Hello everyone... Well, I have been in an extremely bad mood all day today and it doesn't feel like it will be lightening up very soon, so get your feels ready. I feel like torturing you guys... MWAHAHAHAHA! Yes, in other words, it does mean that there may be some Auslly in here. Oh gosh my feels have started up already... Enjoy!
Ally sprinted to her next class, narrowly missing other students who were late. She stepped through the door just as soon as the bell rang and she sighed, sitting down in her usual spot. Austin wasn't going to get to her today. She sat down in her first period class, looking around as the last of the students walked in. Time for science class, just like old times.
Ally had gotten used to this new school. She felt like this was her second home, her first not being her house, but with her boyfriend. Her house wasn't home. It was hell. But once Ally looked at the teacher as she gave a chemistry lecture, Austin came in late. "Mr. Moon, this is the third time this week. What the heck is going on with you?" Austin shrugged and quietly laughed with his friends as they all sat down in their usual spots. Austin had changed his mind today, apparently, because today he didn't bully Ally. No, he had other things to worry about. This girl, Sierra, sure was tough, and she punched him right in the face. Go Sierra!
Ally's POV
I'm quietly listening to the teacher for a little while. She was talking about all of the theories of the structure of an atom. Apparently, this subject was not Austin's favorite, because he looked almost as if he was about to cry. Something was going on with him. Bullying was a normal thing for me, but today, it just feels weird. After a few more minutes, the teacher announces an assembly. An assembly on bullying. How fitting.
The class is striding down the halls to the auditorium where our guest speaker was starting on his long speech. I race to the bottom and sit next to Dallas and Trish, with Myia behind us. We talked a little bit, but soon, Austin came down to sit next to Myia. He brought his jock friends plus Cassidy along with him. I face straight ahead, trying to ignore the nervousness I am feeling. Dallas looks at me, puzzled. "Ally, are you okay?" I nod slowly, feeling like I am being watched. He looks at me closely, but then settles down and let it go. I can faintly here the voice of the speaker over Austin's friends talking and snickering at Myia, who had just got taken to do truth or dare. My guess is, she was trying to prove a point to Austin. I shoot her a look, asking her the questions that has just run through my mind, and she nodded.
"We do not allow that here..." The speaker droned on. I lean against Dallas's shoulder and sigh, listening to Myia's game. Apparently, she had been dared to make out with Elliot, so she was on her fifth minute. It was a surprise the teachers hadn't yelled at them, considering how loud they were both being. Myia, I could see, was disgusted, but continued on anyway, determined to show Austin up. I roll my eyes and smile when Dallas kisses my forehead once before the assembly is over.
Nobody's POV
"Report, Abby!" Megan commanded her. Abby took her notebook and came up to Megan to inform her on Ally's relationship with Dallas. "Yes, that doesn't sound like a reason to use Plan B... Alright then! Plan B commences after next period!" The match-making club was dismissed, along with Abby, who brought her recorder with her. She ran up into the janitor's closet and placed it on top of the door. That's right. This isn't just any janitor's closet. It's THE janitor's closet. The one Austin Moon takes his naps in every day. Yes, Plan B should be good. Very good...
Ally is walking to her locker when she sees Austin heading towards her. She turns around, pretending not to have seen him, but he sees through her trick. "Oh look, if isn't little nerd girl. Come to go get your textbooks?" Ally rolled her eyes in annoyance. "No ass-boy. I came to go see my boyfriend. What do you want?" Austin glared at her angrily, but continued on walking to his destination. The janitor's closet. "Oh, by the way, Dawson, if you tell anyone where I'm going, your neck will be jammed into your own armpit" Ally rolled her eyes and opened her locker. Her lock was jammed so it took a little while. AS ally was waiting for her boyfriend, Sierra stealthily opened the door of the janitor's closet, where Austin was sleeping. She hid behind a row of lockers, ready for Ally to come.
Ally's POV
"Bye Ally! I'll see you next period!" Dallas kissed me before I started on my way to my next class. I'm walking slowly towards the water fountain, and I immediately here snoring coming from the closet beside me. What an ass. This is probably the closet he takes his naps in. Well, whatever. As soon as I start to turn around, I see a blur beside me, racing towards me. MY instinct was to turn away from it, so I ended up being shoved face first onto Austin's chest. The door slammed behind me and I heard a few girls giggling. Shit, I've just been attacked by psychos. I try to get up but the room is so tight I can't even move my hand without slapping Austin in the face. I slowly try to lift myself up, but to no avail, for Austin had started to wake up. "What...Hey...HEY! What the hell!" HE screams as soon as he realizes I am now straddling him. "What the hell are you doing here, nerd!" I groan in exasperation. "I was shoved in by a bunch of psycho girls, I swear." Austin was blushing, but I have absolutely no idea why...
"Well? Aren't you going to get off of me?"
"No, idiot. I can't."
Austin shifts underneath my weight. He looks around a bit. "Hey, try to open the door. I reach behind me and grab the door handle, only to find that it is not even there. Those girls must have pulled it out! "There is no doorknob!" Austin sits up and feels for himself. "Gosh, what the hell is wrong with those girls..." I try to grab something on one of the shelves to pull me up, and I end up grabbing a tool kit and I haul myself off of Austin. He gets up to, brushing himself off. It is not until then that I realize how bad of an idea it was to do that. We have absolutely no space between us. We are now pressed up against each other.
I brush up and down, trying to reach my pockets. I can hear his breath hitch. He looks at me. "So, wha-what are w-w-we gonna do?" He was stuttering. I sigh. "I have no idea." He reaches for his phone grabs it and opens it, poking me in the stomach. "Ow..." He froze.
Oh gosh, please no...nonononononono...
"What's wrong Ally?" I rub my stomach, trying to avoid his gaze. "I-It's nothing...just a bruise..."
"No, Ally, I asked you what happened. Don't lie to me." I look away, fighting back the tears. "I just fell into the rose bushes... I-" He cut me off immediately. "Answer me!" He moves both of his arms. I shriek at the pain. He freezes again and slowly puts his hands under my shirt and pulls it part way up. My tears are flowing freely now. He sees a large scar across my stomach where my dad had hit me just a few nights ago. His gaze is solemn. He stares at my scar and then looks up at me. "Ally...What happened to you?" I shake my head, knowing that the truth was going to have to come out sometime. "It's...It's my dad. H-He hit me on my stomach a few nights ago...It was nothing, I-"
"Ally, this is definitely worse than just a little hit. How long has this been going on?"
"Um..a few years."
"Ally?! Oh my gosh this is serious! Why didn't you tell anyone?"
"WELL WHY WOULD YOU CARE?! ALL YOU AND CASSIDY EVER DO IS BULLY ME!" I scream at him, suddenly angry. Austin quiets down a bit. "Well at least I'm nice enough to care." I fume up at him. "WHAT THE HELL! YOU'RE ACTING LIKE IT'S A PRIVILEGE FOR ME TO HAVE YOU LEARNING ABOUT MY DAD ABUSING ME!"
"NO I'M NOT, ALLY! LOOK AT THIS!" Austin rips off his shirt to reveal tons of marks and bruises. Just as much as I have. "I'm abused too! I'm trying to help you because I know how it feels to be hurt like that and I actually care about people when they are in pain, whether I show it or not!" I fall quiet. I'm contemplating what he just said. My lips quiver as the tears start coming out again. Austin throws his shirt on the ground and wraps his arms around me in a hug. I cry some more and snuggle up against his warm chest. I want to stay like that forever, safe and secure, away from the bullies and the bad guys. Away from my problems. I close my eyes as he rocks me back and forth keeping me close to him. He sits down with me. "Well, I guess there isn't that much to do besides sit here and wait." Austin grins and holds my hand. "Yeah, I guess so." I lay my head on his shoulder and almost immediately fall asleep.
