Here is the next chapter of the story. This chapter I may focus more on Izzy than on Lily since Izzy is on her own for this chapter.

Return of Thunder
Part 3
Third Person
Izzy walked around the island screaming "Hunter!" She couldn't lose him now that she found him. When she had first met the brothers something about Hunter drew her in. She wasn't sure if it was his dark and brooding nature or the fact that he too had been adopted. People tend to forget that her and Lily were adopted since they looked so much like Tommy.
She remembered the late-night phone calls that occurred when they were away.
Flashback
Izzy was lying in bed thinking about everything that had occurred over the last couple of weeks. She was still waiting for her arm and ankle to heal. After the encounter with the thunder rangers, Sensei had benched her. He knew that she wouldn't be much help in the condition she was currently in.
She thought about Hunter and the shock she felt when she discovered that he had been playing her since they had met. He had used her to get close to the others and find the base. Granted it was Tori that had led the thunder ranger to their base, she still couldn't help but feel betrayed despite the obvious pattern of evil rangers. She was brought out of her thoughts by her phone buzzing.
She looked at her phone confused to find someone she did not recognize her calling. "Hello?" she answered confused.
"Izzy?" the voice on the other end of the phone responded.
"Hunter," Izzy answered sighing in relief. "I can't believe you actually called."
"I just needed to hear your voice," he responded. "I needed a reminder of why I am doing what I'm doing"
End Flashback
Izzy was brought out of her thoughts by the sound of shuffling feet. "Blake!" the voice yelled.
She immediately recognized the voice as Hunter's. "Hunter!" she called back. Before Izzy was able to process anything else she was being knocked to the ground and had a crimson thunder ranger standing over her.
"You traitor!" Hunter yelled at her bring his staff down ready to strike the brunette.
Izzy blocked his staff with her ninja sword. "Hunter don't do this," she shouted. "I'm your friend!"
"No!" He shouted, "You abandoned me!"
"I never abandoned you!" Izzy shouted kicking Hunter off her. It was in these moments that she was glad for all the lessons that Jason and Tommy made her attend. The two ninjas jumped up and faced each other. Hunter charged at Izzy, but she quickly side stepped him while flipping him onto the ground.
Choobo watched from the distance as the thunder and ice ranger fought. He suddenly got an idea in his head. This is the first time one of the twins have been by themselves. He took the opportunity and shot a beam of light at the unsuspecting ranger. He's seen the young ranger fight and knew that she would be an asset in the demise of her fellow rangers.
Izzy was stopped in her tracks when she was surrounded by a beam of light. Choobo appeared in front of the two rangers. "White ranger your sister and friends have betrayed you," Choobo yelled at the white ranger. "Your sister and her friends left you to die by the zords. They abandoned you! They don't care about you!"
Izzy knew her sister loved her, but she couldn't process what was being told to her. She was just getting more and more confused, and the anger she held deep within continued to rise.
A little while later the five rangers were out looking for Hunter and Izzy. Lily was pissed that her sister vanished without even telling them. This was the kind of place where she wanted to be drifting off from the group
"Its is just me, or is it getting seriously cold?" Dustin asked rubbing his arms.
"Most of the time I would say it was just you, but it is getting colder here," Shane replied.
"This is not a good sign," Lily stated to her fellow rangers
"I really like to know why we can morph but we can't reach ninja ops," Tori asked.
"I'd settle for knowing were we are." Shane replied.
"Ohoiko Island," Blake answered
The others stopped walking to turn look at Blake. It took a minute for Blake to realize that they were no longer walking with him.
"what?" Blake asks.
"Anything else you like to share with the group?" Shane replies
"You don't want to know, trust me," Blake stated.
"Trust us, we do." Tori retorted
"I heard Lothor talking to his pals, before he sent Hunter, Desiree and I back to earth, this place doesn't exist on any map," Blake explained. "and it raises from the sea every two hundred years or something,"
"then what?" Dustin asks.
"That's the part that's kinda harsh," Blake answered.
"You're telling us that is whole place is sinking back down into the ocean?" Lily questioned.
"I told you, you didn't want to know." Blake replied.
"We better find some high ground." Shane ordered "Come on."
Back in Blue Bay Harbor a worried Tommy was looking for his sisters. He knew that this cold had to be the result of a monster, but to what kind of monster and as to why they have yet to appear he has no idea. Tommy wanted to talk to the girls before he headed back to this island to continue his research.
His research was dangerous and knew the girls would be pissed if he left without saying goodbye. The girls were just as protective of him as he was of them. While he loved his parents, they were never really involved until the girls were teenagers. Their parents worked a lot when they were younger and because Tommy was so much older, he was left to take care of them a lot of the time, that is of course when he wasn't running off being a power ranger.
He was glad when his mom decided to take a step back from her job and take care of the girls. He knew that their parents loved them and that the divorce really hurt the twins. He finally decided that the best move to make was to go wait at one of his parent's house. The girls would come home eventually, and he could talk to them then. Plus, it wasn't like he was on a time crunch. He was brought out of his thoughts when his phone rang.
"Hello" Tommy answered.
"Hey Bro, have you heard what's been going on in Blue Bay Harbor?" Jason questioned his friend.
"Hey Jason," Tommy answered with a slight chuckle. "And yeah I have. Let's just say my sisters sure like to follow in their brother's steps."
He had seen his sister fighting the most recent monster and despite him not liking the fact that they were rangers, he was tremendously proud of them.
As the five rangers walked up the hill Dustin decided to open his mouth.
"Anyone else worried we haven't seen Hunter for hours?" Dustin asked plotting himself on the ground.
"I'm more worried we haven't found my sister," Lily stated.
"We'll find her," Tori reassured her, rubbing her shoulder as she did so.
"Not me, I could use the break from not getting my butt whooped," Shane replied
Blake turned around at the statement a small yet understanding glare being sent towards the boy in red.
"No offense but your bro isn't playing well with others these days." Shane stated.
"Look, Hunter's a great ranger, and one day you're all going to glad he got those powers." Blake replied.
"Sure, the day he stops using them on us." Shane stated.
Lily knew how Shane felt having fought against the rangers, but she knew how equally hard it had to be on Hunter and Blake. She remembered when Tommy was evil and how hard it was on him, especially after remembering that in the evil haze he had hurt her.
"How did you get them anyway?" Tori asked as she too sat down. "You never told us how any of that happened."
"Its a long story," Blake answered. "You really want to hear it?"
"Its either that or watch Dustin play in the dirt." Shane replied.
"I could go for a story," Lily replied
"Sensai Omino was the one who taught our parents the way of the thunder ninja, after they passed away, he brought us to the thunder Academy," Blake started "He helped us get though everything, we felt like we belong again, we both did very well in our training, Sensai Omino, he was grooming us for something and we didn't know what," Blake finished.
"So that is when Lothor showed up," Dustin stated.
Blake nodded. "yeah, our school was attacked, Kazaks and aliens were everywhere, Sensai gave us our morphers, he told us we would know what to do, only at that moment he got captured by Lothor,"
"When you go into one of those ball things, what it feel like? is it cool like going off a freestyle ramp?" Dustin asked.
"Not really the point dude," Shane interrupted.
"Oh sorry, continue." Dustin replied
"Once we got onto Lothor's ship, he was really tweaked that the ranger powers were passed on to us, thats when he told us that lie about our parents." Blake continued.
"That's when you went all medieval on us?" Shane asked.
"Let's not go there again." Tori looked up at Shane.
"You got to understand, Hunter is a good person, but if he believes someone has wronged him, he won't stop at nothing, until he sets it right," Blake explained,
"Now I'm really worried about my sister," Lily stated. She knew her sister could take care of herself but she knew how strong a pissed off Hunter was.
"Okay, we get that but why is he taking it out on us?" Dustin asked
"Choobo used some kind of mind erase thing on us, to make us thing you were our enemies," Blake answered,
"How come you two snap out of it?" Shane asked.
"I guess I had more help remembering who my friends are," Blake answered.
Tori stood up and went to stand next to Blake, "then that is what Hunter needs, come on we better go find him and hopefully we find Izzy before Blake does."
The rangers stood up and walked away,
Dustin sat there, "Do we have too?" he questioned complaining as he did so.
As the ranger walked along the island rocks Dustin complained as they walked.
"this island reeks," he complained.
"Guys look over there," Blake pointed out, the others looked just in time to see Hunter fall down a cliff and Izzy just shortly behind him.
"Blake!" Hunter shouted.
"Lily!" Izzy shouted.
"This is not good," Lily stated feeling the throbbing in her head as she talked.
Lighting exploded and out walked Toxipod, he was laughing.
"you guys, better bail because I'm one bad sail." Toxipod greeted.
The rangers turned from their friends dropping into fighting stances as they did so.
"If you're a sail, how come you look like crab?" asked Dustin
"Crab, sail whatever," Toxipod replied then sent an energy blast at them, the ranger cartwheeled out of of the way,
"Time to plug this slug," Dustin stated.
Shane looked at his fellow rangers. "ready?" he asked.
"ready," the rest replied.
"Ninja Storm,"
"Elemental Storm,"
"Thunder Storm,"
"Ranger Form!"
they morphed
"Power of Earth,"
"Air,"
"Water,"
"Power of Lighting,"
"Power of Thunder,"
"Ninja swords,"
Blake held his Navy Antler,
"I'll take you all on," Toxipod stated
"Dream on, Sail trail." Blake replied as he crossed his hands, "Ninja Shadow battle."
Blake lifted Toxipod into the air,
"Where's Hunter!" he asked.
"Like I'll ever tell you, you're never getting off this island," Toxipod replied
"Never is a long time," Blake stated then threw the monster away,
The wind rangers formed the Storm Striker, the rangers shot at the monster
Flames started to encase Toxipod. "That's not in the script!" Toxipod shouted as he exploded.
"Everyone okay?" Shane asked.
"where's Hunter?" asked Blake
Hunter came charging at the group. The group began dodging Hunter's blows. Izzy took this time to go after her sister.
Izzy sent Lily flying to the ground with a round house kick. "You betrayed me," Izzy stated lifting her sister off the ground and throwing her a few feet away into some rocks.
"Izzy I would never betray you!" Lily shouted at her sister. Blocking her face as Izzy sent a punch her way. Lily grabbed her wrist trying to get her to stop.
Izzy responded with kneeing her sister in the stomach. "You left me to die in the zords after the fight with the thunder rangers."
"Izzy I tried to find you," Lily stated. "I searched for you. I assumed you managed to make it out. I love you and I would never leave you behind. You have to know that"
"You lie!" Izzy shouted taking another kick at her sister.
"I would never lie to you," Lily explained. "You're my sister. You are the most important person in my life. You, Tommy, Mom, and Dad. We all love you." Lily tried to search through her sister's mind. The twins had this weird link. Lily didn't like using it, because it scared her. She was always afraid of what she may find in her sister's mind. She tried sending images of them together as a family to her.
"Stop trying to get into my head," Izzy shouted.
"No!" Lily exclaimed back. "You have to realize that we love you. Dustin, Shane, Tori, Blake, Hunter, we all love and care about you." She continued to plague Izzy's mind with things from their past. Moments with their family and friends. Moments as rangers.
"Please stop," Izzy cried gripping her head. "I'm sorry!"
"You never have to be sorry," Lily stated grabbing onto her sister and pulling her in for a hug. She pulled her back enough to looked into her eyes through her visor. "We're sisters, always and forever."
"I love you," Izzy told her sister. Lily pulled her in force a hug whispering "I love you too." As she did so.
As the fighting between the sisters occurred, the wind rangers had managed to force Choobo to retreat and Blake had freed Hunter from Choobo's control as well.
"Ninja form."
they powered down,
"I guess Choobo didn't feel like sticking around for an encore," Tori teased.
"Man that crab is toast," Shane replied.
"Why do I have this sudden craving for seafood?" asked Dustin
"Look there's Blake, Hunter, Lily, and Izzy," Tori shouted
"Come on, bro stay with us," Blake shouted.
Hunter's eyes opened and he coughed,
"Dude, I need to breathe at some point here," Hunter stated.
Blake helped him up as Izzy and Lily made their way to them. "Thanks," Hunter stated.
They were quickly joined by the other rangers.
"Well he looks like the real hunter," Tori stated.
"Good Hunter or Bad Hunter?" asked Dustin
"Do you know who we are?" asked Shane,
Hunter nodded, "Yeah, My friends."
Shane's morpher beeped, "Cam, is that you?"
"No, it's the phone company, calling to see if you like the long distance service," Cam replied.
"Is he always this funny?" asked Hunter
"Not always," Shane replied. "we're great Cam, thanks for asking," He continued.
"Are the Thunder Rangerswith you?" asked Sensai
"Right here, Sensai." replied Shane,
"excellent, I must speak with them upon your return," Sensai stated,
"that brings up another problem, you're on an island sinking fast, you got to find a way off," Cam brought up
"What about the gliders?" Dustin asked
"No can't do, the atmospheric pressure is to unstable right now, it wouldn't be safe," Came answered
"What about the zords?" Blake asked.
"Good idea, Blake." Sensai answered.
"They're on their way, I just have check the structural integrity to make sure they can stand the water pressure," Cam stated.
"We're ready," Shane replied, "Let's do it?"
"Wait," Hunter called out,
the others turned
"Oh no," Dustin stated.
"I just wanted to say it means a lot, the way you stood up for me," Hunter explained,
"Hey, that's what friends do," Shane replied. "So before this turns into a group hug, we better go."
"Go big or go home," Toxipod stated as he grew bigger the rangers immediately jumped into fighting stances.
"You guys ready for this?" Shane asked.
Hunter looked at him, "ready,"
"Ninja Storm,"
"Elemental Storm,"
"Ice Storm,"
"Thunder Storm,"
"Ranger Form,"
"Ninja Ranger Power!"
The megazords soon came transforming into their respective zords.
"Hey, Rangers, you will regret ever crossing my sail trail." Toxipod stated. He shot flames at the three megazords.
"Dude, its like hot, Africa Hot," Dustin stated.
"Where's the AC on this thing," Tori asked.
"Yo, you guys okay," Shane asked as he looked over at the other megazords.
"We're good," Izzy replied.
"Don't worry," Hunter stated
"We can take the heat," Blake added,
"then let's go for a little spin?" Shane stated
the three megazords spun and got ride of the fire,
"Spin blade," Hunter stated, as he placed the power disk in and dropped it.
"Lighting mode engaged," Shane stated
"Ninjetti mode," the twins cried knowing that their zords came from their animal spirts.
"Rangers battle Ready,"
The rangers quickly destroyed Toxipod. Once he was defeated the rangers took off towards Blue Bay Harbor none of them wanting to stick around until the island sunk.
As Hunter, Blake, and Dustin made their way to Storm Charges, the twins headed to Lily's house.
"Izzy what happened on the island," Lily questioned.
"I was looking for Hunter, and when I finally ran into him, we fought," Izzy began explaining. "Choobo took the opportunity to shoot me with his laser beam. I knew what he was saying couldn't possibly be the whole truth, but I just got so angry." Izzy sighed knowing that she could have hurt her friends the way Tommy had hurt his friends and Lily.
"None of this was your fault Iz," Lily stated knowing where the young girl's mind was wondering to. "It happens."
Here is the next chapter. This one follows the actual episode more so than others and is a little longer. Next chapter we will see how Izzy reacts when fighting again and some Izzy, Lily, Tommy bonding.
Also, if you haven't read the outtake from Chapter six it is now up. I am also considering writing that into a full story. It would involve episodes from Ninja Storm, but also Dino Thunder, Mighty Morphin, Time Force and many others.
