Alright now with that out of the way, let's pick up where I left off about a year ago.
Bloom's POV
"Eggs?" I called out, as I scrolled down the check list.
"Check!" Ruby shouted back at me.
"Fruits?" I continued.
"Check!" Ruby smiled. We both love the days of the month when we get to come shopping for groceries. They are the only days of the month where we can walk among the other people without them knowing it is us.
"Pizza, vegtables, and bread?" I listed, waiting for Ruby to check each bag for the items.
"Check!" She shouted after searching through about 7 bags. Suddenly I remember the most important food on the list, and I started to freak out when I did not see it.
"WHERE IS THE BACON?" I shouted as I panicked.
"Got it! It is right here!" She laughed as she waved it it front of my face.
After Ruby dragged me into 13 different stores, we finally decided to head back to Pyros. Ruby was carrying 8 bags while I carried the other 9. Just as we were approaching the street where I made the portal, screams from frightened people filled the air. I grabbed Ruby's hand and started running towards the street, unaware that when we turned the corner we would get trampled.
The sight of what was happening left me frozen in my skin. After seeing what I was looking at, Ruby froze with me.
