Notes:

One of the most famous heroes of Greek mythology worldwide. As the king of the island of Ithaca he was summoned to participate in the Trojan war during ten years, followed by a ten-year-long return trip to his home. Despite not possessing divide blood nor having the strength of other heroes like Herakles or Achilles, he is by far one of the most cunning Heroic Spirit there is. Although he is most famous for his voyage back home as recounted in the Odyssey epic, his feats are also many during the Illiad and even before the beginning of the Trojan war. The most remembered of those is the invention of the Trojan Horse, which allowed the Greeks to win after ten long years of conflict.

Unsurprisingly, when summoned as a Servant he cannot be considered anything lower than top tier. Although he doesn't shine for his sheer destructive power, he reles only he has more unexpected tools to his arsenal than most Heroic Spirits. Even if his cunning remains his main weapon, one would unfortunate to remember he was one of the main fighters on the Greek side of the Trojan war. As such, even if his Master doesn't have much magical energy to give him, he is capable of fending off most opponents. On the other hand, witthout a good supply in prana he is unable to bring out his full potential.

As for his personality, it is notable more sullen than when he was alive. Despite his world reknown smarts and the many achievements under his belt, he ultimately doesn't like taking risks without knowing the odds. He can get along with most Masters, from humble bumbling teenagers to arrogant magi. He does not have many qualms and will obey even dishonoring orders as long as he find them useful. However, this attitude should not be mistaken for submission. Double-crossing his own Master is not out of question if it the occasion is presented. That being said, as long as his Master is a decent person, he doesn't staying by there side even when things go downhill.

Orator (A):

The skillfullness of a great dialectician and manipulator. At this rank, words becomes a form of mental attack that prevents the target from ignoring Archer's words and affects their reasoning as to think "if he says it, then it must be true". This skill will only be efficient if teh target hears Archer's words though, and a strong Mental Resistance can block the attack.

Discerning Eyes of Wisdom (A):

A high capacity of observation gained from a lifetime of experience, as well as the ability to keep one's calm no matter the circumstances. Archer is capable of guessing someone's personality and abilities with a single look, to the point he could be called an excellent judge of character. Moreover, makes the possibility of one losing their cool in battle close to 0%, and as long as a 1% chance of winning exist, a comeback is possible.

Mana Burst (Wind) (A):

Makes it possible to let prana flow into Archer's body and arrows in the form of a strong wind. Letting Mana Burst dwell in his body allows Archer to move at high speed, and arrows strengthened that way get a Rank-Up of two ranks. In practice, arrows endowed with Archer's wind become akin to destructive tornadoes created by a rageful god.

A powerful arrow meant to pierce rather than using destructive power to kill. It has the power to change its course eleven times in order to slay twelve enemies. It is unrelated to Failnaught or any other weapon capable of reach without fail; although changing its course is convenient, it isn't this Noble Phantasm's main purpose.
