She was Zelda now, having revealed her identity to Link, who was not at all surprised. In the Temple of Time, Ganondorf had kidnapped her. She didn't know how he knew to keep an eye on her Sheikah persona—apparently she failed at disguising herself from her hero and enemy alike—but presently she and Link stood together, united against the monstrous creature the Gerudo King had transformed into.

She let out all the anger she'd felt since going into hiding. Link was trying so hard just to stay standing, and Zelda knew he could barely move his arms. Somehow that increased her rage.

"Link, one more time!" she called, firing a light arrow into the beast's face.

It dropped its enormous twin swords to put its hands on its new wound. Gathering the last of his energy, the boy bravely dashed forward and took advantage of his small size by rolling between Ganon's legs. Then with a yell of righteous fury which made her shiver, he brought the Master Sword down on its tail.

The King of Evil fell to all fours. Sensing its weakness, she threw all her magic, everything Impa and her tutors had taught her, forward. The boar-like monster snarled at her as a white tunnel of light extending from her fingers immobilized it, but she didn't falter.

"Six Sages, now! Give me your power!"

She had spoken with each Sage telepathically during the war, and each had volunteered to grant her their energy during this crucial moment. Six different-colored auras, one for each Sage, surrounded her, and while she concentrated it into a single attack, she yelled to Link.

"Deliver the final blow!"

He had a limp, she noticed guiltily. Nonetheless, he circled to the front of their nemesis and tore the blade of evil's bane across its face. After two horizontal swings which she knew destroyed his arm muscles, he stabbed between its eyes, and it let out a scream she knew would haunt her forever before vanishing into the Sacred Realm due to the Sages' magic.

All fell silent for the first time in what felt like ages. She heard Link's ragged breath as he looked at what he had done, at the blood on the ground from where he had tried to kill another human (or as human as Ganondorf could be). His eyes widened in terror, and she realized that just like in her previous incarnation from Skyloft, she had forced the gentle, easygoing boy to become something he hated.

When his knees buckled, she looped her arms around him to hold him up, and to her relief she saw that he was just tired, not traumatized. She didn't have much strength left either, but she forced herself to continue holding him; Link would die without help. He had used the Goron bracelet and Master Sword too many times.

Luckily, her Sheikah training allowed her to lift his small body. With no one around to help, she started walking. Link went limp in her arms as she carried him bridal style, and when she saw his face, she found him staring at her strangely. She stared as well, and for a moment everything else faded away. All that mattered was Zelda and her hero, reunited at last. An unexplainable void she'd felt her whole life had been filled.

"...Hylia?" he asked with both recognition and confusion.

Millennia of forgotten feelings stirred within her as she abruptly understood why her ancestor had fallen for his previous life. She was his goddess, and he was...he was her Link.

The spell broke when he shook his head, as though dispelling an illusion. "Sorry. For a second I thought you were...someone else. But I'm really glad it's you, Zelda," he added with a smile.

Her heart beat impossibly quick, and not just from physical activity. Yes. She was glad she was Zelda too. And she was glad he was Link, her champion, the one person other than Impa who truly saw her. She smiled as well for the first time in years.

"You look freer than I've...ever...seen you..."

"Thanks to you," she said, warmth for once filling her aloof and proper voice. She didn't know whether she thanked him for defeating Ganon or for making her feel like herself again.

His eyes closed. Zelda at last reached a horse and took off, holding her precious charge against her chest so he wouldn't fall. He was warm in her arms... She wished she had bothered to notice sooner. Though Link was the one being held, Zelda was the one who felt safe.

Eventually she reached the closest area with living people, Lon Lon Ranch. A pretty young woman with long red hair dropped the bucket in her hands when she saw them, uncaring of the spilled milk.

"Link!" she shrieked, sprinting toward him as if watching a loved one die in front of her. Stunned that the stranger knew him, Zelda handed her his beaten body, no longer able to support his weight due to fatigue. She followed the farm girl into her house, where she gently lay him onto a bed. Catching her breath, she noticed her other guest for the first time. "Oh no! You're bleeding too…"

Zelda smiled at her ruined dress, not bothered in the least by her less than proper appearance. Link was right: she had never been freer. "It's not my blood. I don't mean to impose, but I am tired. Might Link and I claim one of your beds for the night?"

"Of course. Once I finish healing him, I'll..." Her eyes widened. "You're Princess Zelda!"

"Yes. The war is over." It felt incredible to say those words, and it was all because of him. Her heart swelled with gratitude and affection which she wished he was awake to see.

"So he beat Ganondorf?" the redhead asked.

Zelda suppressed her shock. "I take it he has been giving you details. Yes, he won."

In response, the woman—Malon, she learned—removed that horrible Goron bracelet from his arm. "I'm going to bury this so deep that no one will see it again," she announced happily, making Zelda wonder exactly how much she knew. Impa showed up soon with a blue potion. Malon was flustered by these strangers who showed up at her house, but her concern for Link took priority, which agitated Zelda.

At length he opened his eyes. When both Zelda and Malon raised a hand to their hearts and breathed a heavy sigh of relief, Impa quirked an eyebrow. When last she checked, her charge had hated the boy, and who was this ranch worker who cared so much about him?

"M...Malon?" he wheezed, squinting at her, and Zelda silently pouted. Why hadn't he called her name as well? She had been at the final battle with him. Perhaps it was because of how poorly she'd treated him, she thought sadly.

"I'm here, baby," Malon assured him, squeezing his hand.

He chuckled, which to Zelda's and Malon's horror transformed into a coughing fit. "Sorry for laughing," he muttered once his voice returned. "Every time I'm in danger, part of me thinks you are too. I don't mean to make it sound like you can't keep yourself safe."

To Zelda's surprise, Malon lifted him and held his head against her bosom, laughing gently. "Don't be sorry. I've been just as worried about you."

Something bubbled inside Zelda as she registered how beautiful (and well-endowed) Malon was and how comfortable she and Link were around each other, and she felt a need to make her presence known.

"Impa and I are here as well. You should be back to full strength in a few days. Come, Link. Miss Malon has offered to prepare a bed for us."

Now that she found the piece of her which had been missing her entire life, she had no intention of letting go. After pushing him away for so long, it was time to embrace him and show just how much she appreciated her hero.

"One bed for both of you?" asked her Sheikah guardian, and blood rushed to Zelda's cheeks, which were pale from weeks of wearing facial wraps.

"It's okay. I know what you meant," Malon supplied graciously. "Link can sleep with me in my bed. Your highness, you may take this one if you'd like."

Zelda suppressed a frown. Clearly the other girl didn't know what she meant. Link was only a boy, yet...

"You said you were still 'my Zelda'," he uttered not long after he saved her from Demise. "Well...I'll always be your Link." He spoke without any of his usual shyness, and her heart melted as she stared at his handsome face, framed by the unruly blonde hair he never bothered to brush.

On the surface world, they didn't have to worry about anyone seeing them. They fucked in the open, finally expressing the feelings they'd had for each other since they were children. She moaned freely as he rammed her from behind, her tongue hanging from her mouth as she lost count of how many times she had tightened around his girth. With one final thrust, he exploded inside her, filling his willing victim with wave after wave of his passion.

Her pussy twitched one last time. He held her in place by her hips, but it was unnecessary because she couldn't imagine wanting to be anywhere else. She enjoyed being on her knees in front of him.

"Link," she said breathlessly, eyes shining with love, "let's start a new life here, on the surface. This world is so beautiful... I want to fill it with our children."

"Princess? Are you all right?"

Impa's voice snapped her out of her daydream, and she turned away, hoping her nanny couldn't see her longing and arousal.
