Chapter 8 Soon
3rd person POV
Patty and Rowley were both panting heavily, basking in the after glow of their love making. They are not saying anything, just enjoying the moment, and then falling asleep almost at the same time. And skulking in the dark a shadow was moving detaching it self from the dark and moving just as quietly. If Patty and Rowley were awake they would not have noticed the movement even if they were looking for it.
Once upstairs the shadow known as Michael stepped into the moon light coming from the window in Greg Hefley's room. This place stinks, he thought. Walking up to the window he opened it and turned back to the sleeping naked couple in the bed. Then waving his hand in a sweeping ark in front of him he muttered sleep. A blue like energy tinged his hand and heat like waves floated lazily towards Greg and Holly.
Now nothing will wake them until later.
Walking up to the bed he saw that the covers slipped down in their sleep. Holley Hills shivered a little as a breeze drafted through the open window. Reaching his hand out to pull up the covers to her chin to keep her warm and to cover her modesty, even though one such as the being in the room known as Michael, one such as him doesn't get embarrassed by something so trivial like nudity. He then walked around the bed to a sleeping Greg Hefley. Then he spoke.
"You know kid, we've both grown a lot during the past 6 or 7 months. I don't know what that crazy pot head was talking about when she said 'One self centered wimp'. Ok, I do, but you have changed over the time that I've known you. But she is the best damn Oracle that I've seen yet. Everything that she predicted came true in the last 10 years. I mean, when I first started this journey, and by the time I met her, I've already met the twins. And now another part of the puzzle has fallen into place. And the time I've spent hear has been really fun.
"But all good things must come to an end. I'm almost glad that you won't remember that I told you any of this. I truly am sorry that I have to show you this, but you need an incentive, something to drive you", he paused looking over to Holly. "Or someone to protect."
Michael then put a hand on top of Greg Hefley's head. Using his mental abilities to put dreams into his subconscious to see and simultaneously whispering incantations into his ear. Greg Hefley started to wiggle in discomfort and groaning. After about 5 minutes of this Michael stood up, ignoring the discomfort in his stiff back.
"I'm sorry but you have to see this." He looked over to Holly and mouthed some words to his lips. Then he bent over Greg and kissed Holly on the forehead softly. The enchantments and incantations passed from his lips to her. With the blessing taking effect she snuggled down and fell into a deeper sleep, dreaming sweet dreams. He did the same thing with Greg and walked to the far side of the room.
"Take heart in the next few weeks, because after a while the past hard ships will seem like child's play. Now, sleep and hold your girl tight, if I can make everything go according to plan, you'll get way more time to afterward as well. Good night." With that he walked into a heavy shadow and disappeared.
Down stairs the more human Michael flopped down in to his bed and was fast asleep even before he hit the covers. Upstairs a shivering Greg Hefley, who was not shivering from the cold, subconsciously put an arm around Holly and pulled her close as if to protect her. He shivered some more as a single tear fell from under his eye lid.
A/N: Hey what's up guys, life has been hectic for me the past few months, but I'm barely surviving. I lost my flash drive that had all of my stories on it and my senior paper, so no diploma and I've had to start form scratch on a lot of shit so… sad face
Anyway, an explanation of my current stories. I know my writing is shit, but I think I'm getting better. Anyway, my 3 stories that have my OC as.. me! They are all part of a bigger picture that leads up to Adventure time, everything has a plot twist to them that links everything together. It has a few more parts to it before it becomes Adventure time but, I need to wait until I finish one or two of the projects that I do have going on first. My future fics that I want to writ will be south park, infamous, and maybe Percy Jackson. Other ones that are not apart of my OC time line may be a AU walking dead that might or might not follow cannon, and my other story that doesn't follow the time line is my Doctor Who fic, but that's a parallel univerce, so they won't be meeting… much. Time travel is weird you know:p
