"T-T-Turb-bo..."
I could do nothing but hang limply and glitch as Turbo grabbed me up in his giant hands. I stare wide eyed at the many rows of teeth hidden within his mouth.
"T-Turbo, d-d-o-o-o-on't!"
Glitch. Gli-Glitch.
I scream at the top of my lungs as my inner coding is suddenly ripped apart and spread out. Everything goes dark as pixels sputter off my body. It's like my glitch just glitched.
I feel myself hit the ground, barely registering the rough candy race track. Every sound is muffled, even the taste of my own blood was dulled. The screams were dying down slowly as the glitches became worse, growing stronger with each new round.
Voices everywhere... Touching me... I guess it wouldn't hurt... To have a little nap.
With pure luck and amazing timing, Calhon makes it to the race track fast enough to save Jay-G. Turbug releases her as Sgt. nails him right in the face with that big gun of hers!
Turbo stumbles, growling at Tammy. He surges forward, wings out as he makes a swipe at her.
Glitch.
Error 005.

Turbug roars and charges at Sgt. Calhoun. His wings beat hard and fast behind him, kicking up a cloud of candy dust. Calhoun raises her gun and lines up the shot.

Turbug barely manages to dodge it. The shot heavily grazes the side of his body, singeing his left wing. He crashes to the ground in a flurry of broken code and red pixels.

Turbug slowly rises, his eyes flickering between his bug state and his normal self. He groans, the fiery pain of Calhoun's gun finally sinking in.

He flutters his wing(s?) helplessly, looking around. He realized where he was, and just how bad this was for him. His head hurt, of all things. He stood on wobbly legs, his view met with the barrel of Calhoun's gun.

"Tammy, wait!"
Calhoun glanced back, eyes narrowed.
"We can't stoop down to his level! Besides, this is Vanny's game. Let her choose how to deal with him."
The doughnut-cops arrive at the scene, looking to Vanellope for orders. Calhoun grimaces as she keeps a close eye on Turbo.
"If you move even one antennae, I will end you." She threatens.

Vanellope waved a few of her fellow subjects over. "Gloyd, Jubileena! Give me a hand!" She stood by Jay-G. "Help me get her in my kart."
The two reluctantly nodded, coming to the aid of the unconscious, glitching girl who had technically ruined the race. The 3 of them half-carry, half-drag her to Vanny's kart, dropping her in carefully.
The two doughnut cops take Turbug down candy-tranquilizers. Ralph comes to collect the giant bug, Calhoun hovering over it suspiciously. She really didn't approve of all this. She wondered what Vanellope was thinking.

Jay-G's P.O.V
The constant ping of an 8-bit beep drags me out of dreamland. I groan as the dull ache sets into my body, leaving me to stare at the pink ceiling above me.
After a few minutes, I slowly sit up and look around the candy decorated room. Someone put me in a nice, soft bed(it was a lot better than my previous one). I had what seemed like wires connected to my wrist, chest and head that ran to a box that seemed to spurt out pixels every now and then.
Good news: I'm pretty sure I'm not dead.
I kick off the blankets, letting them fall to a messy pile on the floor. I'd fix it later. For now, I need to figure out what happened when I passed out. I reach for a set of wires connected to me, taking a deep breath to prepare myself.
I wrap my hand around it, but hesitate. I mean, they probably hooked me up to this loud... Annoying thing for a reason. I sigh and release the wires. Instead, I pick up the surprisingly light box and carry it with me.
I leave the room and walk down the vast hallways. The beeping from the box echoed off the walls. I tuck it under one arm and walk faster.
Worst case scenario was that Turbo was dead. The alternate was that they captured him, but it was pretty unlikely that they didn't. I mean, this guy is a psycho. And a bug.
I shake my head and go into a side corridor. It was dimly lit by arrows on the floor pointing forward. I thought it was pretty weird for them to be here, especially since this seems like a one way hallway.
I approach what seems like a dead end, but it slides open quickly and lets me pass. I find myself in the front throne room, even more confused than I was before.
Luckily, Ralph and Felix were in the front throne room, just as surprised to see me.
"Hey g-g-gu-u-uys!" I wave.
"Jay! Oh dear, you really shouldn't be up and moving around right now." Felix said, taking my hand and beginning to guide me back to 'my' room.
"What, why not? I feel perfectly fine." I protest.
"Just because you feel fine doesn't mean you are fine. You need lots of rest and food that isn't candy,"
"Aw Felix, just let the girl move around. A little exercise never hurt anyone." Ralph said, trying to calm the handy man.
"Yeah, what Ralph said." I nod. "And can I take these wires off or...?"
"No, no, you need those." Felix wags his finger.
"Why?"
"Because you a had a code attack and we're not sure what caused it. Until then, you need bed rest so you don't accidentally trigger it again!" He explains. "That box holds various coding information inside it to help heal your own."
I sigh and think to myself that my code can't be healed. I sit down in the middle of the floor and lean on my code box.
"A code attack? M-m-m-m-a-an, my insides must be really messed up." I mutter. "So, uh... What'd you guys do with T-T-Turbo?"
"We locked him up. Why?" Ralph narrowed his eyes.
"Just wondering..." I gaze off past him.
Well... At least he's alive.
