Here's another One-Shot! This one is just a ContestShipping version of the original story of "Beauty And The Beast", and if you've read "Beauty And The Breloom", then you know what the baseline plot is, minus the fact that this is NOT, I repeat, NOT Disney's version, and instead of Breloom… Well, just read and find out! I hope you like it! Please, enjoy, and review!

Once upon a time, in the land of Hoenn, lived the long-widowed Petalburg City Gym Leader, Norman.

A man with dark blue hair and black eyes was in the Gym's battle room and he had his Slaking battle a challenger, who had a male Meowstic. With just one Hyper Beam, Meowstic fell unconscious, losing the battle.

He was the father of two children. His son, Max, who really resembled him, minus the glasses. Max was an intelligent boy with a great love for Pokémon, and while his attitude was that of a know-it-all, he was always hoping to finally become old enough to become a trainer and someday take over as Gym Leader from his dad.

Max, as mentioned, was secretly watching the match from inside the house. He had a great admiration for his father, with good reason, and his eyes were sparkling.

"Hey, May! Dad just won another Gym battle!" Max said, as he ran out into the back garden, where his older sister was.

There was a stunningly pretty Beautifly hovering around a girl with brown hair, who was wearing a light green sundress, and wearing white wedge sandals.

She turned around, and it turned out the girl was just as beautiful as her Beautifly, with her blue eyes, as well as her silky, soft brown hair; she said, "Oh, good for father!"

Norman also had an older daughter, named May, who greatly resembled her deceased mother, Caroline, with her brown hair, and her blue eyes. She was considered the most beautiful girl in the city, but May felt that the compliment did not suit her, for she, and Norman knew, that true beauty lies within.

The doorbell rang from outside the front of the house, and then Max turned to May, and said, "I'll bet that's either another challenger, or just another one of those annoying suitors after you again…"

"Now, Max, it's impolite to call them 'annoying'… Even though you're right, they can be." May said, as she put down the Sprinklotad that she had in her hand, while Beautifly landed on her head.

"May! Max!" Norman said, as he came running out into the garden. "I have great news to share!"

"What is it, father?" May asked, as she, Max, and Beautifly then came into the house.

"I got this letter saying that we've just came into wealth! Apparently, we've inherited so much cash, that we can build a mini battlefield here for you two, and still have money to spare! Now you can practice your Contest and battling skills without having to leave the house!" Norman said.

"Dad! That's amazing!" Max said, standing up.

"Oh, father, such wonderful news!" May said, as Beautifly started flying around in happiness.

"I'll leave and go get the money from Fortree City and then come back! Since we're getting so much, I'll bring gifts back," Norman said, as he began cleaning up his main mode of transportation: a Dodrio. "Max? Like anything?"

"Oh! Professor Oak's newest Pokémon Poetry book is coming out! I really want to see it!" Max said, a sparkle in his eyes.

"And May?" Norman inquired.

"I have everything I could ever want or need, father," May said. "A berry blender for Beautifly's Pokéblock, a loving family… But… Could you find a red rose for me, please?"

"Just a rose? Are you sure you don't some new perfume or something?" Max inquired.

"The scent of the flowers is perfume enough, Max," May said. "Just a red rose… If it isn't too much trouble."

"No trouble at all," Norman said. "I almost never get to spoil my only daughter anyway!"

May smiled, with a blush, and then she giggled, while saying, "Father, good luck."

The next morning, Norman set off on Dodrio to Fortree City. On the way, he ended up taking a much longer time than he expected. However, as wind started to blow, Norman got nervous; he took some wrong turns and had to make a few turnarounds to get one track. Several hours later, the sun was about to set, but he had not made it to Fortree City.

"Dodrio, if we don't find shelter, who knows what will happen," Norman said, as he was looking around. He noticed something up ahead. "Over that way!"

Dodrio then started to head over to the mysterious objective in the distance. As soon as it made it to the clearing, Norman was floored to see that it was a large castle in the middle of nowhere. He never even heard of such a thing in the news or anything.

"What the…?!" Norman said. He looked at the clock, and then noticed it was too late at night to keep going to Fortree, so he sighed. "I guess we'll have to stay here for the night."

He then dismounted his Dodrio, and then tied him to a tree; Norman was careful to put Dodrio in a position where he could get food and water, so he used the longest leash he had, which was a few meters long. This way, Dodrio would be able to walk around, eat, and drink when needed.

Norman then cautiously entered the castle, while thinking, 'Why is there such a large castle in the middle of nowhere?'

Norman then slowly walked in the halls, which were lit with torches. Norman soon walked into a large room, and he soon saw a large banquet table with a very large spread of food. Roasted chickens, bread, and many other vegetable dishes.

"Um… Hello? Is anyone here?" Norman shouted; the last thing he wanted was to eat someone else's food and then get chewed out himself.

Norman just swallowed, and then he went to the table to eat, thinking, 'Hopefully no one will mind…'

He then ate several dishes, and he enjoyed them immensely. He knew Dodrio was probably a little lonesome, but he put him in the right place so it could eat, so Norman was not that concerned. Norman soon ate some Pecha berry pie, and then he thought about the pies that May would make whenever he had a really busy day.

However, he failed to notice that there was a shadow watching him. The face of the creature was grey with black and crimson accents. He narrowed his eyes at Norman, but ultimately, Norman did not notice.

Norman, having fallen asleep after eating, woke up, and yawned quite a bit. A few hours had gone by, and soon, he noticed a gate outside a hallway. And behind the locked gate were some red roses; he smiled, knowing that he had luck on his side. He went over to the roses, and then he said, "Perfect! May will love one of these!"

Norman then reached through the gate, and then, being careful of the thorns, plucked one of the roses. He then stood up, and said, "Perfect!"

However, he heard a roar behind him, and then Norman turned around to see a bipedal, gray-brown, fox-like Pokémon with crimson and black accents. It had a pointed snout and ears with red insides. It also had some red rimming its eyes and mouth. It had a large, red, voluminous mane with black tips, which somewhat resembled a ponytail, as a teal bangle down its length separated a mass of the mane from the lower portion. It had a black ruff on its upper body, pointed at the shoulders from which its arms extended. Its upper arms were thin, whereas its lower arms, while still slim, were bulkier. The arms had spiky extensions of fur at the elbows, and it had red claws on its hands and feet. This Pokémon's eyes were red-rimmed, but rather than blue irises like normal Zoroark, this one had green irises.

"A… A Zoroark?!" Norman shouted, before his eyes rolled in the back of his head and he fainted.

"Oops…" The Zoroark said, before rubbing the back of his head, sheepishly.

Later, Zoroark then had one of the castle Lotad wake Norman up by spraying him with water.

Norman woke up, coughing, and then when he saw the Zoroark, he started stammering; Zoroark then spoke to Norman, asking, "Feeling better?"

Norman shook his head, trying to clear his head, but Zoroark then put one of his hands to his ear and then looked at Norman, as if demanding an answer. Norman then said, "Oh, yes, I am!"

"Did you enjoy the hospitality?" Zoroark asked, trying to keep calm, albeit the look on his face said otherwise.

"Why, it was wonderful! Thank you." Norman said, trying his best not to freak out at the sight of the Pokémon.

"Then explain to me why you stole one of my precious roses!" Zoroark demanded, angrily, scaring Norman. Norman was unable to speak because of this, and Zoroark started growling a little bit.

"W-W-W-W-Well I-I-I…" Norman began, but he was really freaked out. "I didn't know those roses belonged to anyone. I kinda assumed no one lived here. Then again, if no one did, fresh food would not have been on the table."

Zoroark then just put one of his paws on his head in annoyance, and then he snarled, "There's a punishment for that sort of thing, you know!"

"Please, sir! Forgive me! I only picked that rose as a present for my daughter!" Norman shouted, in explanation.

"Daughter?! Wait… you have a daughter?" Zoroark shouted, before calming down at this information.

"Yes, sire, and a son. The rose is for my daughter, May." Norman explained.

"Well… You can go," Zoroark said, surprising Norman. "But you need to be back here within two days! OR… Send May over in your place."

"EH?! Now, please, my Lord, there has to be something else I can…" Norman began.

"Is that a 'no'?" Zoroark inquired, loudly.

Norman jumped back, and said, "I-I-I-I… It's a yes, sire…"

"That's more like it," Zoroark said, turning his back. "Remember, you have to be back here in tow days with your choice! No matter which you make, either you or May will be staying here in this castle with me… For the rest of your lives; any and all Pokémon you own are also to come. Is… that… clear?"

Norman shook his head up and down in reply, and then after being scared stiff, he left the castle immediately; frantically riding on Dodrio, he went straight back home.

As he came into the door, Max delightedly said, "Oh, Dad, you're home so soon!"

"Father!" May said, as she went to hug her dad.

Norman merely sighed sadly, and then gathered his son and daughter to the dinner table to tell them what happened.

As soon as Norman got home, he told May and Max about his encounter with the Zoroark. To say the kids were shocked at the news would have been an understatement.

Max slammed his hands on the table, and said, "You mean to tell us you have to go back and stay with a nasty Zoroark for the rest of your life?! What about the Gym?! May prefers Pokémon Contests, and I'm too young to take over as Gym Leader!"

"I know, but I can't ask May to…" Norman began, but...

"I'll go in your place, father." May said, interrupting.

"WHAT?!" Norman and Max said, upset.

"Look, I'm the one at fault for this whole mess," May said. "Father picked that rose because I wanted one! Had I not asked for one, dad wouldn't have been put in this situation."

"But May…" Max said, as he started to tear up.

"No, 'buts', Max! I'm the one who asked for the rose; I'm the one to stay with the Zoroark," May said, indignantly. "And since the Zoroark is at least benevolent enough to allow my Pokémon to come along, I'll bring Beautifly with me. She is the only one I have. It might get lonesome in there with a stranger, anyway."

May had made up her mind. Norman, with a heavy heart, then brought May back two days later, after she packed everything she could need in the castle, such as the berry blender for the Pokéblock, some of Beautifly's jelly. As Norman brought May to the castle, May quietly hugged her father from behind the Dodrio and silently cried a little bit.

After Norman and May arrived at the castle, they dismounted. Norman got on his knees on the ground, while the castle doors opened, and he said, "I'm back, as I promised, my lord! I only beg of you that you show mercy to a humble father, for this is his only daughter!"

From inside the castle, Zoroark then said, "Are you May?"

"Yes, sire, I am." May said.

"Did you come on your own free will?" Zoroark asked, from inside.

"Yes, my lord." May said, sadly.

"Then you may come in," Zoroark said, as May and Norman approached. "Alone, with your Pokémon."

May then turned to Norman, and hugged her father, and she shed a few tears of sadness, while saying, "Goodbye, father."

Norman then shed a few tears as May entered the castle, before calling back, "Goodbye, father, I'll miss you and Max, too!"

The doors then shut, as May soon came into the castle.

"I'm here, my lord," May said, as she started walking around. "But… where are you?"

"I will show myself when I'm ready," Zoroark said, from hiding. "No sooner than that."

May walked a little more in the halls, as Zoroark then said, "I'll have my servants show you to your bedroom."

"What servants? There's no one else here," May said. However, a pair of Lampent that she failed to notice on the wall then started moving, and then she turned around in surprise as they stared at her. "I stand corrected."

The Lampent then started floating in another direction, and then they turned a corner; May followed them, slowly, as she was slightly nervous about where she was going. They led her to some stairs, and then they started floating up the stairs, while May muttered, "What is this place?"

May followed the Lampent up the stairs, and they soon opened a door to her bedroom. It looked like something out of a five-star hotel, with all of the silk pillows, velvet blankets, a canopy bed, etc., and May was mesmerized, as she walked into the room. She sat on the bed, and noticed some closed flower buds. She came closer, and they opened to reveal themselves as red roses.

"I… I find it a little hard to believe that such splendid things are in the castle of… Of a Zoroark." May said, impressed.

However, May decided to play it safe. She locked the door, and then went to sleep in the canopy bed, which was something out of a princess's castle.

The next morning, there was some sort of alarm clock that had a tone that acted like a Beautifly using Silver Wind, which woke May up in an instant. She turned off the clock, only to find a bowl of berries on the dresser where the clock was. May also noticed there was a beautiful, pink dress on the bed, and she picked it up, admiring it.

May then noticed that there was a bowl of Pokéblock for Beautifly. May then let her Beautifly out of her Poké Ball, and then looking in the direction of the door, she noticed it was open. She remembered that she had locked the door to the room, so she was relieved he did not sneak in and do anything to her.

"Beautifly," May said, catching her Pokémon's attention. "Maybe we should meet this Zoroark."

Beautifly nodded in agreement. After May ate and put on the dress, she walked out of her room to explore the castle.

May and Beautifly were waking around the castle, when all of a sudden, they heard some kind of noise; they followed the music to another door in another part of the corridors of the castle. However, they noticed the door was locked. May saw that two of the Lampent had fallen asleep on the job and she saw a key ring. May picked up the keys quietly, while Beautifly merely hovered quietly.

May unlocked the door quietly, and she silently opened it as she looked in to see the Zoroark, but instead of gasping in fright, she merely looked at him while he was looking in the mirror, trying to do something that she had a hard comprehending.

"Would… Would she even fall for a Zoroark like me?" Zoroark asked a Lampent, while looking into the mirror.

The Zoroark then put on some kind of clown hat, and made some funny faces in the mirror, only for it to backfire and it made him look even scarier. May silently shuddered.

As Zoroark kept looking in the mirror, he said, "I just hope she'll be able to see inside of me…"

Zoroark then tried looking around at masks, and then putting one on, he said, "Maybe wearing a mask will help… No, that won't do me any good."

Zoroark then threw the mask away, before saying, "Can I ever have her hand?"

May, with Beautifly on her head, silently walked in while Zoroark was still looking in the mirror, trying to make himself look better so as to impress May. However, seeing May in the mirror, Zoroark turned around and snarled, causing May to jump back while Beautifly got on the defensive.

Seeing it was just May, Zoroark calmed down, and then he said, "So, I scare you, don't I?"

"Yes… Well, um, that's not what I meant, but…" May said, fumbling all over her words.

"Well, which is it?" Zoroark demanded.

May sighed and then said, "Naturally, you scared me with that snarl! What were you expecting? Even Beautifly is still a little defensive after that reaction of yours."

Beautifly nodded and then May said, "See what I mean?"

"Don't change topics," Zoroark said. "Admit it: you're scared of my monstrous looks; you're afraid of my knife-sharp claws."

Beautifly's wings lowered in fear, while May said, "I must confess; your claws are quite amazing. However, you don't act much like a beast or monster."

"And how would you know? Have you ever been around a Zoroark like me?" Zoroark asked.

"Touche," May said, with a cocked eyebrow and a smile. "You're right; Beautifly and I have never been around someone like you. Still, I don't see why we can't be friends."

Beautifly calmed down as May seemed to relax, too. Zoroark, being careful, shook hands with May, and then both of them smiled.

As the days passed by, May got to know Zoroark much better; her Beautifly was even more comfortable around him.

May looked out the window into the gardens, and saw Zoroark playing around with the smaller Pokémon, which included changing forms to entertain them, and putting on shows of sorts. Beautifly joined in and helped put on an Appeal for the smaller Pokémon, causing them to smile. May giggled, and then she put her hands on her cheeks while resting them on her elbows, she smiled, thinking, 'There's much more to Zoroark then meets the eye.'

Whenever May felt down, as did Beautifly, Zoroark would try and get his fellow Pokémon to put on comedy routines to cheer her up.

May was sitting by the window, feeling down, as did her Beautifly, and Zoroark, noticing, then motioned for some of the other Pokémon to help him out with something.

May looked over and saw Zoroark wearing a Cottonee on his head and was juggling about four Chingling, which were giggling and laughing. Zoroark was deliberately stumbling around, but when he did not notice he was about to trip, he fell on his stomach, sending the Chingling flying, and the Cottonee on his head then flipped out and ran off. May started laughing, as did Beautifly, and Zoroark, seeing May feeling better, started to laugh, too.

May also learned how much Zoroark actually cared about her, and about Beautifly.

Later, May was trying her best to feed her Beautifly, but for some reason, all of the Pokémon Food she had was gone. So, May was scrambling around to find food for Beautifly, when she found a berry tree in the gardens. May tried to reach up to pluck a berry for her Beautifly, but she was too short.

Zoroark then came behind her, and picked the berry. Zoroark then gave it to May, while saying, "I hope Beautifly enjoys it."

"Thank you!" May said, smiling, which made Zoroark feel better.

A few days later, May, Beautifly, and Zoroark were walking around in the corridors, and then Zoroark asked, "May, um… Are you bothered by my appearance?"

"Not at all," May said, with a smile. "You can't help the way you look. Why judge you based on something like that?"

"And… Are you happy here with me?" Zoroark asked.

"I certainly am!" May said. Beautifly started flying around in happiness, too. "Hahaha! See, so is Beautifly!"

"Then… Would you marry me?" Zoroark asked.

"Beg your pardon?!" May said, a little surprised.

Zoroark merely looked at May with pleading eyes, and May was very unsure of what to do. Beautifly was also a little surprised at this sudden request.

"I… I'm not sure how to answer that right now…" May said, sadly. She certainly was unsure of what to do.

Zoroark then felt downcast, and his facial expression mirrored this; he walked away, dejected, and May looked at him, sadly.

Every night he asked May to marry him, but every night, May was still uncertain of how to answer, so the question was still in the air.

Sitting with her Beautifly, May was at the fountain in the castle a few days later, and she was looking in the water, while plucking flower petals in sadness, as she was pondering what to do.

Zoroark noticed this, and he pried to May, "What's the matter, May? Have you grown sad being in here with me?"

"No, it isn't that," May said. "I've never lived in such a wonderful place, and you've been such a gentleman."

"Thanks, but you're the only true wonder to this palace," Zoroark said. May then hugged him in appreciation, and Beautifly smiled. "You're the only one who deserves that credit."

May smiled, but then she stood up, feeling a little sad. Zoroark asked, "But if you're happy here, then what's the problem?"

"Well… I really miss my family," May said. "I'm just worried about how they're doing. Dad's probably not up to his usual par in battle now that I'm gone, and Max is probably all depressed."

Hearing this, Zoroark grew sad; May turned to him, and inquired, "Couldn't I go back for a small visit? I swear I'll be back."

"You're clueless as to what you're asking." Zoroark said.

"I won't ask again!" May pleaded.

Giving in, Zoroark then pointed to the door, and said, "You'll find two chests in my storeroom. Fill them with anything you want to bring as presents for your family."

May shed tears of joy, and Beautifly landed on her head. Zoroark gave May a ring, and said, "Take this ring, too. When you fall asleep tonight, turn it twice, and then in the morning, you'll be back home."

"Oh, thank you, THANK YOU," May said, as she shed tears. "How can I ever repay you?"

"Just promise me you'll return within three weeks. Any longer… And I may not be here anymore." Zoroark said.

"You have my solemn promise, kind Zoroark!" May said, as she then hugged Zoroark before leaving the room.

May went into the storeroom, and there were two trunks, just like Zoroark said. May and Beautifly then started packing. The trunks were quite literally bottomless, so after at least ten presents each for Max and Norman, May stopped.

"I think that's enough, presents," May said. "Don't you think so, Beautifly?"

Beautifly nodded in agreement, and then later that night, when May went to bed, she turned the ring twice on her finger, as instructed, and then she went to sleep.

The next morning, May woke up, and then she felt nostalgia. As May sat up, she noticed she was not in her bedroom at the Zoroark's castle, but the bedroom at her actual house.

"Beautifly," May said, sending Beautifly out of its ball, and waking it up. "Good morning. We're home…"

May soon came in to the kitchen, only to see Max doing the dishes with a sad look on his face. It seemed to him like he was crying almost every night, as his eyes were still very red.

May assumed that Norman, as he was not in the kitchen, was in the Gym, working with his Pokémon.

"Max…" May said.

Max merely looked at May out of the corner of his eye for a second, but then, he did a double take, and he dropped the dishes in the sink. He then teared up with tears of joy, and then he ran to his sister, shouting, "MAY! YOU'VE COME BACK!"

May then hugged Max, and said, "Yes, Max, I'm home."

Max was crying tears of joy as he hugged his sister; Beautifly landed on his head in happiness, and then Max told May, "Dad… He's been off his battling game since you left. He's won a few battles, but he's lost so many left and right that he's depressed. Everyone in town was also worried about you once we told them the news. Luckily, those suitors of yours haven't been around since; they were getting annoying."

"So, where's father now?" May asked, stroking her brother's head.

"In the Gym," Max said. "He's in another Gym Battle."

As if on cue, Norman came back inside, depressed; he had won another battle, but the victory, he felt, was a very hollow one, as he did not have his daughter to share it with… However, when Norman looked up and saw May, he had to rub his eyes to make sure he was not dreaming. And he was not dreaming; May really was home.

"Dad…" May said, as she ran into her father's arms. "I'm home…"

"May! You're home!" Norman said, as he cried tears of joy and was having a hard time controlling it. "How did you…? I thought I…"

"It's okay, Dad," May said. "Don't cry."

Soon thereafter, everyone sat down at the dinner table to discuss May's "escape" from Zoroark.

"How did you get away?" May asked, eager to know.

"He actually let me leave," May explained, as she showed her family the trunk of presents she brought home. "Once you get to know Zoroark, he's a real sweetheart."

"Sweetheart?! Has that Zoroark put you in some sort of illusionary state?!" Norman asked, upset. "He threatened to confine me in his castle for life! And when I couldn't, he forced me to send you! How is that being a sweetheart?"

"I guess it's just a little too hard for me to explain," May said. "But… He's just such a nice Pokémon."

Beautifly nodded in agreement as she landed on her trainer's head.

Thanks to May's return, Norman had gone back to being his old self; he started winning battle after battle, left and right, back to back, because he was happy to have May back. Max was doing his best to study Pokémon nonstop, and was always there to watch his sister practice appeals for her Contests.

However, nearly three weeks passed in a flash. May was sitting at the dinner table, and then she told her family, "I'm sorry, but I can't stay."

"What?!" Norman asked.

"Zoroark asked me to come back within three weeks," May said. "I'm due back tomorrow."

"You can't go!" Max said. "You only got back three weeks ago, and your return has made things so much happier here."

"Max, I…" May began.

"No," Norman said. "Please… Just stay another day. I highly doubt it's going to make any difference to a Zoroark."

May then looked down, sadly, and thought, 'Should I…?'

May went to bed that night, after turning the ring twice on her finger. She was dead-set on keeping her promise. The next morning, May was back in her bed in the castle, with Beautifly still on her head.

Waking up, May was nervous that she was too late to find Zoroark.

May ran around the castle, with Beautifly flying around above. May shouted, "Zoroark! Zoroark! Where are you?!"

She heard nothing. However, one of the Lampent came at her, and then they were tugging at her dress sleeve.

"What's the matter?" May asked, frantically.

She followed Lampent, and she was soon in the gardens of the castle, looking around desperately for Zoroark.

May then heard groaning. Beautifly was flying around erratically over the rose bushes, and May knew that Zoroark was most likely there. She ran in to the area, and saw Zoroark on the ground, holding a rose, and looking like he had not eaten in a while.

"Zoroark!" May shouted, tears in her eyes, as she ran over to him, and knelt down. "I'm so happy… You're okay!"

Zoroark managed to get up, and then he looked at May while saying, "You're back…"

"Of course I am," May said. "I could never… I know better than to break a promise!"

"So, you came back to a lowly Zoroark like me…?" Zoroark said.

"Don't talk like that," May said, as Beautifly landed on Zoroark's back. "I came back… Because… I love you!"

"Do… You love me enough to marry me?" Zoroark asked, as he managed to get up.

"Yes…" May said, as she started to cry. "If… If you'll have me!"

May kissed Zoroark on the cheek, and suddenly, Zoroark was glowing white. May backed off, as Beautifly once again landed on her head. Once the light cleared, in Zoroark's place, was a boy around May's age, with green hair, and the same green eyes Zoroark had. May was looking at the boy in shock, and then the boy was looking at May in confusion. However, when he looked at himself, he smiled.

"You… Did it… I'm human again!" The boy said, as he jumped in the air and pumped a fist in delight.

May, confused, as well as mildly angry, demanded, "Who are you, and where is my Zoroark?!"

The boy then landed, before taking May by the shoulder, and he told her, "My name is Drew. Prince Drew. Some years ago, a mean sorceror cursed me, turning me into a Zoroark. The only way to lift the curse was if someone fell in love with me, without knowing about the spell, and seeing me for who I was inside. And that person was you, May."

May was a little skeptical of this; however, her Beautifly landed on Drew's head, and then it was smiling. May, knowing her Beautifly, smiled, too, as she soon recognized the green eyes her Zoroark had.

"You… Still love me, right?" Drew asked, blushing a little bit.

May merely leaped on to Drew with a kiss, and then she hugged him, saying, "Yes!"

The next day, May and Drew were holding hands, with May wearing an emerald ring on her left hand, and they were at the castle, in each other's arms.

Norman and Max were at the wedding, and they were clapping their hands, delighted at May's fortune. Drew was the happiest out of all of them. One, for the spell being broken, and two, for getting the girl he loved all to himself.

I get it; happy ending, HAPPY ENDING. I don't really like tragic conclusions… Well, I hope you're ready for my next one, because it's going to be in the Spirit of the Season!
