When they had gotten to the store and were checking out the boxes of medication and painkillers, of which they spent a good ten minutes trying to read, once of the pharmacists had come out to check on them.

"I could help but notice that the two of you were spending a lot of time here. You should know that these drugs will not get you high." The Pharmacist said

"No it's not that..." Beckendorf started to say

"What my fiancée was trying to say is that, we are having trouble reading the boxes because we have dyslexia." the pharmacist looked a bit sorry "we were just looking for something because I got really sick earlier. Charlie is just worried for nothing I mean I am perfectly fine right now. Honestly it's nothing really, I probably just ate something bad that's all." Silena said

"Can I ask you some question, they might help figure what you have?" Silena nodded and the Pharmacist continued "Have you been experiencing any cramping or bleeding?" Silena shook her head yes, he went on "Have you been unusually tired recently?" once again she shook her head yes "Have there been any change in your breasts?" Beckendorf looked about three seconds from knocking him out for that type of question. Silena shook her head yes once again. The pharmacist walked down the isle a bit further and picked something up before he returned to them "From your answers that you gave me I think that you should get this. Because if I'm right it'll give you the answer that you want. If you want I can ring you up now at the counter?" Silena said yes one more time before Beckendorf could figure out what the box said.

Silena payed for the box and left without answering the look on Beckendorf's face. Once the got in the car and started driving, Beckendorf finally had enough. He pulled the car over shutting it off and turned toward Silena who was crying. He wanted to be angry with her but she just seemed so upset that he didn't know what to do to make it better.

"Sils what's in that box he handed you? Please sweet heart, Ever since he gave it to you, you have been upset please tell me what it is. Maybe I can help. Sils?" Beckendorf reached over and touched her shoulder but she just shrugged it off.

"Take me home please?"

It broke his heart that she wouldn't tell him what it was, but it hurt him even more because she was hurting. He turned the car back on, setting off for home once again. When he got there, Silena bolted upstairs and into the bathroom before he could do anything. Beckendorf slowly made his was upstairs and waited by bathroom door for her. After what seemed like an hour, he could faintly hear Silena asking for him. He opened the door to see her sitting on the ground, her head in her lap and her knees to her chest. He sat down next to her and threw his arms around her still not knowing what was really going on.

"Oh Charlie, I'm so scared. I don't know what I'm going to do." She cried out

"Sils I'm right here nothing is going to happen to you. I'm going to take of you Sils no matter what happens in life I'm always going to be here to take care of you." Beckendorf tried to reassure her

He saw her eyeing a long odd shaped piece of plastic in her hands and asked her again. "What is it Sils? What has you so upset?"

"It's a ..."
