Okay everyone, this will be a short and sweet chapter.
It was early the next morning as they lay in bed together.
"What?" asked Sam towards him as he continued to stare at her. They were both lying on their sides, facing one another.
"Nothing," murmured Jason towards her, "Can't I just admire how beautiful you look?" His blue eyes were dark with desire as he continued to stare at her.
Sam just rolled her eyes slightly at this. Ever since she had told Jason about her pregnancy, he had become a lot more open with his emotions and such. It surprised her with how he was acting.
However, she loved it all the same. A wide grin then appeared a second later on her face as she felt Jason's hand on her bare stomach. She then watched as his face came closer to her own. Closing her eyes, she felt his lips brush against her. The kiss was intimate and full of emotion, like their love making earlier.
It amazed Sam how their love for another had seemed to have deepened so much further then it already was in just the few short hours since telling him about the baby. It made her question why she had not told Jason in the first place. She couldn't believe she had though of not telling him until the honeymoon. Also since telling him, she was feeling much better. The nausea had seemed to go away all the sudden. She figured that apart of her sickness from the days earlier had been from nerves.
"I love you," whispered Sam in between kisses. Jason still had his hand placed on her stomach. His other was cupping the side of her face.
"I love you," replied back Jason before deepening the kiss. His tongue parted open her lips and began to explore the depth of her mouth.
Just then however, their was a knock on the adjoining door. Both pulled apart at this and looked over to the door.
"Some things never change," sighed Sam as she slowly sat up in the bed. She knew it would be her mother checking up on her. It was just passed eight in the morning, she knew it wouldn't be her sisters. They were probably still asleep at this hour. They weren't suppose to be meeting until 10:30. They were planning on visiting Hollywood Studios.
Whoever was at the door, knocked loudly again.
"Answer it," whispered Jason towards her. Whoever it was clearly wasn't going to go away easily.
Reaching for the bathrobe lying on the edge of the bed, Sam threw it around her nakedness before heading towards the door.
She opened the door slowly to see her mother staring back at her. She smiled slightly as Alexis stared back at her. "Hi, Sweetie," whispered Alexis, "I didn't wake you, did I?"
"No mom, you didn't. What's up?" asked Sam as she crossed her arms over her chest and looked up at Alexis for an answer. As much as she loved her mother, she had better things of her mind that she could be doing instead of standing here, talking to her. She much rather be continuing her cuddle time with Jason.
"Oh good," replied Alexis with a smile. She had been up for a few hours now already. She was showered and dressed for the day in a navy blue sundress. She had been waiting for a more appropriate time before knocking on her daughter's door. "I just wanted to remind you that we are meeting at 10:30 in the lobby. "
"Yes, yes I know," replied Sam. "That's it?" she asked after a moment of silence had passed. She thought there was more to her mother's interruption then just telling her what time they were meeting at.
"Oh," spoke Alexis, her cheeks flushing slightly with embarrassment. She didn't want to admit that she was checking up on Sam. After yesterday, she had promised not only herself but Sam that she wouldn't hover and be too overbearing. But she couldn't help herself. As being a mother bear, she needed to protect her young. Sam she knew wasn't so young and soon to be a mother herself. But this would be her first child. She just wanted to make sure that Sam's pregnancy went smoothly and she cared to term.
"Mom, if you wanted to know how I am feeling, you can just ask, you know," pointed out Sam.
"But you said not to hover," replied Alexis in slight confusion.
"Yes I did," spoke Sam with a laugh, "But you can still ask how I am doing, just not all the time that is." She smiled warmly at her mother at this.
"Okay, so how are you feeling? any more morning sickness?" she asked, dropping her voice so that Molly and Kristina who were still sleeping did over hear.
"No, not really," replied Sam, shaking her head. She hadn't been sick since yesterday really. "I'm feeling good."
"That's good," spoke Alexis. "Okay, well I will let you go."
"Okay," laughed Sam as she said goodbye to her mother before closing the door and heading back to bed.
I am having a little writer's block at the moment and don't know where to take this story. Please leave a review letting me know what you want to happen! Thanks for reading.
