Butler was greeted with a very, very unexpected sight. He should have knocked. He should have knocked. He should have...

"What is it?" asked Artemis, ignoring the embarrassment he felt. Holly climbed out of the chair, not hiding her emotions as well as he did. She decided on leaving at once.

The bodyguard watched her leave, raising a questioning eyebrow. Artemis massaged his temples.

"What is it?" he repeated, standing up himself, brushing imaginary dust off the front of his suit.

"Foaly called," replied Butler, trying not to think about what he'd seen earlier. "He told you not to allow your past self see anything on your computer. Or the twins."

"I understand. I presume he and the other Holly are still in the guest room?"

"I haven't checked, Artemis."

Artemis frowned. "Then do so at once."

"Bad idea," warned Holly, catching his sleeve. "You don't know what you'll see out there."

"It's only the Manor," argued Artemis. "The worst has already happened, and that it seeing our future selves."

"What if you bump into your father or something?"

"I doubt he is even at home." Artemis opened the door and stepped into the hallway. Holly grumpily followed. Except for newly painted walls and three new chandeliers, it hadn't changed a bit.

Of course, Artemis being Artemis, wanted to look at his study before anything else. And now they found themselves outside his future self's study, watching through a half-open door. Holly felt bad about it, but seeing as the human would simply not give up, she stood beside him.

Both their elder counterparts were inside. The words were incorrigible, but it looked like some sort of argument.

Holly turned to leave, but her attention was drawn back to the scene when Artemis suddenly gasped.

Her future self had climbed onto his lap. And brought their faces closer.

Their lips touched.

Holly was shocked. This was not happening. Impossible.

They deepened the kiss.

She suddenly felt a feeling of foreboding take over her. This was her future. Her future with Artemis, of all people.

Artemis, the one from her time, gripped her hand tightly. He was obviously thinking the same.

"Butler!" he shouted, before pulling her into another room after him and shutting the door behind them. She barely had time to breathe when he immediately followed with, "Butler is here."

"What..."began Holly. He cut her off, clamping a hand over her mouth.

"They shouldn't see us here," he explained hurriedly. "Keep quiet."

Of course, they could clearly hear what was being said in the other room. Artemis wasn't supposed to look at his future self's computer. Or see the twins.

Twins?

Holly punched him.

I told you so.

Author's note: I will probably go and update another fic right now. If I have the time.

So, how did you like it? They saw their future selves. MWAHAHAAAHAA!

Thanks for reading and please review! C'mon, I want one from all of you. 'Cause then, I get 51 comments. And if I don't get at least 45, there will not be an update for minimum two weeks.
