Tournament Arc Part 5: Define Pain! Kazuma's awesome Lightning!

Edd arrived at the arena and was welcomed by cheering from his fellow villagers. "Your peach versus my rose." The Barakage told the Momonokage Rairal. "This is going to be an interesting match. I know the Chishiki clan are known for their intelligence. Let's see if he figures out Kamil's trick."

"I believe he can!"Rairal said confidently.

"Ready?" The duo stared at each other intensely as each other. "BEGIN!" Eddward quickly threw a kunai knife at Kamil which penetrated him in the abdomen.

"Nice try Eddward!" The kunai protruding from Kamil spontaneously transferred itself to Edd's stomach. "Now it's time…for you to know real pain!" Kamil clutched his fist causing Double-D to collapse on the floor in pain resulting in him screaming in pain.

"Come on Double-D!" Eddy muttered. Double D struggled to grab the kunai in his abdomen with the overwhelming amount of pain distracting him. With the kunai he slashed at his skin causing a deep cut to form. Edd quickly stood up as if the pain that Kami was inflicting on him had ceased.

"Double-D had somehow negated the 'pain'." The commentator stated. Edd quickly threw a kunai that pierced Kamil's shoulder meaning his arm flopped to his side.

"You don't learn do you?" Kamil taunted. Suddenly Edd stabbed himself just below his heart.

"No Kamil, I do learn!" Edd smiled. "And I have figured out for Kekkei Genkai!"

"His he crazy?!" Kevin exclaimed.

"Sock wearing Ed-boy knows what he's doing." Rolf responded.

"You swap pain and the source of the pain with your opponent."Edd stated. "I have also noticed you cross your fingers on right hand, which enable you to switch the pain but you cannot swap it to your left hand. So which are you going to choice, no use of your arm or have a life-threatening injury." Edd started making hand signs when he lost feeling in his left causing it to drop.

"UNBELIVABLE! SOMEHOW EDD LANDED A DIRECT ATTACK ON KAMIL!" Kamil now had blood oozing out from below his left nipple.

"This pain…is not real! This is real…PAIN!" Kamil was about to close his fist but he suddenly started coughing out blood.

"Eddward is clever." Lee noted.

"Why?" Marie enquiried.

"He pierced his lung! That's why Kamil is coughing out blood!" Lee explained.

"How do you know that?" May asked

"My eyes see everything." Lee stated.

"He's coughing blood!" The former Momonokage said as Kamil dropped to his knees. Edd quickly dashed to Kamil.

"I will borrow this!" Edd started using Hand signs using his right hand and Kamil's right hand.

"HE USING KAMIL TO FORM HAND SEALS!" The commentator shouted into the microphone.

"Ushi→ Saru→ U, Ne→ I, Tori→ Ushi→ Uma, Tori→ Ne→ Tora→ Inu→ Tora→ Mi→ Ushi→ Hitsuji→ Mi→ I→ Hitsuji→ Ne→ Jin Saru→ Tori→ Tatsu→ Tori→ Ushi→ Uma→ Hitsuji→ Tora→ Mi→ Ne→Saru→ U→ I→ Tatsu→ Hitsuji→ Ne→ Ushi→ Saru→ Tori→ Jin Ne→ I→ Tori!" Edd looked exhausted after all those hand signs. "WATER STYLE! WATER DRAGON JUTSU!" Suddenly a dragon morphed out of water erupted from Edd's barrel and roared resulting in a huge section of the crowd to be soaked in water!

"This sharp pain in my lung…is NOT PAIN!" Kamil said smiling. "THIS IS PAIN!" Kamil fist closed causing Edd to fall to his knees. "SUFFER! SUFFFFFFFFFFFFFFER!" Kamil started licking his lips.

"This guy has some issues." Saku stated. Edd started to push the kunai knife causing him to scream in pain. "He's using external pain to distract him from the pain Kamil is forcing on to him. I guess both these guys have issues." Saku added. Edd stood up ready to attack.

"Take this!" The water dragon charged itself into Kamil causing him to shriek and was launched into the air.

"THIS IS NOT PAIN!" Kamil was about to cross his fingers however Edd nimbly jumped into the air and grabbed his index and middle finger.

"Kamil, open your eyes! You need to open your eyes! All you see is pain but life is more than that." Edd advised him. Kamil stopped struggling and starting digesting Edd's words. He quickly broke Kamil's fingers before separating from him and landed safely while Kamil landed on his side and resumed to cough out blood. "Time to end THIS! "Hitsuji→I→Tora→U→Tori→Ne→U!" Edd once again borrowed Kamil's hand in performing the jutsu. "WATER STYLE: SKY DROP DRILL!" A water drill plunged into Kamil.

"AAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!" Blood jetted itself from Kamil's mouth and his cut. The drill stopped and Kamil's body collapsed on the floor.

"Where…am I?" All Kamil saw around him was fields of roses and a lake before him. "Where is this place?"

"Hello Kamil." Kamil rotated his head and saw a tall man that looked just like him but more mature.

"Dad is that…you?" Kamil's eyes started watering. "I thought…you died in the war?"

"I did son...my soul couldn't rest…"His father informed him.

"Why?"

"Because I saw the monster you have become." Kamil looked down at the lake below ashamed. "Son, our kekkei genkai is not real pain…pain is an illusion fabricated by our brains…it can be physical…it can be mental. Just like the pain you causing to your teammates." Kamil's father pointed to the lake and him and his son saw a crying Rosalina and Kalaku on their knees next to Kamil's lifeless body while medical-nin are tryingto revive him

"I'm…sorry…I didn't mean to." Edd said full of remorse.

"Kalaku still weaps for me…even after what I did to him yesterday." Kamil cried.

"You see son, life will be filled with pain…but it will also be full of happiness which your friends will provide…go on son…live." Kamil's father instructed him. "…live…" His voice faded as Kamil's vision blurred and turned to darkness.

"I'm sorry. He's dead." The medical-nins gave up causing the crowd to go from cheering to a grim mood. Everyone bowed their heads in respect.

"Why is everyone so depressed?" Everyone glaze quickly turned to the source of the voice and saw Kamil sitting up.

"KAMIL, YOU'RE ALIVE!" Rosalina and Kalaku shouted as they hugged him. Edd sighed of relief. The medical-nins gathered around him to see if he was okay.

"IT'S A MIRACLE! HE'S ALIVE!" The commentator cried melodramatically.

"The winner is Eddward Chishiki!" The ref declared as the crowd roared. Kamil limped towards Edd.

"You are strong Eddward, I will beat you some day." Kamil stated.

"I will look forward to that day." Edd smiled as the two walked in separate direction.

"For a second there I thought he was…"

"Pushing Roses!" Ed interrupted Eddy.

"He so strong and manly." Marie said looking lustfully at Edd. Boy, Double-D's strong and to make it worse he is also so smart. Kevin thought now slightly nervous.

"THE NEXT MATCH IS… ROLF NŌMIN… VERSUS… KAZUMA TATSUKI!" The commentator shouted.

"Wish me like guys." Kazuma said in the tunnel with his teammates Thandi and Hiroshima.

"We know you will do well!" Hiroshima bellowed causing an echo in the tunnel.

"Arigato, Hiroshima." Kazuma headed out to the arena.

Meanwhile at the other tunnel.

"SMASH HIM TO BITS ROLF!" Kevin demanded.

"Don't worry Kevin, Rolf will show that city boy the power of a farmer!" Rolf barked as he strolled into the arena.

"We know you can win this!" Nazz added.

"Ready?...BEGIN!" The referee started the match.

"Summoning Jutsu!" Rolf shouted as he summoned his goat, Victor with his bleeding thumb.

"WIND STYLE: GALE PALM!" Kazuma clapped his hands together causing a huge gust of wind to batter Rolf and Victor. His winds are fierce! Best to stand our ground! Rolf thought as his felt his contact with the ground decrease.

"Tora→U→I→Inu EARTH STYLE: MUD WALL!" A wall made from solid earth erected from the ground and protected the two from Kazuma's wind.

"Nice try! But that's not gonna work! Saru→Inu→Ne→Tori LIGHTNING STYLE: SHOCKING SPEAR!" A spear moulded on his hand and extended itself piercing through the wall and breaking it to pieces.

"KAZUMA USE HIS LIGHTNING STYLE TO BEAT ROLF'S EARTH STYLE!" The commentator pronounced.

"WIND STYLE: GALE PALM!" The winds resume causing Rolf and Victor to go flying towards the wall.

"Come on Rolf! Get your act together dude!" Kevin instructed.

"Summoning Jutsu!" Rolf shouted once again but this time with two hands resulting in his pig called Wilfred and his cow Beatrice besides Victor. "NINJA ART: NOURISHING MILK!" The three animals turned to Rolf, stood on their two back feet and squirted milk towards Rolf's mouth which was opening to accept this. After drinking, Rolf wiped his mouth. "Rolf feels revived. Now Wilfred, Victor and Beatrice time for that Jutsu." The three animals faced Kazuma. This can't be good Kazuma thought. "NINJA ART: BITTER MILK JET!" The three animals squirted out an eerie green milk from their utters forming a huge jet of milk which contacted with Kazuma. Unfortunately Kazuma couldn't close his mouth in time. It's…so…sour…so acidic .Reluctantly he swallowed the milk which causes his stomach to gurgle. That's can't be good. Kazuma thought. The jet weaken and Kazuma opened his eyes to see patches in his clothes. Damn, it is so acidic it burned away my clothes. This is gonna be some match.

"Again! NINJA ART: BITTER MILK JET!" Once again another jet stormed towards Kazuma.

"WIND STYLE: GALE PALM!" The winds slowed the jet down however, it was not stop enough to stop the jet causing him to ingest more by accident leading to his belly complaining. The jet stopped allowing Kazuma to take a breather. He's tough…time to get serious! Kazuma removed his jacket and threw it to the sides then tied his headband on his head "I'M FIRED UP! " Kazuma stood up but quickly held his complaining stomach. Sorry tummy, just hold on!

"GO ON ROLF!" Kevin and Nazz encouraged. I need to find a way to separate the three animals from Rolf…that's it! Kazuma brainstormed.

"SHADOW CLONE JUTSU!" Another Kazuma appeared him. "You know what to do?" Kazuma asked his clone.

"Aye sir!" The clone responded.

"AGAIN! BUT MORE POWERFUL!" The trio created a third jet .

"Now Kazuma-clone!" Kazuma instructed as the real one dash around the jet. The clone started concentrating charka into his hands then used his another hand to swirl the charka into a blue ball.

"That's a…"

"RASENGAN BALL!" Ed interrupted Edd.

"TAKE THIS! RASENGAN!" Kazuma's clone plunged the Rasengan into the jet which managed to withstand the high pressure but the clone struggled to hold on. Meanwhile Kazuma jumped into the air and was about to punch Rolf but he saw through the attack and smashed Kazuma's head into the floor and put all his weight onto Kazuma restricting his movements.

"Kazuma, I can't hold on!" Kazuma's clone struggled.

"I'm trying…" Kazuma tried to say but his chest was being squashed by Rolf.

"Hoho! You soft city-boy cannot beat a farmer like me!" Rolf taunted.

"You're wrong! I'm more than soft!" Kazuma body started to spark with electricity.

"What is this?" Rolf wandered.

"DISGRACE!" Bolts of electricity from Kazuma's body zapped Rolf and the trio of animals causing Rolf to get off Kazuma and the animals to stop spewing out milk.

"A PRESENT FOR YOU ROLF! RASENGAN!" The clone pushed the ball into Rolf's chest and sent him flying.

"Nice job!" Kazuma high-fived his clone before it ceased. "Now's my turn! WIND STYLE: GALE PALM!" The winds sent Rolf into the sky. Kazuma and his clone jumps into the sky above Rolf. The clone started to create another Rasengan while the real Kazuma created another Shocking Spear.

"LIGHTNING STYLE: RASENGAN!"The rasengan absorbed the Lightning from the spear causing it to glow yellow. The rasengan smashed into Rolf shocking him then causing him to crash to the ground unconscious.

"The winner is Kazuma!" The crowd cheered after a great battle. Kazuma landed on his feet as his clone vanished.

"This stomach ache sucks" Kazuma moaned holding his stomach.

"Unlucky Rolf…" Kevin said full of disappointment.

"I knew he would win!" Hiroshima said with certainty.

"WHAT A MATCH!" The commentator declared. "I cannot wait for the next match which is…JONNY 2X4…VERSUS…ROSALINA TENDO!" The crowd roared.

"Are you okay, Kazuma-kun!" Thandi asked worriedly as Kazuma held his stomach in pain.

"Yeah…I'll be okay!" Kazuma removed his headband and revealed a gash of blood as he retried the band on his left arm.

"Here!" Thandi handed him a tissue to wipe it.

"Thanks!" Kazuma smiled back before once again holding his stomach.

Jonny and Plank entered the arena with Rosalina at the other end.

"Ready…BEGIN!" The referee shouted.
