CHAPTER 10 [UNPUBLISHED SCENE]
A/N: This should be unpublished chapter. I guess posting this wouldn't cause any harm..right? If you don't want to read, you can skip this. It's quite short anyway.
[The next day]
Hermione and Ron came right after they finished their breakfast. They found the boys sleeping together on Harry's bed. Hermione furrowed her brows in confusion. The change of body size did not bother her, but the sleeping arrangement did confuse her.
"Oh Ms Granger, Mr Weasley, the transformation took place around 5 a.m. this morning. Professor McGonagall and I been monitoring them since then." Madam Pomfrey said when she noticed Hermione standing beside Harry's bed.
"How?" She nodded to the boys in front her.
"Ah, they already awake an hour after the transformation. A bit confused I might add. And well as you can see, they can't be separated. I do believe they did not possess any memory from previous, before the incident. They still remember their three-year-old's event but not their life."
"So you say they still did not remember anything but the last two weeks?" Ron asked
"I do believe that's what I'm saying Mr Weasley." Madam Pomfrey responded.
"They already had their breakfast. Just please do not wake them up. They are a bit tired from yesterday's transformations. I'll be in my office if you need me." She added and left them to attend her office work.
It was Sunday morning. Hospital Wing was empty except from them. Most of the students either still sleeping or lounging around the castle. In Pansy case, it was the former. Ron might do the same if she didn't yell at him. It was difficult enough to get Ron out of the bed on Sunday morning.
Speaking of Ron, he already climbed Draco's bed ready to fulfil his Sunday morning routine.
"I thought you didn't like anything associated with Slytherin."
"Hmm what? Oh it just..hmm nevermind I'm sleepy" He mumbles, fully aware he was about to sleep on Draco's bed and in Slytherin's colour he might add.
Hermione chuckled from her seat near Harry's bed. "Admit it Ron. You have grown fond of Draco."
"Hmmm.. whatever."
Pansy came to visit after lunch. Strode around lazily and checking every corner of the Hospital Wing. She was painting Draco's face when Professor McGonagall came in.
"Good evening. I can see the boys still recovering."
"Yes professor. I'm a bit worried. Madam Pomfrey told me they still didn't remember their previous life."
"I'm afraid that was my doing Ms Granger. I decided that by preventing them from remembering their past might do us good. They are still young. Let them enjoy their childhood."
"But, after everything has come back to normal, will they still have the memory after the potion incident." Pansy asked.
"That I'm not sure. We will see when the time comes. I'll have to remind you that the boys need to take another antidote in two weeks time. "
A loud 'THUD' stop their conversation.
"Oww Harry! That's not fair." Draco said rubbing his back.
Harry blew a raspberry and continued pretending to sleep, but upon seeing Draco's face, he giggled.
"What are you laughing at? Oww owww owww.."
"So you are pretending to sleep all this time? Eavesdrops much?" Pansy asked while pulling Draco's ears.
Harry squeaked when Hermione came near him.
Instead she just said. "You think I didn't know you were awake the moment Professor McGonagall walk in? I know you, Harry James Potter."
At the mention of his full name, Harry quickly ducked into the thin hospital blanket.
"S'not fair! Why didn't Harry get it." Draco whined while rubbing his sore ears.
"So you did hear all isn't it?" Ron asked.
"Yup." Harrry chirped.
"What did you heard?"
"Um. Potion accident and did not remember anything."
"Do you know what's that mean?"
"Dun know." Harry said grinning.
Ron groaned and mumbled. "Bloody kids."
"Well I'll just leave them to you then. Madam Pomfrey will check on the boys."
At the mentioned of her name, Madam Pomfrey came checking the boys.
"Everything is in perfect orders. You may leave now. And don't even think of skipping class tomorrow." Madam Pomfrey warned, fully aware of the boys intentions.
