Heya, Ulquihimefan1 here (aka writer-san of course) just letting you know that NO I have NOT given up on this story at all, no I'm NOT going to be letting this story rot and NO this Haitus will not last forever.

Even though I've given up on writing anything Naruto related and haven't done a new update for this story yet this story is still my passion project!

Across the Worlds is like my dream cross-over story that I've been wanting to do since I first began writing, and had two DIFFERENT variations started during that time but either lost the story or realized I was getting to overzealous with it. The other two stories had far to many elements, to many characters to focus on and to little... well real story to it. I realized my mistakes with them and began on Across the worlds with a much smaller cast that I can focus on, hell even two other side stories to go along with it as separate teams!

For me all that leads to so, SO much work that I can't give up on yet nor do I want to. In Fact I'm actually working on the next chapter right now, AND I've even started making a team list for myself to help with keeping organized in this. After all... all three teams aren't complete yet. The main team is getting one more member to the main cast soon, New Dawn still has two slots open and team Thieves will be getting at least one more member.

Heya writer-san don't forget about me~!

Oh... yeah... And there's also going to be some guest appearances every so often coming soon with Gin's segments. Characters that I wanted to add onto some teams but stopped myself from doing so because that would put WAY to much onto the plate.

Ya really need ta stop putting so much on yer plate and just live a little more~

What writer-san is trying ta say is that she's working extra hard ta make sure she's got a quality chapter fer yall even after having some hard times recently and been focusing on some other stories. She expects ta at least finish up this upcoming chapter by the end of May if she's lucky and not at work till one in the mornin every night... then again that seems ta be a usual fer ya by this point now doesn't it?

Gin I swear to god... but you're right for the most part.

Of course I am, I'm technically still in yer mind.

Ahem, like it was mentioned I'm expecting to have the long awaited next chapter done by the end of May, if something comes up and I'm unable to do so I'll make it up by posting the Teams Listing I have planned out so far. I might even happily take in requests for other characters to appear as guests if you guys would want that. I can't put them on any of the teams but I can promise guest appearances.

OC's will be accepted for guest appearances as well, not just in Omake's but also in the actual story as the teams go through the worlds. If you want an OC guest appearance just PM me the character's appearance and a little bit about their personality and I'll be sure to save it and bring them in sometime soon.

OH and she will NOT be taking any shipping requests with that.

I will however happily listen to requests on pairings you want to see in the story from the teams. So far I've already got one major ship in motion for the story and another in waiting, all that's needed is time and patience.

I can't guarantee that the ship will become cannon for the story or not, but I will listen to it and consider it. I might even write a one-shot of the pairing if it doesn't become cannon as an apology.

Or ya might just turn a blind eye and forget about it so ya can write more of yer other stories plus this one.

... No I'm not going to do that for once. Besides it'll be good practice and I can bang out one-shots pretty easily and quick.
