more than a brat to me before now beautiful, radiant, glowing in front of me as she defeated her enemy. The one who showed me how to care, who warmed my heart again. Who taught me to love again... who has a large part of my heart as her own looking at me.

She shifted her gaze to Tsui Ling behind me. I turned around, and looked at... Lapis with my dead love's voice and face as she whispered," My master will be pleased with Ms Kannagi's powers. I must go now. Have a nice Day Mr. Kazuma Yagami." Then she vanished. I wonder, at that moment was it Tsui Ling or Lapis? If it was Tsui Ling then what will I do? How can I ... kill...her...

I heard Ayano's voice behind me whisper to me," Kazuma... you okay? What's wrong?" I turned to look at Ayano looking at me with a worried expression. I whispered her name to the wind ," Ayano... I don't know... anymore..."
