A/N Haha, I was mean with the cliffhanger but I loved it. There was only ever going to be one outcome and well you'll have to read on to find out :)
Bellamy couldn't believe it. There were few things which could shock him, especially now but damn seeing Clarke holding a pregnancy test. That scared the utter shit out of him. It wasn't even as if she was in the med bay or that it was for a patient. It was her test. Which meant it had everything to do with him.
He couldn't help it, even with the look on her face as she had realised he was looking at her hand. Even after she called his name, he still ran. It was the only thing he knew to do when things got too much to handle. God he had wanted to run so bad in the early days on earth, especially with the whole Jaha situation. He had even made the plan to leave when Clarke asked him to go to the bunker.
That was when everything seemed to change. When he taught her to shoot there was something there between them, a spark and it had nothing to do with the jobi nuts they had eaten either, he was sure of it.
How could I have been so stupid? Bellamy thought. Out of all the girls he had slept with no one had ended up pregnant, that must have been sheer dumb luck. The one girl, the one girl he actually cared about, is the one he knocks up.
"You say that like it's a bad thing," Bellamy muttered to himself as he thought out loud.
"What's a bad thing?" a female voiced asked bringing Bellamy to a stop.
Shaking his head as if to clear his thoughts, Bellamy looked for the source of the voice and found Octavia looking at him with a worried expression. To his surprise he was already half way across the camp, having put as much distance between the med bay and himself as possible.
"Bell," O asked in a soothing voice. "Are you alright?"
"I-I," Bellamy fumbled with his words, not even sure how to explain. "Can we talk?"
If she had looked worried before, Octavia looked even more worried at those words, scared even. Nodding she agreed and Bellamy set off again across the camp until he got to his and Clarke's tent. Trying to keep up with her brother was impossible and even with her brother's weird behaviour, Octavia couldn't help but grin at the sign the boys had made when she got to the tent.
Bellamy was staring at the small mess in the tent, Clarke's clothes were scatted on their bed from where she had gotten dressed that morning. Grabbing them he dropped them on the side before stripping off his guard's jacket. Having sat down he put his head in his hands, letting out a sigh.
"Seriously, Bell, now you're scaring me," Octavia muttered as she knelt in front of her brother, prising his hands away so he would look up at her.
"Clarke," he managed to say. "She. I. Med bay."
Octavia held back a laugh, he might have sounded stupid but something was definitely wrong with her brother. "Take a deep breath and start over," she instructed calmly as she moved to get a cup off the side and filled it with water from the basin. "Here."
Bellamy took the cup with shaking hands and gulped it down as if he had been running for miles. "I-I just saw Clarke, with a pregnancy test."
Raising an eyebrow at him O just shrugged. "She works in the med bay, Bell, unless you failed to notice that. She probably has to deal with that and I mean a lot of people are having earth sex."
Bellamy almost choked on the last of the water he drank and stared at his baby sister. Even now after Indra had released her from being her second, she still dressed like a grounder. It was hard to imagine she was once the girl who chased radioactive butterflies.
Bellamy sighed ignoring the comment about earth sex. "No, I-I'm pretty sure it was hers, O. I mean Abby pretty much swooped in and took it from her." He paused but only for a moment. "She had a fucking pregnancy test in her hands, O. We only slept together like two weeks ago, she can't be pregnant already can she?"
At the mention of his and Clarke's sex life, he saw Octavia give him a look of disgust before laughing.
"Honestly how are you the older sibling, jeez," she managed to say in-between her giggles. It wasn't that the situation was funny because he really had her worried for a minute. More the fact that Bellamy was so flustered and worked up at the sight of Clarke with a pregnancy test. Octavia still wasn't sure if it had been Clarke's, she was just going off of Bellamy's words.
He couldn't help but roll his eyes at O's childish behaviour, though the sound of her laughing did make him smile, despite the situation. As she got hold of herself, he stood up and started pacing the tent.
"Um, Bell?" the younger Blake eventually said making Bellamy snap his head up from where he had been looking at the footprints he was making from where he paced. "Did you think to ask Clarke whether it was positive or not?"
She watched as his brown eyes grew wide. "Fuck," he cursed making O laugh again.
"Bellamy you complete and utter fuck wit. Did you run off before she could even explain?" Octavia had the feeling she knew the answer before her brother nodded his head. Sighing O said, "Honestly, Bellamy, you're an idiot when it comes to girls. If it is positive, do you have any idea how you've probably just made Clarke feel. You just upped and left her, scared about the situation and now you."
"Me?" he replied in a hoarse voice.
Rolling her eyes, O explained, making sure to enunciate each word. "You. Left. Her."
With his sister's words, finally searing into his brain Bellamy felt like a total idiot. "I have to see her," he stated.
Octavia cocked her head to the side, her eyes wide looking at her older brother. As he left the tent in a rush, she muttered, "No shit, Sherlock." Watching as he practically ran back across the camp and towards the ark, she couldn't help but smile slightly as she watched Bellamy having to dodge Jasper who looked like he was in one of those happy moods. Probably something to do with his and Monty's secret project they had been working on.
But not only that, there was the possibility she could have a niece or a nephew. The words auntie Octavia, played on her mind as she left the tent herself in search of Lincoln.

Clarke still couldn't believe Bellamy's reaction. Sure that wasn't the way she would have liked him to find out but still. He ran off when she needed him the most. She never thought she'd see Bellamy look so scared, and they had faced grounders together. It worried her, if this is what his is reaction now, what would it be like later on.
From where she lay in the bed her mother had assigned her for being too overworked and sick, Clarke sighed. With her one hand half over her forehead and eyes, Clarke followed the patterns of the metal lines on the ceiling.
Aside from herself the patients with the flu were both asleep and the others were being distracted by the interns. She was surprised when she heard a low cough and turned to the doorway of the med bay. Bellamy stood outside looking sheepish as he ran a hand through his brown curls.
With her mother distracted, Clarke unfolded her limbs and slipped off the bed and out the room. She laced her fingers through Bellamy's as he pulled her down the cold metal corridor until he found a door. Clarke looked at it and then back at him, Bellamy shrugged and pointed inside. Clarke let out a sigh as she entered what must have once been a storage closet, but now it was empty except for a few shelves at the very back.
The second the door shut behind them, Bellamy pulled Clarke into his arms, burying his face in her hair.
"I'm sorry," he muttered inhaling the familiar flowery scent that she always smelt of. "I didn't mean to walk off like that, it just surprised me. I promise you, I'll be there for you and o-our baby no matter what."
Clarke laughed softly into his shoulder, pulling back she said, "You're cute when you're sorry."
Bellamy looked down at her, his brows knitted together in confusion."W-what?"
"It was negative, you ass," Clarke told him, bumping her shoulder against his.
This time Bellamy laughed as a look of relief spread across his face. "You're not!" he exclaimed running a hand through his hair. "Thank god, shit sorry," he added having seen the look on Clarke's face.
Clarke just smiled at him, having felt the same the second her mother told her the test was negative. "My mom found out about us and then heard me being sick. I only took the test to pacify her, prove her wrong. I've picked up the flu from the others. Which means you shouldn't stand so close."
As if to prove a point Bellamy closed the small space between them, wrapping his arms around her back, letting his thumb skim across the small patch of skin between her top and trousers. Before letting them slid down to her ass and gently cupping it.
"You know what that means," Bellamy murmured in Clarke's ear. Tingles shot through her body as his breath was hot on the side of her face. "If I get sick we can lie in bed all day, together and there's nothing your mom can do about that," he added with a smirk.
Before Clarke could answer he had already started kissing her jawline, pressing little kissed at the corner of her mouth before placing his lips on hers. Wrapping her own arms around him, she found them sliding up under his t-shirt feeling his hard muscles tense at her finger tips.
They were all lips and hands, Clarke let out a moan, her back arching as Bellamy nicked her bottom lip and she felt him let out a low growl. Kissing Bellamy was almost like a drug, it was addictive and hard to stop. Eventually Clarke pulled back, feeling as if her heart was beating out of her chest.
"That's what started this," Clarke muttered, trying to suppress a groan as she felt Bellamy's one hand brushing over the fabric of her bra, teasing her nipple. "And it earned me a sex talk off my mom," she continued. "That's something I'd rather not have again."
Bellamy knew Clarke could feel his erection pressing against her thigh, even more so when she put a hand between them and rubbed the front of his pants. "We can't do anything more," Clarke muttered as Bellamy groaned again. "Not until I get one of the contraceptive injections again, my mom insists especially she knows about us now."
As he carried on trailing kisses along the curve of her neck, Bellamy paused. "And how long do we have to wait?"
"She want to give it to me today, so about a day for it to work. Plus I'm sick so maybe two," Clarke replied as the closet began to feel stuffy.
With that Bellamy waggled his eyebrows at her. "And how long do you think you can resist me?"
Clarke laughed. "Not long," she replied as she grabbed at the front of his shirt, her fingers bunching up the material, pulling him in for one last kiss. She counted a minute before pulling back. "We have to go."
Bellamy let out a loan groan of disapproval as Clarke opened the door. "You okay?" he asked.
"Bit too hot in there."
"That was just me," Bellamy retorted with a smirk that made Clarke go weak at the knees.
Talking between them, their fingers intertwined, Bellamy made sure Clarke got back to the med bay okay. Abby was staring at them from just inside, a clear look of disapproval on her face as she glanced at their linked hands.
"The injection's ready," Abby informed her daughter.
Clarke nodded as she entered, hopping back onto her bed and rolling up her sleeve ready. Bellamy hovered nearby much to Abby's dismay as she put on her gloves before administering the injection. Clarke winced at first but then she had to hold back a smile as Bellamy smiled at her from where he stood behind Abby.
"Done," Abby announced as she peeled off her gloves. "I'll mark it down and you need to come back, same time next month."
As Abby left them to dispose of what she used. Bellamy brushed stray strands of Clarke's blonde hair away from her face before kissing her forehead.
"Get well soon, Princess," he breathed in her ear, whether it was the close proximity of his hot breath or the fact she was sick, she didn't know but either way it sent shivers down her spine.
Feeling her eyes growing heavier as she felt the effects of the flu, Clarke settled back in the bed before drifting off to sleep.

Having falling asleep, Clarke had, had some real weird dreams. The last one had felt so real that she awoke with a jump to find someone sitting in a chair next to her bed. At first she thought it was Bellamy but she knew he wouldn't have come back as she had told him to go so he wouldn't get sick too. 'I don't take orders from you' he had muttered after Clarke had told him to leave 'on his own accord' he had told her, not because she asked. Nope, this was someone who looked ever so much like Bellamy and was probably just as stubborn.
Octavia was watching her intensely, a smile playing on her lips when she saw Clarke's eyes flutter open.
"Soooo?" Octavia questioned, her eyes growing wide as she tilted her head slightly whilst Clarke pushed herself up into a sitting position. "Am I having a niece or nephew?"
Clarke groaned before glancing around the med bay but it was pretty much the same as before she fell asleep. "Keep your voice down will you, before you start rumours."
Octavia couldn't help but laugh. "There are already enough rumours floating around about you two, don't you worry"
"He told you," was all Clarke said next having realised what O had asked. She watched as the younger girl nodded in response. Clarke felt it was obvious, they were siblings after all. "It was false, I was doing it to pacify my mother, she found out about me and Bellamy and assumed the worst because I've picked up the flu.
Clarke noted O looked a bit down hearted as she asked, "You're not?"
The blonde shook her head. "Nope, and thanks to a mass supply of the injections my mother is insisting I get every month again, there won't be a chance."
"About that," Octavia muttered, her high energy fading, along with the tone of her voice. "Could you... Do you think I can get it?" she asked quietly.
"The injection? Probably, you'll have to ask my mom. She's planning on setting up some sort of schedule now for all the girls down here," Clarke explained and then she realised why. "Shit, you were never registered were you? I mean you've always had periods right?"
Octavia nodded. "Sucks right. I mean I didn't really think about y'know the possibility of getting pregnant when me and Lincoln... got carried away before," she finished, her cheeks growing warm as she looked away from Clarke. "But now it worries me."
"She's in the office now if you want to ask her, she already gave me mine for the fear of becoming a grandmother already." Clarke shook her head in disbelief.
O laughed but Clarke knew she was nervous as she was picking at a frayed hole on her sleeve. "I'm holding you to giving me nieces or nephews one day," the brunette muttered as she stood up and headed over to the room. Clarke watched as her shoulders tensed up as she knocked on the door.
Clarke heard her O ask if she could have a word, and then her mother's voice before the door shut. God was it any wonder Octavia was worried now, Bellamy's reaction couldn't have helped. If O had saw him react to him thinking Clarke was pregnant, she was sure O was thinking her brother would flip shit if she got pregnant.
Barely five minutes later Octavia emerged looking as if a weight had been taken off her shoulders. She came over to hug Clarke who muttered about not wanting her to get sick too, but the brunette brushed it off. Almost as bad as her brother, Clarke thought.
"Get better soon, C," O called behind her as she made to leave and waved goodbye.
A/N Seriously huge thanks to all of you who read/review/follow/favourite it means a lot to me :) I don't see there being too many chapters left, five or six (maybe less) it depends. I'll probably be working on 'Strangers; a Bellarke Modern AU then. I have so many prompts that just scream Bellarke that I want to write as well, so I don't know whether to do a collection or just various one-shots.
