You may not know this, but Kagura's one of my favorite female characters on Inuyasha. Kagome and Sango are the first and second respectively. Inuyasha and Miroku are my top two favorite males and Sesshoumaru is my third.

Kagome-Inuyasha

Sango-Miroku

Kagura-Sesshoumaru

Get it? ('-')

Kagura flew in the air on her feather with the vial of dark purple liquid. She hadn't the faintest idea what she was going to do with it. She didn't even know what it was. Naraku never told her anything. It must be pretty damn important though. Kagura held up the small vial for inspection. It was nothing she was familiar with, but maybe someone could tell her what it was. Takehiko was no help to her since Kagome had lain waste to him, Naraku would rather kill her than help her, Kanna was a mute… Maybe the great Dog Taiyoukai would know what it was? It was as good a reason to visit him as anything she could come up with. Kagura placed the vial into her kimono and pat it for good measure. 'I'm coming for you Sesshoumaru.'

"Master Jaken! Look! Rin caught it!" Rin yelled at the toad demon. She proceeded to show him the butterfly in her hands and it flew onto the toad's puke green face. He then proceeded to squawk at her about the unimportance of her catch and scare away the insect. Rin then proceeded to chew out the toad for letting it get away.

Sesshoumaru had his back to them as he waited. He had stopped here a few minutes ago when he caught the scent of Naraku on the wind. He assumed that it was Kagura coming to see him. Probably, to bring him news of his half-breed brother. She knew more about him than the Taiyoukai himself.

He smelt her nearing and turned to where she was entering from. As he predicted, her feather appeared in his line of sight and she descended into the clearing. The winds whipped before she stood before him with a smirk.

"Sesshoumaru, where have you been? Have you been avoiding me?" she asked.

Sesshoumaru narrowed his eyes at her. She was wasting his time, "Speak your reasons for intruding on this Sesshoumaru. You are wasting my time."

She pouted before reaching inside her kimono. Sesshoumaru watched her warily just in case she tried anything. She pulled out a small, glass vial filled with a dark purple liquid. "I have brought this for you. Naraku entrusted this to me and I've been holding on to it for too long. I know not what it does, but it seems that I may have done something wrong by keeping this to myself. Such a shame, too. Poor Inuyasha," she said and sighed.

"What do you want with Lord Sesshoumaru, you wind witch!" Jaken squawked. Kagura opened her fan and glared at him, daring him to continue.

"Squawk again, and I'll gut you," she threatened. Sesshoumaru felt his respect for Kagura grow by a tiny bit. She was now worth a little less than the dirt on the bottom of his boots.

"What happens to my incompetent broth is his own business," Sesshoumaru said.

"Oh, really? So, you don't care that there are three of him running around?" Kagura taunted. Sesshoumaru glared at her. One of his brother was more than the world could handle. Now, there were three?

"So, sad. Some might say I am to blame, but I think I helped. I have a vague feeling that whatever is in this vial was supposed to kill him or something. But, I chose not to give it to him. You should thank me. I'm a lifesaver," she spoke. She threw the vial at Sesshoumaru and he caught it effortlessly. She gave a small farewell before turning and leaving the Taiyoukai with his charges.

He looked down at the vial and moved it around his palm. Now that he had it, what to do with it?

"Gome, wake up."

Kagome groaned in her bed. She was too tired. She had stayed up all night with Inuyasha's demon side, watching movies and eating snacks like two teenagers in love. She smiled with her eyes closed and let the memories come back to her. She buried her face into her pillow but failed to feel it's softness. It felt quite hard, actually. And it was moving…and making a beating noise. Kagome opened her eyes to see that she was not sleeping in her bed at all, but was on the couch in her living room.

"I would love to lay here all day, too. But, don't you have school again today?"

Kagome looked up to see her full-demon companion looking down at her with amber eyes that were filled with playfulness. Her face heat up and she sat up instantly and the blanket they were covered with fell to the floor. She looked around and saw the mess they'd made candy, chips, and empty plates.

"What'd you say?" she asked him. She wiped the sleep from her eyes and looked at him.

"Don't you have school today?" he asked again and sat up. Kagome nodded and looked up at the clock on the wall. It was almost noon.

"I'm not going. It's too late. Besides, I'm too tired," Kagome said. The full-demon pulled her to him and laid back down. she wrapped her arms around his torso and snuggled closer to him.

"Go back to sleep then. But, I'm waking you up in an hour."

"Do it and I'll never talk to you again," she threatened with her eyes closed. He chuckled and she smiled on top of him.

The full-demon began rubbing circles into her back as he rested his right arm on his forehead. Luckily, he had finished all his business yesterday with he help of Toutousai and Myoga. They were shocked to find out what had happened to him, but were pleased to hear what he wanted(or maybe that he wasn't going to kill them). He looked down at Kagome to see her snoring softly and smiled a true smile. She would love her gifts.

The next Sunday(2/13/11)…

The two AWOL Inuyashas looked down at Keade's village from atop the hill where they stood. They had been avoiding this, but Kikyou was getting impatient with him. they would need to go after his demon side and that meant running into Kagome. They had no idea what she had been doing for the past few days, but they were sure that she was spending every waking moment with his demonic counterpart.

"We have to go down there," the human Inuyasha said.

"Yeah. Let's get this over with," the half-demon said and ran off towards the Well. The human tried his best to keep up, but couldn't help getting left behind. Eventually, they arrived at the clearing. The human side couldn't help but pant a little. They both looked up to see the full demon getting ready to cross back over to the future. He looked at them with his amber eyes and narrowed them. He had what looked like three boxes in his hands; a long slender one, a small square one, and a medium slender one as well.

"What the hell are you doing here?" the half-demon snarled. Sure, he was supposed to be looking for the guy…

"Don't worry. I was just leaving," he replied and moved closer to the well.

"You can't! We have to get rid of this spell on us. But, we can't do it without you," the human pleaded.

"Whatever. I'll be back later. Kagome wants to come back here anyways," he said and looked down into the well.

"What's in the box?" the half-demon asked, his curiosity getting the best of him.

"None o' your damn business, half-breed," he said and jumped in the well.

"Are we just going to let him get away?" the human asked. The half-demon didn't reply, but he went closer to the well. 'Kagome…what has he done to you?'

Later that evening…

"Where did you go today?" Kagome asked her full-demon as she sat next to him on her bed. She had woken up that morning to find him gone and had worried for an hour before he showed up in her room.

"I had to get something. I was gonna wait until tomorrow, but I wanna see the look on your face now," he replied and got off the bed. He went into her closet and came back with boxes. They were unwrapped, but she could still tell a gift when she saw one.

She smiled widely before she pointed and asked, "What are those?"

"For you," he said and handed her the long box first, "Happy birthday, Gome."

Her jaw dropped, "How did you know?" she didn't waste anytime. She tore off the box cover and was stunned at her gift. It was a bright red, silk kimono with gold trim and obi. She lifted it out of its box slowly and felt the material. "It's so soft!"

"Do you like it?" he asked her. She looked up at him incredulously.

"Are you nuts! I love it!" she said and hugged it. 'I knew it.' "Are the other two mine, too?" she asked sheepishly.

"Of course. For our anniversary," he said and gave her the small box, "and for tomorrow." He gave her the medium box last. Kagome smiled widely before digging into the small one first. She opened it and was stunned and bubbly once again. Inside was a golden chain ID bracelet with her name already engraved on it. She looked up at him and he nodded for her to try it on. She jumped on the opportunity and stuck out her wrist for him to fasten it for her. It was perfect.

"Where'd you get this?" she asked mildly worrying that he'd robbed a jewelry store.

"I saw something like it in your mom's magazine thing and showed it to Toutousai. He made it for me and your Valentine's day gift," he said. Kagome wasted no time in ripping open the medium sized box. Half of a small gold heart on a simple chain looked back as her. She held it up and stared at him questioningly. He pulled down the neck of his haori to show her the other half. Happiness, joy, love, and adoration were just some of the emotions that course through her. He moved to fasten it behind her back and went back in front of her to see how it looked. However, he got a small glimpse before she tackled him a tight hug and kissed him to show her thanks. He kissed back just as enthusiastic.

"You make me feel so bad. I was so mad that you forgot, that I threw away your gift. I'm sorry," Kagome said and wiped at her eye. 'No crying.'

"Just knowing that you're mine and always will be is enough," he said and held her hands. She pulled away and hugged him again and sobbed into his shoulder. He wasn't worried. He didn't need his nose to tell him that she was happy. 'Yep, I did good.'

The next day, Sango followed the two Inuyashas who were still in the feudal era. She was slightly upset that he had come back and even more upset that he had gone to Kikyou. He knew how to fix his condition and he didn't even bother to tell them. Asshole…

"Why didn't you tell us!" Sango yelled. She had Miroku and Shippou on her tail while she yelled at the Inuyashas. They were headed to the well, probably to get his demon side.

"I thought you didn't want me to come back!" the half-demon Inuyasha yelled over his shoulder. It was bad lunch that Shippou had picked up on his scent and had told the others. Now he had to deal with them and a pissed Kagome when he saw her.

He stopped in the clearing for the Bone Eater's Well to see his demon dropping a large, yellow bag pack on the grass. Sango and the others stopped behind him to watch as he reached into the well and pulled out Kagome. He placed her on the grass and Inuyasha felt his heart stop. Did she always look this amazing?

She wasn't wearing her weird clothes. Instead, she was wearing what looked like a silk, red kimono. She smiled at the demon and he held her close. She looked at the others and smiled again.

"Hi, guys," she said happily.

"Kagome! You look pretty!" Shippou said and hopped into her awaiting arms.

"Aw, thank you Shippou," she said and hugged him.

"Where'd you get the new clothes?" he asked her.

Inuyasha noticed to glint in her eyes and the way she looked at his demon before she said, "It was a gift." the half-demon clenched his fists in a jealous rage.

The human Inuyasha was having a hard time keeping his tongue from lolling out of his mouth. Kikyou wore a kimono all the time, but she didn't wear one the way Kagome did. It seemed as though it were made for her, hugging her perfectly in all the right areas. She reminded him of a present. A prefect present that he could spend hours opening.

The full-demon smirked to himself. Because of the human's excitement and the hanyou's jealousy, he was enjoying showing of his mate. He had a wonderful time creating happy memories with her. And now was the time to rub those memories in his doppelgangers' faces…
