I am Red Bull, thanks awesome guy!

This is Chapter 10.

"Yeah? Finn replied tiredly. He heard the door open and a wave of a minty gum flavor flooded the room.

"Bonnie…" Finn thought. She stood by his bedside of which he lay sprawled like a fallen eagle. She smiled at his fatigued figure "Training was rough today?"

Finn sighed, not answering her question. He asked "What are you doing in here anyway? Isn't it like, not good for you, considering Brad?"

"Yeah, but Brad has classes right now." Bonnie quickly responded.

"You know his schedule?" Finn asked puzzled

Bonnie replied "Well yeah! How am I supposed to avoid him, if I don't know where he's going to be?"

Finn muffled an "Oh." as he placed a pillow over his face. Bonnie watched him for a second and then said "I know you're tired, but I think we should go see Dr. D today. I can't handle this on my heart any longer."

Finn groaned as he pulled himself into a sitting position. He looked at his clock and it said 1:00pm exactly. He looked off into space to think before glancing at Bonnie "What time are we doing this?"

"1:20" Bonnie said.

He stood up and stretched before saying "Well, walking over there takes about ten minutes, and I don't think she'll be mad if we just walk into her office." He walked out of his room and Bonnie soon followed.

As they reached Dr. D's office they noticed the door open, and a pleasant, good-hearted laugh poured out. It was Dr. D's. When she had calmed, she asked " Why are you only ever like this when we're alone? I'm sure if more people saw this side of you, more people would like you."

"The only person I truly care of whether they like me or not, is you… And my boss, don't need to be getting fired now." Dr. Clint replied. Dr. D chuckled "I love you, so much."

Finn and Bonnie glanced at each other sadly before they ventured in. Dr. D stood up with outstretched arms to welcome them.

"Well hello my frequent customers! What brings you in today?" Dr. Clint had been a bit startled by their unexpected appearance, his smile went to a slight smirk and he slinked again into the safe haven of Dr. D's bookcase. Finn and Bonnie sat down in the two comfy chairs that stood before Dr. D's desk and she sat down also. Neither student answered her question, so she tried again

"Did you watch the Psychic Investigators? Was it interesting?" She asked in direction to Bonnie, but Bonnie still didn't answer, she just closed her eyes as if she were trying to calm herself. Dr. D tilted her head, a bit confused "What's wrong?"

Bonnie took a deep breath and sighed "Listen Dr. D... You're a wonderful teacher. You really are. You're wittingly sarcastic, have a bubbly personality and are quite the comical sadist..." Dr. D smiles warmly "Why, thank you. That's quite the compliment." Bonnie nodded "... This is why I don't understand why you would engage in such vile, disrespectful acts against the sanctity of marriage, with Dr. Clint. From the first glance, I would have never guessed you could..." Finn nods in agreement sadly. Dr.D's smile turns to a frown, her eyes heavily laced with confusion. "Vile acts against the sanctity of marriage? With Clint? What are you guys talking about?" She glanced at Dr. Clint. He looked as puzzled as she did. "You should know. And if not, you're smart enough to figure it." Finn said as respectfully as he could.

Dr. D shrugged hoplessly "I really have no idea what you guys are talking about." Bonnie sighed again "...You and Dr. Clint are cheating on your spouses..."

After a couple moments of processing, Dr. D busted out laughing while Dr. Clint tried hard to hold back his snickering. Bonnie and Finn sat completely astonished by their reaction. Bonnie's astonishment soon turned into frustration. "How is this funny? We were going to tell Mrs. Hoang about this whole ordeal but we wanted to give you guys a chance to end it right now, and move on with your lives. Never mention or let it happen again... maybe we should have told her first..."

When Dr.D finally was able to get a hold of herself, she spoke " No, it's better that you didn't. What gave you the idea that me and Clint were cheating?"

"Well we heard you doing...things... and we noticed you were wearing a wedding ring while Dr. Clint wasn't. Then I asked him about his life and he told me his wife is at work ALL the time. Then outside your office we heard you mention his wife and your husband..."

Dr.D started laughing again "You guys were in the right place at the wrong time and heard the wrong things."

Bonnie and Finn's expressions mirrored Dr. D and Dr. Clint's from earlier in the conversation. Dr. D sighed and rose from her chair. She walked over to where Dr. Clint stood, picked up a picture frame from the bookcase and set it in front of her two students. In it was a picture of Dr. D, donning a beautiful white and blue flowered wedding gown, her black hair tied up with smaller blue flowers and wrapped in Dr. Clint's arms. He was wearing a crisp black and grey suit. They looked like the happiest couple alive, with bright smiles and love in their eyes. She then continued "...Dr. Clinton Hoang IS my husband..." She wrapped her arms around his waist while he slung his arm over her and kissed her forehead. " ... when Clint and I married, I didn't change my last name, out of respect for my father. And yes I wear my wedding ring, but as I am sure Clint told you, I do it not so much for the purpose of "I love this man so much, I need something to stand for it", I don't believe in that. But unlike Clinton here, who can tell someone straight away to back off, I'm not brash enough. By wearing this, it decreases tremendously those who would like to try. As for what you heard, sometimes, when we get into a somewhat playful angry mood, we don't refer to us as being married. We say 'well your wife this or your husband that.' We're... weird like that..."

Bonnie and Finn sat dumbfounded, finding "Wow." the only word to say as they stared at the picture that lay on the desk before them. They looked back and forth between the photo and the couple that stood. Bonnie finally said "But you two don't seem romantic at all…!"

This time Dr. Clint spoke "Dr. D has never been one for public affection. It makes her feel awkward. Same for me. For example, several years ago, the very last day of our classes, I had to do my presentation…"

"Because he's a lazy potato and has to do everything last minute…" Dr. D interrupted as she looked up to him with a big mocking smile on her face. Dr. Clint glared down at her and then continued "As I was saying, it was a small class so everyone dressed up, even if they already did their presentation. This one…" He cocked his head to Dr. D "…was no exception. She looked, no exaggeration, amazing, beyond sexy to say the least. I couldn't keep my eyes off of her. And it was exactly that! I didn't touch her, if anything, I gave her a small, unbeknownst to others, pinch on the arm. On the other hand, every other girl in that class, I gave a hug goodbye to. EXCEPT her. And it's because public affection for me is okay between friends but it should be private between significant others, so I didn't feel okay hugging her in front of everyone, because it was too intimate for me."

"Well… I apologize for assuming. I really shouldn't have." Bonnie said. Finn nudged her, nodding as she looked at him. She figured he was telling her "I told you so."

Dr. D waved her hand at her "It is completely fine. Again, you were in the right place but at the wrong time and heard wrong things. I most likely would have done the same." The room became silent for a few moments as Dr.D still stood in Dr. Clint's grasp and their students stared at each other. Finn and Bonnie stood up and walked towards the door.

"You guys are leaving? You don't have any ACTUAL questions? Or any other investigations you have against me, like me and the security guard are having a secret love child?" Dr. D joked. Finn and Bonnie laughed, her joke lightening the mood. Bonnie shook her head but Finn said "Actually, I do."

"Ahh so the tag-along finally speaks! What is your question? Make it quick, we were about to go to lunch before you guys so rudely walked in here." Dr. Clint snickered.

Finn smirked "You wouldn't happen to have a picture of Dr. D on that last day of your classes would you?"

This time Dr. D and Dr. Clint started laughing, so much that Dr. Clint doubled over. Between breaths, he said "You trying to make a pass at my wife?"

Finn laughed "Nooooo. Not at all" He exaggerated his eye flickering to feign his making of a lie. The married couple followed their students out the door, making sure to lock it. They walked in the direction of the parking lot, hand in hand. Finn and Bonnie watched happily, smiles from ear to ear fixed to their faces.
