Jade had to smirk as she looked at her girlfriend twirling around in her Poison Ivy costume, albeit a less revealing one then what the eco terrorist normally wore as her's did a bit more to cover her up. The costume, one that the goth girl picked out for her, held Ivy's natural green color, the fabric looking like vines wrapping around her body, with a few leaves hanging off of it here and there, and a couple of vines wrapped around her arms. On her feet she wore green flats that she would take off at the school to complete her costume. The singer also wore a red wig that she had pulled back into a ponytail upon Jade's request.

"So what do you think?" Tori asked spinning around.

"Who said Poison Ivy couldn't have a tan," Jade chuckled kissing her cheek, "or a baby bump."

Tori's eyes went wide with excitement as she ran over to the mirror, Jade laughing to herself as she watched. A few seconds later the half Latina stormed back in and glared at her, Jade merely smirking as she laid in the bed.

"Why do I fall for that every time?" Tori muttered sitting on the need, "I'm not even in my second trimester."

"Because you're adorably naive," Jade offered with a shrug, Tori smacking her leg in response.

"I am not!"

"You kind of are sometimes," the goth said leaning up and kissing her cheek again, "but is cute."

Blushing, Tori got up and smoothed out her costume as she noticed Jade wasn't dressed yet.

"Jade you need to get dressed."

"Alright, alright," the goth girl replied standing up, "you can be a real thorn in my side you know that."

"That better be a joke about my costume," the youngest Vega warned, hearing Jade chuckle from her hallway, "and why do you have to change in the bathroom?"

"I want to surprise you," came Jade's response, "I mean I know you already know who I'm going as but still I want to knock you out with how good I look."

"Careful there your ego is getting dangerously big."

Sitting down on her bed Tori waited for Jade to come back so she could see her costume. She knew that her girlfriend was going as Harley Quinn, the two choosing their costumes based on Harley and Ivy being a couple, but Jade held it close to her chest about which version she was going as. Though if Tori was being honest she had a pretty good guess. Minutes later Jade came back wearing a Suicide Squad Harley outfit, baseball bat in hand, and the singer couldn't help but chuckle.

"What'cha think?" Jade asked in a rather good Harley Quinn voice.

"I think Rachel owes me twenty dollars," Tori replied grinning.

"Twenty dollars? Why she gonna cough up twenty bucks?" Jade questioned, keeping in character.

"We had a bet," Tori admitted, "I said you'd go as Suicide Squad Harley while she said you'd go as the Arkham series Harley, obviously she doesn't know you as well as I do."

"Well of course she doesn't red, she hasn't seen what I'm like behind closed doors," The actress said walking over to Tori with a sway in her hips, "you have though have ya red?"

"Isn't Harley's hair blonde with pink and blue pig tails?"

"I'm not finished with it just yet," Jade answered rolling her eyes, "I have some temporary hair dye that I'm going to be using."

"Will then we she get to it," Tori grinned, Jade nodding and pulling out the hair dye.

The half Latina took the bottles from her and walked out of her room to grab a towel she could use. She started working as soon as she got back, draping the towel over Jade to keep the dye off of her, and started with the blonde dye. As she worked Tori thought about something Jade had said the previous month concerning Trina that she had yet to act upon, at least not until that night.

"Jade who did you get to agree to take Trina on a date?" Tori asked looking at the goth girl in the mirror.

"Not telling you," came her reply as she closed her eyes and focused on her girlfriend's hands in her hair.

"Could you at least pro…"

"I already promised you that he wasn't a psycho Tori," Jade interrupted making Tori frown.

"Why did it take you so long to set up a date for them?" she asked before grinning, "losing your intimidating touch?"

"Nope," the goth replied with her signature smirk, "he's just been busy with the first play of the school year and this was the first time he could really get away from school stuff."

"Oh…" Tori conceded going back to working on Jade's hair, switching bottles to the blue dye.

Near an hour later they were finished and Jade tied her hair up in pigtails while Tori untied her ponytail and messed with her hair to make it look wild. They then heard Tori's mom call out that their friends were there and the two went downstairs to meet them. The group had a mixture of costumes this year, Robbie going as the Robbie Reyes ghost rider from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Rachel as Alice from the madness returns, and Cat as the Cheshire cat from the same game.

"Whoa you two look amazing," Rachel whistled impressed.

"Thank you Rachel, but you're not getting out of paying me," Tori said grinning, Rachel swearing under her breath as she handed her the money.

"Robbie, I see that your trips to the gym with Andre are doing you some good," Jade pointed out making him blush and rub the back of his neck.

"Y-yeah, it's been a lot of help really," he admitted sheepishly.

"How...how is Andre doing by the way?" Tori asked biting her lower lip.

Robbie sighed as he rubbed the back of his neck, trying his best not to look at his friend as he shook his head.

"He's...he's still trying to wrap his mind around the whole situation," he told Tori as Jade narrowed her eyes.

"Meaning he's still not willing to accept the fact that me and Tori are having a child," Jade muttered darkly.

"Jade please, not tonight," the half Latina pleaded, "I just want to have some fun tonight okay?"

Jade sighed but nodded her head before turning back to Robbie with a grin.

"So where's your mask Rider?" she asked wanting to change to topic.

"It's in my car," Robbie replied grinning, "it's a bit hard to see out of it so I figured I better not drive while it's on, so um...is Trina here?"

"Yeah she's upstairs," Jade replied motioning to the stairs, "I picked out her costume just like I did your's."

"Wait, you picked their costumes?" Tori asked confused, "but why?"

"You'll figure it out in a moment," the goth said with a smirk, "just think really hard."

Tori frowned and tapped her foot as she tried to think about what her girlfriend could mean when it hit her. As the thought came to her mind she felt her eyes widen and she gasped as she looked at Jade, then over to Robbie, to the stairs, and then back to Jade.

"You…"

"Yep," Jade replied still smirking.

"He's the…"

"I promised he wouldn't be a psycho."

"And does she…"

"Nope."

"Not that this isn't amusing," Rachel interrupted, "but what are you two talking about?"

"Wait nobody knows?" Robbie asked confused.

"I wanted it to be a surprise," Jade admitted with a shrug, "in all honesty I'm surprised she went with the costume I picked out for her."

"Will someone tell me what's going on!" Rachel yelled out, Cat jumping in fright.

"Rachel!" Cat yelped looking over at her.

"Sorry, sorry," Rachel huffed, turning her gaze to Jade, "explain West, what's going on here."

"About a month ago I told the annoying Vega sister that I would help her get a date," Jade said pointing over at Robbie, "so I figured that I'd kill two birds with one stone so to say."

"I was surprised when she asked if I would be willing to go on a date with Trina," Robbie told the group, "at first I thought she was playing some kind of prank on me but…"

"Jade, you're setting Trina and Robbie up?" Cat asked amazed.

"Yeah well, she said she was tired of dating boys and I figured that since Shapiro was willing to give up Rex then he would be a good choice," Jade muttered twirling her baseball bat, "anyway, just go tell her what's going on Shapiro, we need to leave in the next ten minutes and I'm certain she's going to need a minute to process this."

Robbie nodded and took a deep breath before heading up the stairs and leaving the girls standing there in shock as Jade merely shook her head and chuckled. Seeing that her girlfriend was now looking at her with a questioning look, Jade arched her eyebrow before asking.

"Yes, can I help you?"

"...You were setting my sister up on a date with Robbie?" Tori questioned, unsure of what her girlfriend had planned.

"That would be a correct observation," Jade replied with a nod.

"But why?" Cat asked confused.

"I'm curious to hear this as well," Rachel added folding her arms under her chest, "from what I've been told you and Robbie don't get along well enough for you to set him up on a date."

Jade looked over at the stairway with an expression of contemplation as the others downstairs waited for her answer.

"Don't tell him this okay, but I do care about him," Jade said softly, "and since Tori's my girlfriend and the mother to my child, then I suppose I should at least treat Trina with a sliver of respect."

"Wow Jade, that's actually kind of nice of you," Rachel teased, giving her a cocky grin.

"Yeah well, like I said don't get telling them," Jade muttered with a huff.

Tori chuckled, hugging Jade and giving her a kiss on the cheek making the goth girl blush and look away from her. The teens then heard the sound of footsteps coming down the stairs to see a blushing Trina, dressed as Quake from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., followed by a blushing Robbie.

"Oh that's what you mean when you said you picked out their costumes," Tori realized looking at her sister.

"That would be another correct observation," Jade grinned, Tori rolling her eyes once more.

"You look great Trina," the younger of the two sister said with a smile.

"Thanks Tori," Trina said hugging her, "though I want to know why Jade set me up on a date with Robbie."

"You know I'm standing right here," Robbie muttered shoving his hands in his pockets.

"Sorry Robbie," Trina apologized, "but let's be honest, Jade said she would set me up on a date and I didn't think she would actually do it."

"A fair belief," Jade admitted with a shrug.

"So when I found out that she was actually keeping her promise to find me a date I didn't know what to expect," the girl dressed as Quake continued, "so imagine my surprise when she set me up with you, a boy who until recently was just a goofy kid carrying a puppet."

"I guess I can see where you're coming from," Robbie agreed, nodding his head, "Jade is known for being a bit of a gank."

"Okay can we please stop questioning my character and go to the halloween party?" Jade growled, Tori giggling as she took a hold of her hand.

"Jade's right, let's just not question it and go to the party," Tori suggested with a smile.

The others nodded in agreement, ask of them heading out the door and getting in their cars to head to Hollywood Arts. As they pulled into the school parking lot the trend couldn't help but whistle as they saw what the grip running the Halloween party was able to do in a matter of hours.

"Man this place looks like the abandoned school in Persona Q," Robbie muttered in awe add he looked around.

"They really went all out didn't they?" Rachel asked looking around, "I mean they would never be able to get away with this in my old school."

"Well welcome to a school of the performing arts," Jade replied wrapping her arm around Tori's waist, "why do you think we had a half day today?"

"Oh oh, come on guys I can hear the music!" Cat said excitedly, running of in the direction of the Asphalt cafe.

"Cat don't run there's fog on the ground you could trip on something," Rachel warned the normally red headed girl going after her, "how are you so fast?"

The others laughed at their friends antics, following after them as Robbie put on a rather well put together Ghost Rider mask. Making their way into the area the party was being held in the group split to go dancing or get something to snack on, Tori and Jade choosing to take a seat instead as Jade went to get them something to drink. The half Latina couldn't help but smile as she watched the party, knowing she would be joining then as soon as Jade came back. As she looked around though one person caught her attention, a certain dark skinned male that would normally hang out with their group. Frowning Tori tried to think of something to say to him when she saw him spot her and walk over.

"Hey Andre," Tori said as he stopped in front of her.

"Yeah uh...hey Toro," he muttered rubbing the back of his neck, "So um...how's it been?"

"It's been good," Tori replied with a smile, "been doing what I can to keep up my grades and Jade's been a real help there, what about you?"

"Good, good," Andre answered, his eyes darting around to look at anyone but her, "so um…"

"Andre why don't you take a seat so we can talk," Tori offered motioning to the seat next to her.

Andre sighed and nodded, taking a seat as Tori scooted over to give his larger frame a bit more room. Tori waited patiently for Andre to say something while he sat there watching the party, the singer finally shaking her head and looking over at him.

"You know I offered you that seat in a hope that we could talk," she stated pointedly, "so now would be a perfect time to talk."

"I know I...I'm trying okay," Andre groaned, "I just don't know what to say."

"Well you seemed like you had something on your mind before sitting down, why not start there?" Tori suggested, "and you might want to hurry cause I think you have...five minutes before Jade decides to come back over here and bust your skull for making me cry."

"Jade doesn't scare me," her friend huffed, Tori smirking at him knowingly, "...alright maybe a little."

"Anyway, what's on your mind?"

"I...I want to know why you're doing this experiment with Jade," Andre said looking at her, "after everything she has done to you why her?"

Tori looked at Andre and then over to Jade, the goth girl dressed as Harley Quinn watching them from a distance but allowing them to talk. Smiling she then looked up toward the sky as she thought about her answer, knowing what it was but not so sure how she was going to put it to words.

"Andre I know that Jade has been a gank to me in the past," Troi said softly, "but you haven't seen what she's like when it's just us."

Andre frowned, not sure where Tori was going with this.

"And yeah I can't say that I'm not surprised with the whole situation, but with me coming out as gay I had all but tossed the idea of me having my own child out the window," she continued trying to put her thoughts into words, "but then this wonderful thing came out of the blue and, yeah it took me by surprise, but I had a chance to have my own baby."

"But we're eighteen!" Andre pointed out making her chuckle.

"Not the ideal time to have a child I know but, there wasn't any guarantee that this experiment would work, but you should have seen her when we found out I was pregnant, she was so excited."

"But what about you, why are you doing this?" Andre asked frowning.

"I'm getting there," Tori promised, "but the reason that I'm doing this experiment has changed from what it was at the start."

Looking back over at Jade, Tori recalled her new reasons as she shook her head.

"Originally it was because I wanted to be a mother and this opened a door for me, plus the money wasn't bad," she explained, "but now...now it's different."

"What is it then?" Andre asked patting her shoulder, "I want to help you Tori but I need to know it's for a good cause."

"...I love her," the singer replied honestly, "I know it's strange but I do."

"Yeah it's just a little weird hearing you say that chica," he admitted with a smile.

"And even though I know Jade's not ready to say it to me just yet, I know she loves me," Tori told him with a smile, "and I know she'll love our child when she arrives."

"Look I just wanted to...apologize for what happened when you told us about what you and Jade were doing."

"Oh?" Tori questioned looking over at him.

"You're not going to make this easy are you?" Andre asked shaking his head.

"I've had to learn quickly when I started dating Jade," Tori acknowledged with a nod, "but if it means anything to you I do forgive you."

"You do?" Andre said in shock.

"Of course, you're my best friend after all," the singer said hugging him, "it hasn't been the same with you not in our group."

"Heh, you haven't changed a bit have you Toro," Andre pointed out with a chuckle, "I'm glad to see that."

"Oh I've added a bit of Jade's venom to my attitude," Tori replied with a smirk, "I had to in order to survive dating her."

"Crap…"

"Yeah so there might be some repercussions heading your way," Tori explained motioning Jade that it was okay, "so you might want to watch out, but for now let's just enjoy the party."

"But I kind of wanted to get caught up what with you being…"

"After the party," Tori said standing up, "my time of being a wild teen is coming to an end and I want to enjoy this party for what it's worth."

"Right," Andre said standing up, "so let's enjoy the party."

"By the way, who are you suppose to be?" Tori asked looking at him.

"Oh, I'm Luke Cage," he said with a gesture to his outfit, "What do you think?"

"Not sure, I haven't watched any of the Netflix Marvel series," Tori admitted, "Jade has though."

"It's pretty close," Jade said as she walked over to Tori and handed her the drink, "though he's a bit more bulkier than you."

Andre nodded and, after a second of hesitation, held out his hand towards the goth girl, Jade shaking his hand with a neutral expression before pulling him towards her.

"Make her cry again…"

"I won't!" Andre said defensively, "sweet chiz girl you got protective of Tori quickly."

"She's my girlfriend and carrying my child, so yeah I'm a bit protective."

Tori giggled and took a hold of Jade's free hand, at the same time grabbing her attention and pulling her towards the dance floor.

"Come on I want to dance," she said happily, "let's go my cute little psycho."

"Right behind ya red," she smirked following after her.

Andre chuckled and went to the dance floor himself, joining his date of the night as the group moved in together to have some fun. The party went on till just after midnight and after the festivities were done the two girls found themselves on the back of Jade's car holding each other close.

"So you have fun?" Jade asked stroking her hair.

"Yeah, what about you?" Tori questioned looking up at her

"Do you even have to ask?" the goth girl said smirking, "it was halloween night, one of my favorite nights of the year."

"Well as long as you enjoyed it," Tori giggled, laying her head back on Jade's shoulder, "and Andre has finally come around so that's something."

"Yeah, just so you know I'm going to have some fun tormenting him," Jade told her girlfriend, noticing her roll her eyes.

"Just don't be too mean okay Jade?" the singer pleaded.

"No promises," Jade replied sitting up, "now come on we need to get you home."

"Oh?" Tori said sitting up as well, "Why's that?"

"You have an appointment with Dr. Hart tomorrow remember."

A/N: Happy Halloween everyone!
