Chapter 10: Two Days
A/N: Lack of updates...bummer. But I was busy and I thoroughly apologize. And I'm back! So we can commence a new chapter. Thanks for all the love by the way. You guys are truly rad. Here we go. I hope you enjoy! xoxox
Two days.
Her head hurt.
Her wrists were red.
Her eyes felt dry.
Her tongue was like sandpaper even though she'd been given water.
She needed Diggle.
Thea.
Roy.
Oliver.
Oliver.
He had asked her, that night before they opened the club, where she'd rather stay while they did recon on Luca Carmello. He was waiting for her to say the lair, obviously the safest place for her to be, but she had decided on the office and was able to convince him that it was just recon.
"It'll be a quiet night. Well as quiet a night as it can be. I promise I'll be fine. A movie, that super comfy couch you never use up there, and some snacks? It'll be great."
Oliver had looked uncertain but she knew he wouldn't argue. She had made a valid point after all. But now, as she struggled against the restraints keeping her tied to a metal chair, she knew her point had been valid but stupid. She should have seen this coming somehow. She let the bodyguards outside the office's door and the fact that it was just recon fool her into believing everything was going to be fine. Nothing was fine. She had been kidnapped and was being held somewhere dark, dank, and smelly with no way of contacting Oliver.
Two days.

Her eyes felt dry.
Her tongue was like sandpaper even though she had been given water.
And now someone had come through the door, his hands stuffed into the pockets of some very expensive looking jeans.
"Hello Felicity. Miss me?"
She frowned.
"Miss you? Someone's delusional. Besides the obvious, I know nothing about you. Can't miss someone you don't know Luca Carmello."
He smiled, the gesture slightly creepy as he pulled up the sleeve of his dress shirt.
"Oh. You know me. You know me quite well in fact."
Her eyes traveled down to his exposed arm, the spot just above his wrist, and sucked in a breath. She moved to meet his eyes, her own open wide.
"No. No that's...that's impossible."
A/N: Short? I know. Cliffhanger? Yuuuup. This chapter was supposed to be very different but I was at the gym and this came to me. Chapter eleven brings Oliver's wrath and the chapters after that bring some intense surprises and revelations. So stay tuned. xoxox
