Sorrow

"So this is what it's like?" Break turned to Oscar.

"Yeah…" Oscar looked down. "At least you made it out. I'm still stuck back there." Sharon was crying. Break hear it but couldn't do anything about it, after all he was the cause.

Yes, they were burying Break, after all that had happened, he merely couldn't hold on anymore, but at least he died in the arms of the ones he loved the most. He looked as tears streamed down her face, then at Reim who was trying to comfort her as best he could. It didn't help that he was hurting a lot too.

"At least you look peaceful." Oscar said looking down at Break's body. Break looked at it to…just remembering about everything he had been through. The time travel, the chains and all the friends he made. His spirit made it down toward the ground.

Break walked around looking at everyone who was in sorrow: Oz, Gil, Alice, Sheryl, Reim, and Sharon. How he wishes he could do something to make her stop crying. He never did know how to handle crying children. He looked around and started to conjure up something.

"Please don't cry Lady Sharon." Reim was holding her. "Break is alright." Sharon said nothing. Then all of the sudden the flowers in the bushes and trees started to bloom. Sharon looked up as the petals fell onto Break's body. It was beautiful. She looked up at the tree.

"You're right," Sharon wiped away her tears. "Break is okay." She untied the ribbon from her hair and threw it in the hole with him. "So you always have a part of me with you." Reim then threw in one of his earrings to join. Together they walked away as dirt was thrown over him.

"Are you going to go with them?" Oscar asked.

"No." Break watched them leave. "I always look over Sharon and Reim and though it may be a while, we will be together once again. But for now I have a little piece of them to stay connected." He smiled to himself as he left. Little did he know Sharon and Reim were smiling with him.

I know it's been a while but I was all of the sudden inspired. Okay, I re-read the chapter when he dies and needed to get the feels out. IT WAS SO SAD! He was my absolute favorite character. Why god are you so unfair, stop killing all the good characters!
