Author: Hello! Sorry for the slow update. I've been busy these past weeks and had not enough time to write my stories. I'll be honest with you all, I have been reading/watching Shingeki no Kyoujin (Attack On Titan). It's an awesome anime. I recommend you. However, I have not reached that far and my cousin just spoiled some little detail about Levi's past and such. Of course, I got mad about it. Who would want to be spoiled?! I mean come on man! Uh... Anyways. Back to the story!

Chapter 10: Discovered.

Naruto stared at the older Uchiha then at Sasuki who bowed respectfully at him. He was finding this atmosphere very suffosticating and he doesn't know if he should leave or help Sasuki in this. 'What should I do?'
"Sasuki, my beloved son. You do notice that any excuse you have for not calling me every week, disappoints me greatly. However, Itachi had convinced me that you won't do it again but I'm afraid I want some proof on it first. Care to join us?"
"Whatever your wish is, I should grant that wish." Sasuki said. The older Uchiha smiled, satisfied at his son's willingness.
"Then, let's proceed." said the older Uchiha.
"Erm, father.." Sasuki hesitated.
"Dad" the older Uchiha corrected.
"Erm... Dad... Should I bring Sasuke along?" Sasuki suggested, his gaze to the floor, feeling his father's intense gaze on him.
"No, he is not needed." Such venom laced around those words.
Sasuki sighed and was about to walk after his father and older brother until he noticed Naruto there, hesitating. Sasuki walked over to him and waved his hand in front of him.
"Naruto-kun?" Sasuki called, startling Naruto out of thoughts.
"H-Huh?"
"You should go back to your brother." Sasuki suggested.
"E-Eh? But what about you?" Naruto questioned.
"I'll be... with father and nii-san." Sasuki replied, sounding a bit anxious.
"Then about Sasuke?"
"What about him?"
"Aren't you going to bring him along?"
"Naruto-kun," Sasuki paused. "Father, does not like the both of us, together around him."
"Eh?" Naruto questioned, completely confused.
"If we ever happen to be together around father, he'll throw a fit."
"But why?!"
"Naruto-kun, it's no business of yours." Sasuki stated firmly.
"It is-" Naruto started.
"Who's that, Sasuki?" Fugaku questioned.
"He's my personal assistant. He was-" Sasuki started to explain.
"Sir, could I take your son for a moment? We have to discuss some matters and it can't wait." Naruto interrupted, gulping his worries while trying to hold his ground under Fugaku's gaze.
"Are you busy, Sasuki?" Fugaku asked.
"Yes, I'm quite busy." Sasuki replied, had to save Naruto from being crushed.
"Very well, we'll meet a bit later." Fugaku nodded and proceeded to walk away with Itachi. Sasuki sighed and looked at Naruto.
"You should of had went back."
"You should of had refused!" Naruto argued.
"Well, thank you." Sasuki said, Naruto stared at him with a brow raised. "I had a feeling my father would want me to meet girls of my age.."
"Why?"
"Well, he wants what's best for me and he wants me to marry a woman."
"I guess you don't want to?"
"Yes, I wanted to refuse but... he's the only family I have... my only parent." Sasuki sighed, leaning on the balcony of the cruise. "I just want to make him understand that I'm not what he wants me to be..."
"Wait... your only parent?" Naruto questioned.
"Yes... Mother has fallen ill and there was no cure for her sickness.. My father was upset about the news and he blamed it on my brother, Sasuke, of her illness. Although I stood up for him, our father separated us. He left me to take care of mother while he sent Sasuke away... I had to bear my feelings inside a box... I couldn't stop crying for my mother's fading light... and the loss of not having Sasuke there to support me.." Sasuki explained, staring at the setting sun.
"That's just... cruel.." Naruto mumbled. "I wish I had the chance to be with my parents at least..." Sasuki turned his head to look at Naruto who stared at the ocean waves rolling by. "But I have my brother with me. That's enough to make me feel proud of myself." Naruto chuckled and turned to grin at Sasuki who stared in admiration before smiling.
"Yes, that's true."
"Be glad you have Sasuke by you now, that should be enough to make you feel wanted." Naruto beamed. Sasuki smiled even more and nodded.
"Thank you, Naruto-kun."
"Cut the thanks! It's getting old fashion" Naruto laughed, so did Sasuki.
"You know, Naruto-kun, this made me think of a song I'd like to sing." Sasuki pondered.
"Huh? But where would you sing it if there's a ball going on?" Naruto questioned.
"I know a special passage way when I sense one." Sasuki smirked. "You see that door over there, behind the orchestra?"
Sasuki pointed to a door, behind the orchestra band, which few men and younger women were heading to.
"Yeah, what of it?" Naruto asked.
"Since the wealthy have the ballroom, the common have the party style." Sasuki grinned. Naruto gasped in realization and stared at the mentioned door.
"But how are we going to go all the way over there when the waltz has started?" Naruto questioned. Indeed, did the waltz had started and the dance floor was full of wealthy people dancing a slow waltz.
"Well, we could just dance our way to there." Sasuki suggested, Naruto gaped at him in disbelief.
"You-You're kidding right?" Naruto sweat-dropped.
"Unless you have a better way to make us not look rude in public" Sasuki pointed out.
"Which I don't..." Naruto grumbled out. Sasuki did have a point but he was uncertain about the idea dancing with another male.
"We just have to pick up a lovely lady to dance, in your case." Sasuki suggested. Naruto made a face of that idea.
"N-No thanks... they'll either refuse or don't want to stop dancing..." Naruto grimaced.
"Well, that could happen, not to offend, Naruto-kun" Sasuki said quickly.
"Is it just me or you're acting mature now?" Naruto pointed out.
"Just you." Sasuki smiled.
"Thought so..." Naruto nodded. 'What Sasuki said is true... there should be no problem dancing with him..' Naruto thought. "Do we have to?"
"Have to what?"
"Dance?"
"I'd say. But we could just go to the food table and pretend we're talking there while making our way to the door" Sasuki suggested. Naruto looked back in the ballroom and made a face when said table was far away from the door.
"It's too far..." Naruto whined.
"It won't do us bad with a little walk" Sasuki smiled.
"Fuck that... let's dance.." Naruto grumbled, taking a hold of Sasuki's wrist and dragged him to the dance floor. Sasuki blinked and glanced at Naruto who was lost at what to do next, well, considering they were like in the middle of the dancing couples.
"Do you even know how to dance, Naruto-kun?" Sasuki questioned. At this, Naruto, helplessly, shook his head. Sasuki smiled in understanding and nudged Naruto to the siding. "Don't overwork yourself, Naruto-kun. Let's just walk around then."
"But wouldn-" Naruto started.
"Well, we can't really help it. Plus, my father would be around so let's go" Sasuki said and lead Naruto to the door. Naruto nodded and followed behind, keeping an eye for Fugaku. They didn't take long till they were right in front of the door, did they rushed inside and the door closed behind them.
"Geh!" Naruto squeaked and clung onto Sasuki's arm.
"Naruto-kun, the door should not be of any threat." Sasuki assured.
"Easier say than actually comforting me..." Naruto mumbled and let go of his arm. They could hear loud beats of music coming from ahead of them, even squeals and shouts of people. They passed the corridor, till they found themselves a rave party. Light of different colors, danced off the walls and people who were moving with the music. Naruto looked in amazement while following Sasuki much further.
"This place..."
"Cool neh?" Sasuki grinned.
"Hell yeah!" Naruto laughed. It was then that a pair of arms draped themselves over Naruto, did he jump at the contact.
"Geh!"
"Hey, Naruto!"
"W-What? Kiba?!" Naruto gaped while Kiba grinned.
"The one and only, dude" Kiba laughed.
"It's been long!" Naruto laughed. Sasuki smiled from behind and left Naruto be. Sasuki walked toward the stage until he felt a pair of hands cover his eyes, did he smirked in acknowledgement.
"Sasuke, you knew."
"Of course, I couldn't stand how that dobe has spent hours with you alone.." Sasuke whispered, uncovering his brother's eyes, placing his hands around his brother.
"Cut it, cut it" Sasuki grinned, Sasuke did not took that lightly. "I have a song in mind... it's a song I've always wanted to sing but..."
"Come with me.." Sasuke smirked, dragging a surprised Sasuki at the back stage.
Meanwhile, Naruto has found Kiba, Shikamaru, Shino and Sai at the mini bar, chatting about good times. Kyuubi happened to be in the party but was busy talking to someone until all of the sudden, the music was lowered, making the crowd groan and complain at the stage master.
"Sorry about that." the stage master said. "But we'll be having someone singing for us tonight."
Kyuubi turned to look, so did Naruto and his gang.
Meanwhile with the twin Uchiha brothers, Sasuki was gaping at his brother who smirked at him as he handed an electro rave guitar to him. "Sasuke... You can't be serious..."
"But I am." Sasuke huffed, having already spoken to the band to play with them. Sasuki looked down at the glowing rave-blue guitar, testing out the chords and power chords. He didn't have a problem with being on stage nor singing. What set him off the nerve was that he feared he will be carried away throughout the performance. This is actually his first time and he was a bit nervous of his weakness.
"Sasuke..." Sasuki called out to his brother. Said brother, turned to look at his twin, a brow raised in question. "I'll get carried away..."
Sasuke sighed. He knew Sasuki's weakness very well. Whenever Sasuki is close to any instrument, he'll start playing a slow and sad song, then he snaps and goes hardcore. There was nothing wrong with that. The only problem that bothers his brother was the fact that everyone will notice his shift to different instruments under a blink of an eye. Sasuki once told him that it would seem abnormal to people but Sasuke reassured him that even a heavy metal band could go wild and hardcore. Even they're pierced from every part of their bodies and still, everyone thought it was epic!
"You'll do fine." Sasuke reassured. "Just express your bottled-up feelings into the so-"
"-too much will result of me being a total maniac around the whole stage" Sasuki stated with a sarcastic tone. Sasuke shook his head. Sasuki's weakness has an advantage. He could play multiple instruments without having to learn the basic notes or chords. Even Sasuki could change his tone of voice while he sings or even multi-task!
"Besides, I'll be up there too." Sasuke grumbled. He wasn't much of a fan in music like Sasuki but he couldn't resist being with his brother while actually joining him to do the craziest 'bullshit' their father had once declared that category as.
"You'll pay for this..." Sasuki smiled at his brother before going out onto the stage, Sasuke following suit. Sasuke was fine with Sasuki's threat. Sasuki could pack a hard punch so he didn't have any worries about injuring his own brother. If their father happen to see them spar, they both will bet that their father will definitely choose Sasuki since said twin could actually fight like Jackie Chan.
"Thank you all for letting us sing to you. This song that I would gladly present was sung by John Rzeznik. The song is called I'm Still Here." Sasuki took a breath in and started to strum his guitar along with Sasuke.
*Instrumental beginning*

"Whoa..." Kiba exclaimed, amazed.
"Who is that?" Sai questioned. Naruto stared at both the Uchiha twins, jaw-dropped. 'So that's what he meant about having a song in his mind he wanted to sing...' Naruto thought. And before he could ponder more further on his thoughts, he heard his friends' questions about the Uchiha twins and was about to explain if it weren't for his brother, Kyuubi, who happened to be nearby somewhere from behind the gang, spoke up.
"They're the Uchiha twins." Kyuubi said. Both Shikamaru and Sai gave him a raised evebrows in question while Shino nodded in a silent acknowledgement.
"Uchiha you say?" Sai questioned. Kyuubi raised an brow in question to Sai's weariness. "I think I heard of them before..."
"Uchiha?" Shikamaru repeated with a lazy tone. "Aren't they an noble family?"
"Noble?" Sai questioned again. "Wait..."
"Yes, they are wealthy." Kyuubi nodded. Naruto stared at Shikamaru in a suspicious manner. Having sense both the Uzumaki's gazes upon him, Shikamaru sighed.
"I've heard of them. It is to believe that they hold very powerful clan, more powerful than any clan. However, there was a rumor that there was a accident, which resulted the death of Mikoto Uchiha." Shikamaru explained. Naruto's eyes widen at this.
"Uchiha Mikoto?!" Naruto exclaimed. Now it was Shikamaru's turn to give Naruto a suspicious gaze of his own.
"Yeah..." Shikamaru paused. "What, do you know something?"
"B-But... he told me his mother was killed because of a illness..." Naruto mumbled. Kyuubi's eyes widen while Shikamaru leaned his head to hear Naruto's mumbled words.
"Who told you?" Sai questioned.
"Sasuki-" Narutro started.
"One of them?" Shikamaru questioned, pointing toward the Uchiha twins, just in time to see one of them shift from the electro guitar to a twin electro guitar in a blink of eye. Both Shikamaru and Sai gaped at the sight while Kyuubi stared at Naruto in disbelief.
"What are you talking about..." Kyuubi questioned.
"The moment I chased after him to ask for forgivenes and don't laugh!" Naruto exclaimed lowly.
"I'm not even-" Kyuubi started.
"And he happen to tell me about something of singing until his father happen to interrupt" Naruto paced. Kyuubi blinked. Sasuki's father? Here?
"Wait... his father?"
"Yeah... along with his older brother, Ita-something.." Naruto paused. "He seemed to praise Sasuki more than Sasuke and I will admit that I was gonna die right there and then when I decided to interrupt- don't laugh though!"
"Baka, I'm no-" Kyuubi started but was cut off again by his brother.
"And he started to explain the relationship between his father and Sasuke... after that he told me about his mother being killed by an illness and I found it confusing that Shikamaru said that there was a rumor about it being a accident when it's Sasuki who told me about his mother!" Naruto flailed his arms, frustrated.
"But it's just a rumor, Naruto" Kyuubi argued. Shikamaru turned his attention back to the Uzumakis.
"Yeah... it's just a rumor." Shikamaru nodded. "They don't seem the type of lying about that."
"Sasuke would had" Naruto sighed.
"But Sasuki wouldn't" Kyuubi said.
"I don't know who is lying!" Naruto growled.
"Sasuke-kun hasn't even said a thing" Kyuubi pointed out.
"But he seems so!" Naruto argued.
"You think that because you haven't gotten along with him yet." Kyuubi said, his eyes firm. Naruto sighed.
"Like hell."
"Look, you wouldn't be this annoying if you had asked him yourself." Kyuubi suggested.
"Or even sense honesty in the twins' reply" Shikamaru added. Sai was busy watching the twins play different songs with a band none of theirs, playing with them to add beat to their singing. Rave colors twisted and danced on dancing bodies as the room got a lot hotter with so much moisture arousing from the dancing bodies. They hadn't notice that the Uchiha twins' older brother and their father were there, the older looking displeased while the younger looked horrified. It wasn't until Naruto spotted Itachi nearing the stage, just as the Uchiha twins finished a song called Joker by Kamui Gakupo, did his eyes widen in horror.
"Oh shit..."
"What?" Kyuubi questioned.
"Their father is here..." Naruto mumbled and he quickly disappeared into the crowd with Kyuubi calling out to him. Naruto bumped his way toward the back stage, just in time to see both Sasuke and Sasuki grinned at each other as they placed the borrowed instruments to their cases. Sasuki spotted him and gave him a warm smile.
"Naruto-kun-" Sasuki started.
"G-Guys! Your fat-" Naruto started, only to be pushed away by said older Uchiha. Fugaku. Naruto look at the twins, horrified. Sasuke growled while Sasuki's eyes widened in shock.
"Sasuki, what is the meaning of this." Fugaku sneered. His anger was not entirely directed to Sasuki, his gaze was on Sasuke instead. "I thought I made myself clear to not hang around with him."
"F-Father, I can explain-" Sasuki started only to flinch when Fugaku turned to look at his beloved son with no hatred displayed.
"He is of bad influence and I won't tolerate this." Fugaku said firmly.
"Who are you to decide what Sasuki does?!" Sasuke growled. Naruto watched on, frozen to his spot.
"You," Fugaku snapped with venom. "Don not speak to me with that tone! Is it not enough of trying to ruin the family?!"
"What are you talking about?! You're the one who is ruining everything because of your fucking arrogance!" Sasuke growled. "All it matters to you is your fucking pride! All you're doing is ruining Sasuki's life! My life! And even Nii-san's life!"
"Sasuke!" Itachi tried to make Sasuke stop before he worsen everything but the other was not backing out. Hell, it'll take exactly two days to make Sasuke stop cussing at his own father.
"No, you're the one who's ruining everything! Your mother is gone because of you! And it does not satisfy you more so you planned to ruin Sasuki's life instead?!" Fugaku yelled back, his Sharingan activated. Sasuki couldn't handle the false accusation being put upon his brother.
"He's not responsible for our mother's death! Understand that!" Sasuki growled. "Stop arguing because it won't help any shit being thrown upon on dirt!"
Fugaku stared at Sasuki, shocked. Sasuke panted, his anger still evident on his features and eyes. Itachi stared at Sasuki sadly.
Sasuki panted heavily. He lashed his anger out without warning his other side and now his head hurt like a bitch and was bleeding from his nose. Sasuke sensed Sasuki's shudders and gasped as a drip of blood was present on the floor, in front of Sasuki.
"Do not speak to me during this stage, father." Sasuke growled the warning, his Mangekyou Sharingan activated and spinning wildly. The blood didn't stop flowing from his nose and was scaring the shit out of Naruto. Before any could move, Sasuki walked past Naruto. Naruto glanced up at Sasuki's face, horrified to see the killer intent in Sasuki's eyes.
Kyuubi made it to the stage and as he was about to walk in, he almost bumped into Sasuki who bled from his nose.
"S-Sasuki-kun!" Kyuubi exclaimed. Sasuki looked at Kyuubi but his vision blurred and he found himself collapsing onto Kyuubi who caught him in his arms.
"Sasuki-kun!"
Sasuki tried to concentrate his vision on Kyuubi but he felt his eyes engulfed in darkness while feeling a pull to the depths of the darkness that soon welcomed him.
