Selene: OVER A MONTH, ZPF! A MONTH!
Me: I KNOW! I am so sorry I've been away for so long... You know, working on that tribute fic... And the fact that it becomes hard to work on stories when you have no computer and only a Kindle... My luck has been horrible lately. But now, I have a new computer. And, to prevent from ranting about my problems, I will start the chapter right away. This is probably my first fully serious chapter. Mystery OC? You can say onwards. And the disclaimer.
My mystery OC: ZeldaandPikminforever does not own Smash Brothers, though that would be awesome. Now... *clears throat* ONWARDS!
After the seven minutes, Selene just didn't know what to say to anyone. She was unsure what to say to Alex... Her twin... The only person she knew before all this Smash Mansion craziness. She just didn't know.
When she walked out of the closet with Toon Link, they were holding hands. The first person both Smashers noticed was Pit, who smiled at the couple. "Oh, you two are adorable!"
Selene blushed and Toon nervously rubbed the back of his head with his free hand. "Heh... Th-thanks... Pit..." Toon said, blushing.
Pit laughed. "Well, I'm stating a fact. There's no need to thank me."
Behind everyone, out of sight, was Young Link, who frowned at the sight of his big brother holding hands with Selene. I should be the one over there, He thought. There is only one way to deal with him... Since he never fought him... He should be able to kill him. And then I can take his place. Young smiled and went off to the forest to look for someone. Someone who Toon Link would be no match for. Tabuu.
Young didn't really know where he was, obviously, but he knew that he would have to go deep into the forest. In his hat was an Ultra Ball with a Doublade inside. He kept it with him whenever he went into the forest in case anything attacked. This walk around, however, nothing seemed to appear except for an Absol, which appeared right in front of Young, roaring, but when he reached for his hat, the Disaster Pokémon ran away. By then, the swordsman was worried something would happen, because when an Absol appears something bad is bound to happen. At least, according to Red.
But Young Link continued, and with each step, he felt more and more dizzy, and a purple light seemed to emanate from somewhere. Soon, the entire forest appeared to be illuminated with a violet glow. What... No wonder that Absol came earlier... It was warning me about this. He still continued. Eventually, he saw what was making the light. The rumors were true...
"Hello, child... Please explain to me why I should spare you. It takes a lot to convince me, you know."
The next day
Selene woke up to the sound of banging on her bedroom door. She got up and opened the door slightly, revealing Master Hand. He somehow looked upset. "Selene! Come to the front door of the Mansion! You have to see what's going on!" And with that, he flew down the hall to the front entrance.
"What...?" Selene wearily looked at where Master Hand floated off to, and all the Smashers were standing there, clearly upset about something.
Selene got dressed as quickly as she could and ran to the front entrance. She couldn't see much through the mass of people and Pokémon, but she saw something red, green, and purple at the same time. When she saw the green, she looked around frantically for Toon Link, who was near the front of the group... He appeared to be crying. All of a sudden, Dr. Mario pushed his way through. "Hold on! Let me see him! I have to know what happened!"
Selene looked at the other Smashers. She noticed Zelda, who was crying, and Alex, standing next to her, trying to comfort her. She also saw Link, who stood gaping at whatever was on the front doorstep of the Mansion. Nearby, Lucario was shaking his head, muttering "No aura... No aura on him whatsoever..." Selene couldn't take it anymore and she turned into a fly, hovering over everyone to see what was wrong.
Right in front of Dr. Mario was the green, red, and purple mass that was once a Smasher. It was the dead body of Young Link, beaten and infected with Subspace.
Alex: UGH! *facedesk* Cliffhangers. Gotta hate 'em.
Me: The tribute fic might be done in... I honestly don't know. But it might take a while, since the one helping me with this currently can't be on Fanfiction. ^^' So yeah, it might be a while...
Selene: A long while...
Me: *looks down in shame* See ya.
