I was staring at the ceiling of my room while I laid down on my bed. This Friday I was going to tell the boy that I liked, that we could give it a try.
Was it the best idea? I don't know.
Did I care? Not a bit.
Was I okay with the answer? My heart told me so, so I guess that yes.
I was getting sleepy thinking about what could happen, that I finally gave in and fell asleep.
Thursday was a normal day, I went to school, avoided Nick obviously trying not to be to obvious… I came home and spoke with Danny about my problem and solution, and she sounded pretty fine with it.
Friday finally came, I woke up late, cause there was no school that day and I didn't have to do anything at all. I went to the kitchen finding my breakfast already served, and Dom reading the news.
"Morning." I said as I grabbed some toast.
"Morning Lexi." Dom said. "Are you excited? Your father is coming tomorrow."
"I know." I said taking a seat. "I have a party tonight. Danny is taking me. What time is my father coming tomorrow?"
"I think he'll be here just in time for the barbecue."
"The Trump thingy?" I asked.
"Yes." Dom answered. "Do you need anyone to come over for getting ready for the party?"
"No Dom." I said walking to the hallway. "I'll be in my room if Danny comes." I added and left.
I was planning on doing nothing at all until it was time to get ready for the party. I opened my laptop and logged in to twitter and saw that I had a DM. I clicked on it.

Hey Lex! are you still coming tonight?
LexiLift:
Hey Kendall! Yes I am.
HeffronDrive:
Do I pick you at 8? :)
LexiLift:
Umm… Idk, I think I'm going with Danny :/
I'll let you know.
HeffronDrive:
Don't worry :) See you later today.
LexiLift:
Sure. I hope it is a good party.
HeffronDrive:
Sure it will be ;) Trust me.
LexiLift:
I'll trust you ;)
And like that my conversation with Kendall was over. What was this kid planning? I have no idea.
"I don't like him." Danny said, scaring me.
"When did you enter?" I asked closing my laptop.
"When you had the idiot smile plastered on your face." Danny said. "Do you know what you are going to wear?"
"No… I was hoping you could help me."
"Of course!" Danny exclaimed. "I bought you a dress!"
"You what?!" I asked rushing over to her.
"I bought you a beautiful blue dress that you should wear tonight." Danny said as she revealed the most beautiful short blue dress ever.
"I LOOVE IT DANNY!" I said hugging the dress.
"Let's get ready then!" Danny said.
*Kendall's P.O.V.*
So Lexi was going to come to the party with Danny, that was even better news, because now I could prepare everything even better and with more time. Today I was going to tell Lexi that I liked her more than a friend. I was going to claim my love for her. I was practicing the song I was going to sing to her, when Logan appeared at my room.
"Your mother told me you were here." Logan said sitting on my bed.
"Everything ready?" I asked Logan.
"Everything." Logan replied. "But I came here, to help you with your cloth choice."
"Really Logan?" I asked setting my guitar down.
"Really Kendall." Logan stated. "James told me to come."
"Fine." I replied. "Let's do this."
Logan and I started searching for the cloth I would use for the party tonight, I really need to impress Lexi if I want her to be mine. It would be so much easier if I knew who her favourite from the band is, I really hope it's me.
Half an hour later, Logan and I had decided in a plaid shirt and some dark jeans with my usual vans.
"I think we should get going." Logan said.
"Noted." I replied grabbing my guitar and walking behind him.
