Declan came out of the office, paper work all done, he decided to see how everyone was and possibly continue that duplo case his brother was working on. Maybe he could find something he missed.

As he looked around he saw everyone just going about their work as usual. He smiled at that as he walked forward and as he did many stared at him, he could feel their stares and questioning gazes as he walked but ignored them as he came to the evidence vault. He said "Excuse me could I have the information on the duplo case."

The man looked up with a bored expression but straightened up when he saw who was talking to him. He nodded quickly as he got up and said "Um yes sir right away." And so he grabbed the cabinet file, opened it, and quickly gave it to Declan. Goodcop smiled at the man and said "Thanks buddy." And then turned to walk back to his office.

The stares seem dot of subsided but some still looked at him as if expecting something to happen. When he got to Rose's desk he whispered "Um Rose why is everyone looking at me?" Rose looked up saying "Well this is your first time at the office alone and well, everyone is a little more used to seeing you brother out and about so seeing your out of the office is not only rare but no one really knows how you would act. Usually your brother ends up kicking a chair over."

Declan nodded understanding now it was normal for the other officers to feel cautious even if he wasn't his brother they still held the same position and looked the same so they wanted to make sure they didn't have to worry about ducking. He nodded and said "Oh I think I understand thank you Tose." "No problem Declan, say hi to Aiden for me." He nodded and walked back into his office.

Declan sighed as he leaned against the door and looked down at the evidence he had. He sighed once more and came to his desk rummaged through the evidence and came up with a disk. They had asked for the security footage from the theater to see if they could find out what the duplo wanted. He went to a small tv in the room and put it in.

As he did he began to watch the scene unfold of the theaters events before him so far nothing strange, so he fast forward it till he recognized himself, Piper, and her family going into the theater. He wondered if he could catch anything for a while. Then the fight with the duplo happened. It chased people around at random, but why, and who was he chasing.

He had thought he was chasing a certain group of peel for it kept changing its mind, then he looked closer and closer till finely he found what he was looking for, the targets. The people it was always lunging at, no it couldn't be, could it? He shook his head. Goodcop couldn't leave out any information but he had to try this out.

He got up and left the office and said "Rose I'm leaving can you take charge for a while." "Yeah what is it?" "I have theory." That was all he said as he rushed out of the office, many officers shocked at this display. The calmer of the twins was never one to rush unless running towards an emergency.

He rushed into his car and drove off, as he did he parked near a public area and called someone. He said "Benny, Kitty. Could you guys come over to the main center?" "Yeah Goodcop but what for?" Ask Benny.

Declan sighed as he said "I have a theory on what the duplos are after but I need you guys to come so I can explain and maybe see if you guys could help me with proving my theory." Kitty then said "We're on our way." and hung up.

Back with Aiden, he couldn't believe what was happening. This was so demeaning as he said "But mommy I don't want to change my hairstyle." Margaret said with some hair gel and as she tried pulling back her sons hair "Oh Aiden I just want to try something. Don't you want to meet a nice girl like your brother did?"

Aiden blushed at this as he said "No. I don't have time for a girlfriend. I'm too busy protecting the city." Glendon then said "What about that pretty police woman we've seen you work with, what was her name again. Daisy, Tulip, Lily….." "You mean Rose, no we just work together and she's one of the more competent cops that's it."

Pa chuckled as he said "Don't deny it son. I had quite the crush on your mother before I was even assigned as her partner." Ma said "That's because my pa slightly trusted you. And even then….." Aiden then said "I know the story. Pa took a bullet for you which gained granddads respect and let you two date."

Margaret then said "Ah you two are growing up so fast. It seems just like yesterday I held you boys in my arms for the first time."

Flash back

"Oh Glendon look at them aren't they precious." Ma cop said as she held two little new bore fair skinned twins with tuffs of black hair that stood up a bit at the front frothier head "They sure are Margaret, so what are we gonna name them." "Oh look their opening their eyes." It was true as for the first time the two brothers opened their little eyes showing a magnificent blue.

Glendon said "Well would you look at that, the first born here's got a fire in his eyes. Hey I got an idea, he came into this world red and load and his eyes show it. How about Aiden, born of fire?" Margaret said "That's a great idea. Oh look at the youngest, his eyes are so calm and sweet, he doesn't look like he has a bit of malice in his body. That's it, Declan, it means full of goodness." "That sounds perfect dear."

Suddenly an elderly gentlemen with white hair slicked back and a mustache came in using a cane to walk. Glendon said "Sir you're here?" "Course I'm here. Wouldn't be in a hospital if it wasn't for my little girl giving birth." "Oh pa come here and meat your grandsons." The man smiled lightly as he came up and aid "Well look at this. What you name the boys?"

They explained the names and he smiled saying "You picked the right names there. This one's got my fire I can see it. And look at this, this one's got your ma's eyes." "But pa their eye color came from you." "I mean his soul dear, he's a got a gentle soul just like your ma."

He looked up at Glendon and said "Well at least you got one thing right Cop." "Uh thank you sir." Granddad cop then said "But what are you doing with those shades on your head. You look like some punk" "Oh pa leave him alone and enjoy the moment." Margaret said.

"Fine I'll let him be." suddenly Declan let out his hand and grabbed one of his grandfather's fingers. The man smiled kindly down at him, suddenly Aiden started fussing and he laughed as he brought his other hand to him and he latched on as well as his grandfather said "Didn't think I forgot about you now? Oh these two have strong grips now. That I can at least say they got from you Cop." Glendon smiled saying "Thanks sir, thanks."

Out of flash back

Ma cop had a gentle smile on her face as Aiden looked down a bit sadly. He remember granddad cop very well. He loved him very much and it nearly crushed him when he heard the news of his death. He had been the commissioner at the time when a rogue builder came in and started causing trouble, killing his granddad in the crossfire. Sadly that was what started his hate towards builders.

He was young at the time, foolish, thinking all builders where the same. That was when Business showed up and tricked him. He was only sixteen at the time, impressionable, angry. He shook his head, that was a long time ago and he made up for his crimes. Now it was time to start a new page in his life. But how could he do it?

Back with Declan he waited at the public center where he knew the duplos would most likely be. Suddenly a space ship came in and the two people he was waiting for came out. Benny said
"Okay Goodcop what's the mission?" "Kitty ready for action sir ahaha!" She laughed as she playfully saluted.

Declan then said "Thanks so much for coming you two. I have an idea of what type of people the duplo are after." Benny gasped saying "Really who who who?" Declan then said "People who look strange, out of the ordinary of the crowd." The two looked shocked at this and Kitty said happily "And we're the most out of the crowd people you can get yay!"

Declan looked confused saying "You're not offended?" Kitty shook her head as Benny said "No way we take that as a complement." Declan sighed saying "Thanks I didn't want to be mean or anything." Kitty then said as she hugged him "Oh Goodcop you can't be a mean, it's in your name ahaha." He shrugged saying "I supposed so. But I also chose you two because you can defend yourselves."

Benny saluted as he said "You got it Goodcop. So how do we do this?" Declan then said "Well this is the most populated area of Bricksburg and this is where most of the dulpo sightings have bean. I want to try to lure out one, an if possible catch it and find a way to get it to talk. Kitty you usually know how to communicate with foreign creatures."

"It is one of my specialties. I'll try, though I never really tried it on a duplo before. They can talk but most don't say anything besides destroy and stuff like that." Declan said "Well we need to know why their after certain people, is it builders or something else?"

Benny then said "Hey the their having a ball came at the stadium that be the best place to go because there will be lots of people there today." Declan said "Good job benny lets go." "Can we take my spaceship?" Goodcup looked sad knowing this would hurt him a bit as he said "Sorry Benny but we need to go undercover." He looked disheartened but said "Okay, but if it comes to a fight I can make one right." "Go for it buddy, just don't hurt anyone." "Yay!" and so they all got in the police car and drove off.
