Rikujou no Ryuu – chapter 10
…with Sakura and Naruto…
"Welcome to Rikujou no Ryuu." Said an orange haired boy. He was dressed in a black kimono like outfit, and had a large sword strapped to his back.
Sakura blinked at him and said "Um…arigato?"
The orange haired boy smirked and said "This is my human form, can't really use it in the human world though since I've got a partner."
"Nani?" Sakura asked a confused look on her face.
Naruto laughed and said "This is Ichigo."
At this Sakura's eyes widened as she gaped at the boy before her. Ichigo chuckled and said "You'll get used to it, come on this way." As he lead them into the dessert.
Sakura shaded her face as they walked "Hey shouldn't we cover ourselves to protect us from the sun? She asked with a frown as they continued forward.
Ichigo chuckled and said "Nah were here already." Before pointing in front of them.
Sakura's eyes widened as she stared ahead of her. Appearing out of the dessert shimmering as if it were a mirage a large sprawling city greeted her gaze. It more then dwarfed Konoha with its great stone walls. The building rose up over the walls and appeared to be made out of the same sand colored stone that the walls were made of.
Over head various dragons came and went, their great size not even dwarfing the city. "Welcome to Butoukai no Sabaku." Ichigo said with a smirk.
"Oh…wow!" Sakura gasped out her eyes almost popping out of her head in excitement as she drank in the sight of the sprawling city.
Ichigo laughed and said "Most people have that reaction. Come on I'll escort you to the Shiyakusho no Korou."
Sakura could only nod as she and Naruto followed Ichigo past a pair of mismatched guards that stood at the gate. One was bald and seemed muscular, the other had black hair with weird feather like decorations on his eyelashes. Both wore similar outfits to Ichigo who nodded to the pair as they walked threw the gates.
As they wound their way threw the city Sakura took note that most of the people were dressed in loose wrap around clothing. It seemed that only guards wore clothing like Ichigo's.
Turning another corner Sakura gaped once again. There before her hidden in the heart of the city was what looked like a large Persian castle complete with 'onion' domes. It was in the same stone as the rest of the city, but it had elaborate decorations adorning it.
Gold and silver was inlaid into the winding patterns all over it. The windows were all made of stained glass of different shades and colors with various floral patterns. Ichigo never stopped and the large doors swung open on silent hinges.
Naruto poked Sakura and said "Come on Sakura-chan!" following after Ichigo.
Sakura shook her head and said "Hai." As she rushed to catch up with Naruto and Ichigo.
The orange haired boy took them threw halls and several doors before pausing at another elaborate door. Ichigo raised his hand and knocked on the door before waiting for a response from inside.
"Enter." Echoed from behind the doors as they swung open. Behind them was a large room. At the center of the room and taking up most of the space was a large horse shoe shaped table with the opening facing the door.

And there is the end of chapter 10…now I'm off to type up 11 hopefully I'll be able to get it finished and up for everyone soon.
